Thoto is very timid and shy - easy to make nervous. He isn't very loud, and tends to stray from extremely loud people...but not people as a whole. He does like being around people, and enjoys just 'hanging out'. He's drawn toward music, particularly the vocal kind. He prefers to hang out with girls, (as many homosexual boys do.) and even somewhat acts like one. But he isn't completely feminine - he just has plenty of feminine touch. He's very polite, and always adresses people older or more accomplished than he with 'Sir' or 'Ma'am', and even bows. Thoto is very patient, and very caring. If he feels someone troubled, even if they don't like him, he tends to gravitate towards them, and tries to help with their woes. He dresses like...a common housemaid, as he is always helping the staff with cleaning, and even cooking.
Skill(s)/Abilities:
Skills - Thoto doesn't have any special skills. Perhaps a little more balance than others, but is not versed in superpowered abilities, or anything. But what is good at are...really kind of humiliating when one thinks about it... but not so much to Thoto - he's very used to it. He's good at cleaning, cooking, and even sewing.... Just overall lightly skilled in household skills... he's a perfect maid!
Thoto has no real special abilities... He has the balance and agility of a cat, and minute strength enhancement, but is nowhere near superhuman. Just enough strength to be able to lift the couch. He is, however, quite, quite durable. He's hard to hurt. He tells himself he's okay, and his odd body is just... naturally resistant to harm.

History: Thoto was the child of a pair of nekos' that were on the slump of their life. With their family's poverty increasing, the last thing they wanted was a child... Unfortunately, that's exactly what they got. Thoto, was the child that never should have been. From the first years of his birth, he wasn't 'neglected', per se, but he certainly didn't recieve the attention a baby needed. And when he hit age ten... it was a whole different ball game. His parrents were struggling even more...and they desperately needed money to fill their family's bellies. But they couldn't work any more than they already were. So, Thoto begged desperately to help and so it was agreed - Thoto would be housekeeping. But of course, male housekeeping was rather frowned upon. You never saw any men cleaning houses. Only women. Noone hired a little boy housekeeper.
So instead, they decided to keep that little detail 'secret'. From then on, Thoto was a little maid. Outfit and all. He worked for the best places they could get him, and other places continued to rehire him, due to his rather great job of cleaning. Even the ones that found out he was a boy continued to hire him, because he didn't complain, he didn't call in sick, and he always did his job as best as he could. Visitors would yell at him, and one even spanked him before, yet he didn't care. He had to help keep his parrents well being. One year later, he was spotted by a rather rich fellow, whom quickly quadruopled his pay, and made him work privately in his mannor.
When he was twelve, however, the Canese University was first opened. His employer tried to hide him, but he was eventually found, and taken straight to the university. He was clearly the youngest, and the most inexperienced...but...he makes his presence known. He is particularly known for being a very, very good cook. When he isn't in the kitchen, he can be seen around the grounds doing chores, or just hanging out with people he knows.
