Socially awkward and slightly neurotic, yet optimistic, kind and friendly. She would often have breakdowns under pressure, but she quickly overcomes them and deals with everything with a smile. She can be very slef conscious when she makes a mistake, but would try her best to calm whoever did the same mistake. She is sweet and cheerful, but not very able to stand up for herself. Norma can be easily pursuated, even manipulated, she's far from stubborn when it comes to dealing with people. She can be very clueless about people's feelings. If someone is obviously down, she would rarely notice it, even if that's a very close friend of her. However, when she realizes there's something wrong with you, she would do her best to cheer you up even if you're not very close to her.
