Sienna De Lucchi

Witch with ability of channelling

0 · 561 views · located in Cherry Blossom, Virginia

a character in “Cherry Blossom's War”, as played by Pantheran

Description

Sienna De Lucchi
I'm sorry did you just call me a bitch? You're mistaken, I'm a witch.

ImageAge: 21, but looks several years older
Gender: Female
Species: Witch

Sexuality: Straight
Mate:
Occupation: Waitress at café

Appearance:
Eye color: Olive green
Hair: Short and black

Build:
She's around 170cm tall and a bit chubby. She's not overweight even if people often think that way.

Distinguishable features:
Sienna has a small tattoo of Sun in her right ankle

FC: Ginnifer Goodwin

Ability:
Her ability is channelling so she's able to channel another's energy into herself or her own energy to another witch. However, when channeling her own energy to someone else it drains her powers quickly and she avoids using it. Using the skill also makes her age faster. She's strongest when the moon is full and weakest during the new moon.

Personality:
She's not a typical witch – quite the opposite in fact. She wants to hide her true nature and acts like any human in her age could. She's social, likes to go out with her friends, have fun and date guys.

Sienna is very sarcastic if someone is irritating her or acting like she's an idiot. ”Oh really? I didn't know that at all”, is probably her most used sentence. She may seem to be a bitch but in reality she's really caring towards those who are close to her. However getting close to her can be quite a challenge.

History:

ImageThe same day she turned 13, her younger brother, Charles, ended up in serious accident and was taken to the hospital. When she got to see him, he was unconsious and barely even alive. As she was hugging her brother, tears falling down her cheeks, her powers woke up. A blue aura covered both of them and her own life energy was running to him. After a short while she collapsed on the floor.

Just a couple of hours later Charles opened his eyes, which was -according to the doctors – pretty much a miracle. When seeing all this, her mother, Cassandra, saw an easy way to get rich with her. For the next few years Sienna was forced to help people with injuries or just effects of agining, while her mother charged them for it, leaving her nothing but a aging process much faster than anyone else.

It took four years before she was brave enough to stand against her mother run away. After all the events happening to her, Sienna wanted to get far away from her hometown and her mother leading her to the Cherry Blossom's coven. No one in the town actually knows she's a witch expect for the other coven members of course.

She has now lived four years in the town and works in a small café as a waitress trying to live as normal life as possible – lying her age every time someone asks it.

So begins...

Julie was starving, she hadn't fed in days thanks to the werewolves recently prowling the town. She was getting sick of hiding from them and depriving herself of food so she decided to go out. From what she knew there was a party that night at some house, perfect place for a meal. She put on a tight red dress that showed off plenty of leg and cleavage with her red pumps. Red lipstick and a brush through her hair and she was ready to go. Walking down the sidewalk alone in the dark wasn't a big deal to her but it was an unwritten rule of the town not to. Of course Julie could handle herself so she really didn't have to worry about anything happening unless a werewolf decided to show up.

The party wasn't too far from her apartment but it was slightly chilly making her wish she had a car or a ride. Unfortunately she could afford one, not that she really needed one but using her speed isn't a good thing in this town you never know who's watching especially at night.

Finally she arrived at the party, tons of people to choose from. Julie smiled as she walked in the door. She took a drink from the table and gulped it down before grabbing a second cup. After the second drink she wasted no time getting on the dance floor.

Lillian had called for a meeting earlier that day, she was early. She had planned for the pack to go out scouting for vamps as they did most nights. She liked the idea of them not being able to hunt every night and being forced to go days without feeding. It meant they were actually afraid of them. She paced around the table that sat in the middle of the meeting room in their pack house. The pack house was located in the woods, away from town to keep away from the humans. If humans did find it it was usually assumed that it was a normal cabin.

She went through plans for the hunt in her head but she needed the opinions of her pack mostly her Beta, Serena. Serena was the one who kept Lilly's head on straight, she made sure Lilly didn't act just out of anger especially when it came to the other pack or anyone questioning her role as Alpha.

Being a female Alpha wasn't easy, everyone questioned your leadership and your ability as an Alpha even your own pack members. Lilly could usually handle it if it was another Alpha but her own pack members usually set her off. She remembered a time when all she wanted was to be a tracker, she had the skill but when the two packs were whole she was, and still is, considered a runt. There was no way their Alpha would have allowed a runt to be a tracker, too much of a risk. She didn't understand it until later but she was always angry that she was never acknowledged for her skills until she was considered for Alpha.

Vivian had nothing to do tonight, she'd already done some practicing and parties weren't her thing. She made herself some tea as she tried to think of something to do. She curled up on her couch and thought [i]Maybe just a book[i] she thought and got up to search for one she hadn't already read in her house. Finally she settled with her mothers spell book she's read it multiple times but it always made her feel closer to her mother.

She didn't know her mother was a witch until after she'd died, she was sure her mother would have told her and her sisters when they got older but she died when Vivian was very young. Her sisters found out about their mother and lied to her about it when she finally found out. She left after that, she couldn't see herself forgiving them for hiding such a thing.

Sienna was laughing and drinking, having good time with few of her friends. She had drunk a bit too much but she didn't care. This was what she loved because being surrounded by her humans friends, she was able to forget her dark past and her responsibilities as a witch. This night she could be like any other girl.

”Hey, let's go to dancing!” one of her friends shouted over the music and grabbed Sienna's arm pulling her towards dance floor. Sienna almost tripped over with her high black heels wearing a short black dress. Leaving her empty class on a table on the way she followed her friend as they started to dance. As she was enjoying the music, and the beat around her, she bumped into another woman in tight red dress. ”Ops, sorry!” she shouted over the music flashing a smile and turned around about to say something to her friend but then Sienna had to glance at the woman again. What was the feeling she got from her? Had they met before?

She shrugged of the feeling, too drunk to think about it and turned back towards her friend and kept partying. Most likely they had just been in some another party at the same time. Cherry Blossom was so small that it was common to see familiar faces.

Lisa Ericson was at home, contemplating attending a party that her human friends from the bookstore had invited her to. She always loved hanging out with her human friends, although she always felt a little out of place. But something about tonight had her feeling... off.

Perhaps it was that the vampires had been inactive lately. They would have to feed sooner or later. But she wasn't about to go on a hunt alone. She tried not to think about it.

She paced nervously back and forth before opening her dresser drawer and grabbing the pack of cigarettes she kept pushed all the way at the back and obscured from view by the objects in front - as though someone was about to go through her things and discover her shameful smoking habit. She opened the pack, but didn't take one out. Instead she closed the pack and shoved it back in the drawer.

"Screw it! I'm going to the party." She said aloud as she slammed the drawer closed.

She quickly undressed and changed into something more party appropriate. She did her makeup and looked in the mirror. Good enough, she thought to herself.

When she arrived at the party, the music was overwhelming her senses and making it hard to think. It was just what she needed, as that nagging feeling of unease was pushed to the back of her mind.

ImageLisa danced to the music pointed out a cute guy to her friend Jaime from the book store. "Go for it!" Jaime yelled over the loud music. Lisa smiled and shook her head. Jaime rolled her eyes.

Lisa glanced at the guy and bit her lip. Smiling at Jaime, she started moving towards the guy.

As she was making her way over, she smelled something unusual. The smile disappeared from her face. There was a vampire here.

She looked around at the sea of people. This party was packed. She had no idea who was the source of the scent. She became worried that it might know that she was there already.

She pulled out her phone and texted her pack.

At a party. There's a vampire here.

She pressed send. I hope they text back soon. Lisa was worried. She'd never encountered a vampire without her pack. She was unsure what to do.

Jaime came up behind her and gave her a questioning look and gesture. Lisa shrugged and gave a fake smile. She continued dancing and checking her phone after phantom vibrations.

Willow could tell Levi was the strong silent type. And for her that only drew her in more wanting to know what hid behind the tough, quiet exterior. He at least acknowledged what she was saying with shrugs or head nods. She continued to study him curiously, gauging every movement and action he made. Will couldn't put her finger on what it was about him, but she was determined to find out. But as she watched him she couldn't help but smirk a wild mischievous grin while running a hand through her blonde locks.

Levi finally gave her a verbal answer regarding if he was recruited by Lillian.
"No, She didn't." Interesting. She shifted where she stood, tilting her head in a curious manner causing her hair to veil have her face. "Fair game." Will could smell Markus approaching but before he joined them she added, "Well there are 2 packs here in Cherry Blossom... Lillian's and- She was cut off by her Beta's appearance making the duo a trio. "Evening." Will gave him a sideways glance momentarily although she kept her body facing Levi. Her gaze was direct and wavering. That was until her cellphone gave a little chirp. She reached into her back pocket, pulling the phone out. "Pardon me handsome."

Willow unlocked her phone, her gaze flitting about the group text message from Lisa.

At a party. There's a vampire here.

Will scowled down at her phone, a growl rumbling in the pit of her throat. She assumed Markus had already seen the message and was waiting for her orders. Her stance shifted to a slightly more dominant position as her thumbs feverishly tapped upon her phone, the screen illuminating her face.

Markus & I have plans ruffling feathers of the
inferior Alpha. Don't engage without back up.
You're in public so they shouldn't attack.
Stay alert & inform if anything develops.

Willow cleared her throat in frustration while shoving her phone into the back pocket of her skin tight pants. "Sorry that was rude of me... Alpha duties." Will then did a double take finally taking it what Levi said about possibly knowing Markus. "Wait you both know each other?" She motioned back and forth between the 2 while furrowing her brows in confusion. "How is it you could know him?... I've been in this town for over 100 years and never crossed paths with you before." She took a slight step towards Levi looking him up with a predator like gaze. "I would have remembered you."

Will didn't notice the appointed glance from Markus, or maybe she did but didn't digest it until that moment. She rolled her eyes slightly because of him, expecting some sort of comment later on when they're alone. She hadn't even realized how much time she spent wondering the town and talking to Levi. Will reached out grabbing Markus' wrist to look at his watch, cursing under her breath when she saw the time. Her attention shifted back towards the mysterious stranger. Her angered facade quickly fading to a seductive smile once again. "Unfortunately lover-boy... I have plans to stir the pot. Although," She stepped towards him, raising a hand to brush back a loose hair of his from his face before whispering, "I'd rather spend my time here... Trying to decode you." Before she turned away she added one more comment, "Don't be a stranger Ghost."

Willow slowly turned towards Markus, allowing her gaze to linger on Levi for a long moment before she turned her complete attention to her Beta. "Alright Mutt... Let's go." She slid her left arm under Markus' right arm, resting her hand on his forearm allowing him to guide her down the street. After a few strides down the street she stopped momentarily to glance over her shoulder towards Levi. "Hey!" She called out to him, "You don't seem like a Ghost to me. A ghost is tame... You're more of a Phantom." Will smirked, "But don't let anyone else call you that. That's my name... And I'm possessive of what's mine." Will winked towards Levi before disappearing down the street with Markus.

Once they were out of ear shot of anyone else, Will slowed down their pace as they walked, her arm still linked in his.
"Shut up." She peeked over at him from the corner of her eyes. Will knew he'd have some smart comment about Levi so she wanted to shut him up before he said anything. After another long moment of silence she spoke up again. "So should we arrive fashionably late to make an entrance?... Or should we arrive on time so Lillian starts her whole spiel so that she chokes once she sees us?"

Lillian froze when she heard footsteps come in through the front door of the pack house. When she sensed it was only Roman she went back to pacing the floor. Roman was her long time friends, they basically grew up together until he and his family moved but that was before the pack broke in two. Though she'd never admit it she was hurt when he left to go to New York with his family but she understood. When he returned and she had to chose between him or Serena as her Beta she chose Serena. After that she noticed him being a little cold towards her and she already knew he didn't like Serena much since she and Lily had gotten close since he left. She understood why he was hurt by her decision but she never had the chance to explain why she chose her instead of him, maybe she would soon enough.

"Lillian, I'm going to warn you now that I don't have pants on!" She looked towards the door in confusion but honestly didn't care at the moment but it would be un-Alpha like of her to allow that so she responded in a slightly awkward voice "So put some on!" and with that she silenced and paced thinking of her plans for the hunt. She knew there was a party tonight and if she knew vampire's she knew they would find at least one leech there. However they wouldn't be able to use everyone there in case it was a distraction to let the others hunt.

"What the fuck Roman!" Lily heard just as she sensed Serena had walked through he door. She smirked finding it sort of funny but she continued to pace and only looked up from the floor when Serena, thankfully, walked through the door instead of pants-less Roman. Serena let her pace for a minute or two before breaking her concentration. "Lily you need to stop pacing, gonna give yourself a headache." Lilly couldn't help smile "My headache started when Roman said he didn't have pants on." She muttered but forced herself to sit down. "I can't help it. You know how I get, Plans aren't my thing. What if something goes wrong?" As an Alpha she couldn't help but worry about her pack and the innocent people that could be hurt in the process of them trying to kill the vermin that are vampires. Hey I think there's a new wolf in town. I've never sensed him before, think you can check that out for me tomorrow?" She asked before turning towards the door Roman I swear, get some pants on and get in here!

She had picked out her potential lover/dinner, who was a little more drunk than she was but the drunker the better. While they danced together she felt someone bump her from behind and was ready to turn around and yell at whomever it was but saw a woman. Now Julia isn't one to yell at woman unless there's a good reason like she's being a bitch. The woman apologized with a smile and went further into the crowd with her friends before Julia could respond. There was something about her but she couldn't put her finger on it at the moment. She ignored the feeling, for now, and lost her dinner somehow. Frustrated she left the dance floor for another drink or two and pulled out her phone. She saw a text from Elisabeth, a group text, Julia hated those but she replied anyway -Not that I've seen. Out at a party, Plenty of humans ;)- She pushed send and put the phone back in it's place in her purse before picking up a cup and chugging whatever was inside.

Before she picked up the second cup she sensed something she didn't want to worry about tonight, werewolf. She scanned the room but couldn't tell who it was so she focused on acting as human as possible. She pulled out her phone again -Werewolf just arrived. Might head out, might not.- She sent the text and put the phone back. She honestly wasn't sure if she should even be worried, this one was alone but it could have called for backup once it sensed her.

Just as she settled down with her mother's spell book she heard her phone buzz. She tried to ignore it but her curiosity got to her so she put the book down and picked up the phone to see a text from Gerald. She smiled, she liked Gerald he was nice and probably one of the only friends she had in town who was actually human besides the sheriff. -Sure. Not doing anything. Where we meeting?- she texted back and got up out of her seat. She picked up the book and put it back in it's hiding place before going to find something suitable to wear. She finally found something, a casual outfit, jeans and a tshirt with a pair of sneakers. Pretty plain but she was fine with it. She sat back down awaiting a response as she finished her tea.

Events for the next two days

Arthur met with Nathaniel and after a couple of hours of getting to know the youngster (history and all) he was accepted into the Coven. He isn't too sure what the boy's position will be but he will be assigned it soon.
Arthur senses witches in town and has given Elisabeth the job of finding them, with the help of Julia if needed.

Lillian's pack went on their hunt and as Willow had said some of her hunter's were hurt. Thankfully no one was bitten. Lillian is contemplating what Willow said about the two packs having to join together again to rid the town of vampires however she refuses to take orders from Willow.

Vivian and the coven grow stronger without realizing they were being sensed by Arthur. Vivian knows something big is about to happen but isn't sure what, sh'e afraid she must reveal the coven to the wolves sooner than expected.

Four bodies have been found in ally ways, three female and one male. All look as if they've been attacked by animals but they are drained of blood. Religious people think demons. Police think animals. Everyone else think there may be a cult forming.

Not only did they have to find a witch which was nearly impossible they had to avoid the dogs of the town. Since she had a run in with a werewolf just two days ago Julia was on the lookout for that wolf. Still worried about finding the witch, Julia had no idea how to find one and they had no help from Arthur. He gave them no advice or ideas whatsoever. Honestly she should be used to it, he was a drunk bastard but he was their leader and even though he was usually drunk he was a damn good leader in Julia's eyes.

Walking through town as Julia was good and bad. Julia was a beautiful woman if she'd say so herself and got many looks from many people but she also got bad looks. Most people knew what she did for a living and it gave her a reputation which was pretty wrong. Stripping was just a way of life to her and she loved it. Most people think strippers sleep around and to be honest some do but Julia isn't that kind of girl. To be honest she rarely sleeps around unless there are feelings involved which is rare for her. After loosing her mate she could never see herself loving someone as deeply as she did with him.

"The shop isn't too far. If we don't find something there we move on." She said to Elizabeth but didn't look at her. "We have to look out for wolves as well. But since it's a full moon they will most likely be in the forest until morning...hopefully." She said glancing at the sky, it wasn't dark just yet but it was getting there. It wasn't unheard of in this town for wolves to be roaming the streets during a full moon, it was rare but it has happened.

When they reached the shop it seemed to be closed. The lights were off and it didn't smell like anyone was inside. She knew one of the wolves owned the shop but she didn't mention that to Elizabeth but she was sure as soon as they walked up she figured it out. "Closed. Maybe she has some sort of record of who shops here, if we can get inside without being detected." As soon as she said this a woman walked up and cursed under her breath probably realizing the shop was closed. Julia turned to the woman and immediately recognized her. She was from the party she was chased out of that night. She'd gotten a strange feeling from her but couldn't pinpoint it.

"Yea she seems to have closed up early tonight, must have plans or something." She said to the girl and nudged Elizabeth letting her know she was about to mess with this girls mind a little and to be ready. "Yea, I was hoping to get some herbal tea but I guess I'll have to wait." Julia nodded, she'd never used her mind compulsion on a witch but they had to be just like humans. "I recognize you from that party a couple of days ago." Before the girl could respond Julia took a hold of her wrist and began to whisper.

If you were behind the poor girl you would be able to see Julia's pupils dilate as she whispered. "Tell me why you came here." The woman responded without hesitation, "My energy has been low lately, my friend has been channeling it. The tea is a way for me to regain the energy quikcer." With that Julia broke the compulsion and grinned "This was easier than we though Elizabeth." With that she bit the girl on the neck. She wasn't going to kill her, since Arthur wanted the witch alive, but she was going to drink just enough to get her to pass out. Now whether this was the witch Arthur sensed was none of her business. They'd done their task, they found a witch.

For once, at this moment, for some reason she was content. Serena was speaking to Levi after he had been gone for so long and had broken her heart. Willow was pissed and Lillian didn't have to do anything to cause it. She wasn't sure what Roman was up to but she was sure he was just being Roman which was usually good. Her injured pack members are healed thanks to a member of Willows pack without her knowledge. Everything at this moment was peaceful.

Just as she was about to cross the street she heard her name, "Lil!", Well a nickname of hers. She knew who it was and she turned to greet him but he'd nearly tackled her to the ground. "Damn it Roman!" She balanced them both before they both lost balance and fell to the ground. Roman had both hands resting on her shoulders but hadn't said anything. She waited, he didn't seem sure whether or not to say whatever it was he wanted to say and it was getting pretty annoying.

"There's something you need to know." She knew from his face that it was serious and important. "What is it Roman? Just tell me what's going on?"

The wolves had gone which left her to her own thought and her book. Reading was the least of her worries though she did read the book her mind was not comprehending what the book was saying, to be honest she would most likely read it again anyway. Something big was about to happen she could feel it but no one else could feel it. They all thought she was worried about nothing but she knew it wasn't nothing.

She was broken from her thoughts when she saw someone slide into the seat across from her, “Hey, Vivian." Charles, the rare male witch of their coven. He showed up in town when he was young with his mother. No one knew his history all they knew was that he was a male witch. "Hi Charles." She sent him a smile. She liked him, he was always nice. “How’s your newest addiction going?” He motioned to her book but she knew what he was really talking about. She merely shrugged "Not as good as I'd hoped. Can't seem to understand it." She said folding the edge of the page she left off on and closed the book. "It's also not that easy to explain to someone else. she added placing the book on the table next to her half eaten sandwich.

Elisabeth acknowledged Julia's words, but said nothing, content to watch the sun as the last bands of colour began to disappear from the sky. Once he two arrived at the herb shop, she recognized the smell of the wolf that owned it. She knew that the wolf was in Willow's pack, but she had rarely encountered her before. The vampire wondered what it was like to be an herbalist. Perhaps if she was still alive the two could have discussed the wonders of natural medicines, but it was far from a possibility now.

The shop was closed, likely a result of the upcoming full moon. Ah yes, the lovely time of the months where wolves were dominated by their true selves. It was also the one night of the month that Elisabeth generally stayed in town. Trying to reach her house in the woods was unlikely to be successful with the packs out and about, hiding amongst the trees and waiting to descend on her like flies on a corpse. It was not a situation she wanted to be in if she could help it.

"Closed. Maybe she has some sort of record of who shops here, if we can get inside without being detected." The younger vampire was about to offer to use her ability to disrupt any security cameras and to open the door when another young woman approached the shop. Elisabeth observed her closely, wondering if she was a witch. Unlike Julia, she could just barely sense anything odd coming from her energy. Perhaps it was her lack of interaction with witches or of her relatively young age. Either way, she was having a difficult time deciding if this woman was a witch or not.

Julia and the other woman exchanged a brief, casual conversation before Julia nudged Elisabeth. Elisabeth had already gotten the hint, but nonetheless remained silent. One question and answer later and the vampires had found a witch. Julia commented on the easiness of it after knocking out the poor woman. "Yes, quite easy," Elisabeth commented. "But if karma has anything to do with in, we'll be in deep trouble soon as well." She was worried that having such ease finding a witch meant eminent difficulty in the future, perhaps even so soon as tonight. Lady Luck might have been on their side this time, but instant good luck came to very few.

"Alright, time to take her to Arthur." Elisabeth glanced around. No one had seen them, but there was still the possibility of humans seeing them since they were in a fairly busy part of town. Carrying the witch was an option, but would likely draw suspicion as few would expect either Julia or Elisabeth to be able to carry someone with such ease. Lifting the slumped woman off of the ground, the vampire slung the witch's limp arm around her shoulders, as if supporting a drunken friend who needed help walking. Elisabeth looked the woman over from head to toe, helping her to picture exact what she wanted the woman's body to do. Envisioning the witch with her head held up-- enough that she seemed conscious but not enough to reveal her closed eyes-- the woman's head adjusted itself as so. With that, Elisabeth began to walk, her telekinetic abilities allowing her to move the woman's feet along with her own. "This should keep us from looking suspicious, but I'd prefer we move quickly. I don't want to have my energy too low with the full moon lurking," she told her companion before starting to walk down the street.

Gerald finished the last of his meal and glanced at outside. It was nearly dark, meaning he should probably make his way home before anything bad happened to him. However, his naivety about the supernatural and confidence in his ability to keep himself out of trouble overshadowed the rule that most people in town abided by. Nevertheless, he wasn't sure he wanted to be caught by the Sheriff or Vivian for that matter if he was out walking alone. Running into either would likely spur a speech about how it isn't safe be alone after dark.

Handing his plate to the waitress and waiting for his check, Gerald starting drumming on the table top with his hands. He glanced around the cafe, which was barren of patrons save for himself and a man who he knew lived in the apartment above. Looking back at the table in front of him, he saw the small pile of books he'd loaned from the library. Two were for him and the other for Vivian.

Hey, I got a book from the library for you. I can give it to you whenever. He shot Vivian a quick text before the waitress returned with his check.

"What is it Roman? Just tell me what's going on?" Roman let go of Lillian as he reached into his pocket, pulling out the letter he'd found on Serena's door. "I stopped by Serena's house not too long ago. I was going to talk to her about..." He paused briefly as he remembered that he'd wished to talk to the Beta about doing something for Lillian. He still wanted to treat her to a night out and have it be a surprise, however likely or unlikely it was at this point. "Nevermind, that's not important. I went to her house and found this."

He extended the folded up note to her, declining to share that he had read despite it clearly being intended for the Alpha. However, it was fairly obvious he had read it and would be even more obvious once Lillian read the note. Roman could only hope she wouldn't completely lose control. The full moon was near, raising the tension.

ImageBrooklyn felt her heart racing as they got closer and closer to the morgue. The officer at the station suggested that she go there but was kind enough to give her a ride.
Once they pulled up, she sighed and made her way inside. She met with a kind woman named Janet, to which she called the radio alerting the sheriff of her arrival.

This was not a good sign. If she had any doubt in her mind, that Donny was in this place, it was gone just then. Brooklyn sat in the waiting room, twiddling her fingers, rocking her feet, and then suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in the side of her neck.

"Ahh." She gasped, clutching her neck a moment before pulling her hand away, expecting for it to come away red.
Nothing, not a drop, but there was pain, and it lingered. She looked around, feeling her neck for a bug bite of some sort but found nothing. With thought in mind, she realized, magic was involved.

Taking a breath, Brooklyn closed her eyes. It was a simple spell, something even a new witch could do. She was better with potions, she was master with potions but this wasn't out of her range of abilities.

She reached out with her minds eye, clearly the pain wasn't hers, but whose ever it was, was calling to her, or the closest witch around, so she mentally grabbed ahold of the tether that was binding them, and followed, until finally she saw a face.

"Sienna?" Brooklyn breathed, she couldn't see where she was, nor what was ailing her but she knew this was a cry for him.

She pulled out her phone and sent a text to Vivian and Charles.

[To: Charles: To: Vivian]
[Guys, Somethings up, Sienna reached out to me...I don't think she's okay, have you seen her?] She chose her words carefully, witches were paranoid, on a good day, but with all that was going on, and a full moon coming, there was no such thing as too careful.

{ Location: Hospital || Interacting With: Brooklyn Simmons, Hospital Staff/Patients (NPCs) || Mentioned: Shane Dawson || #112865 }

The day doctors, and nurses that worked all hours, were all a small team of successful and competitive staff – rivaling the care that big-city hospitals could give, and more related to the sheer amount in differences of work-load at that; but still Nathaniel was impressed still that such a quaint facility did a fine job with the limited patients it dealt with. Three floors upstairs to walk (not including the morgue, or emergency), but one completely empty of patients at this time, went by surprisingly fast, at least by a general walk-through went. It wasn’t long after he’d finished talking with the last patient, an elderly woman with a heart condition and strong memory issues that he sat through the conversation of a time fifty years in the past in vague interests (that the nurse that journeyed with him, had walked halfway out on; he just didn’t get bored so easily anymore, he supposed, because others’ lives interestingly moved ahead while he stayed the same), when the page came from Janet that the girl, Brooklyn Simmons, had arrived…

Nathaniel made his way back down stairs, in a far to unsteady elevator than was normally deemed appropriate if comfortable for most, to the 1st floor – headed towards the morgue, where the nurse Janet directed him to the small waiting room across from the desk. As he approached the close and shuttered door, he deemed through scent as well as hearing that the sheriff had yet to make it back up from her look in the morgue before the other young woman had arrived; he opened it, gently cautious as he moved into the room, glanced down and made his way over to sit down across from the woman he assumed to be ‘Brooklyn Simmons’ just looking up from her phone after apparently sending a text.

Hello Ms. Simmons, I presume, He began, a small, sad smile gracing his lips, but no less friendly and gentle for it. I am Dr. Nathaniel J.A. Searus, however please, call me William. Nathaniel paused, offering a firm hand to shake. I’m here to answer the questions I can for you in this difficult time, but I do believe it would be best to wait a moment longer for Sheriff Dawson, Shane, to arrive as well.

Markus inclined his head in wordless agreement to Willow’s plan, as she rose and made her way outside to make sure all the other wolves were ready. He slowly rose too, throwing his own trash away, before glancing over his shoulder in a passing glance to Meredith, his general exasperation with the world softening momentarily enough to let a small smile ease unto his maw, Try to stay out of anymore trouble, sister. He snorted shortly, leaving with a pointed look, before joining Willow and the others outside. Alright darlings… Let’s go prowl. He offered his right arm for her to slide her left arm under and rest her hand on his forearm, initiating movement forward, guiding them both out of yard and down the street – even as around them people shifted, and wolves snarled and buffed to one another as they turned in graceful lopes towards the woods and out of sight but on the tree-line.

It was all at once, harder and easier, being a pure wolf – than a half-bred mutt, or one that had gaps in their generations – on nights the full moon reigned high. Yes, the change came readily at the force of the moon or whenever the wolf wanted it, and wild-willful emotions could be held and remain in check with age and training. But the change was rather violent and strong, and emotions heightened abnormally to be unsteady regardless how much one fought against it. It was a constant battle between wolf and man (or woman), with an uphill advantage or challenge of always being a little more wolf than human...

Markus’ eyes originally were a dark, rich brown, most days, but tonight seemed a far lighter, honeyed impersonation of brown, of his wolfish nature lurking under the surface waiting (obviously impatiently, as far as eye colors went), as the pair of them made their way around the town’s dark streets and crooked alley ways. And a growl jumped forward to rumble his chest, before he could stifle it immediately after the disgustingly fresh scent of a bloodsucker (or two) that had passed by once and had since doubled-over their path again (a tactic more and more used to confuse those who happened to track by scent) hit his nostrils. He glanced down to Willow, with an almost hungry look in his eyes, as he spoke softly, Should we send the pack a little more forward then us, to see if they can catch an origin or heading better in the scent(s)? They already looked the part of being outnumbered on the city-streets, but there was no need to be stupid about dashing after one (or a couple) vampires immediately. Any information the pack could provide from the outside, was better than nothing at all.

Not as good as I’d hoped. Can’t seem to understand it… It’s also not that easy to explain to someone else. Ahh, Charles immediately mused in response, pausing as he reached forward to idly take the book she’d just placed down up in hand – pursuing the information on the back with apparently curious interest. Once he had finished, he spoke up again, with a shrug and ‘smug’ grin sliding into place on his maw, Well, if you ever need somebody to come and eat your food, I’m there. He offered, genuinely. He was not particularly keen in getting himself (or the rest of his witchy-family) caught up in the mess the warring of three supernatural species would bring to Cherry Blossom, if something big was coming into town like Vivian odd-feelings had been worried about. He did not care for Vampires or even Werewolves much; but he did not want anyone close to him, or even himself in fact, to die in a ‘pointless war’ that their ancestor’s dead bones started so long ago, to be honest. He would try to be there, for as long as his morals would allow for…

Vivian’s phone beeped suddenly, leaving the conversation at a stand-still momentarily as she went to look at and answer the message; and Charlie’s chocolate shake finally arrived, scooted by a passing waitress’ hand. Thank you. He rubbed the back of his knuckle’s gently against the glass, controlling his magic to bring unseen warmth to his fingers – enough to warm the beverage enough so that one could actually drink it with the red-and-white swirled draw provided, without having to wait for it to melt naturally anyway. He took an appreciative sip when finished, as his own phone buzzed a text alert as Vivian’s beeped again.

Aren’t we popular tonight? Charlie snorted, as he slipped his own out of his pocket to glance at the message. “Guys, somethings up, Sienna reached out to me… I don’t think she’s okay, have you seen her?”
He managed not to scowl externally, but internally he was more than a little disgruntled. Brooklyn, his best friend since he’d moved into town years ago and fellow-Witch in the coven, had been off-the-map for days without a word – when they’d always had a text message(s) going, whether or not they physically saw one another that day or not. It had been odd enough situation, but now with the text out of the blue – asking about another one of their coven, Sienna, who as far as he knew was an avid partier and drinker (likely at another party or club or bar; or already holed up in her apartment, or random hotel room with human-friends, trying to sleep off what would be an epic hangover he was certain), location and how she was doing. He almost wanted to text back a quite simple ‘how are you first’, before answering about the other girl, but he didn’t, for now… Charles fingers danced gingerly across the keyboard, making the message seem as proper as he could (without being snippy about it), as he made his offer. Witches were paranoid on the best of days, but it would not do to start freaking out – especially if something hadn’t been proven to be wrong or abnormal yet. He glanced back up to Vivian, asking her thoughts on the matter without a physical word,, as he clicked the send button.

No, haven’t heard from her or seen her since yesterday.
Probably out partying again, I suspect… I’ll swing by her apartment later tonight before heading home.

Lilliy saw he'd pulled something out of his pocket as he explained, "I stopped by Serena's house not too long ago. I was going to talk to her about..." He paused then added, "Nevermind, that's not important. I went to her house and found this." while handing her the paper he pulled out of his pocket. She took the note and looked at him skeptical but opened the note anyway.

Dear Lily,
I know that this isn't going to mean much but I'm really sorry. I truly wish that I didn't have to leave but it's the only way to keep everyone safe. I don't know how long I'll be gone but I know you'll be in good hands with Roman as your Beta. Please don't be mad, I can't tell you where I'm going or why I'm leaving but I hope I can come back soon. I know you'll want to but please don't come after me, I don't want you getting caught up in this. Lastly, I know you're about to start pacing so sit the fuck down.
With Love, Serena

She read it through then read it again as if she didn't understand it the first time. How was this possible? They had just crossed paths, why would she leave like this? She looked up from the note "What the hell is this, Roman? Is this for real? This isn't some type of joke or something?" She asked. The writing did look like Serena's and the tone of the message sounded like something Serena would say butt she couldn't believe this was from her Beta. She didn't show any signs of anger due to the fact that she had just seen Serena and didn't believe Serena, of all people, would leave town with only a note with no explanation whatsoever.

She watched as he took the book from the table and read the information on the back. It wasn't a witch type book, that would look weird but he seemed interested in it. He put the book back where he picked it up from “Well, if you ever need somebody to come and eat your food, I’m there.” She nodded. She knew he wasn't the type to get in the middle of werewolf and vampire business but if he ever offered to help she knew it was genuine. Just as she was going to thank him her phone buzzed. She sighed and looked at it, Gerald. She smiled and opened the text Hey, I got a book from the library for you. I can give it to you whenever. She smiled and moved her fingers over the keyboard
To Gerald:
Thanks :) I'm at the diner with a friend. I can meet up with you after?

She put the phone back on the table but there was another buzz from her phone and Charles as well. “Aren’t we popular tonight?” She paid no attention to his comment but she did find it odd that Gerald had responded so quickly. She looked at the phone and saw it was Brooklyn instead. She opened up the message Guys, somethings up, Sienna reached out to me… I don’t think she’s okay, have you seen her?”
To Brooklyn:
I haven't seen her..or heard from her. How did she reach out?

Everyone in the coven knew Sienna was a channeler, she sometimes used her ability to help Vivian. Vivian didn't know the extent of her ability since Sienna didn't use it much. Vivian looked up at Charles and made eye contact. Her eyes showing strong concern but she said nothing. She was sure he had gotten the text as well from the look on his face. Sienna was known to stay away from magic, much like Charles, but she was a partier. That always worried Vivian to begin with but if Sienna reached out to someone maybe something was really going on.

Blood from a witch was a rare thing to come by and it didn't taste anything like humans. Julia whipped her mouth to rid it of blood. "Yes, quite easy," the girl paused "But if karma has anything to do with in, we'll be in deep trouble soon as well." Julia rolled her eyes, she didn't believe in Karma. Of course she knew things happened for a reason but she never believed that there was some force out there paying people back for the bad they've done. Karma was created by the people of the world. People are paid back for the bad they do because the people they've done wrong had something to do with it.

She held the girl up with ease, she hadn't though further than knocking the girl out which was good that she had Elizabeth with her. Julia was impulsive it was probably the only reason why Arthur asked Elizabeth to accompany her on this 'mission'. Julia watched as the younger vampire adjusted the witch so that it looked as if she was too drunk to walk on her own. Julia smiled and moved to the other side of the witch to help with the illusion. "This should keep us from looking suspicious, but I'd prefer we move quickly. I don't want to have my energy too low with the full moon lurking,"

"Arthur is most likely at your place, since he has a key. I wonder why he wanted her alive? If it was this easy to find her how hard can it be to find the rest of them and just kill them off one by one?"

"Arthur is most likely at your place, since he has a key. I wonder why he wanted her alive? If it was this easy to find her how hard can it be to find the rest of them and just kill them off one by one?" Elisabeth mused about whether or not giving Arthur a key to her house was a good or bad idea. In fact, she wasn't sure she could recall a time where it had actually been for the better. Whenever she returned to find him lounging around, it was usually because he was too drunk to remember the way to his own home or because he needed to let off steam on her rapidly decreasing amount of furniture. Either way, Julia was probably right and Arthur was probably waiting there.

"Over the river and through the woods, to grandmother's house we go," Elisabeth said with a smile. She could be a grandmother by now if she wasn't a vampire. "Arthur probably wants to see what she knows, see if she will tell us who the other witches are. I'm sure we'll have no troubles given your mind compulsion. Easy as this was, I'd prefer not to have to catch every witch this way. It'd be much easier to just know who they are and where we might find them. Maybe he'll kill her afterwards. But perhaps he won't. Having a witch could be useful, couldn't it? Perhaps she can cast a protection spell for us." Elisabeth had no idea if that would really work. She also had no idea that witches tended to specialize in one area of witchcraft, instead assuming that they trained all areas of it fairly equally. Harboring no malice towards witches, the young vampire was hoping that none of the other vampires decided to kill her.

Fortunately for Elisabeth, her home was in the northeastern part of the woods, so it wouldn't be any more than thirty minutes before they reached her home at their pace. The problem would be getting past any wolves lurking in the woods outside of town.

His phone buzzed just as he had finished signing his check. Gerald picked it up and read the message before sending Vivian a short response, as nothing more was really needed. Ok, just text me then. He then put his phone away and grabbed his books, rising from his chair and scooting it back in before departing for his home. It would take him about ten to fifteen minutes to reach it, depending on his pace.

To him, there was nothing unusual in the air. There was no scent of vampires or werewolves, no impending change of the werewolves from their human to wolf selves, and there was not even a hint in his mind that his best friend was a witch. There was only him, in his mundane world in what was certainly not the mundane town of Cherry Blossom.

Roman ran his fingers through his hair as his best friend read the note. It seemed like forever before she said anything and when she did, he was surprised by how calm she seemed despite her aggressive words. "What the hell is this, Roman? Is this for real? This isn't some type of joke or something?" All he could do was stare at her, dumbstruck that she would even ask if this was a joke. Sure he liked to pull some pranks from time to time, but why the hell would this be a joke?!

He couldn't help but release a low growl, his eyes beginning to turn a more vibrant blue as the wolf inside him also was angry. Both knew better than to question their Alpha, but both were still irritated with her lack of concern for the situation and accusations that this was some joke he'd devised. His eyes returned to normal as he took a deep breath to calm himself down.

"No, this is not some fucking joke, Lil. I have no idea where Serena is! She could be a mile away or she could be fifty miles away! I don't know," he said, his voice beginning to raise. "I just went over to her house and found this note. I looked for her for like twenty minutes and then I came to find you. And now you're here accusing me of making this up as some sort of sick joke." He wanted to say more, to call her out as being a shitty Alpha and friend right now, but he had enough common sense to restrain himself. He knew it was the full moon getting to him, making him easily irritated and more aggressive. He could feel his wolf within him, just waiting to come out in full force.

He sighed before speaking again, offering an apology at a lower decibel. "Sorry, I just don't know where the hell she is or why the hell you're so damn calm right now. It's a miracle you aren't pacing right now." He laughed, but it was only half genuine.

Julie smiled at the thought of killing the witch. She hoped Arthur did decide that and let her be the one to do it. She's had a strong distaste for witches for centuries and she hadn't had the joy of ruining ones life in a long time. "Of course, Arthur will want information out of her. It just depends on what mood he's in. My compulsion would be the easy way...if he's in a good mood. However, if he's not he may go the hard way whatever that may be." If he was in a bad mood he wouldn't take shit from anyone, even Julie wouldn't cross him in that state. She'd been around long enough to know when to push the boundaries and when not to.

She could tell the younger vampire had no understanding of witches, which most vampires don't but when you've been hunting them you pick up a few things. "It depends on if she's that kind of witch. Witches have specific abilities like we do, kind of."

There was silence between the two. Both waiting for the same thing, a response from Brooklyn which had yet to come. It was nerve racking especially for Vivian since she worried about the coven more than anyone, in her opinion. She was a worrier, she couldn't help it. She watched Charles pull out enough money to pay for both of their orders and leave a tip. She was going to protest but he spoke before she got a chance.
“I’m going to head out and swing by her apartment before it gets’ too much later,
She nodded, to be honest she should have been heading home as well but she knew of a few parties Sienna might be. “I’ll text you if I find out anything, and again, when I get home. Alright?” Vivian gave him a quick smile and nodded "Okay, I'm going to check out some parties on my way home.

Her phone buzzed again and she picked it up but it wasn't who she thought it was. She shook her head to let Charles know it wasn't Brooklyn but Gerald.
To Gerald:
Sorry, something came up. We can meet tomorrow at the diner?

She hated doing that to him but it was better to keep him out of this for his safety and the covens.

He growled. He growled at her and she saw his eyes getting more wolf like. It didn't take long for him to calm back down, thankfully for him. "No, this is not some fucking joke, Lil. I have no idea where Serena is! She could be a mile away or she could be fifty miles away! I don't know," Her eyebrows knitted together waiting for him to finish. "I just went over to her house and found this note. I looked for her for like twenty minutes and then I came to find you. And now you're here accusing me of making this up as some sort of sick joke." She really wasn't liking his tone but she knew it was the full moon plus he really did seem concerned even though he didn't much like Serena.

"Sorry, I just don't know where the hell she is or why the hell you're so damn calm right now. It's a miracle you aren't pacing right now." Lilly scoffed and gave him a small smile "Roman I literally just saw her not but five minutes ago. She's in the body shop talking to Levi, She motioned towards the car shop behind them. She wasn't sure when it actually hit her or what made her put two and two together but it clicked. She looked down at the note again and reread it then looked back at the shop. She wanted her to leave so she could be alone with Levi, right? "Fuck!" She threw the note towards Roman and ran towards Levi's shop and peaked through the window. She wasn't inside and neither was Levi. The door was locked and it wouldn't be a good idea to break it down.

Then she heard the snarls. She turned, it sounded like Serena but what she saw was not what she expected. Some ways down the street was Markus and Willow getting a little too close for her liking. Markus was returning her flirting outwardly, he wasn't like that. In the back of her mind something was telling her it was an act but her wolf wasn't liking it none the less.

Brooklyn was understandably broken, Nathaniel could have easily deduced from a distant look. Let alone additionally from the clammy, limp hand-shake she offered to his own firm one, the tenseness her shoulders held, and the smell of salty tears that had threaten to fall earlier with more soon to replace them. Even her tired sighing of, “Um, thanks,” echoed his deduction. They did say you could know someone best by the enemies they made along the way: How they defied beings that should have cowed them into silence; resisted forces that were inevitable for no more reason than the belief that they should be resisted; not bowing their head to neither demons nor angels; and putting themselves into harm’s way to defend those who could not defend themselves. But, Nathaniel figured that was only a portion of a true measure of a person (or supernatural entity) – because life was pain, and suffering, so how one became broken and tried to glue the pieces together (if they even tried to do so) was a far better measure of such an immeasurable thing.

It wasn’t long of a silence between the pair of them, before the Sheriff arrived, coming up to sit beside Brooklyn – Shane started out holding unto Brooklyn’s hand, stroking it gently in reassurances before speaking softly. First a friendly hello that only managed to draw out a thin smile from the girl, and then the ‘killer statement’ of … I’m really not sure how to say this… brought on the beginning of the waterworks – and needing, then asking if she could see her brother’s body. Finally, Nathaniel had a window to rejoin the conversation, after having remained a politely silent, if stoic presence for the mean time while he let Shane (who likely knew far more about the girl after living in this town, versus the ‘new doctor’) take the lead. Of course, Nathaniel mused softly, a gentle but sad smile lurking beneath his words, never quite surfacing to his thin-lined lips for the moment. Let me go ahead, and Sheriff Dawson will bring you back… He finished as he rose, offering Shane a slow nod in return. It was only proper for him to go ahead, pulling up the proper paperwork (though Janet, wonderful Janet would likely have it ready at the edge of the nurse station the minute he walked out the door), and making sure the morgue was presentable – though as far as he knew, Jonathan the mortician, was not a messy individual for the most part – and the deceased patient ready before anyone came back. Before moving to the door, and on his way…

---

Hospitals in general were cold, sterile environments for the most part, to control and contain the spread of disease as well as simply “freeze out” others, but Morgue’s were the worst place to be he had been told – and perhaps he’d agree that it was particularly chilly if he could feel the temperature that is. The dull, blue-tinted lights did not help the chill much, nor the lifeless stainless steel everywhere, but Nathaniel made the room as “welcoming” as anyone could manage: The Sheriff’s clipboard, post-it-notes, and jacket had been safely stowed out of sight in the attached office. The late Donny Simmons white cover-sheet was back in place and a couple small round skin-tinted bandages now covered the remnants of the holes teeth-marks had left from his ‘attack’ (smelling of a Vampire from his new coven that Arthur, Elisabeth, or Kat, hadn’t introduced him too) that the mortician had left for the Sheriff to observe (but there was no need to additionally upset the girl for her to see part of what had ‘done her brother in’). And the paperwork Janet had provided, including release forms from what the Sherriff would require as a proper agreement that the identification was correct and the hospital’s agreement of what / where / etc the body would go through to be properly rested.

& Nathaniel waited for Shane and Brooklyn's eventual arrival...

Okay, I’m going to check out some parties on my way home. At Vivian’s comment, Charles eyebrows unintendedly raised – not only in disbelief, but genuine surprise. She was not one for parties in mind or spirit as long as he’d known her (not that he was much one either to be frank, but he’d probably fit in better and would not stick out like a sore-thumb); and it would be a step, a certainly stressful step, to attend a party (or more) looking for someone you might not even find there. Well, he had to hand it to her at the very least… Be safe, Charlie spoke softly, his words echoing an unspoken good luck. As he rose from the table with a farewell, cheeky grin, before going out onto the streets.

There was still a fair amount of hustle and bustle in the early hours of the night, but everyone was moving fast and heading to zones of safety as quickly as possible – aided by the spook the atmosphere of the Full Moon brought upon the town already ripe with weird happenings, and helped along by the distant yip and snarls of “dogs” bouncing about the alley’s and city streets. Charles made his way up into Sienna’s apartment swiftly, and with a flick of his hand unaided by a key, unlocked the door with a simple breeze to the dark and empty living room. He fumbled briefly with the lights, before locking the door behind him tight, and went to work – looking around to find something about Sienna’s whereabouts…

From Booklyn:
She's in my head....Something is very, very wrong.

Vivian read the text quickly before giving Charles a nod. Something was wrong, Sienna didn't associate much with the rest of the witches and if she did it was a last resort but why? She glanced at her half eaten sandwich and found that she'd lost her appetite. She began looking through her purse to pay for her meal but caught sight of the $30 Charles had left. She sighed and put away her wallet. She called friendly goodbyes to the staff and made her way out into the street. Tonight was not the night to stay out late and alone. More than most nights tonight people had to be even more careful, the full moon made the werewolves even crazier which made vampires more on edge. The full moon, thankfully, didn't effect witches at all.

Parties weren't Vivian's thing. Everyone that knew her would be surprised that she was even there. It was crowded and loud. It wasn't hard to find a party, follow the loud music but it was hard to find someone in a house full of drunk people. She squeezed through people on the dance floor. They didn't seem to pay her any mind when she asked if they had seen her witch friend. Honestly they probably didn't even know who she was talking about or they were too drunk to even understand what she was saying.

She went to three different parties and no sign of Sienna at any of them. She decided to call it a night figuring she might have better luck finding her in the morning. Never again, Viv. Next time let Charles volunteer to search parties. She scowled at herself. It was horrible, she'd seen a few people throw up and one was so close to puking on her but she diverted the poor girl into a trash can. She would never understand humans love of alcohol especially if it had that effect on them. She took out her phone as soon as she stepped into the dark night to give Charles an update.

To Charles"
Calling it a night, might have better luck in the morning.
