Introduction
Animals have been going extinct, and now only cats are left, but they too are decreasing quickly. A man decided to conduct an experiment to try and increase the population of cats, but instead he ended up altering the DNA of many teenagers with the DNA of a cat, causing them to become a neko. Many teenagers changed into nekos, and once the man figured out about this, he fled from the town.
Of course, the nekos still had to go to school after being changed, but at school they always felt different and people always messed with them or made fun of them. They weren't respected since they were different... all because of the experiment.
The news about the nekos getting treated differently spread around town quickly, and after a month, the government had created Canese University, a University only for the teenagers that are now nekos.
All the nekos were brought to Canese University even if they didn't want to go. They were told that the University was now their new home, and that they would have to get used to the ways of the University, since they would be there for a long time.
Well, all the nekos got away from being made fun of and feeling different, but they still haven't gotten away from all the drama.... With this new University, what will happen?
Every student in the academy has to share a room with one other person. Each dorm has two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, and two bathrooms. You can decorate your room any way you want.
Rules of Canese University:
Yes, of course there are rules here. The staff members of the Academy don't really care if you break them though (rules are for breaking >.<), they usually don't pay attention. But if you break the rules and the master of the Academy sees you, your probably going to get in trouble
The rules:
1. No Girls/Guys in your room, besides your roommate, after 12:00 Midnight
2. No Sexual Activity
3. If you start a fight, don't expect any of the staff to help you
4. No Leaving the University grounds after 12:00 Midnight
5. Follow the rules
7. No humans allowed on University Territory
8. No eating after 8:30 P.M.
The Library is open from 5:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

She looked up to see Eris standing before her. "I'm eating. What else is there to do?" she took a bite out of the sandwich. Cold, soggy. No wonder her parents didn't want her to eat "normal people" food. "So, you going to the dance tonight?" Suzume asked, as casually as possible. She couldn't really imagine what he'd do there, or how he'd dress. It'd be a nice surprise, though.

Then, Cole took his shirt off and smiled at her. "Sexy, huh?"
"For a pipsqueak." She laughed, "now put you'r shirt back on before you get in trouble. Or before Mystery decides to eat that, too!"
Ally, grabbed Cole's wrist and pulled him back over to the table.

Looking away she continued to eat. "I wonder if anyone will be performing, or if it's just random music that's going to be played. Do you think you might be able to play? That boy Ray, and the other girl, if you guys played a song together it'd be great. I don't know; I just think it'd be nice to hear." Suzume was uncomfortably aware that she was speaking too much and too fast, but she couldn't stop. She mentally face-palmed herself, cursing.

"Ah, y-you saw what I was drawing."
Yumi nodded and sat cross legged. "Your really good, better then I am...My brother draws a little, but it's not a major thing...but can I see?" Yumi held out his hand but noticed the look on her face. She looked scared, or was it something he wasn't supposed to see.
"I'm sorry if I'm scaring you." Getting up Yumi took a few steps back.

Saki grinned. "Sure! That's way better than going all by myself!" she said happily. "I think I'm actually going to wear a dress" she said. Saki put her elbows on the table and propped her chin up with her hands. Almost subconsciously she began to twirl a lock of her pink hair with her finger. "So are you okay Cole? You seemed kind of...upset" she said, tilting her head to look at him.

"You still want me to go in a dress, right?" Her face went bright red, "all I have is this skimpy little dress that one of the kids in the orphanage found and stuffed in my bag."
She did a little face-palm, "I guess I have to go without a dress." She peeked up at him, but realized that he probably didn't believe her. "Okay, fine. I have a little vintage cocktail dress that used to be my mom's. But... you're not going to make me wear that are you?"

"No, it's okay. I'm Etsumi Fujioka, by the way." She smiled, as she handed over her sketchbook. Her smile was a bit nervous, but not outright afraid. She figured he'd forget about her pretty much as soon as he left, so it didn't really matter if she told him her name. Either that, or he'd never notice her again unless he caught her on her own, and it still didn't really make a difference that he knew her name.

Kei lay on his back. He was bored. Everyone else seemed to have found something to do to pass the time before the dance. He rolled over on the bed, staring outside the window. On impulse he opened it and climbed out, leaping onto the ledge. He clawed his way up onto the roof and sat down, letting out a sigh. The sky was clear today. Good, Kei thought as he transformed into a cat and curled into a ball, quickly falling asleep.

"Okay, fine. I have a little vintage cocktail dress that used to be my mom's. But... you're not going to make me wear that are you?"
Raith suddenly smiled wider and looked at Ally. "Sorry Love, but a deal's a deal. I don't care if it's the skimpiest dress in the world; you're slipping it on your body tonight." He snickered at her, taking quite a bit of fun from her obvious discomfort on the whole situation. He raised his eyebrow in suprise at Cole as he talked about her looking sexy. Raith rolled his eyes. Not that he disagreed with him, Ally did have a nice figure and she looked pretty good in normal clothes. In a dress she really would look sexy. Still, he felt that Cole shouldn't be taking too much pleasure out of this...he pointed a finger at the flirting neko and said "Don't forget playboy, you have to do her homework for a month, no questions asked." With even more laughing, Raith turned to Ally. "For your sake Love, I hope he's as good in math as he is at goofing off."

"The dress was my mothers, so if anyone does anything to it, they are going to wake up strapped to the bottom of a bus with a splitting headache and a bloody nose, got that?" She just now realized how, while she was talking, her British accent from living in England when she was younger, started to become really noticeable, strange.
She tried to push that aside and looked at Raith, "So, Mystery, are you going to wear anything special to the dance?" She asked, trying unsuccessfully to mask the accent.

"Yeah mystery wear a tuxedo with me"
Hmm...a tux? He wasn't sure. Normally he dressed what could be considered nice most days, but very rarely did he actually wear a suit. But, if it made him look good then it might be worth it. Turning to look at Ally and Saki, he asked "What do you think ladies? Would wearing a tux make me look better, or overkill?" Please say ovekill, please say overkill. The only suit I have doesn't have a hole for my tail. His tail curled at the very thought.

"You should wear whatever you feel comfortable with" Saki said. "But I have a feeling that if you wear a tux the ladies would be all over you. Heck, I'd be all over you!" she teased and gave him her signature grin. She looked at Ally and Cole. "It's so cool that you guys have accents. I'm from nowhere special so I don't have one even though I wish I did sometimes" she said. Saki smiled at Raith. "So you're not alone dude! You know, us accent-less have to stick together" Saki joked and giggled.

Raith returned her grin with one of his own. If it was for the ladies, he wouldn't mind wearing the suit. He could always cut a hole for his tail anyway. And the image of Saki fawning over him was most appealing indeed. "Hmm, I'll wear it; but just so you'll be all over me. I think that'd make the night quite a bit more enjoyable." You couldn't fault Raith for not telling the truth, at least.
He had to laugh at her when she grouped him and her as 'Accent-less'. He could deal with not having an accent if he had someone else to share it with. As soon as he thought that, one of his crazy mad-scientist ideas struck him: Was not having an accent technically an accent? Like, is flavorless really a flavor? WOAH, mind-boggling. He took a moment to express that question to Saki and the others, and watched in amusement as each of them took a moment to think about it.
