Character name: John Radley
Hero name: The Bronze Bear, Bronze for short
Powers: Super strength and extremely thick skin.
Personality: John has a rather laid back personality, although somewhat paranoid due to the 28th amendment he is still for the most part rather kind and carefree. He constantly strives to do what he considers is 'right', although many times have sprung up when situations have arisen that his powers could have helped people but his ever growing fear and paranoia have left him useless many times-something that eats at him more and more each day.
Description: John has a large bald spot at the back of his short brown hair and has gained quite a few pounds over the past few years, his once large muscular body has become much more 'average' looking. Normally when working he doesnt wear much more then a pair of blue jeans and whatever t-shirt he first comes across. The only features that have remained the same from his glory days are his piercing blue eyes and the bronze colored bear face on his left shoulder.
Bio: John was an average kid growing up among the super hero craze, discovering his own powers at the age of ten when one of his friends had caught his foot in the nearby train tracks as a monster of a freight train barreled down on both of them. In a panic John literally ripped apart the railing that his friend had become stuck between to both John and his friends surprise. With his friend freed John hastily put the railing back into place as best he could, to his relief the train flew past with only a few bumps along the now bent up railing. From there John thought his destiny was set, devoting the rest of his life to honing his body to its peak physical condition. For the most part he shunned school and a social life, favoring some sort of delusional idea of becoming a famous hero. Taking up the moniker of “The Bronze Bear”, a reference to being from missouri, John patrolled the mean streets of Kansas City heavily for about two and a half years. Just as it seemed he was reaching his boyhood goal of becoming a well known hero the 28th amendment was passed and in John's point of view it was the end of his life, throughout the years losing both purpose and sight of who he truly is.
