Personality: There is no man in the city as ruthless and as intimidating as the Big Brother Tanaka Hiraku. Though having a very professional and honorable demeanor about him, there is a cold callus disposition that calculates brutality that few in the city can remake. His enemies fear him and his friends both fear and love him for good reason. Hiraku is a product of his excessively cold and brutal environment. Growing in the sheer monstrosities, the worst that the slavery system had to offer in this miserable city he climbed the socio-economic strata that lingers in the poverty area of the city to become one of the most violent and dangerous slaver and gangster in the slums. There is a bestial hardboilness underneath it all that hits at a veteran and seniority of this very inhumane and dreaded trade.

Interest: Hiraku realizes with each passing year he is getting older, and with each passing year his enemies are getting stronger and his lieutenants are getting bolder. Like how he replaced his former boss, Hiraku suspects a Coup within the gang of 12 and his highly paranoid of whom is planning to mastermind it. Silently he begins to play the game of cat and mouse, weeding out the traitor in his crew that wants his prestigious position in their well-established gang.
Bio:Hiraku is the head of a crew of slavers known as Ryōken (The Hounds - 猟犬) that run most of the slums at the very top of the violence and corrupt that runs abundant across the streets of Melancholy. They are often hired by the Wealthy to terrorize local slave populations, kidnap specific tastes and breeds of people and to exterminate and silence agitators that try to throw a monkey wrench within the system.
Hiraku himself has spent his whole life in the slums and lives as good as a slave can ever expect. Legends circle around his life, what he had been through in the hands of very monstrous owners, what he had done to his processors to rise to the top and the horrible unspeakable terrors he has done to those whom cross him both wealthy and slave alike. He is one of the few slaves Wealthy try to actively avoid unless they need him to do some matter of dirty work.
Despite this small standing of respect and power Hiraku is very much a bought man. He is nothing more than a very efficient tough the Wealthy can rely on to enforce the status quo among the masses and he and his men do an all too well job executing such desires.
