Introduction

For reasons unknown, the U.S. Secret Service 'disbands", virtually leaving the President unprotected. The Government is wrought with worry and fear. An a underground organization known as Cloud offers their help. In return, they get a hand in politics. A strong hand. The distraught President reluctantly agrees.

Cloud now controls over three-fourths of the world's economy, selling weapons, both inanimate and bio-organic, and drugs to the highest bidder. They now have in place the Thirteen Assassins, each experimented on and trained in different weapons, to handle opposition to Cloud, as well as protecting the U.S. President when regular cloud soldiers cannot.

One of the Thirteen Assassins blows up a Cloud base in New York City and without a trace vanishes. Cloud's worst fears are realized. The remaining twelve are sent out to track, subdue, and/or destroy the traitor at all costs. But some of them do not plan on going back to Cloud, while some plan on bringing dead bodies back.
|Plot|
The Assassins have each been trained in a different weapon and there minds altered to create something known as generation enhancements, making them far more physically fit than most humans, but also giving them each a unique power based off their own genes. They have all been with Cloud since childhood and are extremely proficient in there weapons and experienced with their powers as well. All thirteen of the Assassins are 18 or older, with the youngest being the twins, none of them are above the age of 25.
The Assassins are sent out for various assassinations, such as destroying another organization in there type of "business" or a powerful world leader threatening Cloud's goals. They are never sent out in groups under three or over seven. The whole has never been sent out and neither has just one. On record they have no past, even through they still retain their own memories. They do not exist. No birth records, nothing. They are merely shadows. They each have a number, one through thirteen, and the all have a code name as well.

Reservations | Please reserve characters in the OOC. Although you reserve a character, I won't accept them if they are not creative, deep, somewhat lengthy, and original. The more creative and detailed your character sheet, the more likely you'll get accepted.
48 Hours | You only have 48 Hours (2 Days) to submit your characters, and 96 Hours (4 Days) to complete it. If not complete by day four, I will open the character back up, unless you contact me beforehand letting me know why it's not finished.
Literacy | I will be looking for details in your character sheet, but proper grammar and spelling as well. I want this roleplay to be literate, posts are to be minimum 150 words.
Explicit Content | Of course Romance is encouraged, everyone loves some. Gore may also happen in here a few times and by a few times I mean rather often, killing doesn't come without blood. Drama is allowed and encouraged in roleplay but not in OOC Yes, Swearing can be used, but please don't go overboard unless that's what your character is known for doing also, also keep it PG-13 with romance, everywhere else it's fine to be a little rated R.
Gifs | Yes, gif's. I will not accept a character if it has no gifs. But the majority of pictures do not have to be gif's so no worries there. If you have a problem with an FC, just ask me about a replacement FC and I will gladly change them.
Commitment | I am aware that we all have lives outside of roleplaying. All I ask is that you post at least twice a week. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to post for a long amount of time, please notify me. I will kill off your character out of the roleplay without notification. I am also aware that some of us may be in other roleplays, and I understand those come first.

Collectibles
