Personality: Scarlet is a rebel at heart and always will be. If you give her rules you best believe she will take there rules and shove so far up our ass you will never forget it. Even though she is a rebel she is very loyayl to her friends and loved ones. If you mess with her friends you mess with her and that is something you definitly dont want to do. History: Scarlet was born to a single mother of three. She was the youngest out of her siblings who were both boys. So she grew up tough and fast. She doesn't like rules because she never lived with any. She never had a father figure, unless you count the douches her mother dated.
