Setting
As the first level of Chasm, Theas has the most in the sense of population, making the already crowded stone walls a cluster of bodies and claustrophobia.
Many merchants can be found here, as well as your character has a free small home to lounge in while they are not busy hunting for keys. Granted, the room is extremely small, but it's something!
Though extremely crowded, Theas is not rampant with no-good doers or bad deeds. It seems everyone is just trying to get by, or figure out why they're stuck in such a situation in the first place..

The first level of Chasm, and as such, the most crowded. Many find themselves attempting to find a way out of Theas, only to giving in and settling, while creating some-what of a small village within the dank, cramped spaces.
