Unlike most people his age, or at least at the age that he died at, his sense of style is what one would consider odd. It's more on the end of formal, and old fashioned. Even when he dresses down, it's not what people would consider for comfort and casual wear. No matter where he goes he's usually the one standing out in a crowd and not always in a good way. Tommy mostly takes after his mother in appearance; he shares her rather light olive tone and warm, chocolate-brown eyes that become a deep red when hit by sunlight. His hair, short and styled with a fringe, is also a dark brown like her's was. Alternatively, he inherited many of his father's strong features and much less of his mother's ethnic attributes as a result. Overall, he is a decently handsome young man, and he is rather aware of that fact, slight cockiness, but not arrogant.
He doesn't have much going for himself in terms of raw muscle and size or intimidation, but he figures that's not such a bad thing in his line of work. What he lacks in apparent strength, he more than makes up for it with his intelligence and charisma.
One of his most endearing qualities is that when he smiles, he does so with the entirety of his face. The sincerity behind every expression that lifts his features, or even weighs them down, has a strange way of giving him the air of a person whose motivations can be trusted. He can light an entire room with his presence and the infectious childish energy that he emits. While his expressiveness is an asset in its own right, it is also one of his greatest weaknesses; the inability to hide what he is truly feeling from those who would seek to manipulate him.

Coffee, or at least the smell of it as he can't really drink it anymore // Disney movies, specifically the classics as they were the only really good movies in his opinion // The changing of seasons, or more specifically fall and winter, simply the aesthetic of the changing colors or blankets of white snow always seem to intrigue him the most // Literature and books, seeing as how it's where he was able to learn the most from the outside world he has spent much of his time spent reading books and learning about the world that way // Spending time with people and being able to learn about their life experiences and history, he's always been one that looked forward to meeting new people // Boys, especially the pretty ones, it's not surprising as he's one of the biggest flirts //

Being a ghost, it shouldn't come across as such a shock that he hates being a ghost and wishes there was some way of getting a body back // Not being able to leave the camp, seeing as that was the last place that he was alive, he is stuck there forever and has no way of experiencing the world outside of the camp's grounds // Phasing through objects and getting stuck, there has been more than one occasion where he's phased through something and found himself getting stuck as he'd panic // Thomas hates closed in and small spaces, something about being restricted in movements causes panic // He hates snobs or people that think they're above others, he sees everyone as the same and doesn't understand why some people don't have the same view as him // Being disturbed from his reading, not many things bother him, but when he's reading a good book and is disturbed it tends to annoy him more than anything else //

One of the things that others find Thomas doing is spying on the others since he can turn invisible whenever he wishes, people often find him spying on them, not in a crude or perverse way, but due to his childish naivety // He tends to stutter whenever he talks to new people, while he does like talking with people, no one ever said that he was a good talker, more of a listener than speaker as he has a small stutter, especially when nervous //
âââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââ
Thomas' parents had by far the biggest impact upon the person he is today, as well as the time period that he was alive in. He remembers that they both had such vibrant personalities and open views, but they were drastically different from one another. It seemed to be that they always balanced each other out in the best of ways possible. Where his mother was gentle, nurturing, and intelligent; his father was wild, creative, and charismatic. So different were these two that they quite frequently competed among themselves as to whose traits would be most apparent in the boy. His mother taught him patience and sensitivity whereas his father was more of a creative and emotional outlet. Combining the influence of both, Tommy developed into quite the character, even as a young boy. And at the time of his birth, someone who was obviously as flamboyant and 'none traditional' in that time was an unseen and uncommon place, but for him and his family, he was like anyone else, and was allowed to act however he wanted to be.
Nowadays, Tommy is typically well-known in his immediate social circles for his tendency to act as a mood-maker; his innately bright personality makes this an easy enough task on the best of days. Not as dense or simple-minded as most presume him to be, but he rarely takes note of such opinions - unless he has no choice. He is thoughtful and fair-minded when the situation calls for it, or silly and childlike if a smile is all that's needed. It's generally understood that if a person is in need of help, Tommy will offer an ear, a shoulder, or a smile without a moment's hesitation. He wholeheartedly believes that there isn't a single person in the world who can't be reached with enough time and effort, which makes him something of an emotional doormat for those with the worst of intentions or no desire to be helped. He shares his father's stubbornness in that regard, coupled with his mother's selfless nature.
Unfortunately, the incident that occurred in his past shook him in ways that are still very much apparent in his life and the loss of his life itself are a constant reminder for him with how quickly and fleeting life is. He is constantly reminded and haunted with quick flashes and memories of the last moments of his life that while he is an outgoing and always positive person, even he too has his dark times and a small shadow that lurks behind him, even if he can't exactly what happened that took his life. All he remembers is a sharp and hot pain in his back as well as the feeling of absolute fear and panic, and it was over. He hopes to one day unravel the truth behind his death, just hoping when he finds out the truth, that it gives him some closer, but he honestly isn't exactly sure of what he's expecting..

Thomas is one of your average run of the mill types of ghosts. Not able to normally communicate with people or do things they otherwise would have when still alive. Once dying, ghosts lose the ability, or more so the need for eating, sleeping, and everything a human would need to do to survive. If ghosts tried hard enough, they could become tangible for short bursts of time, but only if they focused hard enough. But for the most part, spirits with unfinished business are trapped in the mortal realm, only able to interact with items or be seen as brief shadows or heard as some whispers or ramblings. But thanks to the magic used on the camp, Tommy is able to essentially be mortal once more, being able to be seen and heard by others, and able to interact with things better than he could otherwise. If he wants to be able to fully exist as a 'human' again, he does have to focus on his abilities a little more than usual, to fully interact with things as he can occasionally phase through things or cause things to break or be thrown if he overreacts or becomes angered. And the usual ghost has no real memory of their past life, which is often an orrurance for their hauntings, as they are confused and not sure of why they're still there or what is going on, on their end of reality.

Ever since being forced to haunt the campgrounds, Thomas has had the ability to be human again and interact with things and people, except for the need to eat and sleep. Without having to rely on those things or no human limitations, he can do things he used to be able to before his life was taken from him. Unlike most ghosts, Thomas was able to remember most of his past life, or at least what bits he can remember, and as such it has helped him improve his connection to his powers and be able to be tangible more often than most ghosts. He is still able to move things and phase through things if he really wants to, or even able to completely disappear from sight if he wishes. He just has to watch out, because if he phases out too often and for long periods of time, it could completely erase him from existence, with no way of reversing it, and not able to cross over.

Thomas is one of the few people that have learned to speak multiple languages fluently, as he spent many years studying the old books in the library he can speak and read Latin and other ancient languages with ease // As he's spent so much time reading, he is a rather fast reader and due to it he can read things in a pinch if things are dire, but if he's rushed or panicked he tends to be slower // His persuasiveness with how he talks, he's one that knows how to talk and use his words wisely //

Any physical or stressful situations, as his mind is stronger than his body he isn't the strongest person around and as such he's usually the last person people go to for help unless it's something knowledge related // The fact that he is rather naive for his age, he is easy to trick and lie to compared to the others //

H I S T O R Y
From what Thomas manages to remember, it all started rather simply in 1830. He was the only child born to a middle-class family in Wyckoff, New Jersey, life was rather simple and laid back compared to the busier places that surrounded it, especially across the river such as New York. Over the years the town changed and evolved, but it stayed the same. People living their lives often leaving others alone. In the midst of this, the Andica family resided peacefully. Happily raising their one and only child who they named Thomas, after his grandfather. He was a happy and bubbly child from an early age, and with two loving and open-minded people, he grew up having the best life he would be able to have, even though they didn't have the money to give him the things a child his age deserved. He had simple things and was content, never asking for things as he knew his family couldn't afford it. Growing up Thomas found himself having large circles of friends as he was the kid known for being outgoing and friendly, never caring who the person was or where they came from.
It was when he entered high school that he realized something wasn't right with himself. While all the boys his age had girl-friends or were busy talking about girls, he was noticing he looked at the boys with pretty faces and shapely bodies, or the big and strong men with muscle definition and strong jawlines. It was then that he told his parents, and the supported him the best they could but kept it hidden as back then people didn't take kindly to people that were homosexual or 'none traditional'. As the years went on, he found himself accepting who he was, and it was when he was twenty-one after graduating high school that he found his first boyfriend. His name was Luther, and just like Thomas, he wasn't normal. It was then that he was told that Luther was an elf, or well, half-elf and that he wanted to run away from their home and go someplace safe, that was not only accepting of the supernatural but of people like Tommy as well. It was through whispers and rumors that they came across Kalthorne Lake, and found a place that was welcoming.
Thomas and Luther were able to live there peacefully and happily, Luther had a place where he was able to learn more about his kind, and Thomas had a place that he could be safe as well. It was about a year later after being at the camp that strang ongoings began happening around the camp. Soft and ghostly voices were heard at late hours of the night, shadowy figures were seen in reflections, and people began to go missing. To only show up weeks to months later, but as a walking corpse. No one knew where it came from or why, but Ms. Kalthorne and her staff did what they could to keep it from happening again. And weeks following that, life was normal, until one night Luther woke up to find Thomas missing. He was gone for months, without a trace. Luther was devastated and confused, as well as worried. Eventually, Thomas came back, but he was different. He didn't eat, didn't sleep, never got dirty or needed to shower. He tended to feel cold as if he could never get warm. It was then that Luther realized, that with how Tommy was acting and how he came back with no recollection of what happened, he began to look into what happened. Eventually, months after digging, Thomas said that he had phantom pain in his back and occasionally had flashes of memories of things he didn't remember.
The fact that he never aged as time went on, it was obvious that something terrible had happened, as well as Thomas, was never able to leave the campground, but Ms Kalthorne and her staff never seemed bothered by the fact that Thomas was now a ghost. Their lack of care and Thomas' constant pleading of it being okay is what drove Luther away, leaving the camp knowing full well that Thomas couldn't follow. Thomas was gutted and has been at the camp ever since, hoping one day that Luther will come back, and hopefully Thomas can leave the camp, but only if he can get a new host, as he has been practicing. And with new campers arriving, who knows what could be in store for him..
