At first glance, Noboru is tough, no-nonsense, and vaguely terrifying.
Well. If you ignore the fact that he always has a warm smile on his face and strives to be kind to everyone he meets.
Noboru is a gentle soul, warm and loving to everyone he meets without a care for who they are, what theyβve done, or what they say. He displays an unconditional positive regard for everyone around him, remaining patient and optimistic even in the most difficult times. Those who know him are proud to call him a friend for life.

Noboru grew up a morticianβs son. Watching bodies brought to his father for burial ignited a strange curiosity in Noboru, especially when he found out just how many of these bodies were victims of crimes that had never been solved. Wanting to contribute to this strange epidemic somehow, Noboru went on to pursue anatomy and criminal justice, eventually shooting up the ranks and establishing himself through years of study and hard work as a premier coroner and crime scene investigator.
Though he was technically beyond the age of attending Hopeβs Peak, for some reason the school reached out--figuring it would be a nice way to polish his talent and thus help more people, Noboru accepted the invitation.
