http://fontmeme.com/create.php?text=Aly ... lor=FFDAB9Hearing a buzzing noise coming from her bag, Alyssa was about to reach in for it but insisted to wait till after the lechture was done. Her penmanship was flawless and neat. Almost as if it was a font from the computer; writing in cursive was something she mastered not too long ago. It was a habit of hers to write neatly, so when she looks back at it, she can properly study. A good habit for any student to have.
An hour of class has passed and their professor dismissed them. Gathering up all of her papers neatly and folding them between her folder, she then took her bag and reached for her phone. It was a message from Nicholas. Alyssa gave a sigh while smiling.
He is such a handful. She thought to herself, then replied:
"Trying to learn, unlike someone. ;)" Then hit send.
Alyssandra shoved her phone in her pocket, then slung the bag over her shoulder and headed out into the hallways. There, she stumbled upon one of the 'jocks'. Surprisingly, college still had it's social status, but she didn't really care much for it. He approached her with his glistening smirk and charming good looks.
"Hey Alyssa. So I'm throwing a little party tonight at my beach house and I would be more than happy for you to come." he had a very deep yet seductive voice.
"Straight to the point I see. Won't it be too cold to be at the beach?" she added to his seemingly flawed plan.
"Well, swimming isn't suggested but what's so bad about a little bonfire and some drinks?" he winked at her and reached over to brush her hair away from her cheek.
Alyssa dared not to flinch and kept her gaze dead on his. "I'll think about it, Frank." she replied, quickly backing off and walking pass him. Drinking wasn't in her best interest, but a little fun here and there wasn't going to hurt. Especially since they had a long weekend after today.
'Everyone will be there...' His words echoed through her ears and the guy she bumped into crossed her mind. Would he be there? Will they be able to meet again if she attended the party? After all, everyone IS invited. Questions filled her mind as the thought of the guy lingered on. There's a possibility she would get the chance to speak with him.
Shrugging the topic off, Alyssa kept on with her business. Though she tries to think of some other things, the thought of the guy was running at the back of her head. She then went onto the cafeteria, grabbed a bottle of water and a fruit cup. This was a typical meal with Alyssa. With the busy schedule she keeps herself on, it's rarely anytime to actually each food. Other than the occasional moments when her and Nicholas would go out to eat. But other thanthat, she rarely eats much. Sitting alone on the rounded table of the cafeteria, she awaited for Nicholas so she could go and visit her aunt. It's been a while and maybe she could answer the questions she had.
After losing her mother, Alyssa was taken by her aunt. She was treated just like a daughter and Alyssa could trust and freely talk to her about anything. It wasn't possible for her to compare to what her mother was like, for the past was still a blur to her.
