Eye Color: Dark, chocolaty brown
Height: Five feet, eight inches
Weight: One hundred fifty-six pounds
Tattoos: He's never gotten a tattoo because he feared it would prevent him from getting a job in the FBI.
Piercings: Scotty has both ears pierced, though he rarely wears anything in them. On his time off, he occasionally will wear his studs.
Scars: He's been beat up a few times and still retains deep scars from being thrown sharply into surfaces. From training at the FBI academy, Scotty has a scar on his left forearm where he cut it open while falling slightly on a rock wall.
Description: Scotty's never been an intimidating figure. His entire life, he's been the little guy and has been pummeled and pushed around. Now that he's an agent, he's begun to put on more muscle mass to make up for his average height. His hair and eyes have no remarkable color to them. They are both dark shades of brown with no outstanding highlights. His jaw is strong, however, and a bit squarish. Usually, he has very thick stubble that matches the color of his hair, if not darker. His eyes tend to appear zoned out like he's not exactly focused. Scotty wears glasses and has for most of his life. He's farsighted, so it tends to only affect his reading and not his shooting.

Personality:
{Soft-Spoken, Subtle, Curious, Clumsy}
Scotty certainly fits the stereotype of the underdog to "T". On the other hand, he's always had his intelligence going for him. Regardless of how intelligent he is, Scott is still extremely shy and insecure. His intelligence, though it is mostly a thing to be proud of, is also his downfall, for he worries that he will be nothing without his smarts. His shy ways tend to cause him to keep from speaking what is truly on his mind. However, when he's in the midst of a questioning session, he tends to get wrapped up in the moment and loses his usually crippling timidity. Because he fears being confronted, Scotty tends to speak very generally and uses subtlety to his advantage. He's truly never very blunt with his words because he feels it will only offend others and cause they to grow angry with him.
Beneath his shyness and his introverted ways, Scott is naturally quite curious. Unfortunately, this curiosity is so strong that he'd probably be willing to put himself in danger if he was curious enough. He does not believe in the existence of supernatural creatures. They're illogical, so he believes the folk tales containing these creatures are merely wives tales or myths made to explain unexplainable, but very common, things. He's physically quite clumsy, but also mentally so too when he is overcome by shyness. Again, he seems to put on a different personality when questioning and evaluating suspects, but he tends to trip over his words when interacting outside of the work place.

Biography
Place Of Origin: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Birth Date: April 1st, 1982
History
Scotty's still not sure what his first memory was, and he's not sure he wants to know. His mother, Rachel, named him after F. Scott Fitzgerald. Dayton was the name his father chose for himself when he grew tired of Dmitri as a first name. He was the third son of his parents, making him the runt of the family more or less. It didn't help that he inherited the small build of his father, while his brothers received their mother's taller stature. His birth was quite a joke already, being on April 1st, but he was also what his elder brother what call an "accident", for his conception was the result of a broken condom. Regardless, he was eagerly embraced by his parents.
Rachel Dombrovski was a strong believer in the idea of "tough love". It's not that she didn't love her boys, for she did. However, she always felt the tough approach pushed her boys to strive to impress and excel. Though this idea didn't really take effect on her older sons, Scotty embraced this concept and was easily the most intelligent in his family, save his mother. Through his endless studying, he found his mother's affection along with hate from his brothers. Despite their less superior intellect, his brothers still managed to trick him into falling for pranks and tricks. It only helped him in the long run, for it taught him how to assess situations and judge how others were planning to act.
His father was an extremely distant man. He was a high school history teacher who tended to drown his problems in a tumbler of whiskey. He kept away from the boys when he was in these moods, thankfully, and Scotty wouldn't know of his father's dependency for years. In the mean time, he studied and read voraciously. The human psyche fascinated him, and he would spend hours in the library to read about mental disease and thought processes. Scott's love for the library and books came with a downside, for he found himself the recipient of countless acts of bullying. He still wears a few scars both mental and physical from his high school days.
When it came time to decide what he wanted to do with his life, Scotty decided to major in psychology and minor in French. Scotty graduated easily and went to pursue his master's degree in criminology. With these credentials, he began to hunt for jobs. Originally, he planned to work, perhaps, as a college professor or as a cop. At the suggestion of an ex-boyfriend of his, however, he tried his hand at the FBI. Scotty passed the tedious application process and was sent to the training camp in Virginia. Though his asthma almost disqualified him, he managed to pass by having a doctor prescribe him an inhaler. He lucked out and was sent first to Detroit, where he's worked since.
For a while now, he's been looking into the rise in human trafficking in and around Detroit. It's become such a problem that the task force assigned to the case is slowly growing, and Scotty is growing more and more concerned.
