Desmond awake to the beeping of the clock beside him. Sighing heavily he turned over half way and hit the snooze.â looks like weâre late.â He said calmly to the woman in the bed beside him.
âYouâre late, my classes are not until later in the day.â She said with a sweet and heavy sigh, âCould you make some tea before you go?â
He slid out of the bed, pulling on the school suit pants and under shirt as he headed to the door. âSure, but you know, the only reason Iâm going in early is to speak with the principal on our newest students.â He headed over to her side of the bed and sat next to her, bending low to kiss her forehead, âDonât you think my assistant should be there for that?â
âNopeâŠâ
âRight, Jasmine or Grey?â
âJasmine please.â
Two hours later he was at the doorway of the classroom which was currently occupied by Demon and several other monsters. He also noticed one new comer, who he assumed to be a human. âWell, if you want to get into a discussion about which race is superior, Ms. Melantho, I can assure you the table wonât stay in your favor for long.â He added, entering the class room and heading over to the human, he had both hands in his pocket and was clearly fidgeting with something in his right hand. âAfter all, your race is trapped isnât it. It is at the evolutionary peak, while humans will just get stronger and stronger as they evolve continuously. Eventually they will surpass all of the other races, in number and power. Itâs not as though they couldnât eliminate us all if they united, we arenât invincible after all.â He added with a smile in his calm and learned voice. He was 19 years old now, but had gained a fair bit of wisdom from his years of study, âSo Iâll ask you this, knowing that they are weak now but far stronger later, who do you think is truly superior?â
He walked over to the side of Amber and smiled, âPleasure to meet you Miss, Iâm Desmond Ruler. I hope you will enjoy your time here at this school and learn as much from us as we will from you.â He spoke confidently and warmly, but in truth, his words were empty.
(15 minutes prior, the Principal/Headmasters office) âThis is outrageous; those humans wonât last a day here! All this will do is separate the student body more and provide lunch for some of our more radical monsters!â Desmond had argued, but the leader of the school simply said:
âWell if you feel that strongly, I suppose you should do your best to ensure that they donât become lunch Mr. Rulerâ
(Present) âYou may have already found this to e a strange place, but you neednât worry too much.â He drew his right hand from his pocket and placed a small glass rod on the desk before her, âIf you ever find that you are in serious danger, just break this tube and help will arrive momentarily.â He bowed with a smile to her and turned to face the rest of the class, his eyes stern, his face in a frown. Saying nothing vocally but the message was clear, âwatch your steps.â Was all he implied with that icy gaze, though he knew the stronger students would ignore him. After a few moments of intimidating he bowed to the teacher and walked out of the room.

Kiera rolls her eyes, "We will kill them before they get stronger. I mean we barely tolerate each other. We aren't going to tolerate one more strong race." She listens to Arrabella and suddenly she swears softly and looks at her roommate assignment. "Dam it....I'm with the human-lover and the human...." She says, loud enough to for the two to hear. "It's too bad we don't have co-ed rooms." She says chuckling.

She wasnt even sure of what she was supposedly doing just bringing her book to jot notes into- see what she was spending the year with.
Finding the right door she peered inside hesitating for a mere moment as she scrutinised the classroom and its contents, Demons, shapeshifters, vampires, a witch at the back that she presumed where apart of a seperate coven to hers and... whats this...
Her eyes burnt into two of the classmates...If she couldnt feel any auras coming off of them to suggest their race that meant they were 'human'?
Lin smothered a malicious smile by bowing her head slightly. Humans...how pleasantly surprising.
Walking in now so other students could notice her if they hadnt already with their greater senses she scanned the class for a spare seat.

Ignoring the girl who just walked in Delios stood up and tried to introduce himself to the class, "Name's Deilos ... ..." then he just sat down, who didn't do quite a good job introducing himself, as he only said his name and nothing else, He looked up at the girl and she's still standing at the spot where she's still choosing her seat, he then spoke up in a monotone voice from total boredom "just grad a seat, it's not like... we'll be sitting there for the rest of the year" and then he yawns. "this is boring" Deilos sprouted out when he places his head on the table, giving another yawn he closes his eyes.

Desmond was filtering through some paper work in the student council room. A long grey and black metallic table with several chairs as his work space (they had the Business Club decorate it for them). There was a kettle that whistled in the back room, a kitchen like are that opened into another conference room next door which served as the teachersâ lounge. Each packet that he opened contained all the requests and approval papers for the various school clubs, each page had to be signed and initialed by the principal and two student body officers. âDamn, I knew there was something I forgot to do earlier.â He said, cursing that kettle in the back and wondering if whoever had put it on was ever going to get it off the stove.
Moments later it was removed, and following that a girl with long flowing hair carrying several al ceramic cups on a plate, âHello again.â She said sweetly.
âHello to you too.â He responded, taking a cup of tea when offered. He signed several more documents before sighing once more.
âShould I co-sign?â Kalen asked looking over the papers.
âUnfortunately only another officer of the board can sign, which means we need a vice president.â
âThat shouldnât be too hard; whomever was elected last year is currently the vice president until the next elections isnât she?â
âMs. Sheals has moved to Europe, and so weâre out of luck there.â
âHave you asked the Principal who he thinks it should be?â
âYes, and thatâs what worries me.â he sighed once more before standing to leave.
A few minutes later he was on his way down the hall to the classroom he had left almost an hour ago. He knocked on the door and entered apologizing to the teacher for interrupting and scanning the room for his target.

"And because I have no respect for them. They are weak and inferior. I can maybe hold some respect for you because I wouldn't be able to kill you in a millisecond if I wanted to." Kiera says the looks at her human roommate, "Unlike Ms Mousy over hear who is so terrified of all us that she can barely speak." She looks over the human girl once more and with contept turns away. She see's Lin sit beside Deilos and her shadows rush to play with Lin, "You have got to be the only witch these shadows like Lin..."

He waited for the teacher to nod before stepping into the class room and standing to the back allowing the demon to have a path out of the classroom, while watching the rest of the class with a warm smile. He saw the human Amber place her head down after being harassed by a nearby demon. He was slightly sympathetic to her, knowing if he was tyrannical toward even one disadvantaged person he would have failed his familyâs legacy, even if they are in separate realms.
He waited for a moment trying to discern a solution to this problem, and then it hit him.
âCould I also barrow Ms. Stilmyst as well, please?â he added, getting another nod from the teacher. He gave her a smile and turned to exit the room himself.

He was ready to do what had to be done in order to get this whole mess straightened out, even if it meant he would have to use his powers to get it done.
âKalen, could you lead Ms. Stilmyst back to the council room?â
âSure.â Kalen responded from the hall, he had never said a word nor had he ever looked at her, yet he knew she was there and she gestured for Amber to follow her, ensuring her she wasnât in trouble. And if she asked Kalen really didnât know what Desmond was planning but trusted him enough to comply.
After awaiting his reply and realizing he was using up class time (something that the teacher would no doubt rag him for later) and the papers needed to be signed as soon as possible. âI didnât want to resort to force,â a complete lie, âHowever:â
He placed his right hand against the wall next to him, his fingers tracing a complicated circle that began to glow a deep blue. The Teacher was saying something about no magic against other students or something but he didnât care. The seal shrunk into a single blue dot that ran down the wall with a long blue line following it, the seal had burned a scorched sketch of itself into the wall before it began to activate. âA little spell I created not too long ago, copy it if you wish.â He added as the blue light began tracing an enlarge version of the seal on the floor below his desk. He knew that a forced teleport spell would be difficult and require too much energy to perform from a distance, and so he used the moving tracer to move within range without getting too close to the combative demon.
As the larger seal began to glow the light formed large tentacles that were used like arms, reaching up to swiftly ensnare the demon and pull him down through the seal in a single motion.

~a few minutes before Deilos got pulled into the teleport spell~
Deilos felt something grad his arm and a large blue seal was underneath him, just as he opens his eyes more of the large tentacles reaching up towards him very quickly, as a combative demon, by his natural instinct was to fight back, he first grad the tentacle that griped him by his arm and tore it off with a single swipe, his left hand touched his necklace, "release" he commanded, and instantly a large 6 foot scythe appeared in his left hand, when he did that his feet had already sunk into the seal, making him immobile. the teacher shouted at deilous about no fighting in the class, but Deilos didn't bother about the warning, he swung his scythe around violently sniping off any tentacles that attempts to grip his body, even though there were none gripping him, his still continues to sink into the seal, as more amount of tentacles appears to drag him down faster. Soon he was overpowered as the tentacles grips his joints tightly making him unable to move any longer. Deilos stare at Desmond with a wicked smile, "your really annoying..." If Desmond noticed, Deilos wasn't even making much of an effort to run away in the first place, he just wanted some entertainment.
The tentacles that were violently snapped during the small struggle damaged his surroundings when they went flying out apparently some of the weaker students got slapped hard in the face by them. Leaving a deep red mark across their faces.
~present~
Deilous opened his wings when he realize where he was being sent too, however he was dropping off from the ceiling he had to hover down otherwise he would crash into the table and chairs below him, opening his wings and flapping, he looks trice as huge as his demonic black and blue wings appeared, landing with a small thud on the ground with his scythe behind him, looking around that, that were no others nearby his wings disappeared into thin air like magic, and speaking of a demonic language his large weapon shrunk and turned back into a necklace again, putting it around his neck once again.
Looking around he sees a pile of paper, walking over, he started to read them "this is... clubs approval? Don't Desmond have enough people to approve of this? why would he need me"

"Thats because im the only real witch in here" she explained artfully giving the honey haired witch a sly glance beneath her lashes.
"You're kiera arent you- what fine shadows these are" she congradulated smiling at them fondly. Kiera appeared to look familiar perhaps she had visited the bloodoaks coven before, Lin didnt think it were appropriate to pry so soon so she kept her suspicions to herself.
The Human stood after being called out by some higher authority and Lin watched her leave with wide saucer eyes her curiosity intact as it trailed after the red head. Maybe she was being told to leave, that she'd stumbled her way into the wrong school?
She turned to Kiera with a malevolent smile on her lips. "Why a human?"

Kalen came in and greeted Deilos before vanishing into the back kitchen again, presumably to make some more tea.
âI would have had the treasurer or secretary sign but both of them are off on some mission in Canada.â He added as he transferred some papers into the signed stack next to Deilos, âWe really shouldnât have twins doing the important jobs, especially not if they work as assassins.â He stopped for a moment realizing that is exactly what Deilos is, meaning he too could vanish for some reason at any time, âWhat was the Principal thinking?â he sighed quietly.
After a few more papers he came across one that was unfamiliar and frankly interesting. âHmmm, a fight club eh?â He said and passed the details off to Deilos.
Kalen returned with a tray of tea and passed it around. âArenât you going to have a seat Ms. Stilmyst?â She asked sweetly, âDonât worry, I'm as human as you are, well in body at least.â
