History:
Olivielle was born one of two to a very high end family, the Dumphy's who owned the largest oil refinery in Senoia, Georgia. She and her twin brother Oliver where born approximately 2 minutes apart. Her brother and her where very close growing up due to their parents strict values. The Dumphy's went to church every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening. They spend the evening eating dinner together as a family, and did game night every Thursday. A normal family one would think.

Olivielle took many extra curricular activities as a child, including Gymnastics, Self defense classes and foreign languages such as French, Russian, and Latin. She was blessed in many ways growing up and she has never denied that.

On Oliver and Olivielle's 16th birthday Oliver came out to their parents at Olivielle's behest. She truely believed her parents love for them would overcome their religious convictions. She was more wrong than she ever could have imagined.

Martha and David Dumphy where shocked and horrified and after little to no discussion, they disowned him and threw him out. Liv did her best to provide for him, however at 16 with no job, and her parents watching her like a hawk she had very little hope of helping much.

October third Oliver jumped off a bridge into a river. They never recovered his body. In his note he requested that his parents not be at his funeral and that his sister not feel guilty as she did all she could, yet Liv holds that guilt every day. Liv never forgave her parents and moved out on her own at 16. She started working at a dinner under the table to survive. Money was tight and she struggled for quite a while. She graduated from high school early.

She moved to New York not only because she wanted to get away from her parents but also because it was Oliver's dream to live there. She is determined to make his dreams come true. Her parents send her checks for the basic cost of living with letters every month that she returns un-cashed and unread. She refuses to have anything to do with them despite the struggle for money.

She is duel enrolled in college courses while working full time as a barista/waitress at 'Central Perk'. This puts a strain not only on her relationships but in life in general. She is currently working towards becoming a counselor so that she can stop what happened to her brother from happening to anyone else.

Thanksgiving Day is a holiday typically spent between families, in homes filled with the delicious aromas of various dishes cooking in the kitchen. A game of football will go down in the backyard while dinner is prepared, or some will get an early start on watching Christmas movies that will begin to pop up on certain television channels. People will travel from all across the country to be with their families, because after all, Thanksgiving is the day to give thanks, and for a lot of people, the thing to be most grateful for is their families. However, not everyone is able to spend Thanksgiving with their families. For some, flights or transportation costs are unbearably high. Others may not have been able to get off from work for the holiday weekend, and others don't have family, or don't get along with them, at least, to go and visit. Whatever the circumstances may be, there are some people who find themselves in situations that differ from the traditional ones on the holiday, and coincidentally, that's the case for many of the residents of the fifth floor of the apartment building at 314 W 14th Street, in Manhattan, this year.

For all their attempts at reconciliation, Thomas still could not visit his mother for Thanksgiving. It all came down to an apology. His mother wanted one and he refused to give it. He felt the whole thing was hypocritical. Their entire family loved alcohol and his father being killed by a drunk driver never changed that. Still, she had drawn the line in investing money in liquor and Thomas refused to admit he had any responsibility for drunk men doing stupid things
.

Thus, he found himself walking down the the aisle of a liquor store, looking for something high class to gift his host and friends with. It was fortunate that many of his neighbors had similar issues. He took out his phone and texted.

To: Olivielle

I'm grabbing the liquor for the dinner. Is there anything you'd like.

With a slight grin, he picked out a bottle or real Russian Vodka. He could never drink more than a small glass straight, but he loved screwdrivers. Maybe he did have a slight problem, but that was irrelevent. He never showed up in public with a hangover and he did not drink and drive.

"Maybe I should have invited Mike to come along... But that would leave Mom alone," he mused quietly to himself.

Jude shook his head in response to Collin. "I can't just bail..." Jude trailed off in thought for a moment. He imagined what his Thanksgiving dinner would be like at Deja's house, with all of her antics and big, bad jokes. There, friends would gather in all their strangeness and be perfectly happy with one another. But Jude had to be there for Brooklyn. He also knew the importance of kissing someone's ass, and Cara was in need of some major cheek smooching. Or at least that's how Jude saw it. He needed to live in this apartment, no matter how toxic Cara was.

"Brooklyn is trying to suck up and she needs me here," he said simply. "Deja is having a thing, but I don't think Brooklyn would do well in prison, so I'm staying here." Jude wasn't really sure what he was saying, but he figured that Collin would understand. After all, Collin had been living with Cara for most of, if not all, of his life. If there was someone who could tolerate her, it was Collin. Though Jude often wondered what kind of Cara would lead if her precious little brother also started treating her how she treated him and everyone else.

Jude gathered his film and began packing up another bag. Unfortunately Jude didn't have a dark room in the building so he had to go a couple blocks down at Jeff's, an old friend of his."And Deja was going to invite you, but I told her that Cara was hosting a Thanksgiving dinner so she figured that would create too much conflict. Not that you would go in the first place. You're smarter than that." Jude picked up his bag when he realized that really wasn't enough time to develop any film. He plopped his bag back down and sighed. "I'm going to go say hi to Olivelle," he said before heading to the door. Jude figured that they didn't need to converse further, so he headed out of the apartment.

Soon he was knocking at apartment 5F, in hopes that he could wish Liv a happy Thanksgiving before she went over to Deja's.

"Happy Thanksgiving to you too, Liv," Jude while embracing her small frame. Pulling back and finally getting a look at her Jude smiled. "Wow," he said under his breath. "You look beau-... Uh, great." Jude didn't want to be too obvious, but he just couldn't help himself. Olivielle was so darn sweet, and Jude had always been a sucker for a woman in a dress.

"My day..." He had to actively think to remember what he questions meant. "My day has been awesome so far. I went down to the parade, got some really neat shots, and met some even cooler people." Jude was speaking a little faster than he should, clearly so inthralled and pumped by his work. "I did a mixture of digital and film, but I really think the film is going to turn out gorgeous. You know, it was mostly overcast with some sunshine which was just made the photos kind of gloomy yet warm." Jude stopped himself, realizing he was going on a tangent. "But, uh, how was your morning?"

Jude listened politely to Liv speak before he gave her another question. "I know we'll both probably be a little drunk by the time Thanksgiving dinner is over, but do you want to come to the dark room down the street with me to develop film?" Jude felt a little strange asking her this, and wondered if it sounded too much like a date. He knew that Olivielle was interested in his work, but maybe she was just being nice. Suddenly Jude's mind panicked. This wasn't a good idea at all, she probably thought "Oh great, a guy wants me to go with him to a room that extremely dark while we're drunk. Right, that sounds safe." Jude's eyes fluttered a couple of times as he instantly regretted his decision to ask her. Stupid timing. He could've waited until tomorrow.

"I mean," Jude was trying to save face, "we can also do it larrow. I mean, later- No! Tomorrow. We can do it tomorrow." Or never... Jude chuckled in distress. Great. This was just going swimmingly.

Jude hadn't realized how interested Olivielle was in his work. He honestly just thought that she had a general interest in photography and having a neighbor who was a photographer was just an added bonus. The way she spoke about his work made him flush. It had been a long time since someone had given him such a heartfelt compliment, yet alone a beautiful woman. Jude could feel his face grow hot as he grinned. He wasn't really sure what to say. It was like she had suddenly poured out everything she ever thought of his photographer at once. "Uh," Jude imposed himself quickly. "Thank you, Olivielle, that's really just... Wow. I can't wait." He finally said, referring to showing her the dark room.

"No," said in response to her question. "I'm going to Cara's thing. But I might stop by Deja's place afterward. It's not not Thanksgiving with Cara Forrester is going to be very fun." When Liv offered him to come in and sit Jude nodded his head and took a half-hearted seat, knowing that he would have to leave soon.

"I've got to run back to my apartment soon, but I'll stick around and have a drink first." Jude said with a smile. Soon he would be sitting at the most awkward Thanksgiving table of his life, he might as well have a little alcohol in his blood before. He wasn't sure why Brooklyn agreed to sit face to face with Cara, but Jude figured, despite his disapproval, that Brooklyn had some plan to make this the worst Thanksgiving of Cara's life.

There were times when Jude didn't understand Brooklyn's need for vengeance, but at this point he had sworn to himself that he would be the best friend he could be for her. Brooklyn needed support in this situation, and even if Jude had to provide support in something he didn't personally believe he would do it for Brooklyn. Jude didn't know what his best friend had up her sleeve, but he figured there was a reason she had agreed to have a sit down dinner with Ms. Forrester.

Feeling a vibration in his back pocket Jude looked down at his phone. A text from Theo. Jude smiled as he responded.

To: Theo
Thanks, bud. Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Don't have too much fun with Deja! :P

Deja had greeted Thomas and thanked him for the booze. This thanksgiving looked mighty traditional, but these kids were going to get messed up later that night. Deja was glad to be the provider of deadly sin, and only hoped that everyone was as pumped about this dinner (and after party) as she was.

When Olivielle entered Deja gave her a big hug. "Livvy Loo,"
Deja said as she squeezed her. Deja was so glad that Liv had decided to hang out at her place for the holiday. These two ladies were like partners in crime, and Deja liked to have Liv by her side at any event that involved excess drinking. "No, you're not early. Just socializing until everyone gets here," Deja stated. "Here," she said as she opened a beer and handed it to Liv. "Partake in the alcohol."

"Gather round! Gather round, everyone!" Deja bellowed. Most if not all of Deja's guests had already arrived for dinner. Regardless of attendance the tall blonde was ready to begin. She had been slaving over these dishes since this morning and she was as hungry as a beast. It would only be a matter of time before Deja's peppy mood would turn into something sour.

People were gathered around the common areas of the house, chatting and drinking before their feast. The scene reminded her of some uptown cocktail party that a doctor or lawyer would throw. All of her dearest lovelies were gathered in one place, looking fine and enjoying their time together. Honestly, there was nothing that Deja loved more. She looked around with a crooked smile on her face, seeing her friends all together made her little heart sing.

Deja playfully tugged at some of her friends' clothes as she made her way to the dinner room table. Thankfully, the table they had in their apartment had an extending leaf and Deja predicted that everyone would be able to fit comfortably. She sat down at the head of the table, thinking it only fitting because she was the hostess of this shindig. The turkey had already been carved and everything was ready to be eaten. Another flutter of joy pasted through her.

Who as here and who had yet to come was unknown. Deja had neglected to really keep an eye on things. It didn't help that she had already had a handful of beers and was starting to feel a buzz. She knew that she would be intoxicated by the end of the night, but she hadn't anticipated that until dinner well into dinner. Deja sat down at the table and watched her guests seat themselves. She didn't care to remember who was coming for dinner, who was coming later tonight, and who was actually there right now. That all seemed to technical right now. That being said he decided that once they were seated she would reveal her beautiful turkey hat, make some awful jokes, and just hope that everyone was there before starting to eat.

During the time that they were waiting for people to show up so that they can eat and such, Theodore played a couple of games of Solitaire on his phone. He was really ready to go ahead and eat but didn't want to rush anyone. Theodore's phone chimed in his hand as he saw that it was a text from Rowan, which made him smile a little bit. People have come and people have gone to other people's apartment for Thanksgiving dinner and now, Deja was calling for everyone to gather round.

'Finally.' Theo thought to himself as he got up from the couch and walked over towards the table and quickly sat down. He licked his lips at all the food before him as he looked around at everyone else. Theo, along with everyone, started to quickly fix his plate before it was all gone. His gaze went over towards Thomas, who offered to say grace but Theo didn't really think anything about it as he was already stuffing his face. Theo couldn't help but chuckle at Liv's comment as he nodded his head in agreement.

"Oh, this is really good, Deja. But of course, I helped." Theo commented towards Deja as he placed a little bit more food into his mouth then wiped his mouth with the napkin he had available. "So, shall we do the regular Thanksgiving tradition and go around the table to say what we all are thankful for?" Theo recommended as he waited for someone to respond and hopefully go before him.

Despite Deja's good nature and down to earth personality she absolutely loved being the center of attention. As she and her friends gathered around the table, affectionate touches and comments were being bounced toward her and Deja soaked up every moment of it. First, there was Thomas's slightly inappropriate hand hold, which he attributed to instincts. His comment made Deja wonder what instincts he had that she didn't possess, but overall she didn't mind the interaction. In fact, knowing that Thomas was a little awkward with these sort of things she decided to tease him a bit. "Please," she said in a mock sexy voice, "Thomas, don't embarrass me in front of all of these nice people."

With that she made her way to her seat just as Liv began to speak. Of course, Olivielle was raving about Deja's food. This only seemed natural to Deja thinking that it was generally what the best friend was supposed to do. Deja grinned at the beautiful brunette as she continued to speak about getting married and ruling the world. "Babe, as much as I love you, we can't get married. It would just be too much for this world," she joked.

Deja was settled in her seat with Liv on one side and Thomas on the other side. She looked around at he friends and noted that a couple of them had requested to do Thanksgiving traditions. Not being a traditionalist herself, she thought that it would be nice if the group all decided to do some family tradition from each person's family or religion. That way everyone would have a little touch of home if they chose, and their little Thanksgiving "ceremony" would be all inclusive. Before announcing her plans she got a text from Dane. She texted him back quickly, ready to get things started.

To: Dane
It's all good. We're going to start with some Thanksgiving traditions so I don't think you'll miss the grub :)

Once there was a lull of silence Deja spoke. "Before we begin eating I thought it would be nice to do some Thanksgiving traditions together. That way we get to do those things we would otherwise miss doing with our families, or if that's not your style we can make something up! The tall blonde clapped hands together after her tiny speech and quickly grabbed her turkey hat which was discreetly hidden under the dining room table. "I'll start!" she squealed. Before explaining the turkey hat she put it on. Atop her head sat a small colorful turkey made out of cloth with googly eyes, and it had long legs that wore fake yellow converse. "So," she started, "My family doesn't really have any worthwhile traditions so I bought this-" Deja had to stop and laugh, finding great joy in the silliness of it all. This delusional humor wasn't unusual for Deja. Sometimes she just thought herself too funny."I bought this fucking turkey hat for the current and future hosts and hostesses of Thanksgiving in this building!"

Out of all of the negative things that Holly had dealt with in her life, surprisingly, death had not been one of them. She knew people who were dead now. One of Makayla's father's friends who constantly came by their house years ago was shot in a neighboring apartment building when she was a child. An old man who owned the bodega on the corner nearest their old home disappeared from the lawn chair he sat on outside his shop every day, and never returned after having a heart attack. One of her mother's close friends overdosed while partying with her mother. They were all people that Holly knew and would recognize, and at one point or another, when asking about why they weren't around anymore, she was told that they died. She knew what death meant, and yet, none of those deaths were personal enough to her for her to actually feel any strong emotions about death. It wasn't something that was real to her, yet, so she could only frown when Weston said his grandmother was dead, and mostly for the selfish reason that she wanted to hang out with a grandma today. "Okay, I'll see you later!" she nodded when he explained that he had to get home. As she turned to return to what she was doing (which by then, she had actually forgotten about), she found Makayla already standing right behind her.

"You need to stop it. We're going home if you don't chill out," Makayla said in a hushed tone, though the way that she placed one hand on her sister's shoulder and gave it a squeeze signified that she wasn't joking. She didn't want to embarrass Holly or make a scene, but this was why social gatherings were very stressful for Makayla. There was no time to relax or even make a plate of food when her sister was running around disturbing people, and Makayla knew that people would object, and maybe say that she was simply too overbearing over what her sister was doing, but that wasn't the case. Not quite, at least. She didn't mind Holly socializing and having a good time. She wanted her sister to have normal relationships with people, and fit into society in a more natural way, but she also knew that most of the time, that simply wasn't what was happening. While Holly wasn't good at reading social cues, Makayla was perceptive, and she could tell that Weston was ready to go, whether that was because of Holly or not. She wasn't going to let her sister continue to barrage him with questions, just so that he was forced to stay to answer them out of pity.

"I am chilled out. I was just asking Weston something bec-"

"No, no, no. No more running around and asking people things that are going to make them uncomfortable. We're here to eat, right? I need you to sit down and eat, or else Cara's going to ask us to leave, because you aren't being a good guest." Makayla genuinely was trying to be patient and kind and not condescending, but this was how she had to talk to Holly a lot of the time. She had to be blunt and spell things out letter by letter, or else the younger girl just wouldn't comprehend what she was saying. It stressed Makayla out more than other people could understand, because whether it was warranted or not, she constantly felt like the people around her were judging and scrutinizing her. Being so young herself, she was already probably a target for judgement by people who wondered how someone her age thought they could take care of a teenager on their own. She was young and broke and barely mentally stable enough to survive on her own, so often times, she felt like people would be right to judge her, but at the same time, she knew that she was Holly's best option right now. No one cared about her the way that Makayla did, and she found it hard to believe that strangers in the foster care system would do any better either.

The wine that she had poured and sitting on the counter next to one of the barely-made plates she had started on wasn't going to be enough to get her through this night, she quickly realized. She didn't want to get hammered, but she needed something to relax her, and she didn't think that alcohol was going to be the answer. What she knew would do the trick, was the Xanax she had back in her bedroom. Makayla had only taken the pills a few times in her life, mostly because it was a lot cheaper for her to obtain marijuana, but Nick had recently gifted her with some, and now seemed like the perfect time to pop one. She knew that you weren't supposed to take Xanax while drinking, but Makayla brushed that off as an unnecessary precaution that most medications warned against doing. She assumed that if anything, it would harm her liver, and not give her any weird reactions, and at this point, she couldn't care less about the health of her organs. She just needed to silence the ringing and tension in her head.

"Can I watch the dog show while I eat? Cara always says it's fine if I eat on the couch!" Holly responded with. She hadn't really absorbed Makayla criticizing her skills as a guest, and was back on the thought of the dog show that Cara had recorded for her to watch, since they had missed watching it live.

At this point, Makayla just wanted Holly to sit somewhere, so she nodded reluctantly. "If Cara is okay with it, then that's fine. Just go sit down and I'll bring you your food in a second," she said, giving the redhead a nudge away from the door, and heading back to where she had left the plates. She filled up Holly's with a small amount of food, assuming that she probably wouldn't eat much anyway, and helped herself to an average sized portion, though she knew that she could probably eat twice as much as she had plated, if she didn't feel weird about taking that much. She filled up a glass of lemonade, and carried that and Holly's plate over to where the girl sat. "You need to eat all of this or else Cara's going to feel bad, okay?" she said, her voice lacking the normal energy it usually had, because she really was feeling more and more drained by the minute. She needed that pill, because she needed her stress levels to drop significantly before her head exploded. So, rather than going back to obtain her own plate, she headed over towards Cara and said, "Hey, Cara, I have to grab something from my apartment. I'll be right back," before heading out the door without waiting for much of a response.

Across the hallway, she found their apartment door to be unlocked, and as she slipped inside, she saw that Deja's Thanksgiving seemed just as vibrant and happy and she expected it would. Her roommate was wearing a hat that looked like a turkey, and had a giddy look on her face that the other guests seemed to mirror. Thomas and Olivielle and Theo were there, and though Makayla offered them a silent wave, she continued into her bedroom fairly quickly. She wasn't here to socialize, just to get the high she was looking for. She paused for a moment after retrieving one of the pills from her underwear drawer. Nick had mentioned how she really was lucky to have him as a dealer, because he was hooking her up with the high dosage stuff for free. She didn't know quite how high the dosage was, or if it was even mildly appropriate for someone of her size, but then again, did she really care? As she popped the pill into her mouth, and washed it down with the remnants of a cheap bottle of vodka that she had hidden in that drawer, she knew the answer to that was no.

Before the festivities could continue Theo received a phone call, and before Deja knew it he was leaving to tend to some family business. Though Deja was disappointed that her right hand man would no longer be joining her for a evening of chaos, she knew that family was important to Theo and if he thought he needed to leave then all she could do was support him in that decision. Theo left quickly and without much word to the others. When Deja sat back down Olivielle was finishing her speech. "Yes, gurl!" Deja said heartily as she guzzled down what was supposed to be a classy glass of wine. A lopsided smile appeared on Deja's face as she felt the alcohol work its magic. The blonde looked to Thomas than to Olivielle, who were truly making the night something wonderful. Thomas spoke next and his words were simple and sweet.

"Okay." Deja said before pausing and looking at those around her. "Let's eat! I'm starving!" Deja stood up to grab the bowl of mashed potatoes in front of her, scooped a large pile of white fluff and passed it on to Liv, hoping that her guests would just catch on to the serve-and-pass method.

Deja leaned forward again to get the gravy and douse her potatoes in beautiful thick homemade gravy. If there were two things in this world that Deja couldn't live with out it would be sex and food. Which were honestly weirdly interchangeable for her. Deja lobed a bit of mashed potatoes into her mouth before looking over at Thomas, "Hey babe," she started "You're Irish right? Haven't you got some wild traditions we could try out?" Her tone was a mixture of slight seriousness, and her usual Thomas inspired flirty playfulness.

She knew that this dinner would be something lovely to remember, but she was looking forward to the after party. Then, she would be able to interact with nearly everyone. There would be lots of shenanigans, a little drama, and a deadly amount of laughter. Just the way that Deja liked her parties.

To tell the truth, Thomas had been worried he wouldn't be able to make it without digging in before they were done. He had not eaten since breakfast and that was only a piece of toast. He piled his plate high with turkey and mashed potatoes along with some green beans and began to dig in with gusto while still trying not to act like a slob. He was silent for the most part until Deja decided to tease him a little.

"Hey babe. You're Irish right? Haven't you got some wild traditions we could try out?"

Her voice was low and playful and he resisted the urge to blush.

"Irish traditions consist of gambling, drinking, getting in trouble with the police, and making terrible life choices. And also fornicating in public," he teased back, sending her a well-practiced smirk her way.

"I'm not sure you'd enjoy it."

Deja grinned through Thomas' examples of Irish traditions. The ungodly activities he was listing were all triggers to memories of better (or worse) times. At some point in Deja's life she had done all of those things like their were her favorite hobby. Deja filled her plate up as the dishes made their way around the table. By the time Thomas was done speaking her plate was full. She took a quick bite of turkey before rolling her eyes at the beautiful brunette man sitting next to her.

"Please," she said languidly while leaning back in her chair. "Do you even know me?" she blurted out with a soft chuckle. Feigning seriousness, with a touch of real seriousness, Deja went on to say "Thomas, I would take you up on any of those offers." Then she went the next step. "Especially that last one. Fornicating in public is a very special skill of mine." She gave him another playful smile before winking at him. Deja was never quite sure how serious she was with the idea of fucking Thomas. He was damn beautiful, that was for sure, but she also wanted to keep him around. Part of her wanted to jump his bones just to see what it would be like, but most of her knew that their friendship was probably better off unscathed.

Olivielle piped in right as Deja took in another mouthful of food. Deja made a noise of approval as she swallowed down the rest of her food. "I say yes," she chimed. Deja suddenly stood up, and made her way to the vodka and tequila. "Here," she said as she grabbed three shot glass. "We can do shots with just the three of us," she explained. Deja excited placed the bottles of liquor down and placed each glass in front of their respective owners. The blonde sat back down and mused for a moment, trying to pick a good question.

"Oh, I have one!" She poured each glass with a shot of vodka first. "Who's most likely to marry a celebrity?"

Thomas fought the urge to blush at this incredibly forward woman's response. He loved her daring and lightheartedness. There was no deception in her and you could just enjoy the moment with her without having to worry about what you had to say. So, with less premeditation than he normally put in his responses, he said.

"Not until the third date, Deja. I am supposed to be a gentleman after all," he teased back. He smirked and impulsively brushed a strand of wild blonde hair that was getting in the way of her face. He would want to take her on a night on the town, he realized, if only to spend more time with her. At Olivielle's words, he glanced away from her guiltily. He had been ignoring his roommate and that wasn't okay so he grinned at her.

"I would love to," he told her before smiling at Deja, "My favorite drink. How did you know?"

At he question he paused to think. Olivielle, though she was attractive and kind was the least likely of them to meet a celebrity so that was out. Deja meanwhile definitely had what it took to be a model, but it was an ultra competitive business. He glanced over at Deja and smugly took a shot.

"I have not peaked yet so it could happen," he said mischievously, "Though, I would say that you tie with me."

Deja was a bit baffled by the way that Thomas was so forward with her. Usually her flirting was fairly one sided with him. Clearly, there was chemistry between them, but this was really the first time that Thomas was taking it upon himself to poke fun at her. Honestly, Deja liked this new courageous Thomas, but his behavior was also bothersome to her. Did this mean that he actual feelings for her? If so, Deja honestly wasn't ready to deal with that. She just wanted to have a little innocent fun with the hot guy down the hall. Leading him on... Well, it was her intention, but not that she was here she wasn't sure how to proceed.

When Thomas smoothly brushed her a common stray hair, Deja's stomach twirled. Unsure if this reaction was from the crush that she had developed or from the impending doom type feelings she was having about him wanting more, Deja gave out a low chuckle. She was desperately trying not to blush or do anything that might give Thomas reason to continue their teasing flirtation. It was strange for Deja to feel so two sided about a man, normally she would sleep with someone and get it over with... But now she wasn't sure she wanted to ruin her friendship with Thomas that way.

Deja would have put up a fight about being the drinker to her own question, but she was honestly more interested in being intoxicated than being a pest. Quickly she flopped back the shot of vodka then grinned at her cohorts. Olivielle's question was next. Deja laughed for a moment as she poured another round of vodka. She actually had no idea that vodka was Thomas' favorite, but now that she knew she figured they could switch to tequila later.

The tall blonde took a moment to think about this. Their odd were pretty equal, but she ended up pointing at the dear Olivielle. There's just something about you tonight," she said playfully before looking over to Thomas. Remembering that Dane was supposed to join them she sent him a little text while eating another bite of food.

To: Dane
Hey babe! Just want to make sure you aren't dead. We just started eating and playing a drinking game, but take all the time you need. :]

Deja seemed to be shifting under his gaze and Thomas looked at her in concern. Conflict was one emotion he did not often see in her expression, but she seemed almost flustered. He smiled slightly. Her face was turning a a delightful shade of red and though he felt his stomach doing backflips, he was happy he was the one to cause it. Soon enough the moment ended and Thomas flushed slightly himself as he stared at his own drink.

At Olivielle's question, he smiled slightly and glanced at Deja. Out of everyone in their little group, she was the one most likely to run afoul of the wall. Nonetheless, he laughed when she announced that there was something special about her tonight. He gasped in mock shock.

"I never knew you were so dangerous, Olivielle. I may never look at you the same way again," he grinned. He looked over at Deja again and ccould not help, but consider their interactions tonight. He liked her and he was sure she liked him too, but he knew she was a party girl and he... He was much more serious. He could play around, but he was much more romantic. If they became involved, he'd want something more from her. Maybe he already did.

"Who's more likely to go out of their comfort zone tonight?" he mused before morphing his expression into a more playful expression. It was too early to get that serious.

"He'd be crazy not to be crazy for you, Liv," Thomas told her and he meant. Olivielle was an attractive, warm woman. If a man didn't return her interest, he either was already in love with someone else or a fool.

“I’d be willing to ditch for you baby… want to explore some limits tonight?”

Okay, his very attractive roommate was drunk and flirting with his very attractive crush. Perhaps he should feel irked, but at the moment, with alcohol flowing through his veins, Thomas could not get how hot this whole situation was out of his head. He finished his drink and mock-pouted.

"Well, I feel left out. You can't explore your limits without me, Liv," he teased with a smirk. He refilled his glass. He was lucky to have these two as friends. He was straight-laced by nature, but they seemed to be able to drag him out his shell with little effort and cause him to forget he ever had inhibitions in the first place.

"It's not very fair-minded," he laughed, enjoying the little game they were playing.

"If you didn't know that Liv is dangerous," Deja teased at Thomas while pointing her fork at him, "then you might be living with a stranger." She smiled at her own words before pouring the tequila shots for Thomas' question. Between 3-6 shots was a good time for Deja, once she got to seven shots though... Things were probably out of control. Her mouth would run long, speaking too louding for the room. Her body would become clumsy and have a low burning for the bedroom. And her rational mind would no longer be running the show. Only gossip, pleasure, and more booze would be on her seven shot mind.

Deja made a mental note to keep herself, at least, decent. She absolutely could not get to seven shots. Not on such a lovely holiday, and not with such an attractive man. The problem here way the unknown variable, Thomas. Normally, she would get as shit faced as possible. With Liv by her side there was nothing to worry about. These two girls had been seven shots then further and back, multiple times. But Thomas was something new these days, and Deja was trying to play things cool and clean.

Hearing that Jude had finally asked Liv to do something one-on-one with him was like hearing that Friends was back. "Oh. My. Looooooooord." Deja whispered through her toothy grin. "That is too fucking adorable!" Deja clapped her hands together a couple of times before letting out a delighted squeal. Jude was an interesting fellow, and Deja didn't have the closest relationship with him. This was mostly because their primary subject of conversation just so happened to be Olivielle. It didn't bother Deja that she and Jude didn't have a lot to talk about though, he was genuine enough to be comfortable with his silences. Deja was more than stoked about this potential hook-up or relationship or whatever.

"Can you imagine?" she exclaimed, mostly to get herself musing. "You and Jude would be.. So fucking great! What with his quirky skinny ass and your beautiful sweet face." Deja let out another strange noise of excitement before chomping down some more food.

Deja snorted at Olivelle's playful question as she swallowed her food. "Babe," she started in a sexy voice, leaning into Liv's bubble, "you know I would. You God-damn well know it. But I'm currently team Jude so..." Deja trailed off as she leaned back in her chair and Thomas piped in.

Deja cocked her head as she said, "and I'm team Thomas... But that one's for me." With that she sent Thomas a wink.

"Now drink up, you!" she commanded while pointing a finger at Olivielle. It was clear, with the way that Deja was running her mouth, that she was on the dangerous path to becoming the drunk hostess.

“I suppose sharing is caring”

"It creates happy feelings all around," he replied with a wink back. Damn, he was getting hammered if he was responding back to these teases and flirts so readily. He smiled slightly at Deja's teasing of Olivielle. Truthfully, he did not know too much about Liv. They started living together out of convenience and he had found the experience pleasant.

"And I'm team Thomas... But that one's for me. Now drink up, you!"

Now that was interesting. His heart sped up in his chest and he eyed her thoughtfully before he raised an eyebrow at Liv's comments about stealing Deja from him. He shook his head.

"I'm glad to know you care, Liv," he said dryly before smirking over at Deja and reaching to again brush a strand out of her face, "You are a mess when you're drink Deja, what are we to do with you... Still, I like it."

Returning his attention to his food, he took a few bites. Still, there was another type of sustenance that he was drawn to now he realized with a flush. He raised his glass with a mischievous expression on his face.

"Who is most likely to throw themselves at me tonight?" he teased before finishing yet another shot just to feed his addiction to alcohol.

"Fuck it," Deja thought. There was no good reason she couldn't have fun. If Thomas wasn't cool was casual sex then Deja would let it go, but he was sending her all of the right signals tonight. Or maybe he wasn't. It was honestly hard to tell at this point. When the alcohol was flowing so was Deja's poor over-indulgent mind.

In response to Liv, Deja mused on the idea "Mmm, you and tequila. What a perfect combination." Of course her words were full of playfulness, but with the alcohol begin to run through her Deja played out the scene in her mind. Deja clearly acknowledged that Liv was drop dead gorgeous, but she had never felt this odd pull toward her on a lustful level. There was something amiss with Deja tonight, and it seemed like the only way of fixing it was through fucking someone.

A crooked smile grew on Deja's face as Thomas made another charming sweep at her hair. An almost unvoiced chuckle escaped her lips as she turned back to face him. What was he to do with her? Well, Deja could at least tell you what she wanted him to do to her. Thomas' next question was a surprise for Deja. Never in her life had she experienced him so boldly. Deja knew Thomas to be a winner of the genetics lottery, but never possessing the gumption to use that to his advantage.

"Just so we're clear," she said right before coolly taking a shot, "I never throw myself at anyone." Deja filled her next shot and downed it quickly, giving Thomas a suspicious eye. "I'm always..." Deja inconspicuously dragged her leg up Thomas' under the table, "a lady." she cooed, leaning in close. Deja was hoping to get a rise out of him. Or maybe a surrender, that way she could win this cruel little game and he would give up on the whole pursuit.

This was getting far too intimate for only a party of three. Deja would either need to be alone with Thomas, or have at least have three other people in this apartment before doing something stupid. Clearing her throat, Deja continued like her actions were nothing.

"Most likely to fuck Jude tonight?" she gleefully squeaked with a flare of playfulness. She knew that Liv wasn't completely confident with the whole Jude thing, but Deja was crazy about the idea. Before Liv could reply Deja piped in again. "Oh, come on! What are you really going to do in a dark room? Honestly." Laughing at herself, the blonde took another bite of food and decided it was probably time to slow down on the liquor.
