The World of Khroniktus

Khroniktus is an ancient world scarred by centuries of war. Much of the planet is uninhabitable except for a small pocket of 1.5 million square miles where the toxic and deadly energies that choke the planet are kept at bay by powerful unknown magic. The Khroniktan Alliance, a confederation between the free races united against the threat of the All Consuming Darkness, resides in the east. This includes the Theocratic Monarchy of Arydia, the Rokin Republic, the Terronian Clans, and the Derew. Opposite of the Alliance, across the vast Shal'atan Desert, is the Erebon Empire - a seat of tyrannical evil. These two powers have waged war against one another for many centuries.
