Toki smiled, âAgreed, I just finished Grave Peril, from the Dresden Files. Really good book series it combines fantasy and mystery splendidly. The hero of the story is also awesome⊠a bit crude at times, but funny.â He told him. Toki nodded, âIf it is something like twilight⊠sign me up for a video game. Though if it is fantasy, sci-fi, sometimes horror⊠than I will be devouring the book.â He told him with a grin.
He nodded, âYes Midsummers night Dream by Shakespeare. I am Puck in the play. They wanted me to be Lysander or Oberon, but I have always been a Puck fan.â He told him. Tokishio laughed at the locker conspiracy theory. âProbably, yeah makes me late as well. Sometimes I think I should just bring all my books with me to the class.â He remarked. Toki couldnât help but grin at Nikolai laughing, he had a nice laugh. âYeah it would tremendously help my grades as well⊠probably cancel out my geography.â He told him. Toki vigorously nodded his head, âI know! They eat like savages sometimesâŠ. Talking with their mouth full, throwing food at each otherâŠâ he shook his head, âIt is like they werenât taught manners.â He muttered. âWell if you ever do decide to shove the books down their throat, I can help⊠though⊠I am not too tall and strong, but I am fast.â He remarked as he rubbed the back of his head.
Toki nodded, âI usually just have tea if I am feeling sick, does wonders.â He remarked with a smile. He chuckled a bit at Nikolaisâ reaction to being found out he was asleep in class, âYeah but I think I am the only one that has noticed. The teacher hasnât noticed at least. And I agree History class is rather boring.
He blushed a bit at Nikolaisâ exclamation about him knowing Japanese, âYeah⊠My mom was born and raised in Japan, my dad I believe was a half Japanese business man when he met her. So they both knew the language and my mom wanted me to be able to speak to her parents, since they donât know English.â He explained to him. Toki nodded, âIt is hard to learn another language. I wouldnât be able to learn German, and I havenât fully master Japanese yet, but I can hold a conversation I think. If I went to Japan I would automatically be called out as a foreigner there because of my accent.â He remarked.
Toki saw the flickering light and for amount he was in another place⊠another time not so long ago in his house, his dad came home drunk and⊠Toki shook that thought immediately out of his head not wanting to go there. âSomeone should either break that light or replace that light, it isnât good for the eyesâŠâ he muttered softly.
Toki nodded, âYeah⊠dad wouldnât like it either.â He listened to Nikolaisâ idea about the makeup test and smiled, âThat is a good idea! Nice quiet environment, no one cheating on one anotherâŠ.â He remarked. Toki laughed at the rambling study, âThere probably is one somewhere.â He commented as they reached the class room. âSeems we are here. Letâs hope we donât get detention.â He told him with a grin as he opened the door. Though he was a little sad that their conversation had to end right now⊠he liked the time they had spent with Nikolai, it was pleasant and helped take his mind off of the texts from the mysterious â-A.
