Dislikes:
Being Called Pretty
Being Reminded of who he is.
Being Looked down on because of his failed schooling
Vampires -by default-
Strengths:
Intelligence, Levi is smart, very smart, even when he was in school, he was the smartest is in class, so he's quite skilled with his words.
Werewolf Physiology
Weaknesses:
Oddly enough, He doesn't do well with being teased, it's childish, but he's never been good with that sort of thing, it just pisses him off and it tends to land him in many a fit fight
Silver.
Personality:.
Levi is an introvert by anyone standards, he doesn't do well with large groups, and does even worse when he is scrutinized, why he would join the Pack boggles many a mind. He is quiet and reserved, and broods more often then not but with some convincing he can be talked into a party or something like that. Thoughtful and Wise, Levi is a deep thinker, always had be, as a child, for instance, while the other kids played like superheroes, he was the one sitting there, trying to figure out how superpowers would even work. He was always curious, and wondered about things, and that wonder made him want to learn more, and more, resulting in being brighter then anyone else he knew and that hasn't changed, even now he can often be found in his own head, contemplating his next move, for whatever the situation may be. Critical and Clever, He may be a man of little words, but he will let his opinion known if he finds it to be critical to the circumstances at hand. He thinks things through, a million times if he has to, to make sure he has covered all the bases, leaving little room for error. Violent, Levi doesn't do well with teasing, he was always this way, even as a child, he lets things build and build, until he can't hold it in anymore, and he'll lose it. That being said, it takes a lot for him to get angry, he'll hold it in, as best he can, but that's not always a good thing. Kind and Considerate, Levi grew up with a single mother, who had boyfriend after boyfriend, he always saw how some would treat her, decently enough, and others would hardly treat her at all. He hated how some of them would treat her like shit, and he was left to clean up the aftermath. He loved his mother, even though she was that type of woman, and always promised himself, that he would never leave a woman the way his father had, with a kid, alone, fending for them both, that, if he ever made the mistake of getting her pregnant, he would be there, no matter what, so he went through life, with that mindset on women, he would be kind and considerate.
Overall, he keeps to himself, but walks around with a chip on his shoulder, all the while, he'd rather be here than anywhere else.
Quirks and Habits:
Arching his eyebrow, he often arching his eyebrow when he finds something amusing, added with a slight cock of his head.
Sighing, sometimes he can find the people around him exhausting, so he sighs, alot.
Brooding, he has an ever present look of someone who is equal parts crestfallen, and looking for a fight.
Pursing his lips, He is an honest person, but often he has times where he doesn't want to speak the truth, so he rather not speak at all, and instead, he'll purse his lips, and to anyone that truly knows him, they knew he doesn't want to lie, but he's not going answer the question either.
Running his hands through his hair when he finds something to be frustrating, confusing, annoying, and all of the above.
Being Quiet, He earned the nickname 'Ghost' for the fact that for some odd reason, he was always very quiet, so much so that he tends to sneak up on people by accident.

History:Life as a child with a single mother is never easy, especially when she brings home men of all shape sizes and attitude types. Some were decent enough, those were the ones who only wanted sex, some even pretended to like you, but again, only for sex, and some, didn't give a single fuck about him or her, and wanted sex and a place to crash. One would think that was the worst of it but now, add in that your smarter then half of the adults around you, and you're a werewolf.

That is the life of Levi Winters,

He was never interested in the life, but it was in his blood, his father was a wolf.

Levi, however, worked hard to stay away from what he was, for most of his life, he did, he stayed in school while his teen aged friends started working, he had decent summer jobs, fixing bikes, and babysitting kids, while boys his ages were running guns and selling drugs, he was saving up for college with the hopes that he would leave the life behind and take his mother with him and he had. He earned a full academic scholarship, to a University, and had nearly finished when he realize that he would never be 'legit'.

It began his freshmen year, there he was a small town farm boy, a pretty one, all the girls like, but he was a hick, a redneck even though he wasn't, people assumed he was an idiot, but he wasn't and he was often bullied for it, yes, even in college, even his professors thought he cheated, or would cheat, he was hardly trusted. Whatever it was, people could almost sense there was something off about him. He pushed through it, though, even made a few friends, but he knew he'd never fit. It was his last year, and finally it took it's toll, he got into a fight with a fratboy, the night before a full moon, after his girlfriend was talking him up at a party he hadn't even wanted to go to, he thought it was over when he broke the guys jaw with a single punch, he was nearly but to make matters worse, the fratboy's father was a cop, They tried to make a case of it, pressing charges, they said that Levi had been approaching the guy's girlfriend, and that, she wanted nothing to do with him, the fratboy told him to back off and things escalated from there. Thankfully, there were cameras in the area that proved, Levi was only defending himself. The stress of it, dropped his grades, and made a full moon a real bitch, and that was enough for him, Levi dropped out, and decided, he needed to go back home, to where people knew him, trusted him. He wasn't going to get a real job, not with his record, and decided he'd try his hand at the family business, maybe he'd fair better with his own kind back in Cherry Blossom....

Here's to hoping.

So begins...

"Yeah, bumped into him the other night actually. I knew when I saw him outside the old shop that he had to be your Levi." Willow gave a knowing smirk and Levi could have keeled over.Image "I have to say though....You're stories do not do him justice. He obviously gets his good looks from his mom." She said, and while he tried-tried to keep his face impassive, in that he just folded his arms. looking at her. "S-stories?" He said while his mother did that hand on her face thing, as if she were blushing at Willow's comment. She wasn't, she was loving this, and by the gods, he was going to hear about this later. "Oh nothing too bad." She said and Levi narrowed. "Oh stoppit, I just told her that I had a handsome son that was off in school." She said and Levi took a breath, he believed her, for two reasons, one being that if she told Willow anything more "juicy" she wouldn't have hesitated to make him blush. Levi was hard to fluster, except where his mother was concerned and since she's been sober, she seemed to enjoy it.
"Okay," He said, snapping out of it, he turned to Willow. "You two enjoy your talks, I believe I was about to speak to Lillian about something important." He said, though his mother knew that could only mean pack business and she knew he wasn't in one yet. "I need to head back to my shop, Mom, Call me when you get off please..." He told her and stood up, leaned over and kissed his mother's forehead. He knew he could called a Momma's boy, but did he care? Not one iota. He made a mental note to fix up his mom's car so she wouldn't have to walk home so late. "Alright, I will, I will," She said, but smiled.

"Willow." He said with a nod to her before stepping back, and offering Lillian a place beside him so they could go together. "I believe you have something you want to discuss?" He said, gesturing to the door. "After you." Deep-deep down, a part of him wanted Willow to be a little roweled up by that, choosing to end the conversation with her, and leaving with someone that wasn't her, worse yet, her rival. He couldn't deny how much he enjoyed the flirting, the way she had been brushing up against him, making sure her presence was felt. It was fun. Wait til a full moon when he turned. Back in the city, he had to turn it down, but now, his wolf was already stirring, once it was free, he was almost certain where he'd wake up for the next three days.

"Oh honey... I noticed." Lilly only rolled her eyes, she would have come up with a better come back but having humans around it wasn't a great idea for what she actually had in mind to say. "You should really learn to get your fur our of a bunch. Life's no fun if you're always so high strung." She was high strung for a reason, it showed her pack that she was in control no discussions. She sat quietly, drinking her coffee while Levi, Willow, and his mother had their conversation. It was obvious that it bothered her, just when she's able to try and recruit she's bothered. She only half listened and from what she'd heard she could tell that Levi's mother and Willow were pretty close, considering. Perhaps that's what Willow meant. there weren't many of the town people that Lilly even knew. Of course the Sheriff but other than Sheriff Dawson there were still very few.

Sighing she finished off her coffee and refused a refill from the waitress. "You two enjoy your talks, I believe I was about to speak to Lillian about something important." This caught her attention, Levi had said to Willow then turned to his mother, "I need to head back to my shop, Mom, Call me when you get off please..." This was surprising to her, she'd thought Willow had got him wrapped around her finger by now after all she did have a couple of days ahead of her. Levi stood and as did Lilly. Not giving Willow a second glance she paid for her coffee and stepped outside with Levi following. She turned to him,"It's Lilly by the way. Literally no one calls me Lillian except elders and my blood relatives." She said finally getting it off her chest before he had a chance to say her name again.

"Do you want me to help you clean up?," The offer amused Julia. It was useless to clean now let alone allow your guests to help. "It's alright. Forget about the cleaning." She said simply and took her place again on the small couch. The apartment itself was a rather good size, not too small not too big most of the furniture could be passed off a new except for a few things broken because of her own anger. Those things she didn't bother replacing, if she was angry enough to break them most likely she didn't need them.

"How do you think we should go about finding these witches?" Elizabeth broke the silence which was honestly bothering Julia but she refused to be the one to break it. "I have no idea. To be perfectly honest it is hard for me to believe a witch coven would be stupid enough to reside in a town like this." She said turning to the young vampire. "Perhaps if we catch one in the act but that could take days. If Arthur sensed them, perhaps we can too if they are practicing magic. Though I'm not exactly sure how to do that.Perhaps my compulsion can help, somehow."

Things were not going great for Vivian, she still had these feeling even after being reassured by the rest of the coven that it was nothing. She figured maybe it was that she spent most of her time in her house, she needed to be out. So she left her house, with a book of course and headed over tot he diner. It was rare that she went there but when she did she liked it. Everyone was nice and it was usually quiet.

When she approached the diner she sensed werewolves. She wasn't sure how many there were but she was sure there were werewolves. She entered the diner and took a spot in a booth. It wasn't too crowded and that was just how she liked it. It was nice to have the day off but today she had things on her mind and working would help but her boss was animate on not going over her weekly hours. She ordered a tea and asked the waitress to surprise her with anything on the menu. She opened her book and began reading, and by reading she was listening. Trying to figure out where and who the wolves were. It wasn't easy, vampires, werewolves, and witches were very slick in their conversations with each other. They were always careful in the words they chose to use when around humans, which is usually how you can tell.

Shane was pleased to know the new face was friendly and returned her friendly gesture, taking her hand and shaking it. She smiled back towards him. “No worries, I understand. Janet just went to the kitchen to grab a cup or two of liquid luck for herself.” Shane chuckled slightly, raising her coffee in silent salute before taking a sip. "Some of us need an extra boost in a town like this."

After she introduced herself, the young man tried to reply, only to be cut off. “A pleasure, Shane, I-…” Shane cocked her head towards Susan... A rather annoying and noisy nurse at the hospital. Shane always preferred Janet, she was more laid back and calm, not in everyone's business. But somedays she wasn't so lucky and had to deal with Susan. Let's just say the woman was about a subtle as a freight train and talked more than a hyena. “Oh, don’t listen to ‘Siri’ here, Shane. He’s found where the fountain of youth is, drank some of the water, and won’t tell anyone else the location!” Shane clicked her tongue before responding with a single word, "Clearly." Sure the male looked young, but this hospital wouldn't let any old yahoo in here so she wasn't all that worried about it. But she didn't want to risk saying more and get Susan going on another tangent.

Susan finally got to her point, addressing the young Doctor. “Could you sign the medication sheets, Dr. Warren didn’t get a chance before he left tonight, and I don’t want to start the meds too much later than eight – if that’s okay?” “That’s fine, here,” Shane leaned her left elbow upon the high counter before the nurses' area, her right hand holding her coffee as she sipped from it, waiting. Susan gave Shane a farewell smile which she returned with a nod of her head and raise of her coffee.

"Sorry about the, distraction, I don't know if it was wise letting them know I sneak in earlier than my shift - it may create bad habits. I'm the new Junior Medical Staff, Dr. Nathaniel J.A. Searus, but most call me William on the side I thought - but 'Siri' could be far worse, I suppose... Whether or not I've found the fountain of youth, I don't feel I am capable of answering such a question not in my area of expertise - alas I'm only a Student Doctor, it'll come to me one day perhaps." Shane chuckled, "Well age is just a number. Obviously you must know what you're doing to be here.... Maybe some nurses are jealous that you got your actor together far sooner than they did." She quirked a brow, tilting her head slightly.

"Janet will be returning soon, but is there anything you'd like in advance?" Shane leaned her right elbow onto the counter as well so that she was fully facing him. "If you're as smart as you claim to be... You already know why I am here." She smirked before holding out the file so he could see the list paperclipped to the front, a list of all the recently killed in the past couple days.

It was written all over Levi's face that he was extremely uncomfortable with his mother and Willow sharing stories about him. Stories that he was unaware Willow knew. "S-stories?" She slid a sideways glance towards him, sending Levi a quick and sly wink. "Oh nothing too bad." Will raised her brows suggestively but he wasn't amused. "Oh stop it, I just told her that I had a handsome son that was off in school." She held up an interjecting finger, "Well... except for the baby pictures." Will turned cocked her head towards him, "You had the cutest little butt." She pursed her lips, but still somehow had that seductive smirk of hers.

Levi turned towards Willow, "You two enjoy your talks, I believe I was about to speak to Lillian about something important." The moment her name slipped from his lips Will tensed. She wasn't trying to hide it either. Her hand tightly grasped at the brown paper bag her order was in while she tried to swallow back the growl that rose up in her throat.

"Willow." That's all he said to her before giving her a short nod of the head and turning his attention towards Lillian. Will couldn't fight the growl in her throat any longer as it rumbled up through her throat and out her flared nostrils. She was probably about to do something rash... too rash as she stood up, kicking her stool backwards. But just as her lips parted to say something she heard a muffled ding come from her phone in her back pocket.

Markus: "Ready"

Willow's thumb dashed over the keyboard in a quick reply, "There in 5."

She didn't want to come off totally cold towards Luci so she managed her best smile towards her. "See you around doll." The second her face was not visible to the sweet waitress, her facade dropped to a pissed and slightly terrifying replacement. She snatched up the brown bag of food. As she walked past the pair, her shoulder bumped into Levi's while her drilling gaze shifted between the both of them.

When she reached the door, she aggressively and with a little too much power threw it open. Her stomps so forceful and rage filled that it was surprising her heels did not snap under the pressure. Will unclipped her sunglasses from the collar of her shirt, and slides them on. She then puts the food into the saddle bag on her bike before throwing her leg over the machine and flipping on the ignition. Will watched the door, and the second the pair stepped outside and Lillian tried to talk she revved the engine. Promptly following it by skidding off rather loudly and much faster that what was legally allowed in Cherry Blossom.

Will arrived at Markus' quicker than what she had promised in the text. Grabbing the food, she angrily stomped her way up to the front door. She didn't waste her time knocking on the door but instead walked right in. Willow made her way past them all and into the dinning room. Slamming the large bag of food down on the table, she reached in grabbing her burger and fries, leaving the remaining food there for them to choose from. Willow then hooked her ankle around the leg of a chair, pulling it out from under the table. She promptly plopped down on the wooden surface and kicked her feet up onto the edge of the table.

After taking a couple large bites of her burger, Willow slid her sunglasses up on top of her head. She was acting pissed and probably looked even worse. But she was allowed to get as angry as she wanted. She didn't have to look up from her food for Meredith to know she was addressing her, "Nice to see you're not dead." Taking another bite of her burger, she flashed the woman a sideways glance. There was a lot of hidden meaning sprinkled over such a simple sentence, and anyone who know Willow knew that.

"It's Lilly by the way. Literally no one calls me Lillian except elders and my blood relatives. Lillian--Lilly, said and Levi nodded, he could tell with the way she'd spoke that that had been bugging her the moment he'd said it. "Lilly it is then," He said and it was then he felt a shove on his shoulder. He didn't have to look, her scent proceeded her. She stormed off and Levi could only shake his head. He did that on purpose, knowing it would get a rise out of her, he just didn't know how much. She would probably make him pay for that later, but that was the fun of it. She revved up her bike, making sure to do so when she thought Lilly was speaking, before peeling off.

"Never mind her, " He told Lilly, before gesturing for her to walk ahead, and lead her toward his shop.

"Before you ask, I'm not apart of any pack and I'm not sure I want to be." he said. "Odd I know, but I've gotten use to going it alone." He said as they walked, he watched the road, making sure that she was on the inside of the sidewalk like the gentlemen his mother raised him to be. "So if you've come to recruit me, it's an uphill battle, I don't see the point in--" He stopped, just a few steps away from the shop when he saw her. Why did the women in his life like to come to him all at once?
"Serena..." He mumbled under his breath, as his eyes locked with the raven haired shewolf as she roaming the inside of his shop.
"Well you excuse me a moment?" He asked Lilly before quickening his pace. He walked inside and shut the door, his eyes on her.

"Serena...." he said, he knew his tone was a bit guilty, he hadn't seen her since he got back and they hadn't left off in the best of terms, mostly because she wanted him to stay, and he wanted to go and then did, without a word. He really didn't know what else to do but avoid that minefield but this was coming too.

He opened his mouth to speak. "Sorry...I--I was going find you...at some point, but I--I just." He rubbed the back of his head, unsure of how to proceed. He took a moment, not sure what else to say but a relenting... "What's up?"

After sitting on the bench in the back of the shop for about three minutes Serena's nerves got to her. Getting up she started towards the other side of the room when he phone went off in her pocket. Freezing, Serena looked down at her pocket before slowly pulling it out and looking at the screen. Please please... not till I'm gone... Surprisingly the text was from Roman and Serena let out a sigh of relief. Going back to walking around the shop, though honesty what she was really doing was pacing Serena hesitated to text him back. Usually these texts came before he showed up at someone's house but occasionally he'd just appear. If that was the case then he would have found the note. Shaking her head Serena started typing. This is Roman, he would be pissed if he found that note.

To: Roman
Nah, I'm good. Why don't you ask Rachelle or Preston?

Serena looked at the text with satisfaction before putting her phone back into her pocket. While she loved her pack everyone knew those two were big talkers and therefore, the best distraction for Roman to not think about Serena for a while. Also, everyone knew they didn't exactly get along so her declining his offer to hang out wasn't that weird. Walking back across the shop Serena let out a sigh. This is going to be a nightmare... I wonder if I'll actually be able to pull it off... Just then, the door to the shop opened and closed, and Serena looked up at Levi.

At the sight of him she was flooded with emotions, ranging from anger to joy all the way back to sadness. "Serena...." At his hushed, guilty tone anger flashed through Serena and her eyes flashed blue like her wolf's. Quickly though, that blue faded as guilt and sadness crept into her own expression and she looked away. Of course, she knew that Lillian was standing right outside the shop, and therefore could hear her so she chose her words carefully. "We need to talk. I can't put this off anymore." She glanced at Lillian, who met her eyes, and then looked away. She's only going to leave if she thinks this is important... She hated lying to Lillian, lying to her Alpha, but this was necessary and a beta did what was necessary to keep her Alpha safe. "Sorry...I--I was going find you...at some point, but I--I just." Serena sighed and looked at Levi with a sad smile as he tried to act natural. This situation was anything but normal.

Of course, she had told Lillian forever ago about her crush on Levi, long before he left, and Lillian had been there for every moment after he left. The two weeks she ate little to nothing. The three months she refused to leave her room, except on the rare occasion that Lillian could convince her to go on a run. She was sure that Lillian would put two and two together, she would probably even assume that Serena had been locked up in her house the last two days because of it. "What's up?" Though she knew that she would be getting shit for the harsh statement in about two seconds, once no one else could hear them, she needed to say it. Both because of the situation and because it had been on the tip of her tongue for years, waiting for him to come back. "You left. Without saying good bye. Not even a note. I think I deserve to get some answers." Serena glanced back over at Lillian and then lowered her gaze. "Is the office still sound proofed?" She avoided calling it his dad's office, not wanting to rub salt on that particular wound.

Meredith let out a growl and snapped elongated fangs at James' hand which he had rested on her shoulder as he teased her, looking into the fridge at the same time. “Peace, James…” The male yanked his hand away and looked between Meredith and Markus, both startled and aggravated. Laughing Meredith reached up and ruffled his hair. For some reason her brother, and quite a few other males (in both packs), thought she couldn't fight just because she focused on healing. "You know what they say about getting between a wolf and it's food." Reaching back into the fridge Meredith pulled out the milk and then headed over to the cabinet, picking out a box of cereal and a grabbing a bowl. "Your guess may be as good as mine, Meredith… This is Willow.” As her brother continued to go through the fridge, gathering what looked like the stuff to make a sandwich, Meredith poured her cereal and milk into a bowl and nodded. "True, true." Meredith put the milk away before grabbing a spoon and starting in on the cereal.

As Markus pulled out his phone Meredith sat in a chair left leg folding underneath her right, eating cereal as her right leg bounced nervously. While salutary wolves had a bit of leeway when it came to these types of things Meredith didn't like it when she and Willow were fighting. She considered the Alpha to be her friend, though how Willow truly felt about her she had no idea. As she finished her cereal Willow walked into the house, dropped food on the table and then took a seat. Meredith froze, she could tell that Willow was absolutely pissed but she couldn't tell if it was because of her or if it was just getting directed towards her out of bad luck. "Nice to see you're not dead." With that comment Meredith relaxed and chuckled a bit. "Ah, which guy is it this time? Obviously he doesn't know you very well if he's got you this upset... Or maybe he knows you just well enough?" She didn't know how it was that she was so good at reading people, especially Willow, but she assumed it was because she was considerate of other people as well as always paying attention.

Either way Willow was pretty easy to read since she wore her heart on her sleeve. Glancing over at Markus Meredith smiled. 'Ed on the other hand... he's harder to read... but at least he isn't such a handful...' Chuckling Meredith went to the sink to rinse out and wash her bowl. She knew that, like always, she would be staying here to wait for the pack to come back from the hunt which meant if she didn't wash the dish now it would just be later. She had a habit of cleaning when she was bored or nervous, not that anyone minded.

"You left. Without saying good bye. Not even a note. I think I deserve to get some answers." Serena glanced over his shoulder to where Lillian stood outside. He assumed she didn't want her to be apart of....whatever this was so he made it a point to keep his voice down. "Is the office still sound proofed? She asked and Levi arched an single dark brow. "What? No, I'll shut the door, you should be fine, Serena, what is this about really, because honestly this can't have anything to do with what I did some years ago." He said, as he walked up to her, gently holding on to her elbow to lead her into the office and shutting the door.

"Look." He began. "Truth be told, I didn't say anything because...I know you'd try to talk me out of it , try to talk me into the taking my father's place in the pack and I didn't want to hear. So I left," He said, "I'm so sorry, if I hurt you, but....I couldn't face you, because back then, you probably would have changed my mind and I would have spent my life wondering what could have been." He said. He probably should have let her talk first, because truthfully that wasn't what this was about but the guilt was too much and just as he feared, one look at those bright blue eyes and his resolve faltered. "So there, there's you're answers. I saw what life was like out there and sure I could have made it work out there, but my blood is here so I came back, like I said, I--I wasn't sure how to do it, but I was gonna come see you, once I finally decided on if I was going to stay or not." He said and gestured to the room. " I've decided to stay obviously," He said, with a humorless chuckle. "But that's not what any of this is actually about, is it?" He asked. " If it were, you, You wouldn't give a single shit about whether or not Lillian heard us, Alpha or not." He said, and folded his arms. "What's up, Really?"

It wasn't as easy as she'd though it would be to find out who the wolves were. Then something happened, a woman stood up from her seat at the bar and pushed passed the couple that she had passed on her way in. It was obvious she wasn't happy about them as she pushed the door open. The door nearly broke off it's hinges as the woman walked angrily away. She got on her bike and revved the engine just as the other two stepped outside. She was defiantly a wolf and if she was then one or both of the other two must be as well.

There wasn't anything Viv could do about it now. Besides what if her feeling was wrong? She would have exposed her entire coven when she didn't even need to. It was a hard decision but she would have to wait to see what this 'bad feeling' was trying to tell her at least wait long enough to be able to tell what it would be before it happened.

Lillian was glad to see that Levi had gotten under Willow's skin by blowing her off. Not many people were able to do that to Willow so it was a treat when it happened. "Lilly it is then," Lilly nodded in approving. Just as she was going to speak again Willow revved her bike and speed off in the opposite direction. It was done on purpose but it didn't bother her knowing that Willow was much more bothered about the situation. Before she could continue to talk again Levi spoke, "Before you ask, I'm not apart of any pack and I'm not sure I want to be." Lone wolves weren't unheard of but they were sort of frowned upon by most packs around the world. Lilly never had a problem with lone wolves but right now she was very annoyed. "Odd I know, but I've gotten use to going it alone." His explanation made sense, it was hard for a wolf to adapt especially seeing that they were also part human.

They walked until they were a little ways away from his shop, "So if you've come to recruit me, it's an uphill battle, I don't see the point in--" Lilly stood waiting for him to finish his statement but nothing came out but a little mumble of her beta's name. Serena? She looked towards the sidewalk in front of them but didn't see anyone. She did smell her, she must have been here not too long ago. "Well you excuse me a moment?" Without waiting he rushed into his shop and closed the door behind him. That was weird She awkwardly stood in front of his shop now waiting and the more she though about what had just happened. Finally it hit her, Serena had mentioned Levi one before well more than once. Serena had told her that she had a huge crush on him and she was there to pick up the pieces when he left without a word.

She looked through the window and made eye contact with Serena and she looked away. Her words to him were faint but enough for Lilly to know they needed to be alone. She would have to catch up with Levi some other time. She gave a nod and went on her way. Hopefully for Serena, she and Levi could settle things. It was time for another run, and maybe she'd meet up with Roman later in the night.

"Maybe-- if there are witches here-- the coven was here first and the town just so happened to attract vampires and werewolves as well," That sounded probable, usually witches stayed close to werewolves. Seeing that most of these wolves were born here the witches must have been here before the vampires and just haven't realized it yet. "That sounds like a good idea. If we do find a witch, let's hope Arthur is actually hasn't been drinking too much." Julia nodded agreeing, Let's hope not, he will end up killing the witch before we can get answers out of her. With the witch that they do find, if they find one, they would have to get her to tell them who the other witches were. Maybe Julie could even threaten to turn her if she didn't tell. If there was anything she knew, she knew witches hated vampires so much they'd rather die than become one. She smiled at the thought.

She saw the young vampire stand, ready to get the search started, "Which part of town should we start with? I was thinking the east side." Julia stood as well and grabbed a jacket from a pile of clothes she had managed to hide behind her couch. She put it on, "Herb shop. Witches use herbs for spells. From there we can try other shops and what not around the area before moving to another part of town." She said thoughtfully as she made her way towards the door. she let the girl out first before following and closing the door behind her. She didn't bother locking the door since she didn't have anything for anyone to steal.

"Well age is just a number. Obviously you must know what you're doing to be here.... Maybe some nurses are jealous that you got your actor together far sooner than they did." Nathaniel blinked seemingly incredulously at her comment, as his attention shifted from the Sheriff to the disappearing back of – Susan, her identification card supplied as she flicked it out of her scrub pocket at the distant lock-key doorway to gain entry into the hallway further past – the nosy and noisy nurse from moments before. His apparent disbelief disappeared quickly with a bemused shrug of agreement, as his thoughtful gaze returned to meet Shane’s quirked brow and tilted head.

’Smarts’ regardless of age and establishing a pecking order within the workplace, may be vastly different concepts, but I can see the merit and have examples of the jealousy certainly with some nurses. But with our dear Susan… He paused, thinking of the proper and polite words with which to continue the conversation with; even as a gentle, and rather accepting smile easing unto his maw – and well, sometimes you just had to smile at idiots (or the thought of them) and children. I expect that ‘Siri’ and the fountain of youth story, will stick with me for some time. I think I’ll just manage fine. Her body position changed to fully face him as Shane leaned on the counter top, a smirk on her lips and a challenge in her eye, Nathaniel could almost snort in amusement internally - obviously Elisabeth was not wrong, or even remotely short on the information of the young woman she’d provided. Humoring this human would not be remotely tiresome, but rather interesting he figured… If you’re as smart as you claim to be… You already know what I am here.

Now you’re just fanning my “ego”, ahh, Nathaniel leaning forward had absently reached down to grab the glasses (not that he needed them remotely, but for keeping appearances) hanging on his scrub pocket with a pen, to put them on and read the list paper-clipped to the front of the file. He frowned, making an almost pained expression, as he sat back in the chair, removing the glasses to reclip to his pocket, rubbing the bridge of his nose idly momentarily. “Just when I thought I got Jonathan’s mortician’s song about ‘Dead bodies aren’t much fun’ out of my head. Humm…” He muttered, partially to himself but the Sheriff could still catch his words readily enough; and if a ‘wince’ could come out as a voice – it would have. There has been a concession between Jonathan and myself (with the other Doctor’s looking into in, when they have the soonest opportunity) that the similar broken bones and cartilages – from the collar, to shoulders, to windpipes, etc – all those recently killed in the past couple days, suffered the trauma immediately in any sort of attack. Which was likely the cause of death(s), even before you add the whole morbid addition of bite wounds and being drained of blood on top of the situation.

As for any new evidence from such slim-pickings already… Oh, well the male has been identified finally, with DNA and his face/neck has been repaired enough to support the picture – Donny Simmons. Surprisingly, he isn’t a loner like the other three victims, and happens to have a sister in town. Ms. Brooklyn Simmons, who, Nathaniel paused, leaning forward to snag the blue post-it note that Janet had scribbled on moments after a phone-call before she left for coffee that stuck to the edge of the computer screen – presumably to tell the Sheriff immediately when she arrived, right on regular schedule, to review evidence and bodies in the morgue. Coincidentally, Janet did just talk with one of your officers’ at the department building that Ms. Simmons came in looking for you. An officer is likely giving her a ride over here now, to talk with you, and… Nathaniel dropped off, politely not needing to finish such a sentence. Visual confirmation from family members or friends was hard enough to take on as an evidence stand-point, let alone what the young lady would feel after she got there.

Markus met James’ startled and aggravated look, with an even look of ‘I told you so’ – as Meredith chimed in, after already snapping teeth at her brother’s hand and ruffling his hair shortly after, You know what they say about getting between a wolf and it’s food. Before going back to pulling out the makings of cereal, while the other male stayed to make what looked like at a distant some sort of sandwich. True, true. Markus combined what could be a shrug and nod in one smooth motion, even as his phone trilled loudly a text alert. There in 5 Good. Willow is on her way… However, it did not take Willow’s original promise of 5 minutes to arrive at his home. Granted, coming stomping up to the door and on into the dining room to sit down in a huff that was madder than a hornet in an old Coke can – could make anyone move faster than intended, more often than not.

The tense silence, of Willow taking out her anger on the burger, was broken as she finally addressed someone – unfortunately Meredith, with enough hidden meaning dripping from such a simple sentence - without looking up for her food. Nice to see you’re not dead. Meredith seemed unfazed, with a relaxed chuckle, as she responded, Ah, which guy is it this time? Obviously he doesn’t know you very well if he’s got you this upset… Or maybe he knows you just well enough? Markus blinked. Perhaps he was not slow, but he obviously was not as good as Merry with reading people – even Willow, who he could usually figure an annoyed explanation together with her or her actions quickly enough.

He took a deep scenting breath, immediately recognizing the scent of Willow’s newest attraction in town – her ‘Phantom’ – and… a wisp of Lillian. He silenced the growl that wanted to rumble nastily up his throat, but did not bother hiding the flash of anger in the depths of his eyes in agreement of his Alpha’s similar predicament. Markus understood exactly what would have gotten her tail in such a twist, especially with Phantom / Ghost and her crow-begotten “rival”.

His attention shifted away from imaging what sort of scenario had gone down, as Meredith glanced his way with a smile – a single brow rose in question, but she didn’t say anything further before rising to go clean up her bowl at the sink. Markus flicked back to the offered food and Willow’s beyond grumpy form on the other side of the table, with an idle snort that kept his eyes from rolling, reaching in the snag a handful of fries (as he was not one to eat much before a hunt, but polite manners of taking an offering, however small, was something he had always done) to munch on quietly.

Plan of attack? Markus began promptly, with a pointed look to his Alpha as he abruptly changed the conversation immediately to business – they could deal with whatever Meredith had been doing later, as far as he was concerned. Because a bunch of wolves hanging out in his house, back-porch/yard would start getting antsy before long, it would be best to get the hunt underway soon.

I would like to take a look. Nathaniel leaned forward and took the extended walkie-talkie from her passing reach over the counter-top, with a gentle, but firm grip. Sparring only a moment’s notice to glance down at the dials, and even over years of technological advances he was pleased to note that the common radio – while not unlike a CB-one for citizens, but was made closer to military grade models – wasn’t anything excessively fancy (sometimes, mankind could get things right – if it worked, stop trying to make it better, plain and simple). His fingers flicked across two dials with an all-to-familiarity of having used something similar before, until an answering, acknowledged beep echoed from the brother walkie-talkie still clipped unto her belt; both on a shared frequency now, that would not unnecessarily traffic normal police communications (or the hospitals, but those he was fairly certain had upgraded to the cell-phone or pagers by now). Let me know when she arrives. I’d rather address her… away from the bodies. Of course. Nathaniel readily agreed, with a small, and almost sad smile on his lips in return. He removed his badge from his coat pocket to swipe at the reader at the nurses station, opening the doorway of the hallway heading towards the morgue for the young sheriff – giving her a friendly farewell nod for the mean-time, and watched as she made her way down to disappear out of sight eventually. Humph… That was interesting.

...

The nurse Janet made her return to her station with coffee in hand, and Nathaniel rose to depart – his shift now officially started, it was time to walk the floors (at least some, before he’d have to return to the morgue, the Sheriff, and the poor Brooklyn Simmons – to fill out and sign the eventual paperwork that always followed such unfortunate events as death and the like). He left the walkie-talkie in Janet’s capable hands, with the instructions to let Shane know when Brooklyn arrived; and contact him to make his way over at his soonest availability.

Despite not technically being a part of the conversation at the original hand, between Meredith and Willow – he still well knew exactly who’s scents were clinging to his Alpha (and if he was far younger, not that he’d ever been so childish – the song ‘liar liar pants on fire’ might be accurate in this situation), and had a hunch of what their salutary wolf had been off doing. Markus kept his mouth shut, but still passed a mild warning glance towards Meredith in the kitchen... He had not entirely forgiven Willow for her earlier comment moments before regarding a generalization of men being good for nothing more than their fifth appendage, his exasperated side-glance had flickered with a sense of repressed suspicion at her smiling as he took a small handful of fries; that even her comment in response to his own and the knowing glance she shot, while he understood the full-intent, took a moment to get it’s intended rise out of him – and then a low growl of disgusted agreement rumbled deep within Markus’ chest briefly.

I don’t want to risk us splitting up. That’s not smart. Stength in numbers is always better. But I’m not sure where to start… We could simply patrol. But I was thinking if we went somewhere like a bar or club, natural feeding grounds. We could spilt up enough to where we look alone but have ours eyes on each other and our phones… Unless you all have a better idea.

Willow’s ideas of the hunt were not hardly unreasonable, but Markus liked this about this pack – even as much as the two of them butted heads with each other, she would ask and accept everyone’s opinions about how a night’s hunt would go down. With no one immediately jumping forward, he began shortly himself, My primary concern is the full moon tonight... We could focus on disrupting natural feeding grounds first, but - with bars or clubs, we do have younger members that cannot easily sneak into such places; additionally, those that don't have as much control (yet). We would be split already between those inside, separate enough to look like we're alone but within sight of one another or phones aiding. However, those outside, a mix of the young guns and some experienced I'd suggest, they would be a phones distance away if anything occurred - and possibly fluffier than intended, to crash into a bar or club." Markus offered evenly, not immediately shooting her ideas down - but offering the pros and cons in his 2 cents readily enough. Upon finishing the handful of fries, he pulled his hands back off the table, dusting them off on his jeans, before he continued. We could do it after deterring natural hunting grounds, or we just patrol - looping the town and running streets, and alleys. This had the benefits of – one, getting their scent(s) out and about, and deterring the bloodsuckers; and two, gave the wolves an opportunity to know if there was vampires already headed towards or in the town itself; and last, avoiding any furry complications into 'Human' public places. Markus shrugged, as a 'up to you' statement, keeping his eyes on Willow and waiting for her reply.

“Alright, man, well we’ll see you next week.” “Goodbye, Thanks!” “Good luck running the joint, Adios~” Charles gave a radiant grin, shrugging as he bobbed his head friendly in farewell to the handful of his co-workers and boss that had decided that everyone would be getting the time off to go on a vacation together, to run amuck in the free time they had in the big city far outside of Cherry Blossom’s boundaries, window shopping to their hearts content, hanging around in the many hot spots that littered there, or grabbing a bite in the hundreds of restaurants and bistros dotting across the map. He’d declined on going himself on such a notion of careless frivolity, of just doing water, consequences be dammed; and had simply offered to stay behind, and take on the few more classes of various dance and yoga to cover the slack, and keep patrons happy, while everyone else was gone for the week for the unplanned, spur-of-the-moment vacation.

Really, truth be told, Charles tended to avoid such events, even when invited out or under extreme duress from his few friends. Well, that might have been a bit of an exaggeration, but the point remained that he was certainly more comfortable (than even some of the born locals, given recent events) keeping his own two feet on the ground in Cherry Blossom – regardless of what he well knew went bump in the night. He much preferred that predictability here, it wasn’t quite safe, but it was, most of all, home. He blew out a contented whistle through his teeth, and with a quick glance to figure that everything was put back in its place(s) for the night, ready for the following day, and all the stray water bottles had eventually found their (a) owner(s) (or the recycling can); he headed out, setting the alarm, locked the door, and went out onto the streets of Cherry Blossom.

It was not much of a walk from the studio to the diner in which his mother and Aunt worked at (though this night, they were actually both off in fact – but with a known sweet tooth, and the habit of a chocolate shake after work engrained in his mind, he was headed that direction anyway), but with the sky stretching with the colors of the sunset his footsteps weren’t unhurried per say but simply purposeful in their movement. When he finally arrived, he caught the waitress’ eye, with a small grin, Regular, please. “Sure, just a minute.” No worries.

Instead of sitting at the bar or at one of the open tables, Charles caught the familiar sight of Vivian, surprisingly that the ‘shadow’ of Gerald - all though the comparison was not entirely fair, with the other being as tall as him (and definitely taller than Vivian) with darker hair and fairer complexion; but still had promise in the other not often being two steps behind or ahead of Vivian, so technically Charlie could make such a point between the friends (not that he ever would) – wasn’t around (yet?). Hey, Vivian, Charles greeted, as he made his way over and slipped down into the booth’s other seat, with one of his common bright grins (that probably said ‘Hello’ better than words did anyhow) lighting up his face.

How’s your newest addiction going? He hummed in friendly question, not disapproving but not approving either. With a small hand flick, gesturing seemingly to the ‘new’ book she held that she was reading; but with enough hidden meaning veiled in his words, especially regarding her recent worries and fears that something big was coming to Cherry Blossom (and the possibility of revealing their coven to the wolves) – his meaning could be easily discerned.

Serena looked up just as Levi raise a brow at her incredulously and immediately knew she had screwed up. "What? No, I'll shut the door, you should be fine, Serena, what is this about really, because honestly this can't have anything to do with what I did some years ago." Despite the obvious shit she had just gotten to she saw Lillian walk off and relief filled her. Because of this she didn't even notice that Levi had gently taken hold of her elbow and lead her to the office until he had let go to shut the door. "Look," Serena flinched, knowing she was in for it. "Truth be told, I didn't say anything because...I know you'd try to talk me out of it , try to talk me into the taking my father's place in the pack and I didn't want to hear. So I left. I'm so sorry, if I hurt you, but" Serena stared at him in shock as he continued on. She had expected an apology and maybe a comment about it wasn't her business but she had never expected this. During his slight pause Serena tried to let her mind catch up but he continued a moment later and she was lost again. "I couldn't face you, because back then, you probably would have changed my mind and I would have spent my life wondering what could have been." He paused and by this point, Serena's mouth had fallen open just a bit, showing how truly shocked she was. "So there, there's you're answers. I saw what life was like out there and sure I could have made it work out there, but my blood is here so I came back, like I said, I--I wasn't sure how to do it, but I was gonna come see you, once I finally decided on if I was going to stay or not." Levi gestured around them at the office but Serena was still trying to catch up and merely stared at him. "I've decided to stay obviously." At this he chuckled and Serena flinched, looking away, trying to process what he said. "But that's not what any of this is actually about, is it? If it were, you, You wouldn't give a single shit about whether or not Lillian heard us, Alpha or not." Serena flinched and mentally shook herself. Shifting her weight she heard the paper crinkle in her pocket and immediately shook her head, trying to physically refuse her thoughts to go there. "What's up, Really?"

Serena frowned and looked back at him. 'Of course leave it to Levi to shock the shit out of me with a rant the onetime I'm counting on his stoic nature....' Serena sighed and shoved her hands into her pockets, grasping the letter in her hand tightly and deciding to at least respond to his 'answers'. "It crushed me when you left but I eventually realized that it was something you needed to do." Before Levi could speak or even process the statement Serena rushed on, setting her jaw before she spoke, trying to keep her voice steady and tone firm. "And you're right. Usually I wouldn't care. But I... I'm leaving." She paused for a second as she let what she said sink in, both for him and her.

Levi looked at her with an arched brow.. "Leaving?" "Wait what?" He thought and then realized that was a good response. "Wait What?" He asked, before running his hand donw his face. "Serena, You did not come all the way here, just to tell me you're leaving, I know it's been years, but you came here to tell me why, and to for me to talk you out of it, you don't want to leave,--" He stopped and realized. She was scared. He mentally kicked himself. He was jumping on her case, mostly because he was freaking out himself. This was not a situation he was used to being in. He was a loner, he didn't have to worry about others, not really besides his mom, and she was doing well, he'd almost forgotten what fear in others looked like.

He took a breath, and looked at her. "What's got you spooked, I'm not going anywhere, I'll help you. Is someone after you?" He asked and then the worst thoughts crossed his thoughts and he examined her fore injury. "Did someone hurt you, You know what I'll do..." He said, with a small growl in his voice.

Serena flinched and shook her head, forcing back memories that tried to claw their way to the surface of her mind. 'I've been in a haze for days I need to stay focused right now.' "No, I didn't come for you to talk me out of it I came to say good bye. I couldn't put you through what I went through. Though I doubt it'd be as hard on you. You always were better at controlling your emotions." Serena gave him a smile filled with irony that didn't meet her eyes. "I hate that this had to happen now of all times, when you finally came back..." A bit of the sadness that she truely felt at the whole situation creeped into her voice but then she shook her head once more and her eyes glowed blue again. She spoke and as she did she smiled a Levi, a smile that didn't reach her eyes which glowed with an unidentifiable emotion, though fear was definatly mixed in their somewhere. "But I have to go. I hope that i-..." She hesitated a moment, not wanting to say 'if'. "When I come back, we can finally catch up." Serena knew she had to get out of the room as soon as possibly, which meant keeping this conversation as short as possible. Just having his firmiliar scent filling her nose was enough to make her want to start crying, something she refused to do now after how much she had cried after he left.

Levi shook his head and approached her, he didn't want to intimdate her but he had to get her wolf to stand down, and he wasn't her Alpha but he was one in his own right. "Serena. You are not leaving this room until you tell me what's going on." He said, and he took her hand, his hands were soft and gentle, but he stood in front of her, his wolf reaching out to hers, a low growl, almost like a coo, urging her to stay and speak. "Serena, Talk to me, Please?" He pleaded.

Serena's wolf acted far quicker than her mind in this situation and her eyes blazed as a snarl ripped free from her throat. Serena could almost hear it in her mind, 'This male has been gone far too long to give orders'. Despite this, and the tensing of every muscle in her body, she didn't yank her hands away like her wolf wanted her too. Instead Serena closed her eyes and spoke slowly, trying to keep the growl out of her voice as much as possible. "I can't. This is my burden and mine alone. I refuse to bring anyone else into it." Serena paused, knowing that, with Levi blocking her way, she would either have to force her way out of the room or shock the crap out of him, neither sounding very appealing as she glanced at the door behing him.

"Not anymore," Levi said, standing his ground. [b]"Serena, I owe you this much." He told her. "I left you before, and now you're stuck in some situation, you want to run from. I owe you. It's not your burden anymore, it's mine now too." He said, giving her hands a gentle squeeze. His wolf was begging hers now, whimpering for hers to stay, so much that it trickeled out into his voice, his ears shifting back a little, his hair blanching a bit but he didn't Turn. "Serena....I'm not letting you leave like this, if I learned anything, running isn't going to solve the problem, it'll just halt it, for a moment." He said, his eyes flashing red a bit, but not for anger, but for his uniting with his wolf, mid form. It was a risky move, without a full moon, but he had to stop her, and it wasn't like it was intenationally. "Serena...I'm not letting you go."

Serena finally yanked her hands from Levi's, baring her fangs at him. "It's not a choice you get to make! You gave up that right when you let me here without a word! And I'm not running! I'm going to take care of a problem that followed me here!" Without thinking Serena pulled out the still closed envelope and shoved it towards his face. "This could get us all killed, probably worse! No one needs to go through that! I'd die rather die than lead these people to the packs. I never should have stayed here!" Serena let her hand drop as she shoved past Levi, reaching for the door with the letter still in her hand.

Levi growled, viciously, whirling on the girl and before she knew it, he grabbed her by the hand, spun her into his chest, and held her there. He was stronger then her, that much was certain, and while his grip was tight, it wasn't enough to hurt her, just slightly restrain her. She could bit him, or struggle, but he had no intention on letting her go. "You can bark, and scratch and claw but I'm not letting you take on the world yourself. You came here for a reason whether you want to admit it or not, you came to me, you knew what I'd do, you knew I'd stop you, you don't want to go it alone, you don't want your pack invovled, you went to the one person, that was not in your pack or any other. This is what you want, you wanted me, You made it my problem the moment you came to my shop, I'm here, Deal with it." He said with that, he let her go, her letter in his hand now, preparing to face her wolf, or worse. Her tears. "You tell me what's in this letter, and I won't invovle Lillian, or Willow, you and I will handle it ourselves, but If I have to open this, I'll invovle everyone, either way, I'm in this now." He told her. "Choose."

Serena was a bit shocked that Levi would grab her but then, years had passed and the two of them had obviously changed quite a bit. Despite the fact that she was the beta of her pack, and with good reason, agility and speed didn't do shit against pure strength though visciousness might have. Though she knew that if she had really wanted to she could have gotten away Serena couldn't help but wonder if some small part of her brain had been doing exactly what Levi had said. The thought distracted her just long enough for himto grab the latter and let her go but at the sight of it in his hand she froze. At first it was just a complete stillness of her body but as the word open left Levi's mouth she tensed. Two days, not counting the whole day before the failed hunt, she had sat looking at her name written in the hand writing that had set off alarm bells in her head. Two days of metally reliving months of torture, of fighing to stay sane, all at the sight of her name and adress on the outside of an envelope. At the thought of opening the letter and actually reading what HE had said... Serena started to shake, her muscles so tense that the shivers that ran up her spine became an almost visible thing.

Diane, Serena's wolf, having been so close to the surface in the first place Serena's panic attack gave her the perfect oppertunity she needed to break free. As she shifted Serena's mind shut down, trying to cope with the panic and Diane's overpowering will all at once. In result, leaving Levi with a agitated, snarling dark brown wolf with in the room with him.

Levi watched her Turn, but all this did was secure his thoughts. Something truely had her spooked. He wasn't ready to Change yet, he was still half mortal and Turning on the Full Moon, hurt like a son of a bitch, but before, the pain would be immeasurably, but Serena was loosing it. He had to.

"You....ugh..." He rolled his eyes, her wolf was not in the mood for him, He'd already challenged her, and he wasn't ready to accept the defeat. So he let the Change take him.
His skin rippled and curled, his lips peeled back, his hair stiffened and spread over his body, his black hair blanching into white fur, white as snow and his once deep brown eyes, began to glow a heavy red.

Ghost took a step forward, his musclar leg pawed at the ground.

Stand down, he was saying, with a snarl. She was only a beta, and only alpha's trues didn't back down from a challenge. Were this Lillian, or Willow, he would expect a fight, but not Serena, even if her wolf wanted to. He was an Alpha, born to be so, he just didn't accept the title, but it was in him and his wolf.

The alabastar wolf, gave howl, a warning, what he would do if she didn't stand down, and calm down. He didn't want to attack her. He didn't want to hurt the girl, but in this state, he wasnt' exactly of the mind.
He barked, only once. Last Chance, he was saying. Stand down.

Diane snarled at the male in front of her and moved restlessly back and forth, not in an agressive manner but more calculating. She might not have been born to an alpha, or she could have but there was no way to tell, but she had been raised by one. Diane was fully in control and she definitley didn't like the way the male in front of her was trying to order her around. Lily had earned her respect, through years of loyalty, her adopted sister's wolf had won it by being able to keep up with her in a fight, one which their father had stopped before either got too badly injured, but the male before her had done neither. At his bark Diane bared her fangs in a silent growl, and shook her head. Her message was clear, she wouldn't back down though the male's scent was far more firmiliar in this form. The scent of an old friend, it thought, though the wolf had a hard time believeing this was the same male.

Shaking her head again Diane sat down, giving the male a sharp, wary glance as if to make sure he knew she wasn't submitting but mearly didn't feel threatened anymore. Something the she-wolf was interested to see whether the male would take as an insult or not.

Ghost shook his massive head. The wolf stood down, she wouldn't admit to submitting but Ghost took it as a win. He had little care for bravado. He approached the she-wolf brushing his large maw against her fur as if to say. I'm here to help.
He then sat down, resting his head on his musclaur hind legs, as if giving her a moment or two to get it together, and in that, the hair retreated and darkened, the skin smoothed, and the bones reconfigured. Levi was himself again, or atleast in human form.

"Serena?" He called to her, it not having dawned to him that he was now dressed in shreds of his clothes and it probably wouldn't until later.

Diane growled and snapped her teeth near Ghost's ear when he chose to brush his maw across her pelt. She was fine, Serena on the other hand, was still having a mental break down. Diane and Serena had always been able to level with each other, and suprisingly enough Serena always tended to be the more emotional half. While Serena coped with her problems Diane made sure they ate and such, as well as getting to act freely.

Diane growled lowly as the male changed back and then called to her other half. A few minutes went by and slowly, the growling stopped and her eyes dimmed. As Serena started to get a handle back onto her emotions her eyes became a swirl of brown and blue, and for a moment they stayed like that. A minute passed where Serena and Diane looked at Levi with their mixed eyes before the blue faded and she shifted back. Though with Levi in the room she immediatly noticed her lack of appropriate clothing but in true Serena fashion she ddn't care. She had stopped being shy of her body long ago.

She waited a moment, silently looking into Levi's eyes, before she spoke. "I haven't opened it and neither will you. Now give it back." Serena's mind on a straight path which ended at the letter staying shut and being put into her own possesion, she didn't even think to add the fact that she was still leaving. For a moment she considered snatching the letter and her muscles tensed as she did but then she dismissed the idea. Instead she watched Levi cautiously, waiting for a response.

"So why don't you tell me who it's from and I'll give it to you." He said sternly but still gentle in tone. "Do you want me to just let you leave? Really? Knowing the stress you're under, I can smell it on you, Ren", He said, calling her his old nickname for her. "Why don't you want me to help you?"

Serena took a deep breath and then let it out slowly, a hint of amusement lacing into the fear in her eyes at his use of her old nickname. "It's from someone I used to know. Before my dad found me." Everyone in both packs knew the story of how Willow's father had found Serena in the woods while on a trip to visit distant relatives from another pack. Everyone also knew that she went through something awful before she was found from how hard it had been for her to get used to being around people, especially men. "I expected you to understand. I thought you of all people would accept it and let me go. I also thought you of all people deserved to hear it from me. And I don't want you or anyone else involved because I don't want to be responsible if you get hurt. No, when you get hurt."

Levi sighed. "I understand you better then you think." he said rubbing the back of his head and he did, but this wasn't simply wanting a better life. She wasn't leaving, she was running. "But letting you go, with you so freaked out. You should know better then to think I would let you run like this." He said. "You're scared, Ren, and...I should have been here, I see that now, and I know I have no room to tell you not to go, but you shouldn't go because your running, because you'll always be running, and as much as I don't like the pack life, you are apart of one, which means you have people that will look out for you, care about you, You're not alone, and I get that you don't want to get anyone hurt, but, the only thing that's gonna hurt them or me, is if we don't know what happens to you." He said and chuckled, at her, flashing her a boyish grin, "And I know I've been out of the game for a while, but I can still hold my own."

Serena mentally kicked herself, now realizing that this was almost as bad an idea as talking to Lillian before she left would have been. He obviously wasn't going to budge, he didn't even know what was going on. Making a split second decision Serean lunged forward and made a grab for the letter. Despite the fact that she was the largest of the female wolves in town she was definitly smaller, and faster, then Levi.

Levi saw the twicth in her muscles, just before she darted forward. She made a grab, and the paper brushed her fingers for a moment before Levi snatched it away and shot her a dull look. She was fast, but Levi was faster. "What did I just say?" He said and deicded, he was a man of his word, and opened the letter. He skimmed then letter and his dark brows furrowed. While he read, he heard the door fly open and he sighed.

Wasting no time, Levi shifted form again. His muscles were already sore from the first shift, and that was involuntary, but this time, was intentional. The white wolf then darted after the female, and it wasn't long before he was on her heels.

It wasn't a suprise to her that the male was just as fast as her in human form but as soon as the envelope tore Serena had jumped into action. She flung the door open and flew across the shop, the setup still familiar due to time she had spent here with Levi and his father. She didn't need the letter to know where to go and she definitly didn't want to know what it said. She was out the door in seconds and heading towards her jeep at superhuman speeds, making her grateful she had parked out of sight of the road. Despite this, Levi managed to catch up with her, Serena not having expected him to change forms.

As the white-furred wolf tackled her Serena swore loudly, flinching as she realized if anything had kept Lillian in the area that the alphess, or any other wolves for that matter, would have heard and recognized Serena's outburst. "Son of a bitch! Levi! Ghost! Get off me!"

Julie smiled at the thought of killing the witch. She hoped Arthur did decide that and let her be the one to do it. She's had a strong distaste for witches for centuries and she hadn't had the joy of ruining ones life in a long time. "Of course, Arthur will want information out of her. It just depends on what mood he's in. My compulsion would be the easy way...if he's in a good mood. However, if he's not he may go the hard way whatever that may be." If he was in a bad mood he wouldn't take shit from anyone, even Julie wouldn't cross him in that state. She'd been around long enough to know when to push the boundaries and when not to.

She could tell the younger vampire had no understanding of witches, which most vampires don't but when you've been hunting them you pick up a few things. "It depends on if she's that kind of witch. Witches have specific abilities like we do, kind of."

There was silence between the two. Both waiting for the same thing, a response from Brooklyn which had yet to come. It was nerve racking especially for Vivian since she worried about the coven more than anyone, in her opinion. She was a worrier, she couldn't help it. She watched Charles pull out enough money to pay for both of their orders and leave a tip. She was going to protest but he spoke before she got a chance.
“I’m going to head out and swing by her apartment before it gets’ too much later,
She nodded, to be honest she should have been heading home as well but she knew of a few parties Sienna might be. “I’ll text you if I find out anything, and again, when I get home. Alright?” Vivian gave him a quick smile and nodded "Okay, I'm going to check out some parties on my way home.

Her phone buzzed again and she picked it up but it wasn't who she thought it was. She shook her head to let Charles know it wasn't Brooklyn but Gerald.
To Gerald:
Sorry, something came up. We can meet tomorrow at the diner?

She hated doing that to him but it was better to keep him out of this for his safety and the covens.

He growled. He growled at her and she saw his eyes getting more wolf like. It didn't take long for him to calm back down, thankfully for him. "No, this is not some fucking joke, Lil. I have no idea where Serena is! She could be a mile away or she could be fifty miles away! I don't know," Her eyebrows knitted together waiting for him to finish. "I just went over to her house and found this note. I looked for her for like twenty minutes and then I came to find you. And now you're here accusing me of making this up as some sort of sick joke." She really wasn't liking his tone but she knew it was the full moon plus he really did seem concerned even though he didn't much like Serena.

"Sorry, I just don't know where the hell she is or why the hell you're so damn calm right now. It's a miracle you aren't pacing right now." Lilly scoffed and gave him a small smile "Roman I literally just saw her not but five minutes ago. She's in the body shop talking to Levi, She motioned towards the car shop behind them. She wasn't sure when it actually hit her or what made her put two and two together but it clicked. She looked down at the note again and reread it then looked back at the shop. She wanted her to leave so she could be alone with Levi, right? "Fuck!" She threw the note towards Roman and ran towards Levi's shop and peaked through the window. She wasn't inside and neither was Levi. The door was locked and it wouldn't be a good idea to break it down.

Then she heard the snarls. She turned, it sounded like Serena but what she saw was not what she expected. Some ways down the street was Markus and Willow getting a little too close for her liking. Markus was returning her flirting outwardly, he wasn't like that. In the back of her mind something was telling her it was an act but her wolf wasn't liking it none the less.
