You are the son or daughter of one or two superheroes from the DC universe. DC heroes include: Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman, and several others. You have inherited their powers and now are being called to the Hero Academy to lean how to use your powers for good.

Grades
Primary: (normally age 6-9) Newest and youngest members. They are taught the basics and have a lot of free time or "recess." They don't know how to use their powers.
Secondary: (normally age 10-12) A lot of new members. They are taught more difficult things and have on period of recess. They know how to use some of their powers, but are very limitted.
Junior: (normally age 13-15) Some new members. They learn much more challenging things and the first class where flying is taught. Younger members who show particular promise move up to this class. They are polishing up their powers.
Senior: (normally age 16-18) Few new members. They are the top of the class. They are using their powers to learn a lot more than the basics. They know how to fly if that is one of their powers and should already know exactly how to use their powers.
**The ages are generally, but someone who is 18 and doesn't know how to use their powers will be moved down to learn and one of the younger ones will be moved up if they know how to use theirs well.

***I really like creativity. You can always make someone. Who is a little different from what is expected like have a 19 year old who was held back or a 20-something who is a student teacher. I love when people try to stray from the general guidelines and will normally accept a character as long as they meet what we're looking for. If there's a problem, I'll let you know!***
I will only not accept characters if they don't have a weakness, have too many powers, or are not from the DC universe. They are your original characters and not ones that already exist, although their parents MUST be from the DC universe. I will NOT reserve spots.

Academy for Heroes
Cassidy walked into the academy with a slight smile on her face. She loved this place. School was actually fun here. She entered the large white arches into the beautiful and clean lobby. It almost seemed to glitter.
She found her way to her dorm room and put down the heavy suitcase. She wondered who her roommate would be this year. She hoped it wasn't another child of superman. The last one, a cheerleader, too, had trashed the room in a matter of seconds.
All students please report to the auditorium after you find your room a woman said over the loudspeaker.
The redhead smiled a little wider and leapt up from the bed she was sitting on and went to the auditorium. She was the first one there, so she found a seat in the middle and sat down. She knew that someone was bound to sit down next to her.
Academy for Villains
Harley, a pretty blonde girl who was named after her famous mother, strolled passed the iron gates into the large black castle. It looked creepy even during the day and with snow on the roof. She entered the main lobby area and grinned a smile that was happy, but scary. Much like the one her famous father, or at least the man who raised her, wore all the time. She wasn't related to Mistah J in any way, but she wished she was.
At 19 and still a junior, Harls knew her way around. She knew she could pass of she wanted to. She just didn't. She quickly found her room and she hoped she had a roommate who at least had a sense of humor this time. But, sadly, in the past years, she didn't.
After throwing the ratty old bag on the ground, Harley read the note on the door.
All students should gather in the conference room as soon as they can.
Harley shrugged and casually strolled downstairs to the conference room. She sat in one of the seats at the circular table.
It was going to be a good year, she could tell.

Pinkie flipped her hair as she entered the Academy of Heroes. She didn't notice that the speed she was walking at was the same speed a mortal would run. She slung her purse to her other shoulder, and put some lipstick on. Pinkie may be young, but yes, she cares about her appearance as much as a teenager girl.
She went to her locker, and put her purse in their. She thought how ugly her locker looked, and sprayed it with perfume, and closed it.
It's a new day!, Pinkie thought to herself as she smiled.

Collin Luthor
As Collin strode purposely into the academy he paused for a moment to admire the buildings Gothic architectural feel. Once again he was glad to be in a place among those who easily accepted his many eccentricities. He was a healthy young man tall and broad for his age. His face was deceptively thin in contrast to the heavy Irish build he possessed.As he entered he removed the baggy jacket he wore, first revealing a healthy, perhaps overly muscled left arm and dear "Gwen" his prosthetic arm. After tinkering with it a moment he calmly regarded the jacket before lightly grasping the shoulder of a freshman and chuckling with delight as the younger boy visibly flinched at as he laid eyes upon Collins arm. Were the prosthetic ended a mass of pale aged scar tissue stood exposed by the rather form fitting sleeveless undershirt Collin was clad in.
"Hey fella, yer a bit scrawny. Don't wanna catch yer death o' cold 'round here, help yerself. I've got another."
Throwing the jacket around the smaller boys shoulders the exchanged a mutual grin. As the boy began to mutter his thanks Collin lightly planted a finger on the boys chest. Leaning slightly Collin bent to roughly eye level with the younger boy.
"Just remember....I'm not a nice guy."
Collin gave a slight push and knocked the boy to the ground before continuing on his way.

After a few moments of brisk walking Collin made his way to the conference room and scanned the table for a moment before locating an empty seat. As he took it he glanced a few seats down the table and saw a rather thin blonde. None of the others currently seated seemed too remarkable, giving way to his curiosity Collin stood and walked the few feet to the empty seat opposite the girls own. As he pulled the chair out he stuck his left hand down to offer a shake.
"Collin Luthor, pleasures mine."

Flying overhead wrapped in a green light, Alex landed smoothly on the steps leading into the hall of the hero academy. It was his last year here, something he was excited and a little disappointed about. But he wasn't about to let that bother him. As he walked into the school, he couldn't help but notice something seemed a little off. Maybe it was how new the school looked. He couldn't really tell, and decided to shrug the odd feeling away. The auditorium looked the same. Big and boring, which is how he felt about some other rooms in the school. But that's just how he was. Academics weren't his highest priority, and they never were. Spotting Cassidy not far from him, Alex grabbed a chair and slid over to the girl. "Hey there." A short smile crossed his lips while he eyed the girl. She wasn't particularly "super" but he still liked hanging around her. She was different, and he liked different.

"oh, hey," Cassidy smiled to him, flipping her unnaturally bright red hair. She was mostly happy about being back in school and having someone to talk to. And a green lantern was pretty cool. She knew a lot about him as well as other superpowers. Having none, she found it fascinating.

Harley tuned and looked at the guy. She shook his hand.
"Harley Nigma," she said, "call me Quinn," he voice was high pitched and pretty cutesy, but she was tough, so it really didn't matter to her. "that's an interesting piece of machinery," she commented on his arm. She was highly interested in weapons and technology.

Although momentarily lost Regina had found her way to her dormitory, where she was greeted not by another person, but by possibly familiar red luggage, could she be roommates with a possible batchild she had heard quiet a bit about? She laughed at the idea figuring she couldn't get that lucky and would be stuck with some treacherous soul that was sure to make living there hectic. Regina dropped her one bag lazily on her bed and started off toward the auditorium, that she was already kind of late for. Opening the doors with the might of, well, a teenage girl trying to open two heavy doors, Regina found her way inside, spotting only two people in the spacious auditorium, she started over to the two of them not wanting to sit alone.
"Hey," she started when she finally got over there, "I don't mean to butt in, but could I maybe sit here?" She asked curiously, "there's like no one else around." She added nervous laughter as she didn't want to be deemed a social outcast this early in the year. She took a moment to examine the two, bright red hair, a winning smile, could this maybe be? She laughed in her head again. Next to her is what Regina could only assume to be a child of the green lantern, she was still only guessing though, she had done a fair amount of research on the different superheros in what Regina swears was a 'phase'.

Ava Queen once more hurried up the steps to one of her favourite places on this earth, Hero’s Academy, it was her final year and although she would be sad to leave she knew that she would go on to do great an wonderful things like her parents, perhaps join the Justice League, that is if her father would let her. Dragging her large suitcase up the step with ease she looked around at the different people, some flew by, some had already started the pranks on the first years and others, ‘the brainiacs’ as she liked to call them were already starting on their studies, hell classes hadn’t even started yet! Shaking her head slightly she let out a little chuckle and walked into the building, pulling out a slip of paper from her oversized handbag she looked at her room number and started off in that direction. Upon reaching room 101 Ava walked in to find it empty, looked like her roommate hadn’t arrived yet, that was if she had one this year, she just prayed to god that it wasn’t somebody with fire as a power, she didn’t want to have a repeat of last year, shaking the memory from her head she went about unpacking.

Leaning back in his chair, Alex nodded, motioning for the new girl to take a seat. "Sure. Nothing has started yet, so we're just kinda hanging out." By the time he was finished, Alex turned in his seat a few times, his boredom starting to settle in. He stopped himself though when Ava came over and asked about their summer. "Yeah, mine was pretty good. I spent a lot of time stuck in training. The Corps aren't all too happy about my free-spirited nature." He laughed a little, taking a quick glance at the green power ring on his finger. "So, what you guys? Anything interesting happen this summer?"

Cassidy smiled at Regina. "please, sit down!" she offered. She tried to figure out who she was. Not a supergirl, she walked too slow and had opened the door, which had been replaced over the summer due to a superchild throwing it open and off the wall, rather averagely. She wasn't a green lantern, no ring. She seemed fairly normal. Oh, well. She'd think about this later.
She then smiled as Ava walked in. "hey, Ava, good to see you again!" she said remembering the past year and how she had been in a few classes with her. Then the question came up about summer. She laughed a little at Alex's answer. Then she thought about her own.
"well, my dad," Alex, who she knew a little from the passed year, and Ava knew who her father was, so she wasn't even thinking about explaining, "bought me a motorcycle. Specially designed for me, too! It's so fast and a lot like his, but just a little less eye-catching. I absolutely love it! I'm so excited and have been tearing up the streets all over the city! You'll have to see it sometime!" then she turned to Regina, "oh, by the way, I'm Cassidy Wayne,"
She then smiled as Ava walked in. "hey, Ava, good to see you again!" she said remembering the past year and how she had been in a few classes with her. Then the question came up about summer. She laughed a little at Alex's answer. Then she thought about her own.

Katherine skipped into the school happily. The daughter of two of the better known villains in Gotham City, she was excite to start. She quickly found her room and decided it was safe to assume that her roommate was going to be older than her. She was, after all, only 6. 6-years-old and a Senior! She was overjoyed about that. She quickly pulled her little pink and black suitcase into the room and hopped up on the bed. She then found a note instructing her to go to the conference room. She ran outside to the stairs and jumped from the second floor to the first floor and landed gracefully on her feet. She smiled and took a bow even though no one who had seen really cared. She skipped alon in her little pink dress to the conference room. There were already two people in it.
The girl looked average enough if you looked passed all the gothic glitter and make-up. The guy, too, looked...average, but it was a little harder to look passed the big metal arm. She now walked with confidence (a trick she learned from her mother) and sat down. The child smiled politely. "Hello," she said, "I'm Katherine Kyle."

With a grin Collin took his seat next to the girl.
"Quinn eh? Appreciate the compliment, you know any time you'd like a better look let me kn-"
Collin was cut off suddenly a rambunctious ball of pink landed in the seat opposite the two of them.
"Hello, I'm Katherine Kyle."
As Collin mightily tried to regain his composure he chuckled nervously.
"Well aren't you just a wee lass. Is your ma or da around?"
Oblivious to the child's nature Collin stood swiftly and fell to one knee to look the girl face to face as she sat. Holding up a finger in a wordless gesture for a moments pause Collin began fiddling with a few of the dials in his arm. After a few seconds a small tray containing a few phials of chemicals slid from a portion near his elbow. Removing the small tray Collin mixed several into a small test tube and then rapidly boiled the tubes contents with a small gout of flame from the gloves index finger. As the contents bubbled Collin removed a small piece of bronze colored chain from his arm. Dipping one end of the chain into the mixture he let it sit for a second before removing it and holding the swiftly forming pink crystal to one of the many coolant fans on his arm. As the large crystal hardened he broke off a small piece and popped it into his mouth, nodding in satisfaction he handed it to the girl with a small smile.
"Collin Luthor at your service little one."

Scarlet stormed through the gates of the academy, fuming. One could practically see the steam coming out of her ears. Her face, in fact, was so red that it nearly matched her blood-red hair. “Out of my way” she shoved a younger girl out of her path and slowed down just a bit, seeing the dorms in the distance. This was her second year here and she could already tell that it was going to be hell. Just this morning she had learned that her mom was going to be in prison for at least another six months. Apparently, robbery was a ‘serious offence.’ And then she had been late to school, and now she was going to have to rush to make it to the meeting she had heard about. And she hated rushing.
She hurried into her new dorm and threw her bags onto the floor before kneeling down and picking out the prettiest makeup and best clothing that she could find. And well… in her opinion, that meant the shortest skirt and tightest top. After all, first impressions are very important… and there could be guys there.
She rushed out of the room, leaving her dirty clothing on the floor. Cursing under her breath, she walked up to the entry way of the conference room. And when she got there, she changed her entire appearance. Before she had been scowling and her posture had been hostile. But as she walked into the room, she straightened up and smiled.
There were three people there already; a rather attractive boy with a rather impressive looking mechanical arm. He was okay looking, definitely someone she’d be interested in… hanging out with. There was also a little girl and a very pretty blonde girl. She cocked her head sideways and considered who she was going to sit next to. Definitely the red-headed boy, but he seemed kind of busy at the moment. So she edged into the seat next to the blonde girl and smiled, "Hey, I'm Scarlet"

"Be nice to her," Quinn said. The girl was sweet and could be a little bit excited, but still, she was the Joker's daughter. "She's like my sister. Kind of..."

Scarlet laughed lightly at the scene in front of her and leaned forwards, resting her chin on her fist. She hoped that more girls would show up. It was just that... she liked competition. It was fun and this boy was really nice. Besides, unless her mom had some kid she didnt know about, there was no competition. She turned her attention back towards the girl who had just introduced herself... Quinn. It was a very pretty name that matched the girl herself.
"It's nice to meet you" She said with a bright smile. It was odd, she had been in such a horrible mood before, but now... now she couldnt be happier.

The girl smiled back and then turned to Collin to say something, but then an older woman entered. She was obviously a teacher or headmistress of some sort.
"Hello," the woman said, "I am Madame La Rouge. I am the principle and headmistress of this school. Since you are the only ones here at the time (although we're expecting more), i would like to tell you that it will now be your job to inform the other students on what they missed. Now, we, of course, are one of two school that teach students such as yourselves. The other school teaches heroes while we teach villains. Still, heroes and villains must coexist and, therefore, we must get to know our heroes a little bit. That is why the two schools arrange a little beginning of the school year dance. You will be attending a dance over at the hero school to meet them and whatever. Now, remember, you have to be on your worst behavior. You are villains, even though you are their guests, you must show those heroes what to expect when they are grown and ready to fight you.

Shorty Kent flew into the school and found his room. He checked to make sure that he looked nice and ran with super speed into the auditorium. He saw a group of people who were mostly girls and walked over to them. "Hello, girls," the nine year old said, "It looks like we will be in the same school. My name is Shorty Kent, it's a pleasure to meet all you. And you all look so lovely on this fine day," Anyone else who said this would have been seen as weird, but since Shorty was so little, it was only adorable.

With a returning smile Regina said a quiet thanks and slid in by them looking around, she admired the talented group of individuals around her with a smile on her face, excited for the new school year.She looked at Ava curiously, She must be a cool upperclassmen. She thought attempting to recall her name...Ava.She thought quietly Oh that's it! She had been listing intently to the conversation with an intrigued mind, but it was when the brave, and now impressive, as anyone who 'tears up the streets' on a motorcycle is impressive, said "Oh, by the way, I'm Cassidy Wayne," That Regina put two and two together and she had to contain the interest and excitement that just hit her, "As in...Bruce Wayne's daughter? As in the stunning Hell Bat, as in my Dad's best, friend's daughter? " Regina asked welling with excitement, it was then that she noted a very precious and quirky little kid by the name of Shorty Kent oh so slyly talking, Regina just gave a soft laugh, and returned to her previous state of curiosity and excitment.

After Madame LaRouge's monologue Collin stood and coughed awkwardly.
"Well, I suppose that's that then, we better be getting on and all that yah know?"
As he readjusted his arm he glanced at each of the girls in turn, Quinn and Scarlet both seemed near his age and would most likely be his primary classmates. He let his eyes wander a little longer then he should on Scarlet's exposed anatomy before quickly looking away. He cocked an eyebrow comically and smiled as he pushed his chair in while taking a step back. Quinn was also quite pretty in her own mischievous way, both girls defiantly took after their mothers.
Snap out of it fella, you don't wanna rust out your arm wiping up all that drool do yah? Besides we've got plenty of other things to worry about.
As his internal voice quieted Collin smiled for a moment and bowed formally at the waist.
"I may just be the luckiest guy in the world. Five minutes of my day invested with three beautiful women, couldn't ask for a better start."
As he strode to the door he turned back thoughtfully and waved goodbye to wee Katherine while blowing her a small kiss with his prosthetic.
"Have yerself a swell one little miss, and I suppose you other less-pretty ladies can have one too. See you at dinner or wherever."
As he left the room he chuckled heartily.
This will certainly be an interesting year.

Kat smiled and looked at the other two. "sorry, I guess I'm going to dance with him," she said, but it was a joke. She knew that no one would ask her to a dance considering her age. Sometimes she wished she was bigger. "Miss Scarlet, was your mother Poison Ivy?" she asked. Katherine, being a senior at the age of 6, was very bright and could tell who most people's parents were just by looking at them. She could tell by the red hair and the way Collin had looked at her that it had to be true. And besides, she had met the Miss Ivy before. Harley Quinn had acted like her mother for a few years and introduced her to Miss Ivy. She knew that this had to be her daughter.
