Fray sat up in bed looking around. Holding the covers over her chest she looked over at her sleeping boyfriend. His black hair covering his face and his chest moving ever so slightly. She smiled at the idea that he was next to her, but when the text message played once again in her head, the smile disappeared and she decided that a nice way to wake him up with be a nice punch to the arm, but when he stirred and rolled over towards her, she flinched.

"Your awake already?" His blue eyes matched hers and she nodded her head. "Then maybe you should be doing something, like getting my food." His eyes help nothing more then annoyance.

"But, I can't not today, I have to be at work in ab-" The words stopped and was met a slight tap to her mouth.

"Maybe you should've gotten up earlier."

Moving away she nodded her head, dropping the sheets she quickly grabbed her bra and underwear with a tank and shorts. As she walked out the slap was forgiven and the slate was wiped clean. Making breakfast for Haely was actually quite easy, two eggs and one sausage, and by the time she was done he had already gotten up and kissed on in the same spot he hit.

"Sorry, I just get a little grumpy when I'm hungry. I'll take you to work so your not late ok?" He was shirtless, Fray didn't think that he looked so bad shirtless, so as he ate she quickly ran to get dressed, black shorts and a white t-shirt, grabbing her waiters belt and pulling her hair up into a loose pony tail she was ready. Today she didn't wear any make up, for once, she didn't need too.

"Go get in the car, I'll be there shortly." Shooing her off he was looking at his phone. With one look Fray already knew it was, but she wasn't in the mood the mood for another slap so she walked out the apartment and down the stairs to the car. It was a small black Saturn, it was her's but she let him take while she was at work. Stepping in the car it was hot and stuffy, and it only took ten minutes for him to get down there to meet her.

"You look nice today." He smiled dead at her. Leaning over he kissed her cheek and pulled out. It made her heart skip a beat and her cheek redden, but it didn't heal her heart. Fray smiled though and kissed him back. When she got out the car, she left all the hurt behind and walking into the Cafe', it was work time, and no one needed to know.

---------------------------------

Levi woke up to an empty house. She had left already. He already knew it. How? Her glasses were gone, she never leaves without them. Sitting up, he sighed. He wanted to make her breakfast, but perhaps she had something better to do. Levi refused to let his mind wonder to her other lover, he had work today, and a class later at four, today was full.

Levi got up getting in the shower, relaxing his mind. The steam filled the bathroom and when she got out he stubbed his toe, and let out an almost inhuman sound. Another reminder of his broken voice. Getting out he dried off putting a hot pocket in the microwaved and pulling on his pants and blue shirt.

He always ate on the go, rarely eating in his own house. Letting his brown hair flow freely today he grabbed his food and grabbed his keys and left. Knocking over a picture of his girlfriend. Running down the stairs he stepped out into the heat and shielded his eyes. Taking a bite he crossed the street and entered the Cafe' Tank god he lived across the street, impatient he was, so getting to work fast soothed his jittery nerves.

Looking over he saw Fray and waved at her, no make up, meant no brusies. She returned the gestured and went back to serving bagels. Going to a table near by he would finish his breakfast and watch the cars roll by, and then he would see her, in his car. Levi's jaw stopped moving and for a second his heart stopped. Everything stopped. Levi watched as they pulled off. A tug on his shirt brought him back.

"Excuse me, can I buy a co....co..cookie. Yea a cookie." He looked down at the small girl and smiled, he got up throwing his trash away and went behind the counter. grabbing the nearest pen he wrote on a pad . "Which one kiddo?" The girl looked up and him and cocked her head.

"You can't talk?" She pointed at her mouth. Levi shook his head no. "Oh, well that's ok, I still think your cool." Levi gave a thumbs up, and handed her the red cookie she pointed too. Taking the dollar she waved bye and ran out. She was a regular, and always got Fray, but this time he served her, she seemed pretty nice.

The first thing Luvllaby felt was something cold and wet jamming itself into the hollow of her neck. It make short snorting noises and whimpers that were ever so pitiful. Her hazel eyes fluttered open to see a sixty pound bull terrier, otherwise known as Zane, attempting to knock her from the bed to wake her up. He succeeded in all his desired actions except making her hit the ground. “Go away Zane.”

She huffed, letting her chest fall. Next to her she could feel the heat off of Deacon's body. He drove her insane, but he could do something no one else could, keep her guessing. Most men gave away everything up their sleeves by letting a few words slip, but not Zane. He always managed to keep his cool with a collected smirk resting upon his perfect lips. His black hair clashed with the white pillow case and a few strands fell into his shut eyes. He looked so innocent. It had been a while since she figured out his hidden escapades and no more than ever she would do anything to get him back into her arms completely.

Zane had jumped off the bed and trotted into the other room, emptying the space in between their two bodies. With a quick glance over to her clock she noted she was on time and even had a few minutes to spare. Once she was assured of this she leaned into Deacon, pressing her cherry lips against his ever so softly as to wake a baby bird. She intensified their kiss until she felt his lips in motion against her's perfectly. To leave him wanting more she pulled away from his arms which had wound their way around her waist into a tight embrace. “Good morning Deacon.” Luvllaby had always had a way with her voice, changing it's pitch and melodious tone to the correct mood. This time it was sexy but light making the lustful hunger in his pale green eyes ignite.

“You don't have to go to work you know...” With that he pulled her closer again, only one thing on his mind. The thing that plagued their relationship. Deacon could care less what else she did, just that she kept putting out to keep him around.

“Yes, I do...” Luvllaby raised an eyebrow and wiggled from his grasp onto the cool mahogany wood floors. He would probably go to sleep after she left, but for now he simply sat up in the bed watching her every move. Once she had cleared the room she pulled his Beatles tee shirt over her head and slipped off the frilly panties he had bought her a few years back. This was the only reason he would not protest her leaving, because he got enough of her just by looking. His desires would be filled with a glance at her body.

With one quick glance in the mirror she checked her overall appearance making sure her work outfit was flawless. All her uniform required her to wear was black pants or skirt and a white shirt, and Luvllaby never missed the opportunity to glam it up. Instead of the boring selection of clothing she could have chosen she opted for a tight high waist black pencil skirt and mandatory white button down which she tucked into the skirt. She polished off the look with a pair of red stilettos. Work required her to pull her hair back so it was tucked neatly into a bun with a few curly locks falling around her face. After a light dusting of makeup she was out the door, but only after giving Deacon another intense kiss.

It only took her five minutes to arrive at work on foot. Fray and Levi had beat her there and already begun serving people. Thankfully they didn't take the one thing she loved to do at work. Start the music. After scurrying in through the employee door making sure no one saw her Luvllaby went directly to the radio which would project throughout the entire store. Most people came to the coffee shop for the hospitality, which included Luvllaby as she sang and worked. It normally brought a few smiles from the hardened New Yorkers.

Quietly, she chose the station that the shop allowed. It was a mix of singer and bands like Adele, Paramore, and some of the more popular singles like E.T. by Katy Perry. This was how Luvllaby let everyone know she had arrived, by turning on the music. Using two lightly tanned fingers she turned the music up slightly to the desired volume and hung her bag up on the hook before grabbing something out of it.

“Good morning my co-workers!” Luvllaby pranced into the main room, “Levi... I have a surprise for you... well actually for me, but you are going to have to help me.” She made her way over to him behind the counter, both hands behind her back holding something from his vision. “Wanna see?”

Luvllaby had always enjoyed Levi, something about him made her happy. Maybe it was the fact he had no voice but took life head on, or maybe it was because he had done a beautiful sculpture of her once. No matter what she thought he was the best, so in return she wanted to attempt to make his life, or at least, his job a little easier in the communication sector. A small smile played on her lips as she waited for his response.

Shela had already been up for hours. First days of everything were always nerve racking. It did not help that she knew where Blaine had been last night. It was obvious. He did not answer any of her calls or bother to call back, but that was the usual with him. Her stomach still fluttered thinking about him. The way his blonde wispy hair covered his dark eyes when he laughed. Despite everything they had been through she was utterly crazy for him.

The mirror had to of been getting sick of her reflection because she had been standing in it for about an hour checking her appearance. A pair of black slacks hung on her hips and a white button down tucked in was all she had to wear. Her hair was pulled back into a french braid and tied back with a pale pink ribbon. She had already gone through training with the owner, but today would be her first day on the floor without his help and in the company of her other co-workers. He mentioned that she might know them, but none of their names rang any bells. Maybe their faces would be familiar.

She was not scheduled in until ten o'clock, but made her way there by nine-thirty and angry New York commuters made their way through the doors in a rush to get their coffee and bagel. Behind the counter was a pretty boy with dark brown hair, he looked so innocent, yet could easily pose in a magazine any day of the week. The girl next to him was equally as pretty except in place of the innocence was desire or lust. Something like that. There was another girl working on getting coffee. Again she was attractive, in a different sense though, out of all of them, her face seemed the most familiar.

“Wanna see?”

It took Shela a moment to realize that the girl behind the counter was not talking to her but instead to the man beside her. Her black flats made no noise on the tile floor as she made her way into the back where she hung her purse and pulled on her apron. On the chart where the scheduals were written was Shela's name and then “bus boy.” Which meant while everyone else was making food she would be cleaning up messes and dirty tables. Better a job than no job at all. Before making her way to the floor she threw a smile to the blonde girl. “I swear I've seen you before... do you go to the art academy?”

(Excuse the length)

Derick sat in the tree in the middle of the forest with the claw marks engraved in it. He had woke up at 6:00AM to catch a shot of the sunrise. His camera swung from his neck as he climbed down from his perch. He misjudged his footing and slipped, bashing his head on the tree as his feet fell to the ground. He laughed at his misfortune and rubbed his head. He trotted to his flat to collect Adlea's jacket. Unlocking his door, he pushed it open and pulled his camera off his neck - a rare sight. He sighed and dropped it on the counter and walked into his bedroom, picking up Adlea's jacket from his bed. He sniffed it, breathing in Adlea's smell of cottoncandy dipped in chocolate and the smell of a bar. He slung it over his shoulder, still fazed by her smell. He would miss her.

Derick walked out the flat, locking the door and catching the bus just as it was leaving. He dropped the coins into the dish and the driver handed him his ticket. He slide into the seat at the front and sat patiently. He felt his neck, if seemed lighter than normally. Crap! My camera - I left it on the counter. Now I can't get to work straight after my visit. GREAT! he thought to himself angrily. He NEVER left without his camera.

Pressing the stop button just outside Adlea's house, Derick jumped off the bus. He rapped on Adlea's door and a tired voice asked "Who?" Derick rolled his eyes at Adlea's normal laziness "Derick - your boyfriend." He replied, sulkily. The door opened and he stumbled in. "You left this. i have to work now. Later!" He handed over the jacket, but she gripped his arm "Derick - where's your camera?" She asked, her eyes red.
"At home, I'm doing home decore' photoshoots today. I must go, my customers are waiting." He muttered, peeling her fingers off his arm. He slanted out, clicking the door shut. He decided to walk to Luvllaby's work cafe.

OOC: Sorry it's short. Mum's are evil - she told me to come off.

Phil woke with a start at the sound of his girlfriend's hairdryer blowing furiously on the other side of the room. Grumbling to himself he glanced at the time on the clock, he was only slightly late, no later than usual. His eyes burnt as the bright light that streamed through the blinds hit him. Everything ached, especially his head which pounded with the sound of the hairdryer and the sudden moving Phil found himself having to do.

Clutching his head he let out a groan of pain as he stumbled out of bed walking past Charley who continued to dry her brightly dyed red hair. Phil had realized the time, and he was rushing as fast as his body would allow him to while suffering with a deadly hangover from yet another night of boyish drinking games and necking back shots.

I am never drinking again He muttered to himself as he pulled a bottle of water out of the fridge and started to gulp down large amounts of cool liquid which soothed his pain slightly, quickly filling the bottle back up once he had finished the previous one.

"Did you have fun last night?" A female's voice said from the doorway shortly after the hair dryer stopped: Phil seeing Charley standing there wearing her work uniform ready to leave.

He knew he should of simply said 'No' to please her, but Phil was still furious with what he had saw just three days ago. He still cared for Charley, he'd even thought of leaving that night he found out about her and her 'friends' meetings. But once he thought about what he was doing he shortly stopped knowing he never could leave her, no matter what she did to him; Charley would always have him wrapped around her little finger bending him to do anything she wanted.

Instead of replying he didn't say anything and stayed quiet walking past her. Of course Charley had begun to wonder why Phil seemed slightly 'off' with her lately. She was still under the impression that he didn't know about her and her fun. She thought her plan was foolproof, but apparently it wasn't.

"What is wrong with you?"She demanded following him through to their bedroom as he pulled out his work uniform from the small closet that sat up against the wall.

Shrugging his shoulders he pulled the blue shirt over his head and onto his body. "I'm just going to be late for work that's all." He muttered under his breath quickly pulling his trousers on. Phil wasn't in the mood for talking he hadn't even bothered to check in the mirror for what he looked like which was usually a picture of horror while he was hungover. His eyes were red and his face bore a light coating of stubble, also a bruise on his cheek indicating that either he walked into a lamppost or he managed to get into a fight.

Kissing her on the cheek, he promised her they'd talk later and he was out of the house before Charley had the chance to say anything more. Phil always seemed pretty care-free and Charley was used to his sometimes distant nature while absorbed in thought. However lately it sometimes seemed over the top and she was now becoming suspicious of his strange behavior.

Catching sight of his reflection in a shop window on the way to work at the Cafe he shuddered, smoothing down his wild brown hair and rubbing his painful eyes, he pushed open the door to the Cafe that was alive with the smell of coffee which alerted Phil right from the moment he smelt it. He loved the smell of coffee, one of the reasons why he had chosen to work at the Cafe in the first place.

Fray had just finished serving a table. It was one of her professors from the academy. Sadly he wasn't one of her music teachers but was her English teacher, who decided that now would be a great time to tell her that she got a B on her paper because of comma splices. Fray sat there with a bored look on her face while she refilled his coffee that fueled this grammar talk. She was tempted to ask if he wanted a side of periods to go with the coffee but she didn't have time to make the joke seeing as he got up spilling the said coffee and hurried off. Fray assumed it was a business meeting. Either way she didn't care her mind was else where.

Something moved in the corner of her eye. It was Levi. She waved back with a big smile. He was the nicest person she had met. Even though he couldn't talk he somehow had this charm about him that got him everywhere. She wanted that charm, oh how she wished she had that charm. Her eyes didn't rest for long though, her close friend Luvllaby walked it with a switch and a bounce. Her brown hair bounced as she walked and her eyes held sex appeal. Fray laughed at the few guys who looked over at her and were whispering about her body.

Of course she paid them no mind, and ripped of the end of a paper straw covering and blew it right at her. Not that she wanted to talk to her now, but Fray did later, besides, little miss sexy was flirting, and Fray would never interrupt that. Making eye contact with her Fray motioned her head at the clock and put up three fingers and made a circle with one hand. For others around them, Fray looked like she was making bootleg signs, but to Luvllaby, it meant 'Bagel shop at three.'

Leaving those two be she turned to the schedule and saw that they had a new member to add to the team. Fray's mouth turned down and a slight sigh escaped her lips. Fray hated to be the one to teach new recruits, they usually were ditsy or annoying. Turning to fix her hair in the mirror she got a good look at herself. Bleach blond hair and sea green eyes. Fray looked at her lip with bore a slight scar from this morning. 'Nothing a small lie can't fix' Fray nodded and left the image of her lip in the mirror.

"Shela." Fray said the name out loud as soon as she stumbled through the door. "Hi. I'm Fray, I 'm supposed to show you around, you know help get you used to things." Her face struck her as familiar. “I swear I've seen you before... do you go to the art academy?” Face placed. Shel Duncan. "Yea, I do, I assume you do too." Fray motioned her to follow her.

_______________________________

Levi looked over and smiled at Luvllaby. He was much taller then her so he had to look down when she approached him. Her voice held something that he couldn't place. Mesmerizing as it was. He turned around to greet her with a charming smirk. Even though he never pointed it out, he noticed it when she spiced up her out fit. Necklace or earrings. Her nails might be painted or an added bracelet.

He tried to peek over her but she backed up so he couldn't see. He could tell she was playing a game. So Levi had a game of his own, and the fact that he just saw his cheating whore of a girlfriend in the car with her other lover made it all the better. Leaning over her he traced her face with his fingers. The curves of her cheek bones over smooth jaw line and her small chin. Down her neck and over her defined collar bone. stopping in the middle of it he poked her. Leaning back he grabbed his pad and pencil.

'Come on show me the gift, I'm sure I'll appreciate it.' Levi wrote it and poked out his bottom lip and batted his eyes a little. A flying piece of paper interrupted his little puppy dog act and he looked back to see Fray making some hand gestures. Levi never understood those two but then again, he had never tried and really didn't want too. They were girls, and that already meant they were out of his league.

Then a new girl walked in, apparently this would be their new team member. Checking the schedule he smiled at the fact that this 'Shela' got to clean the tables, it meant that he didn't have to do it, which meant he had enough time to leave before class. Once again he thought of his girlfriend. Maybe he could pick her something up on the way. It killed him to know that even so, he still loved her, and he needed her to love him back.

Shela was to busy trying to pull herself together to notice the small gestures the employees had begun to show each other. It had to of been some kind of code, a code she hopefully one day would understand. A piece of paper flew right in her line of vision and she stepped back as she finished tying the apron. In her mind, she wondered how she looked to them. Most people always automatically assumed she was rude because of her looks, barbie looks, but unlike the doll she never tramped around. She was never shallow or rude and never talked back. Her mother raised her with fabulous manners.

"Hi. I'm Fray, I 'm supposed to show you around, you know help get you used to things. "Yea, I do, I assume you do too." Fray motioned her to follow her.

So Shela did know her. Despite knowing they attended the same school, she could not pin Fray into what category she would fit in. Nonchalantly her eyes drifted over her. She wasn't fat or pudgy by any means, but dancers at the school normally leaned towards the below thin range, plus her body wasn't toned in the right places. A sculptor was a possibility, but she still couldn't see it. Finally she took a glance at Fray's fingers and it became clear. Musician. Even though the blonde had taken care of her fingertips with a trained eye it was easy to see the callouses that graced them.

“Musician I see.” Shela gave her a perfect sweet smile and followed behind her, “I'm a dancer... so you'll show me around. Thank you so much... I was so nervous, but you all seem pretty cool around here, does everyone go to the academy?”

___________________________________________________

Luvllaby quickly moved her hand and snatched the straw wrapper that Fray had sent her way. It had sort of become a ritual for them and it always had to deal with some kind of straw wrapper. Sure, most people thought it was silly, but Luvllaby looked at this simple action as a reassurance that their friendship was still intact.

Her lightly tanned finger crunched the wrapper as she stuck it into the pocket of her apron as she tossed her head back to look at Fray. 'Bagel shop, three o'clock' was what she got from the motions. That meant Fray needed to talk about something, then again, so did she. Luvllaby never wanted to tell anyone, but as of recently the thought of her boyfriend cheating had begun to rip out her heart. A small smile played on the corner of her cherry lips and she winked to Fray, confirming their meeting place.

Just as the turned back to Levi he had already set his fingertips in motion. Each individual digit ran down a different part of her face. First her angular cheek bones and down her jaw, under her lip and down her chin. Normally he would have stopped by now, but instead his soft touch continued on over her collarbones and stopped in the center of her chest and using one finger he gently gave her a friendly poke.

She had no idea how much her eyes had widened at his touch, or if any shocked expression came over her face, two could play at this game. He had a girlfriend and she had a boyfriend, but her's was a cheating slob and he hadn't seemed to happy with his as of late. Luvllaby looked over to his pad and read quickly.

'Come on show me the gift, I'm sure I'll appreciate it.'

A devilish smile crossed lips. “Don't get pushy... maybe I'll make you wait then...” She raised one arched eyebrow and took a step up to him, standing on her tiptoes as much as possible in her heels. Her face a few inches from his. It was more of a challenging gesture than a romantic one, but the closeness was still unfamiliar territory between them. “Puppy dog faces don't work on me sweet cheeks.”

From around her back she pulled out a book, it was blue with different hands all over it. “I'm going to learn sign language so you don't have to write to me all the time...” Her hazel eyes flitted over his devious features for a moment. Luvllaby was never one to do things for people, let alone read a book. Her going out on a limb to learn sign language was an amazing thing. She set the book on the counter, the thing much weighed about twenty pounds alone, and raised her hands into the air doing the signs for 'I hope you don't mind.' She messed up a little, but the message made sense.

With that she picked the book back up and put it to her chest and smiled a tad before speaking, “That's all I know how to sign so far...” Then the mysterious girl came out of her as she turned around and left him standing there behind the counter with people to serve. The book sunk back into her leather bag as Luvllaby walked up to the table of boys to get their orders.

Stepping inside the Cafe, he could see his Colleagues were already busy working away. There was already a lively buzz about the cafe in the morning when tied customers would come in begging for their morning coffee, and that was precisely the way Phil was feeling right now.

He let the door swing shut behind him and disappeared off behind the counter for no more than two seconds before a man made his way to the counter asking for a coffee. Phil set to work, blocking out the chatter inside of the cafe which pounded inside his head furiously his body paying him back for all the fun he had the night before. Although he said to himself 'never again' if there was a text message or phone call later asking him to go out to a bar or club...he would most certainly be there.

“Musician I see.” Shela gave her a perfect sweet smile and followed behind her, “I'm a dancer... so you'll show me around. Thank you so much... I was so nervous, but you all seem pretty cool around here, does everyone go to the academy?”

Fray looked at her and decided that she might not be as bad as she originally thought. With a graceful smile she nodded. "Yea, I playing just about everything, my fingers are pretty nimble." Wiggling them she motioned to the stage. "I play up there at times." Leading her to the back to pointed at the schedule. "Pretty much you follow whatever that says, take your hour lunch break at three o'clock and yea. Welcome. Oh, and yea, most of us go to the academy."

Nodding towards her she smiled and walked over to the out of it Phil and poked his shoulder. "Someone had a rough night, if you want I'll cover for you and you can lay down in the back. "

Levi smiled at her attempt at sign language and did a simple motion of his hands towards her. 'Thank You'. It was basic sign language, and he was sure that Luvllaby had know it. In his head he was smiling though, it was the nicest gesture he had gotten from most people, including his girlfriend. His girlfriend had never once tried to learn and when he tried to teach it to her she blew him off.

Scoffing at the idea he decided to focus on better things, such as watching Luvllaby, it was a wonderful sight, and most people never missed the chance. Now on more prevalent matters, he walked over to the new girl and wrote 'Welcome i'm Levi, nice to meet ya kiddo.' on a board and showed it to her. hopefully she would get the fact that he couldn't speak, it was hard to explain in writing.

"I play up there at times. Pretty much you follow whatever that says, take your hour lunch break at three o'clock and yea. Welcome. Oh, and yea, most of us go to the academy."

Seemed simple enough. Shela hoisted a bucket up and a few wet rags and went to the task of cleaning the few dirty tables. Everyone seemed pleasant enough so far. The dishes clattered as she stuck them into the bucket, a few food particles scattered on the tables as well. With a wipe of the towel she quickly cleaned them up. It seemed no matter what she attempted to do, her mind continually drifted back to Blaine. As of right now he was supposed to be at work. She hoped he was but secretly doubted it. Then someone broke her train of thought.

A few feet from her face was a white board and written in bold letters was, 'Welcome i'm Levi, nice to meet ya kiddo.' Could he not talk? Shela decided she would not ask seeing as it truly was none of her business. Instead she gave him a smile that would make a dentist drool and shook his hand lightly. "I'm Shela your newest coworker. Nice to meet you!"

________

Luvllaby looked down to the boys at the table and instead of them looking at their menus they immediately looked at her body. She was a bit flattered at first, but that soon turned into annoyance as they blatantly had no desire to look at anything but her. After repeating herself three times she took action. Using one fist she slammed it on the table and then smiled to the boys. "Can I take your order, gentlemen?" They both looked at her, mouth gaped.

"We like them feisty...." The older man in a suit said to her. His dark brown hair was combed neatly out of his face. She sighed and repeated herself yet again. Eventually they ordered and she trotted back over to Levi to introduce herself to the new girl.

"Hi! I'm Luvllaby.. spelled L-U-V-L-L-A-B-Y." She smiled with her cherry lips and elbowed Levi, "see, whenever I am around he looses his ability to speak... he gets really nervous around pretty girls.." Using one hand she brushed a lock of hair from her face. Then she raised her hands and did the signs for 'just kidding'.

Slowly, Phil shook his head after the gentleman had turned away carefully carrying his cup of coffee balancing it on top of his half open newspaper.

"No thanks Fray...I'll be fine. No need for the poking either" He grumbled back rubbing his chin casting a glance around the shop. He wasn't in the best of moods as anyone could tell, and usually his grumpy appearance was brought on by a killer hangover (which if anyone knew him well enough, they could spot it from a mile off), but he was still trying his best to retain his sense of humour which was becoming difficult after his first customer's attempts at laughing about being tired: only proving to annoy Phil much more.

He wiped a split coffee mark from the counter and recognizing an unfamiliar girl clearing the tables, Phil turned his attention to her, peering through the haze of his headache.

"Whose that?" He asked with a curious tone in his strained voice, trying to sound a little more sociable than he was feeling right now. What he really needed was a strong painkiller and some time to sleep, but he couldn't spend his time laying around and not doing anything, if he did he might as well be at home.

Levi took the orders that came in with a smile on his face. A surprise walked through the door. Eona. Levi stopped what he was doing to look at her. She knew how to catch his eye. Her black hair was down and she had on a low cut red shirt. Not to mention the shorts that showed off a little more then they were supposed to.

"I thought I'd drop by to see my baby, is it ok if i stay?

She had huge brown eyes and her just couldn't say no. He pointed her to the back room. Looking over He caught the last sign from Luvllaby. He signed back 'Very funny' then her signed the word 'explain' and pointed to shela and went to the back. He wrote on his board 'Was'up?' Eona simply smiled and shook her head.

"I just missed you, and it's almost lunch time so, I can have lunch with you right?

Eona leaned up and kissed his cheek going back out into the open to a booth. Levi didn't know what it was about her but it was amazing, maybe it was her personality, or her smile, but her loved that girl with all his heart.

With the harsh reply Fray could tell that Phil had a serious hang over. "Hey, I'm just trying to be nice."

"Whose that?"

Phil's voice sounded husky and deep. Fray actually found it kinda relaxing. "She's the new co worker around here, she goes to the art academy too

(sorry about the short post.)

Luvllaby never hated anyone, but Eona was pretty darn close to being her first. It always seemed that whenever she was around Levi changed. He became this spawn that followed her around like a minion. Rage bubbled up in her stomach as she turned to Shela.

"Levi wants me to explain, long story short, his vocal chords were twisted as a child and he cannot speak. Despite his lack of words he never stops talking, you'll like him." Luvllaby gave the blonde barbie looking girl a smile and returned back to gathering orders. She could not help but notice the way Eona dressed. There was a major difference between trashy and classy and Levi's girlfriend continued to cross that boundary all the time. Her shorts rode up her legs and revealed a few inches of her rear.

Though, like a good friend (to Levi) she would play nice, though she was sure Eona did not like her much either. Her heels made a sharp noise as she walked over to the table and gave the black haired girl a plastic smile, "it is so good to see you! You seriously always look really good, I could never pull off that outfit." Well that was a lie, all of it. Luvllaby did not want to see her, Eona always looked trashy, and Luvllaby could rock out any outfit one hundred times better than she could. With that she turned over to Levi, "Hey, i'll take your work for now, go spend time with your girl."

With everything left in her she smiled to him. He knew she wasn't crazy about his girlfriend, but still she managed to suck it up.

_____________

Shela smiled at Luvllaby's response but went right back to working as she really had no reply to give her. Better to say nothing than something that made no sense.

"Whose that?"

At the counter there was a new guy, he seemed pretty nice, but defiantly straining wanting to be social. Once she finished gathering the dishes she placed the bin into the wash tub and wiped her hands on a cotton towel near the sink. After that she walked back out to meet the new guy. "Hey, I'm Shela!" She gave him a once over, realizing immediately what he needed. "I have some aspirin and ibuprofen in my bag if you want one." She raised one perfectly plucked eyebrow and leaned back on her elbows against the counter.

Phil nodded his slowly in reply to Fray, mumbling a "Ah I see." in a satisfied way his eyes settling on the young woman making her way over towards them; Phil suddenly interested guessing that it would be an opportunity to try and make a good first impression.

On hearing the young woman's voice, one of his eyebrows raised, noticing the thick French Accent that hung in her voice. "Oh Hi, I'm Phil." He answered slowly, already gathering maybe his deadly hangover was more obvious that he had first realized in the first place.

"That would be great, Thanks." He continued on, flashing a crooked smile to her although he didn't feel like smiling very much at all.

[OOC: Sorry about such as short reply (again) Had some serious writers block]
