Personality~ She has always been quite mean-spirited, however no one has quite understood why. She is very independent and relies little upon the actions of others. She has learnt that doing things right is doing them yourself, other wise you'll feel disappointed.
Powers/Abilities~ Every time she has skin to skin contact with anyone, she has flashes on their past (mostly things they regret). She also has the ability to control water from anywhere.
Weapons~ Amelie possesses 4 shurikens passed down by her trainer. She also has 2 small daggers she keeps in her boots or socks (depends on whats shes wearing)
