Mystere giggled and remembered that she was supposed to be invisible to everyone. Therefore she stepped out of her hiding spot so she could better look at Kirby.
(So Kirby can't see Mystere with his normal eye and he can't hear her either, but I think he'd be able to feel her. I think he'd take his eye patch off to see what's around, and Mystere would probably just be looking at his eye curiously).
