Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years. The villages continued to grow and flourish as the population of the planet now was hovering around 20,000. Eloewyth and Daneries watched as their girls grew into beautiful young women. Each girl was now working closely with their mothers to start to take over tasks that the Prophetess and Priestess would perform. Holdous had the girls visit him on a more frequent basis as he too took on part of their instruction.

Eloewyth had aged gracefully, only a few wrinkles by her eyes gave even a hint of her advanced age. She spent her days tutoring her daughter, Tablisha, or taking long walks in the now peaceful forests and mountains. She continued to spend time in the cave that was discovered so long ago. It would give up some more secrets from time to time that would help the settlers continue to advance in their technology.

It was a cool winter afternoon. The skies were grey with a hint of snow in the air. Eloewyth was lounging in her favorite chair looking out at her favorite view, the lake behind their home. It still sent steam into the air as it refused to freeze over in even the harshest of wintry conditions. Eloe took a sip of her tea, and then placed her cup gently down on the table next to her chair. A few flakes of snow were now swirling down from the clouds to the already covered ground below. Eloewyth closed her eyes for the last time in this world of mortals.

When her eyes opened, she was standing in the forest meadow. Somehow it felt different this time. It wasn't so much of a dreamlike state as it was of reality. Eloe walked over to where the brook flowed. In a spot where the water was calm, she peered in to she her reflection. She wore the flowing light pink robes as she had always worn here in Eden. Her face...her face was no longer that of the aged matriarch. Her face was that of the younger woman who found a Targarian falling through a ceiling in a office building so many years before.

A soft gentle touch reaches her shoulder and a soft giggle comes from a source off to her left side. Eloewyth turns to see Holdous next to her and Raani standing nearby with a wide smile on her face. "Welcome home, my daughter. You have won your rest from now until all eternity. Your race in the mortal world has come to it's close. You are now at home with me forever."

Eloewyth was a bit unsure how to take this news. She was dead, at least her mortal body was dead. She had left her family behind. She was in a new world. What would she do? Where would she stay? How could she possibly continue on without Daneries? As if reading her mind, Holdous spoke again, "All will be fine. We have a place ready for you. Raani will show you it in a moment. Take my hand, daughter, walk with me."

Eloewyth took the hand extended to her and walked along the brook with Holdous, Raani stayed a distance behind them, but followed where they went. "Your home is now here eternally, but your work is not over, it only now starts. Upon your mortal death, you became a deity, as will Daneries when she joins us. You are now Eloewyth, Goddess of the High Priestess. You will watch over all future high priestess starting with your daughter, Tablisha. You will guide, instruct, and consult with her on a regular basis both here and in the mortal world." Eloewyth gave a small smile as the thought of being able to watch over her family and daughter pleased her.

The walk continued and Holdous gave more words of instruction before Raani took Eloewyth away to her new home. The two walked through the forest, Raani speaking a mile a minute as she was so excited that Eloewyth was finally there to stay permanently. She stopped in front of a huge white mansion that made the one in the mortal world pale in comparison. "This is our home, Priestess. Our family will all live here. I have been getting things ready, but it is a bit quiet.

Eloewyth felt a big push at the back of her leg. Turning she looked to she saw the big black cat, Dasha, nudging and pawing for attention. Dasha had passed several years ago, and was a pleasant sight for Eloe's eyes. Scratching Dasha behind her ears, Eloewyth giggled, "Well aren't you a sight for sore eyes big girl? How have you been?" Raani smiled and told Eloe some Dasha stories. The two laughed as they watched the big cat play like she did when she was a kitten yet.

Raani took Eloewyth to the vast suite that she would eventually share with her lover and wife, Daneries. The view from the window was spectacular, with a lounge chair and tea sitting on a nearby table just as had been in the mansion in the mortal world. Raani then showed Eloewyth a walk in closet full of clothes for her. Eloe giggled, "I do hope Dani's is not full of the purple robes she usually wears when she visits here." Raani burst out laughing, "Oh no, mi lady, I found clothes that she would find very suitable."

The two spoke for some time longer when Raani decided she should allow Eloewyth some time alone to take in the palace and the grounds. Eloewyth did just that, walking through the gardens and enjoying the beautiful sights. She would be a bit lonely for awhile, but knew there would be visits from time to time to be had and to be made. And then, one day her family would be reunited in immortal bliss.
