Angel Circean, from Chapter One: Rapture, a roleplay on RPG

Name~ "Angel Circean, at your service. You can call me either. I don't care."

Role~ "I tag along with the group. Her guardians my brother."

Gender~ "Um... Female? That's kind of an odd question for an interview."

Age~ "Far older than you could ever perceive, child. ... Even if I look eighteen."

Appearance~ Angel is plain, yet beautiful at the same time. She has long white hair that falls down to her back, over the smooth white sundress she always wears. She usually doesn't wear shoes, but when she does, they are usually simple white sandels. She has wings, of course, which are a semi-dull white. While she usually hides them inside a thin, light blue jacket she keeps over her sundress, it has two long slits in the back so they can unfurl at any time. It also goes without saying that she can fly with said wings too.

Her eyes are really her most amazing feature. While not a power per se, people (males especially) are entranced by them, often sucked into that light blue world nestled into her skull. But that all stops if she ever gets mad. When she goes into one of her fighting fits, her eyes turn dark, dark blue. Almost black. There's no mercy or compassion in those eyes, and it's been the last thing many people see.

Powers~ 1. Extreme speed, to the point where it seems like teleportation. (Even though it's not.) This power can very greatly, depending on how Angel feels that particular moment. Obviously if she feels bad of tired, she will be slower. Yet during a combat high, if you saw her down the street and blinked, you could have a scythe planted in your back before you opened them again.

2. Healing magic. This could a while, depending of said injury, but Angel can fix most anything. If she had not had this magic, Fayth's six lives would have been up already. She obviously can't bring somthing back from the dead, and since it could took a while, it's possible the victim could die before anything can be repaired. But this power has come in handy countless times.

3. An almost perfect unity with nature. While this isn't used for fighting... much... Angel can meditate upon her surroundings and use power gain from the world itself. This power can be used in different ways, such as controlling elements, sensing everything in the vicinity, or just keeping her calm. She hasn't got the ability to see into minds, but she's working on it.

Personality

Angel has lived a long time, and knows much about the world. She is very mature, and usually has a very calm, rational attitude, considering situations and problems carefully. She is usually on a the quiet side, but she can talk when she needs too. She is prone to bursts of emotion, however. Namely happiness and anger. Just pray it isn't the latter - This angel is by no means always nice. She can joke around somtimes, and sometimes uses her (pardon the pun) angellic good looks for a bit of flirting here and there. (Even though she knows nothing between and earthling and herself would work out. Immortality can be a bitch sometimes.) She spends a lot of her time helping others, always putting herself behind everyone.

Well... most everyone. She knows more than anyone that humans can be a repulsive species. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong with these people. And when met with a prime example of the ignorance of humans, she has no problems with using her martial arts to bring them down a notch. Never killing them, but letting them know who's boss. She does have an air of superiority around her, probably due to all the knowledge she has and the matter in which she behaves.

Of course, the no killing rule flies out the window when it comes to monsters. If faced with those kind of fights that her eyes go dark and she brings out a more... aggresive personality. And a scythe. A big scythe.

Equipment

Her main weapon is her scythe, which she was named Helvetin tulta. Hell's fire. It's a beautifull peice of work, really. She made it herself. The handle, when stood up, reaches up to her shoulder, and is made of carbon steel, with a spring steel core on the middle. This allows it to bend just a little, but don't make the mistake of assuming that a light swing could bash your skull in. The blade on top is made of a metal not found on earth, but she always just says steel when asked... even though it doesn't look like steel at all. The blade is blacker than black, with dark red, thin streaks running down the blade longways.

A black rope in attached to the bottom of the handle, although most wont see it. It only appears when she wishes to pull the scythe towards herself after she throws it. She never, and always keeps it on her person, if that makes sense at all. While never actually with her, a snap of her fingers can make it appear next to her like that.

Other than that, she doesn't carry many things with her. If she does have something she needs to carry, her jacket has several pockets she had sown into the inside.

History

Angel, as she was creatively named, is the brother of Fayth's guardian angel, and has been with four of Fayth's five past lives, serving as a sort of... mother figure to the two lovebirds. She has always been a go between with lots of people. Most people simply trust her like that. Why? She doesn't know. But she knows many people's secrets, and can usually solve problems in a quick, simple manner.

She's also studied Psychology for a number of years. While nothing more than an interest of hers, she doesn't use this knowledge often. You'll often find her reading a book about the subject.
