His cheeks turned light red as he picked her up -bridal style- and carried her out of the cafe.
A few people stared, including the tattooed guy, but most were caught up in conversation. "Thank you, these heels are killing my feet!" She kissed his cheek then laid her head on his shoulder again.

Raine felt a bit weird. She just met this guy, and now he was carrying her through the city. "Why are we walking?" She wondered out loud.

Raine stood up and walked to him. "Should I leave my shoes off?" She asked as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

"I only wear them when I'm around those whores who I call friends." She takes his hand and steps inside his house.
