Nicknames:
Sil, Vi, Nora (mostly used by her late father)
Age:
22
Gender:
Female
Sexuality:
Straight

Height: 5′ 5″
Weight: 115 lbs
The first thing you will notice when meeting Silvia, are her striking blue eyes. She has shoulder length brown hair which she has been dying black for a couple of years now. She has a tattoo in memory of her parents over her left collarbone, it says "I am because you were".
Silvia likes being comfortable above all else and that shows in the way she dresses. She prefers wearing a good pair of jeans over skirts. Her closet is full of loose tees and over-sized sweaters, a couple of crop tops and tank tops, and maybe a few dresses hidden deep in the closet for the rare occasions where she would need to dress up. She hates wearing high heels, but when she must she makes sure to always bring a pair of flats to change into the first chance she gets.
Silvia is not really into experimenting with make-up. Eyeliner, mascara, lipstick (usually in some shade of red) or a lip-balm and she is ready to go.

She can seem intimidating and somewhat closed off to those who don't know her well. But what people don't realize is that even though Silvia may seem blunt, she also is very in tune with her emotions, and sometimes may find herself caught up in her feelings. Her feelings are what drive her and strengthen her, but their constant changing can scare her and make her feel vulnerable and out of control. Because of this conflict, Silvia, puts up a wall. But once people get beyond the wall, they find a loyal, loving person whose passion knows no bounds.

Silvia has a unique sense of humor. She's not afraid to say what other people are thinking, and her sometimes cynical take on the world is creative, smart, and funny as hell. She's impulsive. Sure, sometimes acting first and thinking later is risky, but more often than not, it leads to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. She knows what she wants and goes after it—no questions asked. Silvia dives into all life has to offer with 110% enthusiasm. She doesn't get intimidated easily, and stands up for injustice when she see it.

Power:
Who wouldn't wish to be able to move objects with their mind or fly? But it's not always rainbows and butterflies, especially if you're not yet used to the new power. Waking up to your alarm blaring and falling down into your bed, because your body decided it was a good idea to levitate in your sleep? Not fun. Having to control your temper at all time so you wouldn't "rearrange" Starbucks when a jerk decides it would be more fun to stare at a girl's ass rather than to watch where he was going? Definitely not fun. As they say, practice makes perfect. So Silvia will have to practice and practice, until it becomes her second nature.

Attila Novak a Hungarian college graduate and his friends went on a vacation to Australia to celebrate graduation. They were doing what every young man who goes there does; they surfed, they partied and they flirted with the local girls. Three days before they were to travel back home, Attila met Madeline Harris, a college girl from Melbourne who was visiting a friend in Sydney.
It was love at first sight. So much so, that while his friends traveled back home, he stayed a few more weeks. It was hard on both of them to separate when it was time for him to go home. The following months were hard but they e-mailed and talked on the phone as much as they could. In the meanwhile Attila was secretly planing to move to Melbourne.
Silvia was born one year into their marriage and they couldn't have been happier. She had a happy early childhood. They would often go on picnics, and to play on the beach. When she was ten years old they moved to the United States, where everything fell apart. One day when they were driving over a bridge a driver coming from the opposite direction lost control of his truck and hit their car, which broke through the barricade and fell straight into the river. Help arrived fast to save Silvia but not fast enough to save her parents. Ever since then Silvia had nightmare about drowning, and to this day that is her biggest fear.
Since she had no close relatives she was placed into foster homes. Growing up in foster care wasn't easy, but she tried to stay happy because that's what her parents would have wanted. She helped younger kids with their homework, sometimes fought with the older ones, and she studied hard. Helping the younger kids made her realize that she wanted to be a teacher, so she did whatever she could and somehow managed to get a half tuition scholarship. She had some money left from her parents which was enough for her to rent a studio apartment while the rest went for the tuition.
