The clan of Nankal has migrated from the western lands and decided to build an village within an area surrounded by forestation in the east which may take them the course of a few months to develop. Some people began foraging the woods for any possible resources such as fruit, vegetables, and animals. The tribesmen started chopping down trees for the foundation of their huts, which they were later covered with straws and branches for shelter. Most of the Warriors stood guard around the developing village while 8 started scouting the perimeters of the village for any possible threat. As the first huts were established, families started settling down within them and the children started playing around the camp's ground while their parents help out with the development of the village. In the next week after settling, they finished an small shrine in the name of their three major gods Ziguno, Soldeius, and Cele'ti, the people prayed and chanted to the sky throughout the remaining part of that week to their mighty overseers.

After 8 months of building up the village, It has enough space for all of it's people. Their huts were made in circular formations around the village to allow their work to be more efficient with development. The clan hasn't gone unnoticed with it's development of a settlement, some groups of travelers has wondered through their territory. Some travelers were seeking out homes while others were passing through, though the warriors intercepted these travelers for trespassing on their lands and brought back to the village. They were given second chances at living if they take on their beliefs of "Zermaism", some accepted this fate while others refused. Refusal wasn't an answer that the Nankalians will take, so they thought to make these people into an offering to their gods, notably "Diraco" and "Kiinna", so that these gods could be kept at bay. The clan bound them to poles and placed them over stones, later filling the stones with straws and igniting it into flames, then these people were spiritually sent up to the gods. The shrine has grown bigger over the months and honors more of their gods, they performed the sacrifice in front of the shrine.
Foragers had luck of finding sustaining resources such as food for the populace in the forests, found interesting type of plants that seem edible and emit an good, sweet aroma. Others found animals that seem to have enough meat to feed the populace, they killed these creatures with stone-tipped spears and hauled the whole bodies of the animals back with them.

About Two Decades have passed for the Clan of Nankal, they managed to develop their village further. The forest that once stood around the Village has been reduced greatly to few as the tribemen used it's wood to cook their food and build up their homes. Many of the young from that were born 20 yrs ago have grown up to be fine adults and they now assist in the development of the tribe, one notably prove be greatly importance to the tribe as he has hunted down an black-striped orange creature. This Man managed to fell the beast only using an stone knife then hauled the beast back to the village without much trouble, this young man's name is Hanusi and became the leader of Nankal. Everyone believes Hanusi was gifted from the gods as a blessing possibly from Soldeius the God of the Sun, some say that he may lead them to greatness. Even though, the forest may depleted from it's state from 20 yrs ago, the stream that lead them to the area is still around and also the wild life around as well.

Edible plants within the forest has grown scarce and the people showed concern on their food supplies, some foragers try desperately to find ripe edible plants, but most failed to find some. Then an young woman step forth claiming that some of the remains of the previous plants that they had appearing in their waste pile, the entire village walked over to the pile and saw green leaves sprouting around the waste. She walked towards the pile and picked up an husk of a partially rotten fruit then little pebbles fell from it as she gently shook the fruit, the little rocks fell into her other hand. This girl apparently has been hiding a secret from her people, she told that these pebbles will turn into the plants that bore fruit and that they will produce more of the same plant. The girl also told her people to bury the pebbles around the remaining trees in the area and over time the pebbles sprouted into plants that produce food. All of the tribe members started using her method continuously around the adopted early form of farming.

The woman's name was Fermara and people started praising her for bringing them food then claiming she may be also a gift from the gods, though people started worshiping her as if she is one of them. Hanusi also looked proudly upon her and eventually took her as his love. Some villagers became rather ambitious due to recent events and started exploring out of territory, curious on what may lurk in further out lands to the east. They took their stone spears with them and rations for their 10 men in case something may happen.

OCC: I'm taking my advancement slowly as it is fun to make legends & stories among my people, especially with my tribe being religious.

OOC: First of all, calm down. There's no reason to get this angry over a roleplay. Second of all, saying five of your people died isn't godmodding, that was just a reasonable estimation. If I I said that a meteor landed on the hill and killed everyone, that would be godmodding. However, I do agree that the population rising during such a war is unrealistic. I've brought it back down to 1400 (as new people have been born or joined the tribe and replaced the ones who died).
OOC2: No, he is in Africa.

Iron armour has started to be made at the forge. The 20 soldiers in the pass died. The farmers quickly get to putting out the fire. The soldiers have now almost surrounded the whole of the mountain (I'm going to assume it's a small one unless you say otherwise). They make small defences out of mud and wood so they can put their shields down and wait.

After an few years under the guidance of Hanusi, the Village expanded throughout the area. The Village has expanded around the stream with log bridges being built over it and there are fields being developed around it for efficiency. Meanwhile, the scouts who have spotted some barbaric nomads messing around their territory and they have been showing up more often of late for some reason. Out of caution, Hanusi order his people to place logs around the settlement to build walls while patrols are to be more frequent and cover more ground in case of an attack. Some of the people prepared weapons such as the recently discovered "Bow" and they sharpen stones to be placed on the tip of sticks creating ammunition for the "Bow".

Some distance away from the village to the east, the explorers who have left to see what lies beyond their territory and whether there is other settlements. After some long time of searching, they spotted what appears to be walls of stone (of Mesopotamian) off in the distance and didn't know what to make of it. The explorers thought it was otherworldly based on it's appearance and it may have been created by giants or some supernatural force. They feared what may dwell among them, but the 10 men watched them to see what may come out from the stone walls. There was an small forest that they hid within to observe this "unknown" wonder and to camp out for the time being. Though few of them had stone spears and they aren't prepare to fight anything, but if what dwells within the walls are Hostile than they will attempt retreat.

Regarding The Exploration Party:

They approach them with some baskets of food and drink, including wine, and various metals as gifts of peace, they set them down before the other tribe (Ngate) and then make gestures to show that they would like to know more about the local geography and culture. Some of the members are quite interested in the peculiar sport of plot vaulting, as it may prove to be a useful tool for the war. The soldiers protecting the main explorers flank them as they try to explain their intentions.

Regarding The Main Village:

Meanwhile, back at the main village, the archers on lookout see another tribe (Nankal) but since they deem them not to be a threat, they are left to be, but the elders still tell them to be on guard.

Regarding The War:

Almost fifty fire-proof 'archer carriers' have been made and when they are all done, a full on assault will begin upon Shadowlaw.
