"CHEYENNE! Get that cute little ass of yours out of bed we've got a party to get to remember!" the overly excited sounding of Chi's best friend, Mathew, echoed through the beige painted hallways of the old farm house. Chi groaned muttering to herself, questioning the reasons why she decided to give him a spare key to her home. Refusing to open her eyes Chi nuzzled her brown fluffy pillow as she tried to ignore the loud thudding footfalls of Mathew running up the stairs. Her bedroom door flew open, the loud crash of the doorknob hitting the wood paneled walls. Chi groaned loudly, reluctantly opening her eyes to shot Mathew a steely glare. The red haired boy just shook off the shivers her glare created and marched over towards her bed before plopping down on her back. A large breath of air escaped Chi's lungs.

"Get your fat ass off me!" Chi snarled, she wasn't a morning person and Mathew knew it. But the boy just grinning down at her, his chocolate brown eyes dancing with smarting humor while Chi's green eyes shot dagger's at him.

"My ass is NOT fat" Mathew shrieked, acting like a female drama queen having a hissy fit. Chi just rolled her eyes at her best friends childish actions.

"Then why is it crushing me to death" Chi snapped before she bucked Matt off, making him fall off and land beside her on the bed.

"Why are you waking me up this early?" Chi mumbled.

"What the hell do you mean early, darling its 1:30 and the party stars at 2:00" Matt chuckled.

"Are you serious? Fuck I slept in that long" Chi groaned and flung herself out of bed, walking towards her closet. She pulled out a pair of ripped faded blue jean shorts, a red bikini and a baggy beige tank top, through off her over-sized t-shirt she used as jammie's, she put everything on. She didn't care if Matt saw her naked cause for one they were best friends since childhood they have seen each other naked plenty of times and two because he's gay, though he doesn't act like it he is. The party was in the Mc.Weston's field and there was a river just a few minutes north from were they are partying, so everyone was told to bring bathing suits. Personally Chi just liked to wear her's cause it was hot out. She quickly braided her long, curling blonde hair and grabbed her keys.

"Alright let's go" Chi said making Matt jump off the bed and cheer happily. Together they rushed down the stairs and out the door but not before Chi grabbed a muffin and put on her brown cowboy boots. Once they were out the door Chi was instantly surrounded by the happy barks of her dogs. She pet every of them then rushing over to her baby aka her truck. She saw Matt pulling out of the drive way in his 1977 ford mustang and Chi started up her truck, loving the purring growl it gave off, before pulling out and following him. As they drove along the highway Chi couldn't help but note how tiny Matt's car looked compared to her beast of a baby. Chi loved her truck. The turned left at the turn off and were now on gravel roads. Since Mayerthorpe was such a farm community alot of people lived just out of town like Chi herself. The drive wasn't far only 10 minutes and they pulled up into a driveway. Matt parked his car and hopped into Chi's truck and they drove around the house and barn and out into the field. Alot of people were already present as she pulled up and parked her truck. Matt grinned and Chi rolled her eyes as they both hopped out.

Dallas was driving down the long road as he checked his phone. 1:31. He felt his engine roaring inside of his car as he handled the gear and stick. He called his friend Chuck and turned down his radio to hear his voice. "Man where are you? the party is about to start man and I need you buddy." Well I would love to get there in no time,pronto but the thing is i'm not the fucking flash of the century." Chuck laughed with intensity. "Ahh well its been a long time man, so long since i've heard your voice and I mean I wonder what you look like now. Dallas had a long pause and sighed.

"Look..if you wanted see me turn to channel 223 on CarShow. I win the tourney cup every year and nothings changed since then. You know i've got money and everything i've ever wanted. Yeah..i'm sorry it's just when the party called..you were always there. The football,Beer,Girls,Money and all the fun was all you..

"If your saying you didn't like it then just piss off..I-i can't keep wondering what your gonna do next. We are both adults here..well atleast I think we are." They both laughed at his comment. Somehow the friendly rule between them never seemed to change.

Dallas jammed his foot down on the pedal and sped off. Later he arrived at the house and drove around the barn until he found the field. He parked his car and got out quickly pressing the lock button as his car doors clicked. He walked around as people everywhere were dancing. He found an empty log around the fire and sat down as he was offered a bottle of bud lite beer.

"I betcha you can't do it" Chi shouted over the music.

"I so can!" Matt snapped playfully.

"Alright then go do it!" Chi snapped back.

"But who....." Matt began but Chi cut him off.

"I don't care who you do it to just go!" Chi giggled as she pushed Matt towards the crowd, a 2 litre jack daniels in his hand. Matt wondered around until he saw a person he didn't recognize sitting on a log by the fire sipping a beer. Matt blushed as he looked over the man but shook his head and instead smiled and walked over to him.

"Well howdy there stranger" Matt said in a fake southern accent. He winked at the man and before the guy could realize what Matt was doing Matt poured the whole bottle of Jack on the man and ran away back towards Chi.

"CHI! save me he's probably going to kill me!" Matt shouted as he ran from the stranger. Though he did look familiar Matt didn't have time to think of it. Chi giggled. She hadn't seen who got poured on but the fact that Matt actually did it made her giggle loudly.

"I can't believe you actually did it" she giggled and Matt glared at her.

"You dared me to, and you know I never back down from a dare!" Matt shouted.

"Who did you pour it on anyway?" she asked and Matt just shrugged his shoulder's.

"I don't know he kinda looked familiar but I didn't think about it for very long, though he is h-o-t" Matt purred and Chi just giggled more at her friend. Hopefully the guy could take a joke and not chase after Matt.

Dallas was drinking a couple spliffs of his bud lite as a boy walked right over to him."Well howdy there stranger." As soon as he poured the bottle of jack of Dallas's head he started to run as Dallas dropped his beer and walked over to his car to find some spare clothes. He was pissed off but the matter of fact was that he was just like that. He would go around pissing people off and he never gave a damn about that person.

He slowly took off his hoodie and closed the door as he could hear the music getting louder. He soon rejoined the crowd as he was losing himself to the music looking in the sky,and the bright stars ahead of him.

He stopped dancing and started walking around soon to see a beautiful girl walking with what seemed to be her friend. Dallas kept calm and felt his heart rate speed up to a minimum of what felt like a hundred suns. She was the girl..the one he could only remember by the top of his head.

Dallas walked over to her and grabbed her shoulder so she could face him. "Hi there..i'm um Dallas..I believe I know you from somewhere right ? What was it..Chi..Shy..? He laughed immensely and caught himself to see the boy. He clenched his fists and looked at him.

"So..enjoying the Jack are we ?"

Chi's eyes widened as a faint memory appeared.

"Umm ya I remember you, we went high school together and its Chi.......oh umm sorry about that we were playing truth or dare and ya I kinda dared Matt here to do the ummm Jack uh....." Chi stuttered. Matt looked at her in complete shock as he noticed a faint blush starting to rise on Chi's cheeks. There were two things Chi never did. Stutter over a boy and blush over a boy.

"I can't believe it, little miss.kick-ass is blushing!" Matt chuckled loudly and Chi shot around to glare at him before bring her fist into his gut. Matt groaned and wrapped his arms around his stomach.

"I'm not blushing" Chi muttered as she looked over at Dallas again.

"We were just about to head over to the river you want to come?" she asked. She bite lightly on her lip and tried to keep eye contact. Why the hell was she so flustered over this guy?

"I can't believe it, little miss.kick-ass is blushing!" As soon as he chuckled she punched the guy in his stomach. Dallas tried hard not to laugh at the groaning..but it was hard to keep it all in.

"I'm not blushing" Dallas smiled and touched her hand lightly. "Its fine..we all blush no matter how much we hate to..it's in our blood..our life. He stepped back and smiled."And of course i'll go to the river with you..it's kinda hot out here anyways." He tried not to keep moving his lips but that answer was dumb. He just couldn't control himself around her..somehow. "Oh and uhh..promise I wont get the jack in my hair next time ?" He smiled trying to keep his cool.

Chi nodded and before anyone could say anything else she shot off towards the river. She didn't turn to see if anyone was following her but she knew Matt and Dallas wouldn't be far behind as she stripped off her shorts, shirt and boots leaving her in her bright red bikini. She heard some wolf whistling but ignored it was she took a running start before jumping off the dock and into the water. She popped her head up just as someone splashed beside her and Chi looked over to see a mop of red hair just above the water line. Matt's head popped back up and Chi giggled.

He smiled. She was amazingly beautiful to him. Dallas took off his clothes and jumped into the water popping back up as the water dripped from his heavy set chest. He looked at his watch and looked at the sky..in complete awe to touch the stars and believe everything was his. He looked at the girl and guy smiling, ready to splash more water on them. " My names Dallas by the way if you didn't notice."

Chi smiled and let out a soft giggle.

"I know you already told me" she said smiling at him she slowly made her way so she was standing beside Dallas and gave him a sweet smile before pouncing on his back. She wrapped her arms around his neck and legs around his torso and hung on for dear life.

"Now!" Chi said to Matt whom came trudging forward. Their objective, to see if it was suppose to somehow dunk Dallas.
Mission Failed.
No matter how hard Matt tried, even with Chi's extra weight, Matt's small body couldn't push over the man in front of him. He gave up after a few minutes and sighed. Chi pouted and sighed to.

"What are you a brick wall?" she asked Dallas. It was the first time in history Chi and Matt's secret attack didn't work, ya sure no other guy around here was as built was Dallas but still. Sighing Chi loosened her hold around his neck but kept her legs wrapped around and rested her chin on his shoulder, pouting.

"Because our plan has failed, because you are a brick wall, I sentence you to give me a piggy back ride to cheer me up" Chi ordered playfully making Matt laugh at her high handedness.

"Why does he get to carry around your fat ass, I'm sure Dallas here would rather me be holding onto him" Matt said playfully while over-dramatically batting his eye lashes at Dallas. Chi just giggled and rolled her eyes.

He smiled and laughed at the numerous times of them trying desperately to dunk over him."Haha as much as I would love to carry you Matt, I can't help but feel as though my back will break itself." He swam over to Chi and picked her up onto his back.

"Ya know, I can't stop staring at you..I don't know what it is but your just very beautiful and..it pains me to blush like this around matty over there but, there's a waterfall just down the stream from here, Matty can have the drinks and the water all to himself for playtime."

He laughed and said the last bit loud enough for Matt to hear. Dallas enjoyed the fun being in the water and he enjoyed knowing that while the time remained, he had her..to spend it with.
