Introduction
Over two hundred years ago there was a prosperous kingdom named Odenhan. The markets where flooded with goods and people. The king ruled with a just and far heart and did not look down on his subjects. The secret to the kingdoms prosperity was that it was guarded by a dragon. The dragon was a brilliant color of silver and his fire was white and could melt anything. The name of the dragon was Emris. The king would often invite Emris to the palace to seek his wisdom and help him pass far judgment on his subjects. The dragon always knew when he was being lied to and could see into a man’s heart and see their true nature.
But like every empire it was doomed to eventually fall. There was another kingdom that saw the way there enemy prospered. The rival King sawt out a necromancer who could end the kingdom of Odenhan. The necromancer placed a spell over Odenhan that killed every living soul…except for one.
Emris watched as the people of Odenhan died. Finally no one was left. Bodys riddled the street. Death was everywhere on every man, woman, and child. Emris snapped. Letting out a mighty roar that shacked the kingdom. He took off and tracked the magic that destroyed his home back to the kingdom. In a fit of rage Emris burned the kingdom to the ground. Once the rage left him he was ashamed of what he had done. He had left a scar on the land where the kingdom had used to be. Ashamed at this Emris buried himself deep beneath the kingdom of Odenhan.
Present Time
It has been two hundred years sense that day and the kingdom of Odenhan has been rebuilt. The tale of Emris and the mighty kingdom he protected became nothing but a story, the truth lost to the passage of time. The kingdom where the dragon had burnt to the ground has now come to be known as the Land of Ash. People that go there don’t normally return, but those that do are not usually in their right mind. They tell tales of creatures so horrifying that it drives the adventurer insane. This has deterred many from exploring too far out of the kingdom for it seems that the lands around the wasteland are becoming corrupted. The lands around the kingdom are being corrupted by something at the heart of the Land of Ash. The dead don’t sometimes stay dead, crops and livestock die for no apparent reason, creatures strat out of nightmares are spoted. Something is sturing.
You
You are an adventurer. You have made many trips outside the borders of the kingdom and have seen what the corruption is doing to the lands. You fear that if something is not done soon the corruption will flood into the kingdom. You have searched for a solution and everywhere you look it all leads back to an old story that no one even believes in. Thinking of no better solutions you make your way to the great silver tree in the middle of Odenhan where the story says the dragon sleeps.

Yes and to be honest I don't think I am going to put a player cap. The more the marryer.
DuBois_Scarlett wrote:This looks very interesting! :D Is it still running and is it a Medieval sort of setting? x
Yes it is still running I am just looking to get a few people before starting. I hope to get atleast three people before we begin. Also this is a midieval setting.
Also on a final note I left Emris' character description the way it is because as time goes by and the other characters learn more about him more will be filled in. But for everyone elsa please be as detailed as possible so I can builed the plot around the characters.
