"You never stood a chance. But it's not like I gave you one to begin with."
Klein is the self-proclaimed "Trap Expert" as he has had quite a bit of experience with non-lethal traps that took form of practical pranks on just about anybody. With the right material and prep-time, he can make it a very frustrating process for someone to make it through a specific passage, or even eliminate them altogether before they even have a chance to react.
The biggest and most obvious downside to this is that he needs time to set up most of said traps.
{Mischievous, Kind, Nervous, Apathetic}
Klein has always enjoyed the feeling that one gets when they successfully pull off a prank and can certainly be considered a bit childish because of this. His favorite thing to do is to see what sort of tricks he can pull off, though he avoids those kinds that would possibly put someone's health in danger as he has no desire to harm people, with few exceptions. If one managed to watch the different pranks he pulls on people, then compare them, one could find that certain pranks might even be his way of showing affection to some people, though that is certainly questionable.
Aurelius likes seeing justice in the works (though not on him of course) for the most part. He is actually a very kind person despite what first impressions can be like and he could never just sit around while someone was being put in danger or being bullied. He is generally friendly to anybody he first meets as long as they return the favor. It tends to be that he avoids people he does not like or can't interact with. Sylvaria would be one, though for the completely opposite reason. While he is a nice person he is not entirely selfless and unless the situation pulls at his heartstrings enough, he would not really risk his life for somebody he did not know. Friends, however, are a much different story as he is quite loyal to those who gain his trust. He is capable of getting angry for his friends and even fighting for them and this has occasionally happened during his childhood (though nowadays he typically gets into a fight because of his pranks).
Klein is unaccustomed to certain things regarding relationships. That is to say he has never even been real friends with a girl since he was probably 10. Thusly he has difficulty expressing his feelings or emotions pertaining a crush. Klein would simply opt to remain quiet about anything and that would likely backfire, as he would become red as a beet if he got too close to said crush or maybe even in general conversation. He's not really good with these things after all, and books also made it look so simple!
Yet aside from that Klein is capable of controlling his emotions fairly well. There was never really much of a reason for this, he just figures some people think differently. Klein is able to destroy any influence emotions may cause on choosing an action that could lead to life or death. This ability makes him somewhat fitted for the military in that he can think under pressure without panicking, though there is an extent of this and were someone he cherished about to be harmed this whole "Logical thinking" as some might call it might as well not even exist then.

Strengths:
- Making/Setting Traps - Sometimes it's just impossible to completely hide a trap. And that is the only reason why you'll see Klein's if he's actually putting effort into it. These traps can be just about anything, really. From a bucket of cold water over the doorway, to a makeshift catapult designed to launch a pie into your face from quite the distance away. Oh, and he also does lethal ones too.
- Retaining information - Books are one of Klein's main sources of entertainment, right behind pranks. It would be odd if he wasn't good at remembering stuff, be it orders or various facts about random stuff.
- Cooking - The food Klein can make with decent ingredients is jaw-dropping. Well, at least if you're a peasant. He is unlikely to compare to a gourmet chef, but he's not too shabby.
- Improvisation - Klein likes to and can make the most of any situation. This is a skill because not only is applicable to his trap-making, but he is a decent actor, too.
- Evasion/Agility - The best form of offense is not actually fighting and running away, according to Klein. He'll fight when he absolutely has to, but he is very capable of dodging and slipping away from his enemies. This is also good so that he can bait them into running into a trap that he has set up beforehand.
Weaknesses:
- Strength - Physically, Klein is not that strong because of his reliance on his traps and his focus on cardio and agility.
- Straight Combat - While nobody should underestimate him when backed into a corner, his ability to fight fairly is somewhat limited and people specialized in this would not find too much resistance.
- Clever people - Less 'clever' and more 'people who keep their eyes open', Klein's traps are not entirely invisible in most cases. Although it is always possible for a trap to be a trap within a trap. You never know.
- Prep-time - Klein is susceptible to ambushes because he does need to know when his opponent is coming and where they're coming from to be most effective.
- Crushs - He's always prepared. Except when he isn't. Which is near Sylaria, as it happens.
There had been one point where the Aurelius name had meant something to people, beyond the name of the owner of a bookstore. They were a proud family whose ties with spirits had, before his generation, been quite strong. Yet when King Leonidas had ordered the genocide of Fae, the current head of the Aurelius family had attempted to stand up against him and was executed and his family's name tarnished permanently. So despite their prior status, the current generation of Aurelius now lived as the humble owner of a bookstore, where they had Klein.
Born into peasantry, Klein Aurelius was always a mischievous but kind boy. He had a really frustrating habit of playing practical jokes on his friends, but he was always nice and understanding besides then and he liked helping people in general when he could. So since he had a whole bookstore to make use of, Klein did so. He read books written by old generals about basic military strategy, books about very basic first-aid, books about cooking, and books about kingdoms that weren't so unkind. But the most interesting stories were the ones his parents told him about their own family. He heard the stories about his family's old past and hated how his awesome grandfather was murdered simply for having a conscience. And he certainly hated that 'king' that had apparently ruled before. He figured there should be some way to decide who rules people instead of it simply being a privilege given to people by their birth. Sadly these were only aspirations and nothing more as it was unlike a bookshop owner's boy could do very much to change the entire nation, and he realized this.
So perhaps in a vain attempt to spite their monarchy, Klein decided he would simply be a nuisance to the guards who looked like they were unfriendly to the general people. The ones who don't look upon their people with the desire to protect, but the ones who would take advantage of their position. He did what he typically did: he played pranks on them. Hid their boots, cause them to step in buckets full of water, and any other silly thing you can think of, Klein did. Well, that is until he was caught one time by an especially clever guard. Klein was beat up before being hauled away and soon found that his punishment was much darker than a dungeon. It was war.
He was told he would be drafted.
