║Height║
5'6" (1.680 m)

║Weight║
110 lbs

║Build║
As if made for combat, Shield has a lean and fit build, always held in an imposing stance. Although she is not particularly tall, Shield always keeps a straight posture. The most significant part of her physical build would be her long legs, which combined with her physical strength, can make long strides for a girl who appears the age of 17.

║Hair Color║
Dark, midnight black

║Eye Color║
Dark black with a green tinge, always seems to be held in a cold and uncaring glare

║Scars/Tattoos/Piercings║
Multiple scars across the most exposed areas, such as the arms and back, but always covered with the usual uniform.

║Description║
Everything about Shield reminds others of a dark and imposing force. Her hair, her eyes, all paired with her uniform creates a dark atmosphere around her. Such is even more enhanced with her cold and often uncaring glances, always appearing to be observing every situation. Then tensions that never leaves her posture does not help in making her appear at all easy-going.

Shield's hair is always tied up in two ponytails, her full black hair reaching down to her waist. Although it sometimes hinders her vision, she keeps her bangs over her eyes, hiding her gaze behind the shadows created. The dark suit she has on allows a dark camouflage and is loose enough for her to move easily. However, hidden inside the suit, there hides multiple knives and daggers. Under the cloak and strapped along her thigh, there are firearms aimed for easy access.

║Oddities║
  • A tendency to tiptoe when speaking to someone taller than her, as if attempting to make herself more physically imposing.
  • An unconscious habit to cover her ears and duck her head when the Clock Maker is mentioned.
  • Often suddenly goes into a daze in quiet situations ever since the sacrifice of the Clock Maker. Although this doesn't happen in combat, in normal situations it is easy to catch her mind in another world.
  • Even after years of control, random pieces of weapons sometimes appear around her without her noticing. A point of caution for those that are often around her.
  • Despite the fact that every other clock fixer believes the Clock Maker is mad, she still refuses to believe so, always speaking to him when others aren't around. Shield still believes there's a way to reverse the process and thus refuses to give up.

║Skills║
Weapon Proficiency: Ever since she was created, Shield has always had a fascination in weapons. Not only based upon her own abilities, she has always had a talent in wielding such weapons. Although her weapon of choice is either throwing knives or firearms, she has had enough time in her life to master other weapons.

Speed/Agility
Fit for combat, Shield's build is able to allow her to maneuver her movements and actions perfectly with both speed and agility. While she lacks the strength many have, she makes up for it with perfectly honed movements. Although she prefers ranged combat next to hand-to-hand combat, she always seems to have some trick up her sleeve when one believed that they has found her point of vulnerability.

Apathy With the ability to shut off her emotions and feelings, Shield is able to make herself completely apathetic to the situations at hand. In combat, that makes her a deadly force to deal with, one that will show no mercy but merely a determination to finish the job.

Focus/Attention Perhaps many will find it terrifying that she can go days without sleep when it comes to the field. For Shield, she would never leave anything to chance, always focused on making sure no harm comes to the group. With that, she has an amazing amount of attention span, able to allow her to focus on her target and mission for a large amount of time.

║Power║ - Weapon Manipulation It was no wonder why Shield was designed for combat, her skills focusing mainly in the art of weaponry. A caster magic, with the magic source within her hands, the power of weapon manipulation allows its user to store weapons and the like in either different forms or a hidden arsenal, summoning them through the workings of the mind. While multiple weapons can be summoned, it is often reflected in the energy used from the user’s body, often seen when too many weapons brings Shield to fatigue and exhaustion. Such summoning powers are also hard to control, sometimes weapons and items activate on their own without the user’s consent, and other times exhaustion can lead to the inability to activate some items. However, when summoned or activated, Shield holds the ability to manipulate the items through a telekinetic ability, forming the weapons into the positions she desire along with controlling their motions through the workings of the mind. Although it is much more controlled to do so with the motions of her own hands and body, the telekinetic aspect is more useful for multiple targets.

Hidden Arsenal This aspect of the power of weapon manipulation explains where the weapons are summoned from. While they seemingly seem to appear out of thin air, they are actually formed in an alternate universe, one where Shield is able to keep all of her weapons for later uses. The most powerful weapons are those that are kept in a different form though, seen from the black shoes she always wear, the one that she is able to transform into armor-like boots, aimed at boosting her speed and agility. However, this is the main arsenal for armor, the weapons used to offense are instead stored in a universe away from this own. Although, they do have the possibility to be broken, and when broken, its magic seal is broken and must remain in the current universe.

Weapon Summoning The power that ties into the aspect of hidden arsenal, for the user to summon weapons and defense items at will through the workings of the mind. Shield is able to summon weapons such as sword, knives, and firearms that require the use of the castor’s energy. Other weapons can be summoned into their true forms like her shoes, which boost the user’s powers. However, fatigue and exhaustion can prevent Shield from summoning the weapons at will, or even summoning the wrong items. Thus, time intervals should be managed in-between the summoning, and control of both physical and mental states is needed in order for the summoning not to go in an undesired direction.

Telekinetic The telekinetic ability is able to be used on both the weapons in her arsenal and the weapons others wield through physical contact with her body. If Shield was to come into physical contact with what one can determine as a weapon, she is able to wield it against the other user’s will. However, those that she actually shares a bond with, which are those in her hidden arsenal, are the ones most easily wielded through her abilities. Along with such, there is a limit to the amount of weapons she is able to control through telekinesis, with around five to be a breaking point where the exhaustion is able to interfere with her control. With motions of the body and, although less effective, the workings of the mind, she is able to control these weapons to her will and without the actual maneuvering of her hands.

Weapon ProficiencyWhile most skills with weapons are honed through time and dedication, much of it is due to an inclination for Shield to both manipulate and control weapons ever since her creation.

║Hobbies║
Star Watching The one memory she cannot forget, the day of her creation, with the drops of water reflecting the stars that morphed into the universe. Every time she stares up at the night sky, she is reminded of that scene, along with what she saw. Perhaps this is the only time one can find her still, simply staring up at the night sky. And perhaps, that is the only time of day when hints of emotions reflects in her eyes, whether it be love, pain, or loneliness.
Training An odd hobby, especially when she has a natural inclination to both weapons wielding and combat, she always spends her free time training for battle. Shield has distaste for inactivity, always moving whenever she can, refusing to stay still unless it’s of the utmost necessity. One can rarely ever find her in a state of passivity.
Running Others wondered whether this is a physical manifestation of her unconscious need to run away from the pressures that wrought her life. Shield often runs either out of habit or simply to be away from a crowd and those that she does not want to be around, many times even her fellow clock fixers. Her independent nature makes it hard for her to stay with others, and thus even when she needs to sleep, she finds herself outdoors, sleeping under the stars and away from the company of others. In other words, she is always running. From what? She does not know.

║Phobia(s)║
Fear of Feeling: A strange fear, but one she has developed after the Clock Maker’s sacrifice. Shield no longer wishes to feel, the peace she has seen after her breakdown from the Clock Maker’s fall into insanity is only brought on by her ability to keep her emotions and feelings contained. She believes she can no longer feel, but it’s truly her unconscious check on human emotions. Shield believes that with feeling comes pain, and that is something that can interfere with her ability to protect and do her job.
Fear of Death Shield is not afraid to kill, but when it comes to those she previously cared for and loved, she will go through every means to keep them away from harm. As a clock fixer, her duty is to protect the universe and not murder those even if they’re in their way. However, to protect her fellow clock fixers and the Clock Maker, she will break these pre-programmed duties. After the Clock Maker, she will no longer tolerate another death of those around her.
Claustrophobia She was created for combat, her body as if designed for movement and the idea of retrains or closed spaces can break through the usually cold and uncaring façade. Shield cannot imagine a place or position that prevents her from moving freely to her own will and thus is usually on the move, unwilling to remain indoors.

║Personality║
{Protective ll Cold ll Intimidating ll Dutiful ll Rash ll Fearless ll Determined ll Independent ll Intuitive ll Impatient ll Reserved}
This was not always how Shield was. When she was created, she was never only a shield, but one that cared for and loved those she was supposed to protect. However, with the Clock Maker’s sacrifice came her change, one that took away her will to care and love. Shield became an actual shield, one that followed her orders to every word, but attached no emotions to it. She feared pain, but would never admit that fear, always keeping her apathy in check, making her reserved and cold in nature, one that was so different from the kind girl that once existed. To others, she became intimidating, unwilling to back down to those that she considers either her enemies or her targets. With Shield, duty now came first, and nothing else mattered but her inability to ever make another mistake again.

There are few that Shield actually cared for, and now, it has merely become a protective nature toward those she used to consider as family. Duty mattered, and for those orders, she’ll go through every mean to accomplish it. However, those actions can be deemed as dangerous, for her determination brings her to extreme ends to accomplish such tasks, her rashness and her ability to stay detached can lead her into physical danger. However, the fearless nature was programmed into her ever since her creation and has enhanced ever since the Clock Maker’s death, thus her inability to fear physical danger does not allow her to comprehend the full extent of the situation. Though, she still feared the attachment she once put into her missions, and thus always focuses her mind on pushing others and emotions away. When others question her on her stance or presses her to feel again, it instead invokes anger that can prove to be dangerous if uncontrolled.

When she has something in mind, impatience often kicks in to push her to accomplish her tasks in the most efficient ways possible. Even if those ways can affect her or others negatively, as long as they are done as quickly and efficiently as possible, she’ll take the risks. Although she was created with three other clock fixers, her tasks are usually independent in nature, and thus she does not have the ability to cooperate fully with others, her stubborn nature to stick to her ways can make an annoying aspect for others that hope to cooperate with her.

║Relationship Status║
Single

║Family║
Father The family member she has cared most for, the Clock Maker. Shield promised to be his shield, and protect those she cares about. However, with his sacrifice, Shield also lost a part of herself, resulting in her current state of apathy so different from her kind and caring nature before.

║Personal History║ â™ȘçœȘäșș ll Supercellâ™Ș

“Father not only created us, but also a world of beauty. We became its protectors, and for that, we gladly give our lives.”

She can still remember that dazzling morning, the first of its kind. The faint glow was seen even through her closed eyes. It was a memory she cannot forget, no matter how hard she tried. It wasn’t bad, nor did it hold any hints of pain, but it held
Emotions. Ones so strong that it shook her even to this day. The glimmering stars that rose before her held something special: A beginning. The beauty and purity of which had the power to take anyone’s breath away. Its specks that shimmered across the lake rose and fell with each second, starting the clock of the universe. And as the universe formed itself before the dark lake, her gaze fell on one perhaps as dazzling as the beginning of time itself. Sebastian. The fleeting moment passed quickly, but the faint smile on her lips matched his. For an eternity to come, that was the memory she held closest to her heart.

She was created to protect, to act as the shield of the universe. However, her duty also lied with her fellow clock fixers, protecting them with all her force. She had followed the Clockmaker’s every word, every order, and every request. She has never failed in her missions, for impossibility did not exist for Shield. For the new world, she gladly gave everything.

But nothing lasts forever
That came to her, as the world came crashing down before her. The primary has did it again, and this time, it cost so much more to fix. There comes another memory she cannot forget. This, unlike the others, held pains that stabbed into her with every thought. “Fix the Clocks
 Find the Clocks
 Keep the Clocks safe
My clocks, they are the saviors
Y-“ She could merely sit by as the familiar laughter rang in her ears, the likes of which she found to be insane as others say. What could she do? For once, she was unable to protect, unable to shield those close to her from harm. What can she see? No longer can she feel the warmth of her father nor his gentle touch. The world now held darkness, one that tainted the beauty she has once seen, so different from the lake that now appears a mere illusion in her mind. The laughter continued to ring in her ears. Then darkness. She remembered falling, the contact her body made with the ground did not hold pain, but instead a feeling of numbness. The laughter of madness persisted, haunting the peaceful silence unconsciousness brought. Shield didn’t wake up for days, her eyes remained shut to the reality that promised nothingness before her.

When the dark eyes once again caught the light of day, they were different
Empty. The sound of mad laughter haunted her ears. “Will you become my shield?” The words her father has first spoken to her now stung with each word. ”I
 I can’t
” This response, so different from the confident confirmation she had given him eons before. But she had failed, failed in protecting her own family. The dark shadow covered her gaze, the darkness within her pupils seemed to deepen by the second, merging into a swirl of emptiness. What was she if she couldn’t protect? Shield was gone. What was left? A body without a mind, one that followed every order to the letter, but thought nothing of them. A force that was deemed to protect, but felt nothing. The girl had changed, within the matter of seconds. I’ll be
 Your shield
 A shield without a heart.

So begins...
