Personality
Fable tends to speak his mind without thinking about it, which can sometimes sound rather harsh or rude, meaning people tend to dislike him easily. To his friends he is unswervingly loyal, and is good at keeping secrets. Fable has a short temper and will not hesitate to fight, though he doesn’t always fight fair. Since he doesn’t want to be sent back from Earth, he will speak less and consider his actions more often now, though he has already participated in a fair few arguments since arriving. Fable also tends to worry a lot, sometimes he will have trouble sleeping because of it.
Brief Description
Fable is around average height, with short light brown hair and cold blue-grey eyes. He has a few freckles over the bridge of his nose and upper cheeks, though they are light and so not very noticeable. He will wear anything vaguely reasonable, since he doesn’t really care what he looks like, but prefers to wear boots or strong trainers that he can run in easily.
Skill(s)/Abilities
Fable has the ability to turn all or any part of himself into smoke, which can be very useful for dodging attacks, since you can run a sword through a cloud of smoke and it won’t be injured. He can move as smoke through tiny gaps such as under doors or through air vents or even cracks in walls. Fable can also create smoke from nothing and manipulate it’s shape and movement. He can, if needed, turn his Cenril into smoke as well, but he would have to manipulate their smoke form himself or they won’t move, even if there is a strong breeze.
Fable can run fast, though not unnaturally so. He has a steady arm and good aim, so can use most types of gun effectively.
Weapon(s)
Fable will always have on him a pocket switchblade, and often also a small pistol. He also owns various other guns and a short sword, but keeps them under his bed and rarely uses them.

Phobia
Fable has a deeply embedded fear of drowning, stemming from recurring nightmares he has been having since he can remember. In the dream, he starts only a few metres from the surface, but however much he kicks his legs he cannot break the surface. He begins to sink, and as he descends he sees the bodies of people he knows all around him pale and lifeless, drifting downwards slowly. Always at this point in the dream, he breathes in a lungful of water and begins to cough as he tries desperately to clear his lungs, before waking up with a pounding heart and adrenaline in his veins.
Fable refuses to enter any water deeper than 10 metres, and tries to avoid swimming in general. He will go into a blind panic and thrash about if his head is held underwater even for only a few seconds, regardless of who it is holding him down.
History
Fable was overjoyed to be given the role of Guardian Angel to a Cenril, as it was something he’d been hoping for since he was first told that it was possible to be sent to Earth. He had always felt a little restricted in the Heavens, and hoped that on Earth there would be more freedom to do what he wanted, and fewer people to tell him off for it. Fable had never really liked the way guardian angels worked, only watching and rarely intervening in the humans lives, if ever. Only Cenrils’ guardian angels took an active role in their protection, or at least, active enough to satisfy Fable, and so a Cenril’s guardian angel was what he wanted to be.
