If something has gone wrong, Lilly won’t avoid the fact, she’ll try to help in whatever way she can. She would never be comfortable in a leadership position. Usually, Lilly will just do whatever someone tells her to do as long as it isn’t stupid, against the law, or just plain wrong. She hates conflict and will try to mediate problems that arise between people. Lilly doesn’t have a lot of book-smarts, but she has a fair amount of common sense. She can usually tell a good idea from a bad one, but she won’t always share her opinion if everyone else is in agreement. Lilly is very trusting and gives people second, third, and fourth chances. This has gotten her in trouble in the past, but Lilly wants to give everyone their fair shot.
Family: Lilly has an older brother, Bryant Rawley, who is a senior. They both live with their mom and dad, Misty and Charles.
History/Biography: Lilly was born and raised in Saratoga, California, one of the safest cities in that state. It’s a pretty small town, with most people knowing each other. Her childhood was relatively normal with nothing too extreme or out of the ordinary happening. Her older brother always watched out for his kid sister to make sure she stayed happy, and she did. Right now, Lilly is a junior in high school. She’s involved with the band and doesn’t have the best of grades. Bryant is always there to help with homework, but Lilly just has a hard time retaining school information. One day, the local newspaper contained an entry form for the “Fourth Annual Leadership Cruise!” and she decided to submit her name. Lilly promptly forgot all about it until a few weeks ago when she got a phone call announcing she had won.
How you got on the ship: As a joke, she put her name in a raffle to win a spot on the cruise and actually won.
How you got off the ship/ What you remember: Lilly was in her room reading when the first engine blew. She had no idea what the sound meant, but she knew it couldn’t be good. Lilly quickly grabbed her purse and entered the hallway to find out what to do. She walked into total chaos. Everyone was running around screaming their heads off, so they were no help. Lilly pushed her way through everyone and made her way to the deck. The second engine then exploded, but this time she knew what it meant. Lilly was frozen in place as she watched the ship begin to sink. The sight of people pulling out the lifeboats caused her to snap out of it. She began directing people towards the lifeboats and only got in one herself when a particularly strong wave threatened to throw her off the ship and into the ocean. Lilly closed her eyes and held onto the lifeboat for dear life. She didn’t open them until it had safely landed on the island.
