Black Light- Occisor has manifested the strange ability to produce a light that can only be described as black. This strange 'Light' is most commonly summoned from his hands,but under stress or other circumstances it has been seen that he can emanate it from anywhere he chooses.
The 'Light' can be used as normal light, to illuminate, distract, flash-blind, etc. It is most commonly seen to be used offensively, having a destructive effect on anything in it's path that resembles vaporization.
Other applications have been observed,but subject is too difficult to test for extended periods.
Regeneration- Occisor has been seen to recover from minor wounds in mere seconds and, through the course of testing, shown the remarkable ability to regrow severed limbs. The true extent of his healing factor is unsure, due to hesitance to cause more grievous damage and lose such a prized specimen.
Physical Superiority- Occisor has shown an amazing resilience to pain and has a much higher strength and speed than most other subjects. While not possessing anything worthy of being called titanic or quicksilver, he has show the ability to break through concrete with little effort and damage, and match a cheetah in a full sprint.
Weakness:
Unstable- The stress of experimentation has caused dangerous psychological trauma,resulting in amnesia (he can remember nothing before his...capture), apparent hallucination and delusion (one of the few times he spoke to testers he spoke of a woman he envisioned speaking to him), and most worrisome, a sadistic lack of morality. He has proven to delight in any test involving combat, bloodshed, survival and has excelled at all. He shows little patience for being interrogated or spoken to, and attacked one psychologist that attempted to diagnose him.
Physically this manifests as headaches and is currently on a drug regimen to manage this pain.
Increased Metabolism- Due to his increased physical might and his regeneration, his body uses nourishment at a much faster rate, requiring him to consume much more than an average human. He has shown the capacity to go a week without food, but by that time he was little more than a violent, destructive skeleton. At this stage of food deprivation,he displayed no capacity to communicate and attacked the nurse that entered the room to give him his food. Details are mostly omitted, but she was horribly mangled, and Occisor ate what he tore from her, as well as the food after waking from the sedatives the guards administered.
Silence- It is hard to gauge how successful everything has been due to the fact the Occisor hates the staff with such intensity that he utters not a word to them and has even shown a disdain towards other subjects, rarely speaking to his would be brothers and sisters.
Personality: Occisor has no memory of life before his abduction and subsequent experimentation. Perhaps it was the cocktail of isotopes and splicing dubbed VOID, that gave him the majority of his power and mental instability that caused this,or perhaps simply the trauma of the abduction. At any rate subject is dangerous and is monitored at all times, something he knows well and despises.
Shortly after being brought to the facility he began to display antisocial behavior, as well as a disregard for authority. In summary, even from the start it was known that he was strong and stubborn,and the experimentation has only increased this. After more than a dozen years he is no more controllable than he ever was. The only redeeming thing about him is the power he displays, if we could find a way to make him truly obey, he would be such a force to be reckoned with and the success of the program would be ensured, only along with his cooperation, and those few other truly extraordinary subjects would those outside the program be awed.
Amongst his peers he exudes a quiet confidence, bordering on arrogance. He displays an emotionless, blank facade that only falters once his temper flares, or one of his headaches occur. Due to his violent behavior, much of his time has been spent in solitary confinement, though this had to be specially made once he began to discover what he could do.
His violent temperament, delusive hallucinations, and his strong, stubborn instinct make many view him as little more than an idiot killing machine, though beneath this exterior lies a coldly cunning and calculating mind that appears to simply be waiting for the opportunity to strike.
Should that day ever happen,the facility may not survive his fury,unless any allies he might have made can hold him back, for he has been more active, more cooperative, and more animated than he has been in years, it is feared that he knows something we do not and if things go as his weapon training had, perhaps we should simply keep him under lock down until this new manner has been fully understood.
