Personality:
Kei's very loyal and protective. He never means to say anything cruel intentionally, but will threaten a person and if he has to, carry out his threat, if they get in his way. He dislikes being around may people and prefers being with just one or two others. He won't hesitate to use a person if it's for the greater good, and will turn against those whom he feels are in the wrong. If he gets a sugar rush (or if it's just a fit of mischief) he'll go absolutely crazy. There's no telling what he'd do.
Skill(s)/Abilities:
He's very athletic and street-smart. He's pretty good at forging letters and stuff like that and knows how to get people to work for him without having to use blackmail or force. It's helped him get out of a few tough spots before.

History:
He and Suzume used to go to the same school. He lost contact with her for a while but he's back. His parents disowned him after he changed and he'd been living with his aunt since then. They're not very rich in particular or very poor either. He has no siblings and his cousin is overseas studying. He'd been expelled from another school before, for riding a motorbike all over the school grounds and crashing into the school principal's prized statue of a chihuahua. That was because someone was stupid enough to give him a tablespoon full of Thaumatin sweetener, which is 2000 times sweeter than table sugar. He was still vibrating too fast for anyone to see him two hours later.
