Personality
Andrew will flirt with anything and anyone. He is, and quite fine with it too. He has a very dominant personality, and likes to be in charge of everything and is quite the leader. This obviously makes him very defiant and often even angry when his parents or other dominant people are around, since he very much dislikes not having control. Still, he is the sarcastic asshole that he always is, and refuses to submit to them.

Though he acts like an inconsiderate, arrogant jerk, there is two sides to him. When he isn't showing off, he's actually quite smart and down-to-earth. Few people actually see this side of him though, as he doesn't like to show it off. It's sort of ironic, because that part of him is exactly like the kids that he and his friends used to make fun of.

Appearance
Andrew is largely known for his crazy amount of tattoos, most of which can be seen in this picture. His right arm is fully covered, he has some sort of demonic zombie-like tattoo on both sides of his neck, "FTH"[ Which stands for either "Fuck The Haters" or "Forever The Highest", depending on who he's talking to ]under his hair on the right side of his face, the word "PATIENCE" on his knuckles, "Changes" on his right hand, side of his thumb, "Gnarly" tattooed on his lower stomach, and multiple on his chest.

Other than his tattoos, he has huge gauges that he started stretching around the age of fifteen. He has long arms and legs, a six pack that he adores, and is quite strong. His lips are pierced, snake bites, and so is his left nostril.

My Life

Image
Relationships
Friends with most, except the girls. Though he knows Ryder a bit.. more, as he was the boy that landed him in the institution.

History
Andrew always thought his childhood was strange. They started off not-so-rich, and then suddenly had a bit more money. Suddenly he would get a few more things every holiday, a little more money when he lost teeth. He was only four years old when his last sibling was born, making him a little bitter. He was always pushed to grow up quickly, which made him into the independent, dominant person he is today. Never was he really the baby. Andrew wasn't really spoiled or fawned over, because there was always younger siblings.

Not to mention that he was always in charge, which got him in trouble and punished a lot. It was his job to take care of his family, at least he assumed it was and took the role at a young age, which is why he is so protective of all of them. Though he had a huge distaste towards his father, making him almost glad to be at Copeland.

So begins...

Andrew Wright's Story

Gwendolyn Prait

Gwen laid on her bed, staring at the ceiling while she waited for a nurse to come get her from her room to go to breakfast. She'd been made to take the black pill last night, and she felt like she'd been hit by a train. "Why did I have to try and start a fight with the doctors last night?" She asked herself miserably. Gwen had had horrible dreams, and she had thrown up three times. Gwen hated throwing up...

The girl surveyed her room. In the middle of the night, the staff had brought in a second bed, desk, and dresser (and still her room had only one dresser, since Gwen had traded hers for her computer a year back). Gwen didn't like the idea of having a roommate, that meant Kaleesi couldn't sneak in in the middle of the night to sneak out with her. Gwen had the perfect window to sneak out of, too.

Gwen sighed, and looked about. She grabbed the first clean outfit she saw. Gwen always had a more punk rock style, and even though she didn't really have the same hair style as Kaleesi (for which Gwen was envious. She'd had her hair dying privileges taken away a few years ago when she accidentally dyed the whole bathroom powder blue...she was still working to get it back), or the right face for her style, Gwen really didn't care. Honestly, she was already gay in a society who hated gays...what more could she do?

Ryder Lawrence

Ryder groaned, standing off of his bed. His roommate (who he'd been warned would arrive soon) wasn't there yet. As he rummaged around the room for something acceptable to wear, he settled on something he'd probably never worn before (as his parents were always sending him stuff to make up for the fact that they sent him there in the first place). He looked in the mirror and shrugged, he looked good enough in the clothes he'd chosen.

Ryder walked down to the dining room after his shower. He was early by about ten minutes, but that was nothing new for the boy. He'd been trying to avoid a specific person, a kid he was pretty sure he loved, but couldn't really remember. They'd slept together once, but he had managed to stay out till just a few months ago. Ryder shrugged, taking his normal, lonely seat off to the side, in the corner. Everyone had a table they shared with their roommate, and since he and Gwendolyn (he was pretty sure that was her name...he had associated it with King Arthur when she told him) had no roommate, they'd been sharing a table for a while.

Ryder propped his chin up on one hand, and watched the door. He knew the others would be arriving soon, and he liked watching the people he lived with.

Andrew Wright

Andrew wasn't all that crazy about his roommate. Sure, the guy was attractive, but he didn't seem to be much of the conversationalist. Not that he really liked to talk so much, but it got boring after awhile. Few people at the institution liked him, probably because they thought he was spoiled or something because he was the president's son. Yeah, reality check? Not really. He was treated just like everyone else was, if not worse because his father had kept him in the dark for so long. It was a long time ago when he slept with Ryder, and since then he had also slept with multiple other men, but his father had managed to keep it all hidden. Of course up until a few months ago, when the picture of him and Chris Dakota got out. It was everywhere you looked for about a day before they were able to ban it from the internet. The next day he was packing his things and being moved into an institute that was supposed to fix him.

After getting dressed he exited the room and went down towards the cafeteria. The first man he laid eyes on as he entered was Ryder. To be honest, he sort of resented the guy. He was the first man he'd slept with, after all. At the same time he couldn't help being completely attracted to him. Raising his hand to his lips, he blew a kiss towards Ryder and batted his eyelashes before winking and heading off to his assigned table. It was a wonder that they let them sit with their roommate, wouldn't they rather be sitting them with the opposite gender so they could eventually be fixed?

Alison Paris

Alison was already up early in the morning, ready for the day. She was even dressed. Though she decided to stay in her room until she had to leave. Now Alison was at her desk. She just finished painting her nails clear. She carefully put the nail polish away. Alison did not want to mess up the wet paint.

Once her nails dried, she grabbed her camera by it's strap. She looked at her neatly made bed before she left the room. On her way to the dinning room, she placed the strap over her neck. Now her camera hung safely off her neck as usual. When she entered the dining room, she saw there were only two people there so far. Ryder and Andrew.

"Good morning," she said as she waved to both of them. A smile on her face. Then she slowly walked over to her table. She took a seat at the edge of the table. Not a lot of people here yet. I wonder what there will be to eat today. She placed an elbow on the table before she cupped her chin. Alison placed her other arm across her lap. She slowly looked around the room. It took only a few minutes before she spaced out; lost in her imagination and thoughts.

Kyler Hunter Moore

Three months. It has only been the time span of three months and Kyler was feeling slightly homesick. Pushing himself up from his position on the floor next to his bed- he placed his old game-boy down on the floor. Today wasn't really going well since he had received another warning this morning. He wasn't exactly looking forward to a black pill at the moment. Noticing his roommate smile at him he smiled weakly back at him and watched as he left. Sighing quietly to himself he moved towards his closet and pulled out an Outfit for the day. After pulling on his hoodie he made his way out of the room, shutting the door behind him. Time to go sit off in a corner somewhere and watch everyone as usual. His new roommate seemed nice but he didn't know how to approach him. Especially some adorably cute guy with a nice smile... He shook the thoughts out of his head and continued down the hallway. Once he entered the cafeteria he sat next to the table that Hayden, Andrew and Alison sat. He glanced at them before looking down at the table at his game-boy again.

Alright, maybe he should say hey at least once right? Though they all probably thought he was weird or some crap since he didn't speak much. "Yea most people do though..." He muttered to himself, running a hand through his hair. The smell of the food made him want to gag but he was starving. Would it kill them to serve something edible for once? Going back to his game, he tongue poked out slightly in concentration.

Esme

Leaving her parents for yet another institution was something that Esme was all too familar with; they no longer bothered with goodbyes, and instead decided that sending her off with the driver was a better way of letting go. Despite their usual pleadings with her to try and get better, this time, they didn't even bother. She was starting to think sending her away was a way for them to just get rid of her, rather than get her 'help' from something she could not control.

The drive to South Carolina from New York was quite a long one, and after arriving, Esme hopped out, sliding on her heels and adjusting the beanie on her head. She looked decent; for someone who'd been in a car for way to long blasting a variety of alternative rock music in the back. She was led away by a supervisor immediately after exiting the vehicle, and quickly found herself inside the building that reminded her more of a prison than anything. She was led down a series of hallways, and she could hear the woman in front of her speaking, only, she hardly heard a word. She couldn't help but wonder if this tall blonde had any idea how idiotic this institution was.

She was brought out of her inner babble by the woman leading her around. "---and this, my dear, is your room." She had stopped in front of a door, and Esme managed a half smile. "I'm not your dear, and thanks..I can take it from here," and without another word, she stepped inside the room, her eyes quickly falling on the girl layed out on her bed. Ahh, a roommate.. she thought to herself. The woman who had showed her to her room simply smiled. "Make yourself at home. The schedule is posted up around everywhere, but you can ask your roommate if you have any other questions." She left in quite a hurry, not that this bothered Esme at all. Looking back at her roommate, she leaned against the door, and smirked slightly. "You must be my roommate...I'm Esme," she said casually.

Elias

Another day. Another long, quiet day, Eli thought to himself as he sat up in his bed, pulling out his ear buds and sitting them aside. He watched as his roommate left, then stood up. It wasn't that he had a problem at all with Andrew; in fact, he thought he was cool, and attractive. If anything, he had a feeling that his roommate might have a problem with him. Or maybe I am too quiet.. he thought.

Walking into the bathroom, Eli readied himself for the day by wetting his face and hair, before changing into his outfit for the day. He walked to the mirror to look at himself. "Not to bad, Eli, not to bad.." he said with a slight smile, before adjusting his scarf, and making his way out of the room. He walked down the hall to the cafeteria. Walking in, he noticed that just about everyone was there. He knew them all by name by this point, but never made an attempt to get to know them. Surprising, though, he wanted too. He just didn't know how to approach people; it had always been a fear of his.

Eli made his way to the same table he had always sat at, taking his spot and grabbing some orange juice, which he sipped on gingerly before looking around at the surrounding people. His eyes fell on his roommate Andrew, then Alison, and finally, Hayden. He smiled slightly at the sight of him. Ever since seeing Hayden on the first day, Elias had found himself smitten over the boy, and, although they'd never spoken, he'd caught his eye a few times. Maybe he would make an attempt to talk to someone today.

Stephano Haze

Haze woke up and ran a hand through his long, straight hair. He looked at his roommates bed, but the other male was already gone. Haze wasn't particularly concerned by this, as he and his roommate barely spoke. Haze thought the fact that he was a cross dresser freaked the other boy out. Haze shrugged. He didn't always dress in female clothes...just their jeans and cardigans he liked best. Haze put together one of his normal outfits and stood in the mirror in the bathroom, looking at himself.

Haze shrugged, going out of the bathroom and into the hallway. Others were already walking down the hallway to breakfast, and he decided to follow, not really caring. Haze was pretty drugged up. He took all the pills like a good little boy, and they kept him in a sort of fog. Haze lived his life this way, and he didn't really care. Haze was a strange boy. He didn't like being in the real world. He preferred living in his own little universe. When Haze spoke in coherent sentences (which was rare. he was quite like the mad hatter), he was brilliant. Usually, however, you'd never be able to tell he was a genius.

Haze entered the dining room and looked around. He shrugged to himself again, going over to his table. Haze looked around, his eyes falling on Andrew, Ryder, Alison, Elias, and Hayden. Lastly, Haze looked at Kyler. He smiled slightly. His gaze was interrupted by Gwen being led into the dining room by a nurse. Haze looked at the disoriented girl, sighing slightly. Haze liked Gwen, and he was sad when she got in trouble.

Andrew did his best at being polite, pulling on his trademark- charming -grin and waving back to everyone who cared enough to say hello or even smile at him. It was the stupid nurses, telling him that he should concentrate on being on his absolute best behavior. The boy was almost positive that his father was paying them to tell him these things, since his presence in the institution obviously affected his fathers reputation. Oh well, he thought, chewing on his bottom lip. If he liked men more than women, so what? He still flirted with both, really, so why should it matter in the first place? But it did, and when they found out he had no choice but to come here. It was stupid, really. They monitored his laptop, his books, his writings, his drawing, even his music! The one time he'd been found listening to an old Adam Lambert song... You would have thought he pulled a gun or something.

Let's just say, he wasn't listening to Mister Lambert anytime soon. Not after that black pill.

The only other times they had made him take the black pill was when they found him sketching his roommate, and then the other time that he was sketching two guys kissing... And then the other time when he was reading a novel where two men just so happened to hug "affectionately". Like said earlier, they were pretty dramatic.

Still, Andrew was terrible at being a good boy. As soon as Haze stepped into the room, Drew was out of his seat, moving quickly towards the other boy. "Haze!" he half-sang, half-spoke as he bounced the last few steps, throwing his arms around the man that probably didn't even know him that well. "How are you today? Perfect? Perfect!" The boy hooked his arm around the others, placing a very loud kiss on his cheek that he knew was going to get him the black pill later on. "Come sit with me?" He did his best puppy face, lower lip stuck out as he batted his eyelashes, gently tugging the other towards where he normally sat.

Definitely getting the black pill.

Kyler Hunter Moore

Kylers gaze floated up toward the entrance of the cafeteria as he watched more people file in. Today seemed a bit more rowdy then usual, but then again it just might be him. After slipping his gameboy into his sweater pocket he stood and was about to grab some food- but stopped mid-way when he notice Haze walk in. The guy was going to be the death of him, his looks and personality defiantly had an effect on him. Plus his eyes were possible the most enticing about his physical features. His hand went up midway to wave hello but stopped as he watched Andrew go right over to Haze and place a big kiss on his cheek.

Lowering his hand, he watched as Haze was pulled over toward where Andrew was sitting- frowning to himself. Well there went his plans for the day. Walking out of the cafeteria he made his way down the hallway towards his room to grab his sketchbook. maybe if he asked nicely they'd let him sit outside again. Last time it didn't end very well in the slightest. The fence in the back that cut off their chances of escaping this stupid place- was where they found Kyler talking to a guy who stopped on the other side. He had been an old friend in kindergarden. Of course talking to a freak'in guy meant he was flirting on the spot and trying to get into his pants. Clearly.

He really hated this place.

Alison Paris

Alison was pulled out of her thoughts when Hayden spoke. She gave him a smile. "Morning Hayden, did you sleep well last night?" she questioned. Alison leaned forward slightly as she waited for a response. Her eyes wandered over to Kyler when he entered the dining room. Alison gave him a smile when he glanced at them.

She watched as Kyler sat. He had muttered something, but she didn't catch what he said. Eventually he went back to his game. I wonder what he said; I hope he wasn't speaking to any of us. Maybe he was just saying something because of the game. Hmm, I wonder what he is playing. I'll ask him later. I don't want to disturb him while he is playing. I'd feel bad if I caused him to die.

Her eyes wandered over to Elias when he entered. She gave him a smile when he looked at her. Alison noticed Elias smile slightly when he looked at Hayden; she shrugged it off. Almost everyone one is here, that's good. Next, Haze entered the dining hall. She gave him a smile when he looked at her.

Then Alison noticed when Gwen entered with a nurse. I wondered what happened to her. Hopefully she is okay. She glanced at Andrew when he grinned and waved back. A few minutes later, she was spaced out once again.

Ali jumped in surprise when Andrew said Haze's name. Her eyes widen slightly when he threw his arms around Haze. She listened as Andrew continued to speak. She was surprised when Andrew gave him a kiss.

She looked at Haze. Alison wondered how he would response to Andrew. Alison smiled slightly. It amused her when Andrew made a puppy face. She continued to watch as Andrew gently tugged at Haze. I guess Andrew isn't going to give him time to answer.

Her eyes wandered to Kyler as he left. Maybe he forgot something...he could have gone to get another game. Alison then looked at Hayden once again. She patiently waited for him to answer.

Esme

"Well its a pleasure to meet you sweets, names Kaleesi but can call me Kal because most people can't pronounce it correctly," Esme heard her new roommate, Kaleesi to be more specific, say. When she commented on her good looks, Esme's smirk only grew. "I have to say, I'm not dissapointed, either." Esme was a flirt, and wasn't one that was afraid to admit it. She had messed around, and, above all of her instincts, had made plenty of mistakes. Hadn't they all? What would a little fun hurt, honestly? Thinking on this, Esme brushed her thoughts away just in time for a nurse to impolitley let herself in, without warning, speaking to Kaleesi in a disrespectful tone. Sheesh. What did they expect from teenagers, receiving attitudes like that. Especially ones with 'issues'.

As the nurse led them out of their room, and down the hall to breakfast, Esme couldn't stop herself from leaning in to Kaleesi, whispering "Well, damn. Are they always this annoying?" She had known she wouldn't like this place to being with, but only hoped that the other people attending wouldn't fall for their mindless bullshit. Pulling her head out of her never ending thoughts once more, Esme came back down from Earth to see that they were now entering the dining hall. She noticed many people sitting around, a variety of guys and girls, all fairly attractive. This really was a bad place to take a child if you're trying to fix their sexuality. Right away, she noticed a guy walking up to another, saying "Haze," before planting a kiss right on his cheek. A smirk took over Esme's lips. The guy was obviously not afraid to break the rules, which was something she personally found to be a huge turn-on.

Kaleesi took her hand, obviously with the intent to lead her off. Esme took the offer generously, wanting to get away from the dissapointing look of the nurse. "Lead me off," she said with a slight smile. "Welcome to hell, the place where they try to change who you are. They can all go fuck themselves," Kal spoke the words with a slick of the camera in the corner. Esme let out a laugh. "They can all try and change me all they want. Fat chance of that happening," she spoke the words with a bit of an attitude, not towards Kal, but more towards the institution in general. They would never change her. She was who she was, and her sexuality was something they could never take away from her.

Elias

A small blush took over Eli's cheeks as Hayden smiled at him. His inner concious yelled at him for making his little crush so damn obvious. The lightness of his skin and comforting blue eyes didn't help but add more emphasis to his blush. He even noticed a few of the nurses look at him with suspicious expressions. Glancing around, he noticed Andrew totally breaking the rules by kissing Haze. What the hell was going on around here? As long as it wasn't him getting the black pill, Andrew could do whatever he felt like. He also noticed Kal and a new girl walking in, someone he figured had just gotten here today. Hmm..maybe she'll have more luck here than me.. he thought to himself. He was tired of sitting alone today, even if he did his best to hide it, he wanted to have people to talk to, and discuss things with. He almost felt as if people there were scared of him. It wasn't like back at home. Despite his slight accent, he was just like them. If anything, he had hoped coming here would help him to make friends, not scare people away..they were like him, right? Turning his attention back down to his juice, Eli thought of this for awhile.

Alison Paris

Alison nodded when Hayden answered. "That's good," she said with a smile. She slowly stretched her legs out as she glanced around. She quickly look back at Hayden when she heard him speak to her again. Alison gently tugged on her scarf. "I am fine, thanks for asking Hayden," she stated. She tilted her head to the side as she watched Hayden. "Yeah, Andrew is in quite the affectionate mood today. I wonder how much trouble he will get into," she said.

She watched as Kaleesi walked in with a new girl. Alison shifted her weight slightly. She looked down at her table, "We have a new girl," she commented; not really talking to anyone.

Hayden McCain

Hayden watched as Elias noticed him, a red blush creeping on the other male’s face. Hayden leaned back a little, a smile playing on his face. He looked over at Alison, the smile still tugging on his lips.
β€œHeh, yeah, we do.” He commented, watching the new girl and Kaleesi walking into the cafeteria. He gave them a small wave before taking a sip of the juice he had. He looked back at Elias, wondering if the boy would ever talk to him. Maybe Hayden should try and chat with Eli. The other boy never seemed to talk unless directed, maybe Hayden should fix that.
