Blythe heard them awake, heard their screaming "ah they are awake, great...now we gotta shut them up" she said to the others. She got up from where she was sitting, she was tiny only being 4'10 and 105lbs, she was graceless as she walked but people never tried to mess with her because she was ruthless. She pulled the door open accidentally tearing it off the hinges, "shit I didn't mean to do that" she then went into the room where the humans were, ugh humans she really despised their race, and looked to see the blood and she smiled. "oh good you are awake...but you need to keep your mouths shut, if you don't ill do it for you". She then went around each one to make sure their still secured by the ropes and chains, knowing if they will try anything towards her she will just cause them more pain.

Loud yells broke out in the distance. Valerie was again locked in her subconscious. She hesitated before moving away from the light, her right leg seemed to be complaining. Not knowing why, she pulled it along behind her as she made her way. Once regaining control of her mind, he realized why her leg wouldn't cooperate.

She opened her eyes fully, a mistake. Light flooded in, making her temporarily dizzy. Once the patches of light cleared from her vision, she was aware of the devastation before her. Her right leg looked broken, and blood spilled slowly from an open wound. Her head ached, but not as much as it had earlier. Realizing her hands were still bound together, she stopped resisting. It was no use.

She noticed others around the room. Several were tied around the room like her caked in blood and dirt. A couple stood or sat, not restrained by the thick ropes. Envy and confusion chased each other through Valerie's mind. Why did they not help them? She cleared her throat and said in a shaky voice, "Help. . . please."

Blythe heard footsteps behind her and turned around seeing Aiden right there beside her, she hissed "how many freaken times do I have to tell you not to get so close Aiden! your worse then a kid you know" she then heard him ask "So, what you gonna do now? Make them suffer then they already are? Torture them until they bleed to death? I would ever so like to hear what!" as she was walking around checking the ropes and chains "Well if I tell you then what would be the fun in it? huh? I can't give away all my secrets..and I only said I do it if they don't keep their mouths shut.. " she then turned as she heard one of the pesky humans talk "What the hell is going on?". She went over to the girl and grabbed her shirt "oh lookie here a girl that doesn't listen...you stupid, stupid girl...your lucky your not dead yet...now I just did say to shut up, did I not?" she looked to Aiden then back to the girl pushing her back down to the ground roughly.

Blythe then heard "Help. . . please" from the brunnette girl that was passed out when she first came in. She walked over to her and knelt near the girl and mimicked her in a whiny voice "help please....help please....you want help from me? let me think about this..." she then laughed and got up from her knees brushing them off then looked at the girl again, then put her hand close to the girls face, then placed her nail on the girls forhead and slowly traced her face roughly "sorry hun but I don't help humans...I only hurt them" she smirked and pulled her hand away then went and sat down near Aiden "by the way I did not mean to rip the door off this time...it just sorta happened."

Mello opened his eyes again. He saw as light flooded into the dark, gray, but blood stained, cellar. He was horrified by what he saw, but having lost a lot of blood, his vision was becoming blurry, and he suspected it was all a hallucination, before him, more people, were in the same position he was, tied up, laying on the floor, and a pool of blood circling them. They looked worse than he felt, but he didn't feel anything for some reason, he again, suspected numbness, and was still crying from the pain. A girl with messily cut, multicolored hair, burst into the room, followed by an annoyed looking, curly haired boy. He saw the ripped off door, and suspected that it was the reason he was annoyed, but why would he be annoyed when he could call... Mello forgot what they were called, those people that helped other people.

"So what are you going to do now? Make them suffer then they already are? Torture them until they bleed to death? I would ever so like to hear what!" the curly haired kid said. Mello realized that they were the people who had done this to them. "Well, if I tell you then what would be the fun in it? huh? I can't give away all my secrets... and I only said I do it if they don't keep their mouths shut..." Mello began losing conciseness, but he continued grasping on. He wanted them to help. But he couldn't seem to bring up the words. He closed his eyes, and concentrated on what he was hearing.

"Help... Please..." A girl, probably the same one that screamed, judging by the voice tone said.

"Help... Please... Help... Please..." the girl with multicolored hair mimicked mockingly to the other girl, "sorry hun, but I don't help humans... I only hurt them."

"By the way, I didn't mean to rip off the door this time, it just sorta happened."

Mello had already frozen at the second statement. She had asked for help, and she didn't get any, but what scared him even more is that she had said, I don't help humans, meaning she wasn't human... right? The best explanation would be trying to scare the girl into thinking that they weren't human, and everyone else. Mello could barely stay conscious to think of all this, so he finally let go of it...

Aidan smiled a goofy smile and stood up. Blythe had just scared two young women senseless and he was going to make sure they were okay. "By the way I did not mean to rip the door off this time...it just sorta happened." He smirked and walked up to her and leaned against the wall. He watched her every move to her every breath. She had beautiful black hair with red and blonde highlights across her bangs. Aidan never saw her with her natural hair color. She had deep green eyes that glittered with pure hatred towards those 'things' as she would say. And Blythe had a fair complexion running down her whole body. "Sure it was just an accident Bly, sure." He said with a mocking tone in his voice. Since he was on okay terms with her he called her his nick name for her; Bly. Maybe it was because he didn't like the 'the' at the end of the name but he felt like he should give one to her.

"You scared the poor people!" He scolded playfully, now walking over towards the girl who Blythe had just traced her face on. The girl had long brunette tresses of hair and blood over her face, maybe if it weren't for the crimson color she would of had a light skin tone. But the most distinguishable feature about her was her ocean blue eyes with golden rimming. "Don't worry, 'cause I'm here to help~!" He stopped for a moment before laughing. "I sounded really gay there didn't I?" Slowly he put his backhand to her forehead and caressed the now red forehead due to Blythe. He smiled to her and whispered in her ear so low only she would be able to hear it. "Be nice and I might come and save you!"

He then stood up and walked back over to the sitting girl. Instead of sitting where he had sat last, Aidan opted to stand really close to her, almost to the point where it looked like they were squished. "You know how much I love being in your space?" His green gray eyes now shone with mischief and a certain playfulness. Most of his actions, if not all, consisted of things that weren't very demon like. For example, acting like a kid who can't get enough with playing with peoples minds. Ahh, how amusing people could be.

Valerie watched as a boy across from her surveyed the situation at hand. He watched the others, but he seemed tired. His eyelids drooped more and more as time went on, until he finally let go. He either fell asleep or lost consciousness, more likely the latter. That seemed to be a common trend among the prisoners. Best way to stay out of the terror of the current reality.

She watched as a small girl known as Blythe made her way over. She seemed overconfident, despite her size in stature not being in her favor. She squatted and leaned in close to Valerie's face, knowing the bound girl couldn't do anything about it. She mimicked her, making her sound weak. Valerie tried to spit in her face, but there was not enough liquid to spew out. She was parched. She closed her eyes briefly, and opened them to see Blythe's nail digging into her temple. Blythe traced her nail down Valerie's face, causing blood to slowly seep from the wound. She heard her mutter something, but could barely make it out.

She gazed up at a tall young man staring down at her, studying her. Slightly confused, she didn't say anything. She flinched as his hand made its way towards her face, scared he might hit her. She opened her eyes again to find him caressing her face. He began talking, and laughing at his own comment. She would have laughed too, if not for the current situation. He smiled, a broad and sweet smile, and leaned close to her ear. She was slightly alarmed when she heard him whisper promises of escaping.

Escape. How could she escape? She was almost sure that she wouldn't be able to walk. She assumed it wouldn't matter how she escaped, but that she did. She remained quiet, but she wouldn't be nice, and the guy had instructed. She didn't trust him, not yet. He could turn out to be just like that witch of a friend he has with him. No, wouldn't want to go liking someone like that.

"Why are you always staring at me?"
He smiled and poked her cheek lightly in a teasing manner. Aidan knew Blythe was on the supposed 'bad' side and he wanted to change that. He also knew that she hated humans for reasons even he doesn't know but even despite that he wants to change her opinion. 'She can't always hold a grudge.' He mused to himself. "I was just wondering what it would be like if you didn't hate humans." Aidan said while looking in front of him and smiled gently. He ran his other hand though his chocolate brown locks of hair and then began to speak again. "But in all seriousness, I always did wonder as to why you don't like them. I mean, these people here did nothing wrong. They're innocent." He clenched his jaws slightly due to the fact that it may hit a nerve, and when Blythe got angry. She got angry.

Aidan looked towards her and then to the girl he had just talked to about escaping. It wasn't like he was fond of their kind but it wasn't like they did anything bad. In fact Aidans and Blythes race is just a myth to them. What possible harm could they do to something that's nonexistent?

Blythe glared up at Aidan when he said "I was just wondering what it would be like if you didn't hate humans." "Well you can keep dreaming Aidan because thats never going to happen" she said and crossed her arms. Then Aiden asked the question no one dared to ask her before "But in all seriousness, I always did wonder as to why you don't like them. I mean, these people here did nothing wrong. They're innocent." She ground her teeth and got ready to let it all out "Innocent! Innocent my ass. You want to know why I 'Hate' humans. Humans where the ones that killed my parents and little sister. It was when I was 12, it was during the middle of the night. My sister and I where sleeping in different rooms. Next thing I knew I heard screaming coming from my parents room, I smelled smoke, then I noticed there where fire throughout the house. I tried to get out of my room but the fire was in the hallway, so the only way out was through the window, I jumped out of it and waited for my parents and sister to come out, the fire department was on there way. While I was waiting I heard some sounds in the bushes, I went over there quietly and snuck up on two human guys, I saw the gasoline and matches. Its all I needed to see. The next thing you know...they where on fire. I was so enraged I poured the rest of the gasoline on them and lit them on fire. My parents and sister never made it out."

Blythe tried not to cry, she has not cried in front of anyone around here and wanted to keep it that way. "Ever since then I have hated humans, no one is innocent Aiden, I know for sure im not and neither are these pesky weak ass humans" she now was at the point where she wanted to break something. She looked at the humans and got up "lets leave before I decided I want to torture them more". She got up and walked to the entrance waiting for Aiden.

Aidan looked at her with sadness in his eyes understanding her hatred for humans. But that didn't mean all of them where like that, right? He then watched as she walked towards the door and spoke in a voice that was unusual for her personality. "lets leave before I decided I want to torture them more." He nodded and then walked towards where she was, her height making her seem like a very small person next to him.He raised his hands up in defeat and spoke in his usual goofy manner. "Okay Okay, I now understand your undying hatered for them. But I know that deep, and I mean way deep, down inside your tiny heart, that you know these people don't deserve this. Becasue although some peple are like that, most peple have common sense." He smiled in hopes of calming her down and then gave her a mischievous look. "Plus, you got revenge on them by setting them on fire. I expected you to do something like that." Aidan placed his arm on her head and then looked around the door. The metal door was on the ground laying defenseless and then hinges that kept the door in place were crooked. "Now about that door..." He drawled out slowly turning his head towards her. He laughed a dark chuckle and then picked her up and put her on his shoulders like a potato sack. "I think I need repayment for that. For I am the one who always fixes the things you break...only for them to be broken again." He sighed and turned around to look at the beaten up people.

A girl with bright red hair and what could be bright green eyes was looked at them as if they were crazy and wanted to make a smart Alec remark. He met her eyes and gave her a look that said 'I'll come back for you later.' Happy with the look he sent Aidan smiled towards her and turned away now going back to the room where they had been previously along with an unhappy camper on his shoulder. "You remind me of potatoes right now, you know that?"

Valerie listened as she heard Blythe speak of a time in her past. How devastating it must have been, to have your entire family killed before your eyes? She also spoke of two humans hiding in the bushes and setting them on fire. What she still did not understand was why she called them humans. She talked as if they were a complete different species. Was Blythe not human?

Valerie tried to make sense of reality when Blythe and Aidan made their towards the door, she watched as they joked around. This is not a joking time, Valerie thought. Aidan put his arm on Blythe's shoulder, mocking her height. Valerie gave a quiet laugh, one she hoped she wouldn't have to pay for later. She really had to stifle a laugh when Aaron slung Blythe over his shoulder. Now this is great death's-door entertainment.

I mean are they even any use to this world now?" she asked then felt his arm on her head and then looked at the door when he mentioned it "i swear i didn't mean to do it this time". When Aiden picked her up and put her over his shoulder she started kicking "Aiden you better let me down! I swear..." she couldn't help but laugh, she didn't laugh alot but Aiden seemed to always get her to laugh once and awhile."I think I need repayment for that. For I am the one who always fixes the things you break...only for them to be broken again." "I forget that im so strong..and what do you want for 'repayment'" she asks then eyes the girl with the red hair and gives her a dirty look before they leave. She continues to kick when they left the room to go to the other room "You remind me of potatoes right now, you know that?""Im not potatoes tho so let me down Aiden! just because im small you think you can do this!"

Valerie watched as Aidan and Blythe left, and looked away, but not before she noticed the look Blythe shot at the red-headed girl. What did she have against gingers? Looking towards the girl, she noticed she was moving. . . or at least trying to move. She was struggling to move into a sitting position, but apparently couldn't stand the pain. She would fall back to the dusty floor after each attempt, clearly not making any progress.

Then, Valerie heard a boy sitting next to the girl speak. His voice was hoarse, probably from not using it.. He suggested the idea of biting off the ropes, freeing the girl so they she could free everyone else. He attempted to rise, but the pain of his hands was too much to bear. Being all the way on the other side of the room, Valerie could not help them, but could she help herself?

The ropes binding her wrists were thick, and dug into her hands, leaving sores. Pulling her hands out of the ropes was out of the questions. Temporarily defeated, she looked around the room. That much movement caused the cut on her head to reopen. She watched the blood trickle down her cheek, and remembered the cement blocks that she hit her head on earlier to cause the wound. She carefully turned left, and saw the blocks. Her hands were tied above her head, and the odds couldn't be anymore in her favor.

She edged her way over to the blocks inch by excruciatingly pain inch. Believing she was close enough, she moved the ropes up and down on the side of the cement block. Oh, it hurt, how it hurt so much. But she couldn't stop. She moved the rope back and forth, back and forth until she felt the restraint lessen. She had cut the rope. She was free!

"I'm not potatoes though so let me down Aiden! Just because I'm small you think you can do this!" Blythe said while kicking his stomach with her feet.
"And it's a known fact, that taller person gets the most fun." Aidan stated, now turning in a circle as to make her ride more 'enjoyable'. His sense of humor could be twisted you could say. Moments later he heard the sighs and grunting frustrations of some people. Him being a demon and all had enhanced senses; one of them including incredible hearing. As he walked towards the room they were previously in, he started to hear them being more and more fierce in trying to escape. One had started and a boy he presumed was whispering something about escaping. 'Geesh, they can't wait? They must really be suffering.' he thought. Now they were both in the eerie looking room, gray walls that looked like metal and concrete floor with cracks.'But in all fairness I would probably be doing the same thing. Although a little more rationally.' Caught up in his thoughts he didn't notice the sound of rope being cut until it fell. Aidan stopped and his breath hitched the smallest bit. The sound of rope falling and the sound of human feet on ground made him wary. He looked towards Blythe knowing she could probably hear the same things also.

Aidan put her down and and looked at her and then the door. "Well my dear Bly, I think one of them have escaped. What ever should we do now?" He knew what he wanted to do and was going to do it either way, but he wanted to see what would happen if he weren't there. Because in all honesty, Aidan wanted Blythe to learn to forgive, because forgetting he knew be impossible. Although that word itself does say 'I'm possible'.

"And it's a known fact, that taller person gets the most fun." As Aidan started going around in circles she kicked harder "Aiden just let me down now!" she was starting to get a bit more frustrated. Blythe then started hearing something, she heard the humans start to talk. She heard the male "I can try and bite your ropes off... but if they hear you yell or anything, than we're both dead."She hissed a little "are they really that stupid Aiden?"

As Aiden let her down she heard the sound of rope being cut she glared at Aidan then down at the door "Well my dear Bly, I think one of them have escaped. What ever should we do now?" She sighed "Well I don't know Aiden, we can't just let them running around the place." She then started walked down to the room and stood in the entrance "Now.. now... now... if you want to escape then id be more quiet if I was you. I could hear you a mile away, at least it was us that heard you and not one of the leaders." She shook her head and then went to the girl with the brown hair taking her by the arm "So you broke free from the ropes, your a smart girl ya know thought not smart enough for us" she looked at the doorway "AIDAN! We are going to have to take them somewhere else. It seems this room is just too useful to them" she then looked to the girl "now lovely if you listen I won't have to hurt you, I am trying to be nice which is hard for me to do with humans."

Blythe then glared at the boy and the red hair girl "you both don't try anything either...please".

Valerie was so in shock and excitement that she had cut her ropes that she didn't notice when Aidan and Blythe had reentered the room. She gazed at her bloodied wrists, and then at the rope at the floor. Escape was so close. If only she could get to the door. . .

Suddenly, her arms were grabbed by Blythe, and by the looks of it, she was not happy. Her multicolored hair stuck out the sides of her head, enhancing the anger. Valerie gasped and looked at the hand gripping her arm. Blythe talked to the guy about moving them, but Valerie knew she was holding back. She probably would have whispered every nasty word at her disposal plus inflicted much more pain onto the girl, but seemed to be holding back on Aidan's sake.

Speaking of Aidan, did he not whisper words of escape to Valerie earlier? Now he rats them out to evil Blythe? Valerie was almost sold that she could trust him. He dumped all of that down the drain now. The only thing close to a friend, or better called an ally, and that was gone.

Aidan followed after Blythe, knowing what she was going to do. When he got there Blythe had the poor girl in a grip that was deadly. Her hands behind her back while her body twisted in what seemed to be an uncomfortable position. He started to walk over towards them when he saw the red head freeze and try to keep calm. Any other time he would have laughed at her acting but right now wasn't the right time. In two long strides he was by Blythes side and prying her arms away from the brunette. Her grip was tight but Aidan got her hands off with a whole lot of strength. Blythe was very strong, maybe even to the point of where if she would get seriously mad she would be even stronger then me. When her deathlike grip was off Aidan pushed the girl behind him in a manner that wasn't too hard or too soft.
"Blythe. I don't agree on your actions. If you want revenge they're already dead. Don't put others peoples mistakes on innocent people." He said in a very serious tone that wasn't like him. "Even if you do release your anger on them it isn't going to change what has been done."

He then looked behind him and saw the cherry red hair girl with open wounds from struggling. The silence in the room was very tense and the atmosphere was even tenser. Aidan knew that people always did what there emotions told them to and very few people actually do what their brain tells them to. Although he did have his moments where he used his emotions instead of mind but that was when he solemnly got angry. Which wasn't a whole lot. He turned his head towards Blythe once more and gave her look that said she should think about this. What Aidan believed in , he did. And no one could change his mind.

Blythe was holding onto the brunnette when she heard the red hair girl "We aren't smart enough for you two? Really? You accidentally broke a door, and refer to us all as humans. You claim not to be, and even though you managed to hear us from that far away, I sorely doubt that you aren't. I know that you will probably just torture me more for saying anything but honestly, the only other way you could hurt me is by dropping me on the floor until the last uninjured part of me is bruised!" She took a breath in and looked at the girl "You don't even know who or what your are talking about. And y'all are humans, weak humans that just mess it up for us. We are far from humans...we aren't weak....I could kill you if I really wanted to but I won't...." She was going to continue when she felt Aidan pry her hands off of the brunettes arms. She glared up at him "Blythe. I don't agree on your actions. If you want revenge they're already dead. Don't put others peoples mistakes on innocent people. Even if you do release your anger on them it isn't going to change what has been done" she heard the seriousness in Aidan's voice.

She felt torn in many different ways and her heart was pounding against her chest. She felt her anger was building and she felt like she was going to explode. Turning around she quickly went to the closest wall away from everyone and brought her fist back so fast and slammed it against the wall. The wall started to crack some of it was crumbling down but it didn't break all the way. Her hand was bleeding and broken but she didn't care, she just started crying all the emotions in her just broke. She turned and looked at Aidan "Since you seem so sure about yourself Aidan, what the fuck do you think we should do? What are we suppose to do...huh? Look at them...they are too weak to even take care of themselves right now." her voice was raised and she was still crying, she tried to get control of her emotions but this is the first time she has broken down like this since....she doesn't actually remember the last time she broke down.

Blythe moved towards a wall and punched it straight on; causing for a crack to be heard and her fist start to bleed. She cried, but not out of the pain from the punch, but because she wanted to let go of all her frustrations. Aidan stood there and watched knowing that if he were to get in the way bad things would happen to him.
"Since you seem so sure about yourself Aidan, what the fuck do you think we should do? What are we suppose to do...huh? Look at them...they are too weak to even take care of themselves right now." He looked towards all of them and agreed with her on that one. "I suppose your right, but what if they could get out on their own? Like this girl over here." He motioned at the girl behind him and then towards the group. "She got out, even with all the pain and blood. Then would you help?" Aidan knew it was risky but what choice did he he have? He wanted to help the humans but still have Blythe help. Maybe not the way he originally planned it but still the same way nonetheless.

Valerie watched as Aidan pulled her arms from Blythe's death grip. She flexed her wrists, glad to be free from both the ropes and Blythe's grasp. Blood still trickled from open wounds, but she didn't care. The pain had lessened, for sure, but hadn't gone away. She felt Aidan push her behind him, then heard him speak to Blythe.

Blythe was angry, very angry. Valerie was grateful that she hadn't taken her anger out on her. That wouldn't have been good. She listened to the sickening crunch of bones shattering as Blythe struck the wall with her hand. She didn't show any signs of pain, remarkably, but began to cry. Valerie was concerned of the girl's tears, but was more happy that they didn't have thought to retie her. Still, Valerie tucked her arms behind her back, so Aidan and Blythe didn't know she was untied, but the other captives did. Maybe they could all escape together.

"I suppose your right, but what if they could get out on their own? Like this girl over here. She got out, even with all the pain and blood. Then would you help?" Blythe looked at the girl Aidan pointed to, she gave the brown haired girl a glare then looked back to Aidan. Her hand was in a lot of pain, she finally stop the tears and tried to hold back her emotions, getting herself back in check. She heald her hand to her chest and thought for a few minutes then walked around the room surveying each of the wounded ones then went over to Aidan and looked up at him. "Okay so this girl here got out...well if the others can get out too then I guess I can help. But I am not showing them any compassion. They better be ready because this isn't going to be easy Aidan and some of them might even die...but not by my hands" she glared at him "and one other thing...you have to help me with my hand before we do anything..I hate when I get that angry, but it comes with being demonic huh?"

He smiled even though Bly was glaring at him for the simple reason he thought he finally got to her. "and one other thing...you have to help me with my hand before we do anything..I hate when I get that angry, but it comes with being demonic huh?" Aidan nodded and left the room for a second, he then went to grab some water to clean the crimson blood on her hand. In the room he noticed there were no bandages left inside the box. 'Darn.' In a flash he was by her side and bending down to get to her level pouring the water on her hand. The blood dripped down onto the concrete floor making it a pretty red color. Aidan then ripped the bottom half of his shirt about one and a half inch and then wrapped the brown colored strip of material on her hand. "Better?" He asked and then stood up to his full height again. "We didn't have any bandages left because of a certain someone.."

His sensitive ears then picked up an almost silent plead. "Please, Lord, help us out, keep us safe," He raised an eyebrow at that and responded. "Well we might not be the lord but we sure can help." The brunette guy then ran his hand though his his hair. "But before that, you might want to get out first." In a second he had his head tilted and a smile on his face. 'But I'm not exactly sure if she can get out..'

Valerie watched as Blythe and Aidan argued, somewhat amused by their chatter. She listened quietly to the conversation, but caught the word 'demonic'. They were demons. No wonder they had such remarkable strength and speed, but. . . they couldn't be. Demons didn't exist. . . right? She was just ready to shake the thought from her mind that she realized that they were probably telling the truth. What right did she have in remembering what was real and what wasn't. The world was destroyed for all she knew.

She was sorting through her thoughts when a blonde girl adjacent to her spoke softly, praying to the Lord. She managed a dry laugh when Aidan came back with a smart retort. Now was not the time for that. She heard Blythe speak of escaping but only if they could get themselves out. Valerie pulled her hands in front of her and wiggled her fingers. "Okay, Blythe. I got myself out, but what if I can't get myself up?" She motioned to her blood stained and mangled leg.

Brooklyn looked around at all the people getting out. Great, she was the first one to try and would probably be the last one to get out. They mentioned something about 'demonic' but she really didn't care. They may be helping her but she still thought they were crazy. Blythe wasn't going to help them get unbound so her opinion on her didn't improve much. Hell, if anything she hated her more for everything that happened. She felt like she should hate Aidan but she was putting all the blame on Blythe because, well Aidan didn't really look like he wanted to hurt them.

Looking up at the ropes she knew she couldn't do the same thing as the other girl. The rope was to high and couldn't reach the ground, so she would have to lift herself...again. "Third times a charm..." She mumbled to herself as she pushed herself against the wall. Looking at her arms she realized they were worse off than her feet. So she moved her legs into a crouching position and pushed up. She winced from the pain and clenched her teeth. THey never said if there were more, so she wanted to be safe.

The second her mouth got to the rope she opened it and bit down on the knot. It looked pretty simple actually. In a few tugs and pulls the ropes were off and she fell back to the ground, a feeling of relief coming through her. Once again though her wounds were open. At this rate she would have them forever. But at least she would have themwhile being alive. She looked at the boy who had talked to her earlier trying to help and told him, "Thanks for the notion earlier."

Meanwhile, Evangeline had been tugging unsuccessfully at the ropes binding her wrist. In frustration, she struck the stone with a loud, yet somehow satisfying, thunk. "This isn't working," she mumbled to herself. Suddenly, she caught sight of her hand. Her nails were caked in dirt, yet they looked helpful.

With renewed vigour, she started picking at the ropes with her nails. But a few minutes later, she just had to admit defeat. Her nails ached terribly, and blood had been added to the list of gunk coating her hands. "If this goes on, I'm going to break the whole nail off. All in all, not one of my best decisions, huh?" she muttered under her breath.

Looking around for inspiration, Evangeline spotted a small, sharp stone lying near her knee. With great difficulty, she leaned down and picked it up. Quickly, she sawed through the rest of her ropes.

Finally, she sat up. "There," she announced. "Now will you help me get out of this godforsaken place?"

Jasper

'He smiled in a crooked way that one might mistake it for a smirk of pure evil. Crimson stained his hands and was dripping on the wooden floor. He had finally done it. His black eyes looked around the room inspecting the small living space. Walls that were once a cream color was now dented from the fight and dripping red all over. He walked over the dead body of a young girl with brunette hair and lifeless blue eyes. He scoffed at her lying form and then went over towards another women but with much older features. Crows feet were 'adoring' her brown eyes, and her black hair looked like it had a mind of its own. The last body on the honey floor was his father. A lean looking man with a nice head of coffee colored hair and what could be stunning black eyes had a look of sadness etched on his face. "Three reported dead. A women at the age of thirty four, a young girl age of 14, and last but not least a man at thirty five." Jasper said out loud at what the police would say in the case. "Death is caused by strangling and by knife. Culprit, unknown." At the last two words he chuckled but it soon grew into a full pledged sinister laugh.'

A guy at the age of seventeen woke up with sweat on his face and heaving breathing. "Dammit.." He muttered under his breath and hit the brick wall next to him. "I thought I had got over that last time." After a few minutes he calmed himself down and then stood up from the black leather couch. He cracked his back and then neck in hopes of making the ache go away. Once fully stretched he walked out of the room and started towards the room where the victims where. In all honesty Jasper didn't capture them for a reason, he just wanted to play with something when he was bored. And humans where the next best thing. Jasper was right at the metal door that was still there when he heard something. "....Now will you help me get out of this godforsaken place?" He scoffed at that but then heard the sound of ropes untying, most likely someone had gotten out. Jasper then sensed the presence of two other demons. By the looks of it, the other two he sensed were Blythe and Aidan. Blythe he was okay with, because she didn't like humans and rather torture then save them. But Aidan, Oh he was a completely different story. His heart was weak and actually liked humans. In fact, Jasper doesn't know why he didn't just kill him already. But instead of rushing in there and causing a huge fight, he went over towards the power surge and black everything out. Since they were in a ware house where most likely no one will ever find, the place had no windows whatsoever. Everything was pitch black and even if you do have your eye get adjusted to the dark, you could only see what's right in front of you. He went back towards the room he was just in, and went to look for some help.
