She laughed not letting go of his hand. "You know Daddy. Ever since Mamma died he has to make me as happy as possible."She She laughed again. She liked being able to do anything she wanted but sometimes he over did it. She smiled at himwhen she had to go back to the kitchen. She quickly returned plates on her arms. She gave one to Kennith along with his drink. Then she walked back over and gave jom his food and drink. Along with the girl he was sitting with. Then she walked back to the counter to sit. The cook yelled from the back as he walked out. "Girl you go home. Your father dosnt like you around city folk and I will get things done faster with out you here."She He smiled taking her apron. She smiled and headed to the door she stopped though and looked over at Liam again. She sighed then put a smile on her face. "Hey Liam Ill be at the house when you wanna go. Bring your girl friend you can show her your old place or Daddy can tell her tstories of the past while she waits for thr party and you to come along."She walked out the door and saw her dog gone along eith ehr horse. She cursed Lucas under her breath. She set off for the farm on foot.

Trin watched the entire thing go down and simply laughed at how stupid it all was. Everything seemed to calm down a bit and then Scarny was introducing Trin to Liam who Trin had already met before, but she didn't really mind. "I think I remember ya," Trin said, standing and giving a laugh again. "When I moved here, I remember the fi'st secret Sca'n told me was 'bout ya. Now I won't say what it was, but I remember laughin' my head off." Trin was, of course, joking, but then continued anyway, "Then, 'course, I saw ya for myself." She gave a wink and then turned to Scarny, snapping two fingers in front of her friends face, and saying in a sarcastic voice, "Eh, where's my iced tea, lady?" Trin chuckled an hopped off the stool she was sitting at. She saw that Liam and Scarny were in the middle of talking, so she decided to introduce herself to the man and woman who were clearly from the city. "'Ey there, I'm Trin Loche," Trin said with a smile. Usually, around people she didn't know, she tried to cover up her heavy Boston accent, but lately she had been feeling as if no one actually cared that she had one. Trin's smile only widened. "Did Sca'ny already invite ya to the pa'ty?"
Kennith slowly looks to the girl that now is talking to him and Naomi and smiles. "Name here is Kennith and yes she did and I was thinking of going." with another smile he lightly grabbed her hand kissing it slightly, "As long as a beautiful girl like you is going you will see me there." He softly let her hand go. This was really unlike him and his friends would know that he is never this nice to anyone even to the girls he meets back in the city. He would rather show off to get girls to like him not be this nice and charming. He smiled once more waiting for her to say something to this.
Trin couldn't help the smile on her face as the man, Kennith grabbed her hand and kissed it. She really did love how charming he was being, but decided to play with him a bit. Trin bit her bottom lip and leaned across the table. "I'll be there," she said then then added quietly, slowly leaning in so that their faces were almost touch eiach others, "And just for the record, I've always loved city boys." Trin then quickly pulled back so that only her hands were left leaning down on the table and laughed lightly as Jinx hopped up so his paws her on the table next to her hands. Smiling to herself, Trin turned to the woman that was sitting with Kennith and said as if nothing had even happened, "And ya 're?"
Naomi shuffled a bit uncomfortably as the two shared a moment right there in front of her, as if she wasn't even there. When Trin turned to her all of a sudden, she raised an eyebrow at her slightly.
"And ya 're?" the girl asked in her thick accent.
"I'm Naomi, and yeah... I guess I could go for a party as well." she forced a bit of a smile.

Later that day Liam was putting on his clothes for the party, aDark blue T-shirt along with a pair black jeans, he quickly threw on his trench coat and left onto the main road through the town, He turned left and started to walk down towards old farm, where he hoped over the fence and carfull walked towards the house, knowing scarny was going to be to busy talking to her dad about the party. When he got to the door he carfully pushed it open and slowly walked in, he noticed a dusty photo frame on a cabinet. Liam slowly walked over and wiped the dust off it, he looked carefully as he saw his uncle and aunt standing either side of him and scarny. "they did'nt even empty the place" he quitely said to himslef and he walked trough into the sitting room.
Scarny was nervous when Liam never showed up. She sighed thinking he just wasn't interested anymore. She stood up and went out into the barn turning on the lights and music. People started piling in and she started dancing with guys. She wasn't going to let him just come in here and pretend like things where going to pick up where they left off then ditch her. She was going to be the new her and enjoy life. So she decided she was going to dance with every guy there maybe even that Kennith guy from early, if Trin didn't snatch him up first.

Liam was still looking around when he heard the music starting, he put down the book he was holding and decided to head down to the barn. He noticed about every body in town walk into the barn while he walked over. As he entered he noticed Scarny dancing with sombody, he quietly walked over and quickly but gently pulled her by her hand towards him, "mind if i take this one" he told the other guy in a joky attitude. "sory im late" Liam said to scarny in an apolagetic attitude.
She shrugged acting like she didnt care. "Happens all the time." She felt like she was bing harsh though and quickly added. "That was always you though. When we were little I learned to Make plans half an hour early for you. So you would be on time." She smiled at him. A fast song came on and she had already danced a couple fast songs and wanted to sit down. "You can go find your girlfriend I am sure she is here." She turned to go sit on the hay that was stacked as stairs. She was headed for the top.
Trin let her long black hair fall down her back and smiled as Jinx barked once at her. She turned to see that her faithful friend was giving her his puppy dog eyes as if pleading her not to leave him with her father. Jay shook her head at the German Shepard. "Oh it's only one night, ya big baby." Trin patted his head and slung a large sweatshirt over herself at to hide the short shirt she was wearing. She patted Jinx's head again and ran down the stairs and out the back door, yelling up to her dad, "I'm goin' out with Sca'ny, Dad." She could hear her father's angry screaming, behind her, but she was already out the door and walking down the street.

Scarny laughed at her friend. "Just going for the loft. You know Ma left qn impresion on me."She She smiled. Usiallyy when she went to the loft there was a guy. This time it was to think about the city guy and his city girlfriend and there perfect city life. Then she changed her mind. She kept thinking how he was bringing the old her out. So she stepped back down. Look at her friend with a smirk. "Lets bag us some single ones."She She winked. She headed for the DJ and took the microphone. When her voice came on the music turned off. She begain with her deviouse voice. "Now I dont seen Lucas around so who wants to party." When she said party her voice got sweeter hinting something. She also winked and when the crowd roared juped into the crowd. A cute boy caught her but his girlfriend intervened. She found another one and danced with him to a slow song. Then it went on to a fast song and she started dancing with a few more guys.

Trin smiled as the fun side of her friend came out. "I'm with ya on that." She followed Scarny out onto the dance floor and began to dance. She was dancing with two other guys and looked over at Scarny who was dancing a few feet away from her. "'Eh Sca'ny!" she yelled over the blasting music. "I thought that hot guy, Kennith, was comin'!" Trin was a bit disappointed at the fact that she couldn't see him anywhere. She had definitely had him in the palm of her hand back at the diner and she had felt like playing with him some more, but now he was no where in sight. She continued to dance with the two guys, deciding that if Kennith didn't show up, she'd make sure to take one of these two out back with her.

She decided she was going to burn them off with one of these guys or him. . . In the loft.

Liam noticed Scarny standing alone with trin, he saw an oppertunity. Liam quietly walked over to her and grabbed her by her hand, he pulled her away and in close, "hey follow me, i want to talk to you" he said as he placed his finger over his mouth to ask her to be quiet. After Liam had finished leading her they were outside on a hill near the barn which held too many memories for Liam to count, he sat down and pulled a lighter out of his ciat. He quietly lit his cigerete and puffed it a few times, "well thats one promise i broke" he said to himself as he remembered promising his uncle he would'nt smoke. He turned to Scarn, "Anyway i want to talk about .......... us" he said almost nervously.

Lucas heard the music start out in the barn and thought he should get ready for the party and to head over to the barn to make sure things stayed under control and nothing got out of hand. After Lucas got out of the shower he threw on some nice blue jeans with a couple fashionable holes in them that he put there himself and a black red and white long sleeved plaid shirt that he rolled the sleeves up to above his elbows and threw on his boots, and before leaving the room grabbed his cowboy hat and placed it on his head with a slit tilt to it. Lucas made his way down stairs and yelled to his father as he was heading out the door.

He said with a hint of laughter in his voice and walked on over to the barn but stopped halfway noticing scarn with liam sitting on a hill and thought to himself "really already" he let out a sigh and walked over to the bottom of the hill.

He tried to speak as nicely as he could to the guy who had broken his little sisters heart many years ago after he moved away.

Liam puffed another cloud of smoke when he heard Lucas calling him, "mhhh" he replied as he got up "be right back" he told scarny as he slowly walked down the hill, "yeah wats up" he rplied blowing a cloud away from the two of them, Lucas seemed genuanly conserned, Well Liam understood that he left suddenly with out saying goodbye to the others, it was heartbreaking to leave in the middle of the night and not say bye to anyone and have your dad bring you up like some peice of crap he picked up from work. The one person Liam never wanted to be was his father, he was violent, alchoholic and just a plain assh*** around women, which would explain why Liam does'nt know his mother and why he has'nt ever become emotionally attached to women since he started living with his father. he returned his attention to Lucas who had begun talking.

Scarny followed what he asked and sat down and listened to him play. It was beautiful. She watched as he played and it actually brought her to teats. She usually doesn't cry in front of people but this was her best friend and she would do anything in front of him. She walked over and sat next to him and watched his hands move. So swiftly and easily.
"I must have the right place..." Naomi said under her breath as she stepped out of her truck, already able to hear the loud party music from there. She adjusted her tight red blouse which she had worn with a pair of white short shorts and brown combat boots which went as high as her mid-calf. She then did a quick hair and makeup check before she went towards the barn, the music getting louder, the closer she got. She was wondering what she was getting herself into as she reached the large doors and tugged them open, the sound of dance tunes and people laughing and screaming now at an intense volume. As she slowly crept into the barn, she tried not to feel overwhelmed, but it felt so strange being in this big, upbeat party when she hardly knew a soul there. She tried to look around for Liam or Kennith but there was far too many people packed in this barn, so even they were there, she wouldn't have been able to notice. She stood frozen to her spot as she desperately tried to think of what to do. She couldn't fit in with all these people, especially when they were all strangers. She wished she could get to know some people but everyone was having too good of a time to notice her, it seemed.
She wondered if she should maybe just leave... But that seemed so pathetic. She hadn't even been at this party for a whole minute yet, and already she was wanting to run off? She'd stick around for a little while, she figured. If she could at least meet up with one person she knew, it wouldn't be so bad. S

Naomi stood with her arms folded over her chest, looking uncomfortable and uncertain as she stood against the wall. Then, out of nowhere, appeared the guy who she had met at the diner that morning. She let out a small sigh of relief, finally there was someone who at least wasn't a complete stranger. When he walked over at put a hand on her shoulder, he whispered to her and she smiled slightly. "Sure, yeah, I'd appreciate that." she gently grasped his hand which he had held out to her, "I do feel a bit lost here... make fun of me all you want, but I've never seen a party anything like this before." she smirked slightly as she let him guide her away from the door.

As Liam finished the song he turned to Scarny and wiped a tear from her face with his finger tip. "hey, don't go getting soft on me now" he joke trying to keep her happy, he gave her a cheesy grin before getting up and walking back to the barn holding her hand. he saw Lucas and Naomi walk away from the barn, "Hypocrite" he said quietly to himself as he continued to walk to the barn with Scarny. When they got inside he took her into the middle of the crowd and pulled her close as they began to dance.

im in the same boat as you riot i did my part with scarn and liam but the other person im suppose to interact with hasnt posted in awhile and there wasnt much to go off of for lucas in her last post
