It was the start of fall, leaves were only beginning to change their colors to hues of red. It was the perfect weather to be outside; it was not too cold, but it was not hot. The weather Alyssandra preferred.
Fluttering her eyes open as the streak of light beamed down on her eyelids, peaking through the crack that her curtains missed. Strained from the sudden amount of light, she pulled her covers up and over her head, hoping to catch herself back to sleep. But it was too late. Her body has already awoken and her bed grew uncomfortable. A grunt escaped her as she wrestled herself out of her sheets and up on her feet. The fuzzy carpet embraced her cold toes as she took a step towards the shower, grabbing her towel on the way. Turning the faucet until she reached the right temperature. She then stepped in and steam began to fill the room.
Squeaking the faucet shut, Alyssa came out of the shower, put her towel on and stood in front of the sink. She reached out into the fogged mirror and drew a smiley face on it. It made her laugh a little, then she wiped it with her hands. Brushed her teeth and headed to her closet.
Getting dressed quickly, she threw in some leggings, boots, and an oversized sweater. She tied her hair up into a messy bun, picked up her bag she she swung it across her shoulders, picked up her camera and keys, then went out the door.
It was her routine to go outside and get some Starbucks before going to class. Since the stores weren't too far from her apartment building, walking there wasn't an issue. She would later use her car to drive to the academy, but that's not for another hour. So she had quite some time to spare. Alyssandra's apartment was on the third floor, she quite enjoyed the travel down the spiral, velvet-covered stairs in her apartment building. It wasn't long before the reached the bottom and went out the door.

Half way to her walk towards Starbucks, she realizes that she had forgetting her phone on top of her side table. Shaking her head and giving her lips a skew, she headed back towards the apartment building. Reaching into her purse, Alyssa picked up her keys and opened the main door as she traveled back up the red, velvet stairs.

Nicholas sat in the coffee shop reading a book. His camera was sitting on the table, he debated on going to the academy or take photographs. He had gotten where he wanted to be, and that was in Paris. He sipped on his Chai Latte, and looked at the time. He put the strap of his camera around his neck, and backed up his book. He threw his latte away, and bought Alyssa her usual. He enjoyed hanging out with her, and it wasn't because she constantly listened to his rantings about how much he loved Raissa. Walking out of the coffee shop, he lit up a cigarette. Such a nasty habit, but he couldn't help it. His father had done it, and now he does it. He knew exactly where Aly lived, so he waited at the door of her apartments with her hot cup of coffee.

He closed his eyes, and enjoyed his cigarette while he waited for her. Guess he was going to the Academy today. Opening his eyes he saw she had the most perfect view of the eiffell tower. Wondering why he didn't live here, he put down her coffee and snapped the picture. Pulling away from his camera he smiled.
He would have to show Aly when she came down, he defiantly was Jealous of her.

Image

He turned off his camera, and picked up her coffee once more, looking around at the trees, Autumn, his favorite season of all. The best season for love.

Raissa struggled to catch her breath as she did a double pirouette for the thousand time that morning. Her dance instructor at the RADM wanted each little aspect of her routine as clean and luminous as the peak of the Eiffel Tower, but for Raissa it was becoming too much. Her teacher nodded her head in approval after Raissa had done yet another pirouette and instructed her to keep on doing the routine. After the pirouette, next came a temps leve and after she landed on her right foot, she had to hop in order to do an arabesque next. She closed her eyes and tried to concentrate, but she was far too tired and her body felt too slack for her to do anything else.

“Non! Zat is not what I taught you!” her teacher exclaimed in a thick French accent. “Do ze step again!” she ordered.

Raissa placed her hands on her hips, took a deep breath and shook her head. “Can’t we continue this tomorrow? It’s almost twelve o’clock and I’ve been practicing the same routine over and over again since seven thirty in the morning,” she objected, her own French accent almost invisible.

Her teacher narrowed her eyes and finally after a few moments she nodded her head. “Zat it probably a good idea, you need rest.”

The teacher shut down the stereo which was playing ‘Clair de Lune’ repeatedly, since it was the song Raissa had chosen for her audition. She was going to audition for a ballet play which was going to travel all around the world for about half a year, but she had not yet decided if she wanted to go or not. She would leave too many things behind that she wasn’t sure if she wanted to leave or not.

“Au revoir. I’ll be expecting you tomorrow at ze Academy,” Raissa’s teacher told her before turning off the lights of the room they were practicing in and exited through the door. Raissa’s mouth curled up into a slight smile as she sat down on the floor next to her duffle bag and took of her ballet shoes, then her black leotard, and finally her cream colored tights, leaving her only in her underwear. She grabbed her jeans from the duffle bag and a turquoise blue three-quarter sleeved shirt. She dressed up in her clothes and dug her feet into her comfortable golden flats. She pulled her hair down from her tight bun and ran a hand through it to get rid of the knots.

She grabbed her duffle bag from the floor and ran outside. Raissa’s footsteps echoed through the wide hallways of the academy as she made her way outside. She knew that just besides the big building she studied in was a small coffee shop which served the most delicious frappuccinos. Her mouth was already watering at the thought of tasting that magnificent drink.

Alyssandra reached her apartment room. She pulled out her keys, turned the knob and entered. Quickly grabbed her phone from the counter and slipped it in the pocket of her bag. Then she closed the door behind her and ran down the steps. Her blonde curls bounced as she took each step down the spiral staircase. Then she exited through the entrance where she stumbled across Nicholas.

"Good Morning, darlin'." she said playfully winking at him. Then smiling as she saw the cup of coffee he had for her.

"Why thank you, good sir." she added as she picked up the coffee he held in his hand. It smelled of pumpkin spice and this was her favorite during the fall season. A grin tugged on her lips, creating the faint dimples she had after taking her first sip. The warm coffee flushed down her throat, giving her a cozy sensation. It wasn't long till their class begun, so it was best to start moving. Alyssa pulled out her car keys as she pressed the button. The car beeped twice in sync with the headlights flickering. She got into the driver's seat, threw her bag in the back seats, pleaded her coffee on the cup holder, then started the engine. The motor rumbled as it began to warm up. Reaching for the radio, she tuned it to one of the radio stations that wasn't talking about commercials; this was one of the things that irritated her; Radio stations that played more commercials than songs. Felt like that defeated the purpose.

"Buckle up," she told Nicholas while reaching for her own seat belt and strapping it across her chest, then connecting it to the buckle as it made a click noise. The belt tightened to fit her body, then she placed her hands on the wheels, turned the shift stick from P to the D. Most people in Paris drove manual cars, but Alyssa was never accustomed to that type of driving which is why an Automatic is better suited for her.
Driving from her apartment to the Academy didn't really take much effort. The distance was barely anything and finding a parking space is never really an issue.

Nick grumbled as he got in the car. "You know how much I hate classes." He said buckling up his seat belt, as he looked at her. Though only Aly knew the real reason he attended the Academy was to be able to see Raissa. He lit up another cigarette his tongue rolling over his lip ring. "Think I should get another piercing." He said as he was in thought. He wondered how he would look with double. With a flirty grin he winked at her and added on, "You just might swoon over me." He took a drag off his cigarette and made a face, he preferred American Cigarettes...they tasted better. The french ones just tasted like weed. He kept staring out the window lost in thought, as he heard the radio. "My french is...amazing. Though I'm just some American Pig." He chuckled and took another hit. His eyes now trained for perfect photographs, he kept seeing them. He remembered a quote that helped him when he took dark photography, and just thought about taking a picture of the academy... it was dark enough for him. He hated schools...how could one girl make him go to one?

He was whipped... and she wasn't even dating him yet. He closed his eyes finishing his cigarette, flicked it out the window. "I'm a whipped man Aly..." He mumbled sadly.

Alyssa wasn't very comfortable with Nicholas smoking. This bothered her a little, but it was his business and not hers. Even though they are very close friends, she was still in no position to tell others what to do. It was their choice; not something she wants to take away from anyone. Then he mentioned more piercings, this made her cringe a little, but then gave a small laugh.

"Well I think you've got enough holes on your body, but if you want more, then go for it." she said as she turned on the green light. He mentioned being a whipped man. This was something that confused her.

"What do you mean, hun?" it was a bad habit of hers to call people with terms of endearment. The words just slip through her mouth and it would be too late to even realize what she had said. But of all people, Nicholas should be used to that by now.
His words still baffled her. She wasn't really sure to what he was referring to or if it was of any relevance to her. Another red light was standing before them. She sighed at it and picked up her coffee and took a sip. The taste of the cinnamon and pumpkin dance on her taste buds as they traveled down her throat. She stared out the window, gazing at the beautiful scenery with her green eyes. For a moment, she was caught in her little world. The thoughts flooded her mind. The feeling of emptiness embraced her. Not being able to remember her past makes her feel so empty. Almost like she never existed before the accident. The memory of anyone didn't fit in her memories. Not even the face of her mother. Yet a flickering glance of this boy constantly appears before her. Something that isn't clear. A blurry memory that seems to escape her grasp just as she's ab the peak of remembering. It was like reaching for the stars.

The light flicked from red to green and Alyssa was back to reality. She headed straight to the academy. Pulling through the parking lot as she changed the stick shift back into P.

"Ready?" she asked Nicholas as she grabbed over the back to reach her bag.

He lifted up his shirt while they were in the car showing off his abs. "I think not...maybe a nipple piercing." He played with his nipple, giving her a seductive look. After a moment he dropped his shirt , laughing got out of the car. "I'm never ready." He blew off her question about being whipped, it was just a personal thought. Running his fingers through his hair he stretched and yawned. "If it wasn't for her, I'd still be in bed." Grabbing his camera he looked at her still as she had her bag in her lap. "Speaking of beds... I'm moving in with you." A dangerous smirk, across his face as he watched her reactions. "Perfect photography view!" He kissed her cheek and stood back up, shutting her car door. He looked at the trees, and the sun, perfect photography was all he saw.

Nicholas leaned against the car and decided one more cigarette. Taking a hit off of his cigarette he pondered about Raissa, the way she looked and her overall personality. "Aly.. I'm going to marry you." He was joking of course, but he didn't want to think of anything. He just wanted to tease his best friend, and show her how much he cared about her.

Turning towards Nicholas, Alyssandra saw him with his shirt lifted and she quickly looked away blushing. It was embarrassing to see him like that and it was a little more than she wanted to see.

"Speaking of beds... I'm moving in with you." his voice echoed in her head. Then she flushed completely red with widened eyes. She knew it was just him teasing her and the kiss did not help at all.

"You tease me way too much, Nicholas." shaking her head as she picked up her bag and pulled t over her shoulder. Then she closed her car door, pressed the button to lock it and leaned against the car awaiting for him to finish his picture.

"Marry me? Well I'm quite flattered, sir." she said in a British accent. Then a laugh came to her as the serious topic wasn't something she intended forthe conversation to go with. Taking another sip of her coffee, it had gotten awfully cold. It wasn't as tasteful as it was before that. So she walked over to the trash can and threw it out.

"We best be heading to class, but if you don't like it that much, feel free to stay in the car," she said as she began to walk to the academy doors. There were a few other students walking the same way. It was an academy of arts after all. Almost everyone who wanted to major in a form of art was to be there. The academy was quite large. It even had dorms, but Alyssandra didn't like living in school grounds and the apartment she was a is more private, quiet and secure.

Matt's alarm went off as usual, and he had about an hour to be in class. Another day it was, and he stumbled out of bed, into the shower like he did every morning. There was nothing like a clean feeling to start the day, though he hated to wake up early. After his shower he got dressed, his wardrobe always looking somewhat preppy and casually-nice. Today he wore a navy blue sweater over an undershirt, and a light blue collared shirt. He also wore jeans, and his black vans. It came together looking something like this, minus the flip flops. He looked at him self in the mirror, running his hand through his hair a few times, trying to place it right. Smirking back at himself, he then walked out of his bedroom, grabbing his phone on the way.

As he walked through the living room area of his apartment, he texted his girlfriend, Raissa. "Goodmorning, beautiful. How was practice?(: " it read.
He entered the kitchen, grabbing an apple from a fruit bowl on the counter. The apartment itself got a bit lonely, mostly because he was used to a family of five, not including himself. Once he'd been accepted into this academy, his parents let him move out without them, wanting to stay where they were, and obviously giving him his freedom.. He was okay with this, knowing he wanted to go to Paris badly, and that's what happened when you graduated high school. Luckily he'd met a girl, who he began caring a lot for. Still, memories of his first love surfaced once and awhile, but the more time he spent with Raissa, the less he saw Aly's face. Which was one of the things he liked about the new girl, though she didn't purposefully take his mind off of things, she always made him more relaxed.

He finished his apple, and left his apartment, going to his car. Occasionally he drove Raissa to school, but he was running a bit late, and she usually asked him to drive her when she wanted him to. He arrived at the academy after parking his car, and headed towards the doors. He was already in a rush, realizing he was later than he thought. Quickening his normal pace by a second or two, he wasn't really paying attention when he bumped into a girl walking towards the doors as well.

He turned back a little, about to apologize, when he saw the girl. She was a pretty girl, petite looking with light brownish hair. A puzzled look crossed his face, but it soon left. "Sorry about that." he said, and gave her a small smile. He then continued to go to class. He didn't know why she reminded him so much of her. Aly. He was probably just going a bit crazy, he was a little tired anyway.

Alyssa wasn't really fond of being late to class. Not that she was going to miss anything, especially just how well she has mastered photography already. Her mind was off in a daze which was quickly broken by someone bumping her way. It was a guy. Someone she hasn't really seen around the academy. Which was quite surprising because she was the kind of girl who was very observant. His face seemed all so familiar, yet a stranger he was.
"Sorry about that." His voice was deep and soothing. No words escaped her lips as she watched him with curiosity. Finally being able to voice herself, "I-it's alright." she spoke hesitantly. Her warm green eyes focused on him, her head tilted a bit to the side, intrigued by this man before her. He seemed to be in a rush, which didn't surprise her, considering class was beginning soon.
Though the man was already a few feet away from her, she couldn't help but to continue to look. "Matt...." a soft whisper slipped through her pink, glossy lips. She blinked a few times with amazement. Who was Matt? Why did she just suddenly call that guy by a name? Shaking her head, she shrugged off the thoughts. But then the back of her head began to throb in pain. Cringing a littler Alyssa balled her hand into a fist, hoping to redirect the pain from her head to her hands. Taking a few deep breathes and closing her eyes, memories began to flood. Flickering moments in her mind flashed. It was an image of the same guy she sees but this time with a guitar, but still too blurry to remember.

Feeling a bit light-headed, Alyssa quickly entered the Academy and found a seat in the classroom. She slumped a bit on her seat as she tried to keep a hold of reality. Why was her memories acting up now? She tried to focus and hoped for the better.

The wind blew Raissa’s dirty blonde hair around her face as she descended the stairs that leaded to the streets outside the academy. Her feet pounded the pavement softly with grace and lightness as if she weighed nothing more than a feather. Her duffle bag was no longer pressing itself down her shoulder since she had gone to the female dancers’ locker room and set it inside her own locker. Her cell phone vibrated inside her right back pocket, and for a moment she wondered if she wanted to see who had messaged her or who was calling her. After a small debate with herself and a few more paces down the street, she stopped and took her cell phone out her pocket. She had an unread message from Matt.

Good morning, beautiful. How was practice? (:

Raissa’s cheeks started reddening and she tried to control her breathing as she flushed. She admitted it, she liked Matt; a lot. They had started as friends, but not long ago went into a small and noncommittal relationship. Now they were both getting very serious and she could feel herself falling for him and his charming smiles. She smiled at the text message and typed back a reply.

I went to hell and came back (alive). Where can I meet you later?

She turned off her phone and went inside the small and homey coffee shop. It smelled like coffee beans and sugar. She quickly ordered a caramel frappuccino since there was nobody ordering, and even though it was slightly cold outside she couldn’t help but feel slightly warm at the thought of seeing Matt today. Oh, the things he did to her.

After ordering her coffee, and walking back to the academy, she settled herself in an empty round table at the giant lunch room. It had tall ceilings, beige walls and old fashioned furniture. It was as if the building itself got stuck in the middle 20’s.

Nick sulked as he made his way to his photography class. He couldn't help but sulk. He was lonely. Aly didn't share this class with him, and he only did this for Raissa. Sitting down in the back he put his head on the desk and stared at the teacher, listening to the morning lecture. The things I do for love. He thought to himself while rolling his eyes. He got an idea, and with a small smile he pulled out his phone. He stared at it, and decided he was going to text today. He thought about it for a moment, and decided to make it a mass text to the two girls he knew.

Hey Beautiful... whatchya doing? (:

Making sure he sent the text to both Aly and Raissa he sent it. He remembered texting an ex of his something like that..what a day he had after that. He checked to make sure his phone was on silent in case one of the girls texted him back.

He was almost to his class when his phone buzzed, and he pulled it out to see Raissa had replied.
'I went to hell and came back (alive). Where can I meet you later?' It read. He smiled to himself, and laughed a little.
He entered the classroom, and took his seat towards the back. In this class he studied music, but more of history and less actual playing. He didn't mind it though, it all seemed to help. Sometimes they studied the structure of songs as well.

He then texted her back, since class hadn't started yet. "I can pick you up, then we can go anywhere.. Your choice." he replied.
The great thing about her was that they could really be anywhere and have a relaxing time. His favorite thing to do with her was just lay around in his apartment, preferably with her head on his chest. He'd usually just listen to her breathing, or they'd talk about their day. Though they weren't serious, like talking about futures, and whatnot, they were pretty close in a way. Comfortable around each other was easy, and she could always bring a smile to his face.

With that, he put his phone back in his pocket, and relaxed into his chair. He couldn't help but think of the girl he bumped into though. Her resemblance was so.. Shocking. Part of him wanted to ask her name, find out who she was.. But the other part wanted to forget about her. What he had with Raissa seemed good, though it wasn't love for him.. yet. Bringing up a deceased first love would only bring heartache. Chances are they just looked alike, and he'd be somewhat crushed. He didn't need that let down, and he doubted it was her.

Hearing a buzzing noise coming from her bag, Alyssa was about to reach in for it but insisted to wait till after the lechture was done. Her penmanship was flawless and neat. Almost as if it was a font from the computer; writing in cursive was something she mastered not too long ago. It was a habit of hers to write neatly, so when she looks back at it, she can properly study. A good habit for any student to have.

An hour of class has passed and their professor dismissed them. Gathering up all of her papers neatly and folding them between her folder, she then took her bag and reached for her phone. It was a message from Nicholas. Alyssa gave a sigh while smiling. He is such a handful. She thought to herself, then replied:
"Trying to learn, unlike someone. ;)" Then hit send.
Alyssandra shoved her phone in her pocket, then slung the bag over her shoulder and headed out into the hallways. There, she stumbled upon one of the 'jocks'. Surprisingly, college still had it's social status, but she didn't really care much for it. He approached her with his glistening smirk and charming good looks.

"Hey Alyssa. So I'm throwing a little party tonight at my beach house and I would be more than happy for you to come." he had a very deep yet seductive voice.

"Straight to the point I see. Won't it be too cold to be at the beach?" she added to his seemingly flawed plan.

"Well, swimming isn't suggested but what's so bad about a little bonfire and some drinks?" he winked at her and reached over to brush her hair away from her cheek.

Alyssa dared not to flinch and kept her gaze dead on his. "I'll think about it, Frank." she replied, quickly backing off and walking pass him. Drinking wasn't in her best interest, but a little fun here and there wasn't going to hurt. Especially since they had a long weekend after today. 'Everyone will be there...' His words echoed through her ears and the guy she bumped into crossed her mind. Would he be there? Will they be able to meet again if she attended the party? After all, everyone IS invited. Questions filled her mind as the thought of the guy lingered on. There's a possibility she would get the chance to speak with him.

Shrugging the topic off, Alyssa kept on with her business. Though she tries to think of some other things, the thought of the guy was running at the back of her head. She then went onto the cafeteria, grabbed a bottle of water and a fruit cup. This was a typical meal with Alyssa. With the busy schedule she keeps herself on, it's rarely anytime to actually each food. Other than the occasional moments when her and Nicholas would go out to eat. But other thanthat, she rarely eats much. Sitting alone on the rounded table of the cafeteria, she awaited for Nicholas so she could go and visit her aunt. It's been a while and maybe she could answer the questions she had.

After losing her mother, Alyssa was taken by her aunt. She was treated just like a daughter and Alyssa could trust and freely talk to her about anything. It wasn't possible for her to compare to what her mother was like, for the past was still a blur to her.

Nicholas awoke to the sound of his phone vibrating. He didn't even realize he had fallen asleep. Luckily it was at the very end of class. He blinked and grabbed his books and quickly left the room before his teacher could say anything to him. He pulled out his phone and saw Aly's text. He laughed and shook his head. He did try to learn...it was he just had a short attention span. Bumping into one of the jocks he frowned. "You the new guy?" He asked his meaty fingers on Nicholas's upper arm. Nick grimaced and nodded. " I'm as new as those 10 pounds you just gained on steroids." The jock's eyes widened, "Why I outta!" He started when Nick held up a hand. "Please.. don't... I'd hate to engage in a battle of wits with you....clearly your unarmed." Laughing he shrugged himself away from the guy and started walking to the cafeteria. He had that bad boy persona, and he liked it. "Party.. tonight... my beach house... better be there kid." Hearing the jock he gave a wave. Pulling out his phone he texted Aly back
How is it I manage to not get pummled by Jocks when I insult them? Must be my charming good looks. lol ;) One day... you'll fall for em...
He loved flirting with Aly... and there were no real emotions behind it. Making his way to the cafeteria, he thought about photographs again. "Mr. Sulverwulf." He heard a heavy french accent. Stopping in his tracks he turned around, his photography teacher was catching up to him. "Yes Mr. Peiere?" He said in a calm voice. "Photography Assignment you missed....since you were... sleeping." He made a face of dissapointment and Nick shrugged. "Only thing left was ballet photography... so tomorrow in the morning you will go to the Ballet Studio and you will take photographs." He gave a smile and a packet before shuffling off. Nick grummbled and glared at the ground as he continued walking, suddenly loosing his appetite.

Matt was relieved when class was finished, today they'd spent an extra long amount of time on country music when all he really wanted to do was leave and find Raissa. She hadn't responded to his message yet, which left him with nothing really to do. He found himself glad to be leaving the classroom, but not really knowing where to go. Walking through the academy was nice, he was well known in a way that most people knew of him at least. He was pretty friendly to everyone he met, and wasn't surprised when someone came up to him to invite him to a beach party.

"Hey Matt!" A blonde girl named Brittany said with a smile. She stood with her friend Cassie, who had dark brown hair. Both of the girls were his age, and both were very nice, as well as pretty. They were well known, and tended to date the other 'jocks' though.
"Hey Britt, Cassie." He greeted both of them, smiling.
"We were wondering if you wanted to come to this beach party some friends and us are having tonight." They asked excitedly.
"Sure, I'd love to," he answered, "is it alright if I bring Raissa?" he asked.
"Of course!" they giggled. "See you there then!"

He waved as they walked away, and he laughed to himself. Pulling out his phone, he texted Raissa again, letting her know the plans if she was interested.
'If you can make some time tonight in your busy schedule.. I'd love for you to join me in going to a beach party.(: ' he sent it, and slipping his phone back into his pocket. He decided he'd head to his car, and if she responded before he left he'd go pick her up, or just head home.

Raissa had been sitting on the same chair in the cafeteria at the Academy for about two hours. Her butt was getting numb and her legs anxious to move. She had spent so much time dancing throughout her life that now she could hardly stand still for a couple of minutes. She had finished her coffee long ago and the anxious feeling of reaching into her duffle bag, which she had grabbed from the girl’s locker room in the dance wing, and taking out a cigarette to smoke. Finally, her desire to light up a cigarette won and she was forced to stand up, and carry her duffle bag outside. On her way there, her cell phone vibrated a couple of times, signaling the arrival of several new text messages. She stopped on her way outside and took her phone out. One of the messages was from Nick Silverwulf, a student at the same academy Raissa had become an acquaintance with. He was fun to be around and she had known him from before he entered the academy.

Hey Beautiful, whatchya doing? (:

Raissa smiled and shook her head. He was way too flirty for his own good. She clicked on the ‘reply’ button and sent a text back to him.

Shouldn’t you be paying attention to class? Bad boy…

The next messages where from Matt replying to her past message.

I can pick you up, and then we can go anywhere… Your choice.

If you can make some time tonight in your busy schedule… I’d love for you to join me in going to a beach party (:

Raissa smiled again, and resumed her walking. A couple of seconds later, she found herself outside, and after lighting up a cigarette and sitting on a bench, she replied to Matt’s text messages.

Please do pick me up; we could go to your place for a while. And I’d love to go to the party!

Nicholas, decided that he wasn't going to each lunch today. He had his camera in one hand, and walked outside to Aly's car. Pulling out a smoke, he sighed and lit it, looking for the perfect photograph. His cell vibrated and he let his camera hang for a bit, as he pulled out his phone and saw that Raissa had texted him back. Laughing at her response he quickly typed another text.

I'll show you a bad boy ;) lol. JK! Hey... are you going to the beach party tonight? :3 I am!

He sent the text and put the cell back in his pocket, finally he found the perfect picture of the academy, he casually strolled to where he was going to take it. The shot was going to be of the sphinx in front of the academy. After zooming in, and angling right, he finally snapped the picture.

He looked at it on his camera and smiled. Noticing a fellow smoker on the bench he walked over to her, and was getting ready to say something really charming and witty... until he realized it was Raissa. "Er..uh...hey there!" He said with a smile, his carribean blue eyes on hers.

Matt was at his car when Raissa texted back.
'Please do pick me up; we could go to your place for a while. And I’d love to go to the party!' she wrote.
He smiled, and hopped in the car. He usually picked her up on a bench on the other side of the academy, and today was no different probably. He drove over there, and parked, getting out to get her.

As he approached, he saw that she was smoking, and talking to a dark haired boy. He wasn't exactly the jealous type, but he liked to show other people that his girlfriend was in fact his girlfriend. He sauntered over, coming from behind her. He didn't bother to see if the boy saw him her not, but when he approached he put his hands over Raissa's eyes. "Guess who," he said, his voice was deep but kind, and a bit flirty.

After she'd guessed it was him, walked around the bench, and playfully took the cigarette from her fingers. He smiled charmingly, and extended his free hand, to help her up. He took a drag from the cigarette, and placed his other arm around her shoulders. He blew the smoke from his mouth in the other direction, and threw the dead butt on the ground. He stepped on it, putting it out, and kissed Raissa's cheek flirtatiously.
He then made an effort to be polite, "Who's your friend?" he asked with a smile.

Alyssandra picked up her bag and headed out of the cafeteria. She wasn't sure to where Nicholas has gone off to, but knowing him, it's probably not too far from where her car is. Most likely he'll be smoking in some corner of the school. Heading out of the Academy building, she squinted her green eyes to get a better view of her car. Nicholas wasn't standing there, which surprised her. As she reached the top steps of the academy, her gaze scanned the room as she searched for a trace of Nicholas.

"Ah...there he is," she said then a smirk came to her as she noticed his flustered look as he approached Raissa. She shook her head a bit as a quiet laugh escaped her lips. It was a bit pathetic how he acts all tough around other girls, but whenever it came to Raissa, he would turn into a vegetable. Making her way down the steps, she looked down making sure that each step wasn't going to be her last. After reaching the bottom, her eyes traveled up to where Nicholas and Raissa was standing. Then another figure appears to join them. He was too far away to clearly see, but his relationship with Raissa stood clearly. This whole situation was all too interesting to Alyssa and it seems like a situation that Nicholas didn't wished to be in.
He was madly in love with Raissa and the chance he does get to talk with her, her boyfriend comes and plants kisses all over her, making sure that Nicholas was well aware that she was his.
Shaking her head as she felt empathy over Nicholas, she walks over to save him from the situation. He suffered enough as it is, and this would be the last thing he would need.

Walking over to all three of them, she had a friendly, gentle smile that revealed her faint dimples just underneath her prominent cheek bones and then waved her hand as a sign of hello.

"Hi everyone," her greeting was warm and her green eyes looked theirs with a gentle calmness. "Sorry for interrupting, but I would have to steal Nicholas," her gaze turned to Nicholas as she took her arm and wrapped it around his, giving a light tug, indicating she want to take him. Then her eyes locked at the same guy she bumped into earlier, Matt. Her smile went away as her eyes traced every feature of his face. As if all of it was all too familiar to her. Getting a much better and closer look, he felt like someone she had known her whole life. This was the most complex feeling. A stranger being someone you've known for your whole life, impossible. After a moment, she broke her gaze. Batting her eyes as she quickly looked down to the ground. What was going on? So many questions, but no one can answer. A battle she fought that cannot be won.

Raissa’s phone vibrated again, signaling a new text message. This time, it was from Nick, which replied to her previous text message.

I’ll show you a bad boy ;) lol. JK! Hey… are you going to the beach party tonight? :3 I am!

Raissa smiled and stifled a girly giggle. Nick sure knew how to make someone laugh. She then inhaled some smoke again and texted a reply while exhaling it.

I am too. I’ll guess I’ll see you there?

She turned off her phone and placed it inside her back pocket. The wind blew softly, slightly messing Raissa’s dirty blonde hair. She ran a hand through it so it wouldn’t get knotted up.

“Er… uh… hey there!”
Somebody said from behind her.

Raissa turned around, coming face-to-face with a pair of piercing blue eyes. She smiled and scooted over in her bench, patting the empty space softly.

“Hi! How are you?”
she said politely to Nick, who stood behind her.

Suddenly, Raissa’s vision turned black as a pair of hands pressed themselves to her eyes. She smiled as she felt the soft but hard skin of her boyfriend’s hands as he covered her eyes.

“Guess who?”
a husky voice said next to her ear.

“Harry Potter?”
she joked, taking his hands into hers, and lowering them so she could see. Matt walked around the bench, and after snatching her cigarette out of her hand, he took her hands in his and pulled her up, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and giving her a small peck on the cheek.

“Who’s your friend?”
he asked.

“Oh, this is Nick Silverwulf. Nick, this is Matt Michaels, my boyfriend,”
she replied. Her French accent was slightly more noticeable when she said Nick’s name.

Nick took note of the guy and smiled, though the message was loud and clear. "Hi Matt." He said offering a friendly smile. Suddenly feeling Aly next to him he smiled, untangling his arm from around hers, he wrapped his arm around her waist, of course playing. "This is my best friend Aly... and we were just going." He sighed and walked away flicking his cigarette, continuing to walk away. "I can't believe I'm such an idiot." He said once they were out of earshot. Noticing his phone vibrating he pulled it out seeing Raissa had texted him.
Yeah... :3 Maybe I'll steal a dance. ^_^ He responded pulling his arm from around Aly's waist.

"Hey you ok?" He asked noticing her puzzled face. "How about I take you shopping?" His face was genuine and friendly, knowing she loved a good shopping spree.
