Greg ran over to Ami with a worried look. "Hey, sis, maybe we should go back home."
Ami shook her head, closing her eyes. "No, I can't worry mom like that. I'll just go find someone on the street to help me." Greg just looked at her with a sarcastically confused look and Ami sighed. She looked back up at the girl that had helped her up. "Do you know anyone that could look at my leg?" She asked, still slightly embarrassed at what had happened.

" And with what money do you purpose we do this with?" He asks skeptical.
" My allowance. It could buy more than enough food for the poor." She says.

"I'm sorry... about what I said to you. It wasn't right." She mumbled it, sounding a little forced.

Ami turned to the doctor and smiled. "Thank you very much." She turned to Kate as well and smiled to her. "Thank you, too."
Greg helped her stand up straight and smiled at Kate and then at Sofia. He looked back down at Ami, his face a bit more serious now. "No dancin' for you though."
Ami looked back up at him with worried eyes. "But I have to. Ma's doctor comes tomorrow."
Greg shook his head. "I'll just work double. I ain't lettin' you out of the house on that leg."
Ami rolled her eyes and looked over where Kate and Sofia stood. "He worries too much," she said with a laugh, though Greg seemed less amused.

Greg looked at Ami with a shocked expression. He knew that she didn't like to take that money because she thought that Kate was a good person, but he just didn't believe that she wanted to earn it instead of taking what was offered. Greg almost rolled his eyes, but instead just stood with an almost stony expression on his face.

Arriving at the scene, Tahra frowned. Why did Kenshi have to get involved in every little skirmish he found in town? It's like he thought himself some grand guardian protector or something. What was he really; a pretty boy with a sword?
"Oi!" Kenshi frowned as the girls that had suddenly appeared at the scene told the guards to release the captured girls. "Who asked you to get involved? I was controlling the situation just fine!" of course, the girls just walked off without a word.
"Pah! Women." he turned just in time to get a slap in the face from Tahra.
"Oi! What'd I do?" Kenshi flinched and rubbed his now-red cheek tenderly, glaring at his friend.
Tahra resisted the urge to rub her hand, which was stinging from slapping Kenshi. She'd hit him just hard enough to teach him a lesson, but her hand was sore like she'd just slapped a brick wall.
"What's your face made out of, Kenshi? Bricks?" Tahra gave in to the tingling in her hand and rubbed at it, glaring at Kenshi.
