Eighteen

She has subtle curves and a small but well sized bust for a girl of her size. Her hair is light brown and wavy stopping at small of her back. Kenna's eyes are deep set and a warm shade of brown.

In spite of her fierce personality when it comes to her clothing Kenna style is very bohemian girl, flower child, and has kind of relaxed hippie vibe. She likes to wear a lot of a l earthy tones and creams. Kenna likes to adorn her hair with unique head pieces and she likes to collect one of a kind jewelry. Necklaces are her favorite piece of jewelry to wear.

What/ Who they are?

Where they live
Kenna lives in the capital city of the Velilia Kingdom.

Alliances & Enemies
Since taking the reigns of the kingdom over from her father Kenna has made many alliances with different kingdoms. The Kingdom of Tripartite and the Kingdom of Valyrian are the kingdoms two greatest and strongest allies. She is also an alliance with her mother native lands of Galapagos City. She was once in an alliance with the North back the city's recent sacking has cancelled that out. While she has gained new allies as usual the kingdom has no shortage of enemies. Drake City is still a sworn enemy of the kingdom in spite of the treaty between the two. The coming war has also branded The Khalidorian Empire, the Empire of Altantia and the Arctic Land as enemies of the kingdom.

Image
Kenna is already a headstrong monarch; passionate, and poised as a future Queen should be. Sugar, spice, and just a dash of recklessness; are all things that describe this striking brunette. Vibrant and free spirited. She is incredibly impulsive and stubborn; she’s been unruly since birth. Her unpredictability is just part of her fiery spirit and it just adds to her spontaneous nature.

A melody of paradoxes, Kenna is caring and opinionated, fragile yet passionate. Her instincts aren’t always on par, but she is young and is learning as she goes along. Being the epitome of stubborn, she will not let her mind be swayed once she has made up her mind about something. This causes her to bump heads a lot with others especially with her advisers. Kenna can be very stuck in her own way, and she’ll stick with her decisions to the very end – no if ands or buts about it.

She’s bold and talkative, always willing to have a conversation with most that happen to cross her path. Kenna is the girl who is always surrounded by others, and the only option most have is to either love or hate her. She’s got plenty of people on both ends of the spectrum, and very few who lay in the middle of it.

Not lacking in self-confidence Kenna doesn’t concern herself with the gossip or opinions of others. She knows that because she is young people assume that she is naive and reckless. Even if what people say is true about her that doesn’t matter to her. The only people whose opinions she cares for are those of her People. No matter what only thinks of her, her family or her kingdom at the end of the day she knows without a doubt and full-heartedly that her People believe in her and love her. Her People provide her with the willpower and strength she needs to do all that she has to to ensure her kingdom is the best it can be.

Kenna is said to be as intelligent as his father if not more so. She has a mind for strategy and isn’t afraid of a little mental stimulation. Kenna can read people as easily as she does books. Not easily intimidated she doesn’t back down without putting up one hell of a fight first. When she takes her seat on the throne she'll prove to be a formidable foe for anyone that stands against her or in her way.

Image
Before Kenna was even born things between the ruling King and Queen of the South Atlantic were far from perfect. Her father had had a string of affairs and in one of his romantic dealing he had found love with a woman who was not the Queen. The King fell in love with this woman and against the wishes of the Queen he made her his official mistress and moved her into the castle. The Queen reasonably has a severe disregard for her husband’s mistress, whose very presence drives her to anger.

Somehow in spite of it all Kenna was still born. While her father had had a son with his mistress before her birth this child was a bastard and therefore illegitimate and could never take the throne. Despite being the second born child of the King Kenna was the first-born child of the reigning King and Queen of the South Atlantic. This made her the successor to her father’s throne and placed high expectations upon Kenna from birth. From the time she could walk and talk her parents conditioned her to be the next Queen of the South Atlantic.

She was put in beautiful and extravagant gowns and was taught to stay well groomed and be poised. The best educators were brought in to teach her in the matters of etiquette and history and princess matters. Kenna was taught proper grammar, social conduct, and how see what expected to behave when in the company of noblemen. She learnt how to read and write, to sing and dance, to sew and embroider, to play chess and backgammon, and how to ride, paint and play musical instruments. She was also taught about food and plants. Kenna was well educated in all respects with impeccable manners.
Image
When she wasn’t being taught she spent much of her time by the sides of her parents. Her father educated her in the ways of government and war. This knowledge was important so when she did rule over the kingdom she wouldn’t be ignorant to the world of politics. One of the most important lessons her father taught her was what it meant to rule. It didn't mean having absolute power.

To rule meant that she had a responsibility to not only herself but also to her People. At the end of the day ever decision she made would have a consequence and when all was said and done she had to make sure that she had the best interest of the kingdom at heart.

Her mother also did her fair share of teaching Kenna invaluable lessons that would help her when she ruled. The importance of her People is the thing her mother stressed the most. The People relied on their monarchy for more than just protection. The Queen taught her daughter charitable concern for the poor, to give alms and be kind to the less fortunate. She schooled Kenna in the responsibilities of a Queen, and taught her to take those responsibilities seriously.

Kenna and her mother knew nothing of her father’s plans of expansion. After months of scheming and planning her father devised a way to take Drake City with ease. He sent noblemen and personal agents of his to the city under false pretenses. Sending his agents with Essence of Nightshade he had planned to have the entire royal family poisoned to death. In the wake of the royal family the kingdom itself would be so consumed with grief and mayhem that it would be easy pickings.

In his mind the plan had been perfect because even if the poison had been found on his men no one would think anything of it, as it was well known as a medical substance. At least it was when used in small doses. However in large doses it was proven to be deadly. A single drop added to a cup of wine would calm frayed nerves, and three drops will put a person into a deep, dreamless sleep. Ten drops, even diluted into a cup of wine, was fatal.

What had gone wrong in this plan the King did not know for sure because he hadn’t been there. All he knew was that while the King and Queen of Drake City had fallen their offspring had survived. Before he knew it days later had reached him that his men who were still inside the city had been killed and just like that the kingdom was at war.

Fearing for Kenna’s safety her mother sent her away to live with the nuns at a convent to keep her far away from the affairs of war. Kenna spent months away from home as war waged on between the kingdom and city. What was supposed to be an easy defeat became anything but when the South Pacific Kingdom allied themselves with the South Atlantic’s enemy. In the end the combined forces were too much for the South Atlantic's’ army and the war was lost. Signing a peace treaty with the newly crowned King of the city in return for seized fire Kenna’s father had to part with some of the kingdom’s land.

This enraged her father but he had no other options. Either he comprised for peace or he risked losing his kingdom entirely. Once papers had been signed Kenna was allowed to return home. In the year passed it has been decided that it is time for Kenna to take the throne. However, her father will not allowed her to be official crowned Queen until she marries. In the meantime until she is wed Kenna acts as Queen of the South Atlantic. Taking the reins from her father she has spent the pass year rebuilding and restrengthing her kingdom.

They had been at sea for days and Davina was slowly but surely becoming restless and weary of the sea. There was nothing to do and even less to sea. Blue. All there was all she could see was blue. From the clear skies to the seemingly endless water all there was to see was blue. She was sick of the color blue. With a sigh of annoyance Davina left the busy crewmen on top of the ship to there work as she went below seeking out the princess for some needed companionship. She found Kenna below deck in her sleeping quarters, "Are you as tired as I of being out amongst the water?", she spoke as she entered the princess's quarters.

Kenna looked up from where she sat smiling as she fought to hold back her laughter. Davina might of had her sealegs firmly in place but she did not have the required patience to handing being at sea for long periods of time. While things always started out well after the first couple of days passed the young girl would become antsy and irritable with anyone who wants Kenna. Kenna found it to be somewhat humorous but she would never be foolish enough to laugh in the face of tribrid. Even if that tribrid was her trusted friend and lady-in-waiting Davina. "We shall be docking soon enough Davina." Kenna's voice was one of reassurance as her eyes followed her lady as she went over to the table were the pitcher of honeywine sat upon a wooden table. "Why don't go find Mira or Jasunr? I am sure one if not both of the twins could come up with something to keep you occupied until we dock. I mean aside from drowning yourself in wine."

Two days ago their ship had docked in the Kingdom of Tripartite. There they had restocked the ship and collected the half-blooded royal twins to company them on the rest of their journey to the Valyrian Kingdom. It had been a little over a month since the tourney in the South Pacific Kingdom and weeks since alliance had been finalized in her home of the South Atlantic Kingdom. Since then everyone had returned to their residing kingdoms and all had been peaceful in the world. The ruling royals of the three kingdoms had decided to meet up at least once every month to discuss things and more importantly see each other. In the week ruling the tourney the stay in her kingdom had brought them all closer and friendships had formed. In some cases more than just friendship had blossomed.

I rather be drowned in the sweetness of honey then the salt of the sea." Davina spoke matter-of-factly as she chugged her third glass of wine. Davina could drink any man under the table. Due to the supernatural side of her she had an extremely high tolerance for alcohol of all sorts. Plus the alcohol curved her craves of blood which when stuck in the middle of the ocean with hundreds of annoying seamen proved beneficial. "But now that you have mentioned it I suppose I will go tracked down Queen Mira. I always seem to find her in the midst of something or another." A muffled laughter escaped Kenna as Davina downed one last glass of wine before leaving her alone again. What am I going to do with that one? She thought to herself as she got up to pour herself a glass of what little of the wine remained.

The ruling monarchy of the Kingdom of Tripartite along with Princess Kenna and her lady Davina from the South Atlantic Kingdom were set to arrive in the capital city of Valyria in a mere few hours. She had gotten word of the ship's nearing arrival and the news delighted her as she had been looking forward to the long overdue reunion. While thoughts of the grand feast, sweet wines and stories to come flooded her brain the one thing that was eating at her involved Princess Kenna. The princess had never once mentioned Drake City or the vengeance she wished to have on it and it's king but Amelia knew that she wanted it. For it had been what drove the young future kingdom to seek new alliances to begin with. Now that she had them it would only be a matter of time before the Drake King would fall and join his parents in death.

Soaring through the clear blue sky above the green winged beast flew over his mother and brothers resting below. Amelia always made time for her children and today was no different. With her largest Drogon by her side she watched her Rhaegal as he happily flew about knowing that his mother's eyes were on him. The meeker of the three Viserion was in his own world as he whipped his meaty carcass about like a simple rag doll. These were the times Amelia enjoyed the most. She could spend hours doing nothing at all but watching her three dragons just be. As Rhaegal landed Drogon let out a scream as his spread his wings of black and red and they stirred the air. Drogon took off into the air and Rhaegal followed his brother's lead as they began chasing each other through the sky.

She couldn't help but smile at the sight as her gaze fell to Viserion. Sliding down off the large boulder that she had been sitting on she walked over to the white dragon. He had devoured the carcass he had been playing with moments before and he now resting with his head laying on his tail. She could tell he was readying himself for a nap as he's eyes would close for longer and longer periods of time. When Amelia knelt down in front of him his eyes came open, "You’re lazy," she told him, scratching under his jaw. "You should be playing with your brothers." Viserion was delighted by the gently touch as he began to make a sound that made Amelia think of a purring cat.

"Khaleesi!" Ser Jorah Mormont her protector and faithful advisor called out to her. Running her hand along top of Viserion's scaly head the fire that swelled within his body could be felt by a simple touch. "You behave yourself," she told him lightly kissing the top of his head as she rose back to her feet. "What is it?," she asked as she came to side in front of her knight. "Your guest will be here shortly. Come you maidens are ready to have you bathed and dressed for the arrival." Nodding Amelia followed Ser Jorah back into the house she could ready herself for the arrival of her guests.

Jasunr & Mira

Dropping to his knees his hands gripped at his skull as the pain got worst and the images kept coming. One of the many things passed on to him through his father's DNA was the power of premonition. He couldn't control when the visions came or bring them forth at will. The worst part about getting the visions was the strain it put on his mind. The images were cloudy and the voices hard to make. Unaware of what was going on around him he suddenly felt hands on top of his own and the vision and voices became crystal clear. Moments passed and the vision ended. His pain he felt subsided and when he opened his eyes his sister was knelt down in front of him. "Well that didn't look good." He sighed as she helped pull him up off the ground. When they touched each other during times of foresight their minds would be in-sync and they would see what each other saw. It not only helped to clarify what they was seeing but it always made the pain more bearable.

"I just returned from being with Davina when I saw you on the floor. Should we tell Kenna what we just saw?" Jasunr thought about for a moment before shaking his head. "If we tell her now she'll probably turned this ship around and head back home. We wait until we reunite with the others at Amelia's home. We will tell them what we saw and together we can come up with a plan of action." Mira nodded in agreement as she figured Jasunr was probably right. Both Ajax and Dalila had probably already arrived in the kingdom and it would take no longer than a hour or so to reach the castle after they docked and got moving.

Trouble always seemed to be brewing for the South Atlantic Kingdom. This time it looked like the City of Drake wasn't the kingdom's only problem. The first half of the vision had been clear but Jasunr had seen ships with the banners of the South Atlantic crested upon them. Loud cries and screams could be heard but no real words. Followed by the ocean tainted red with blood and sinking ships. The second half of the reason had been clear to both him and Mira. The Drake King was preparing for a war. They had seen his men traveling across the lands seeking alliance from anyone who would join their cause. Whatever was coming for the South Atlantic Kingdom both Jasunur, his sister and their cousins along with the dragon queen would be there to strike down any enemies that came along.

Ajax and Dalila

The black winged stallion came in for a smooth landing as it's hooves met with the dirt of land. The landing did not stop the stallion's gait as it galloped across the lands heading for the city of Valyria. Bringing the horse to trot as they approached the city both Ajax and Dalila marveled in the extravagant sights that the city beheld. They could see why Amelia had fought so hard to reclaim her kingdom."Do you think the twins have arrived yet?" Dalila asked as she waved to the kind citizens of the city as they waved and smiled at her and Ajax. A lot of people had came to a halt in awe of the majestic black Pegasus that walked the city streets. "I doubt it. With the way Pegasus flies and the speeds you swim there's no way we couldn't have beat them."

They could wandered around the entire city and never have any idea where they were heading. Through the persuading of his backseat driver Ajax was coerced into asking a guard for directions to the castle. "Hello my good sir! I am Ajax Alexander King of Salamis and this is my cousin Dalila Malyns Queen of Megara. We have come to see your queen Amelia Targaryen but I am afraid we are a little ... lost as my cousin would put it. Could you point us in the direction of the castle?" The guard smile, "I'll do you one better than that.", turning he whistled drawing the attention of two guards on horseback. Motioning them forward he order them, "Escort our royal guest to the queen." The men did not question the other man's authority as the obliged. One rode in front of Ajax and the other behind as they lead the way to the dragon queen.

The water was scalding hot, but Amelia did not flinch or cry out. She liked the heat. It made her feel clean. As Missandei bathed her for a split second she allowed herself to remember her brother. Her mad brother who had died on the Dothraki Sea after her husband had gifted him the gold crown that he had begged for. Her brother had often told her that it was never too hot for a Targaryen. “Ours is the house of the dragon,” he would say. “The fire is in our blood." While there was no doubt that she truly did have the blood of the coursing through her veins the same could not be said for Viserys. As everyone knew fire could not kill a dragon.

When her bath had been over she walked through the conjoined door and found her other three handmaidens arguing over which dress the Dragon Queen should wear for the arrival of her guest. The bickering immediately seized when they saw her as faces become flushed and the room quiet. "Which one do you favor, Khaleesi?" Irri asked her as she laid the dress she was holding on the bed in between to others. Walking around the bed over to where the girls where she looked at all three dresses deciphering each. When she picked the one she wished to wear she saw Doreah face light up which meant she had picked the dressed the Lysene woman had favored.

With her gown chosen her handmaidens began dressing her. Instead of wearing her hair in one of her signature braided styles she has her maidens keep it out letting the loose curls fall. The blue dress has a dark turquoise leather strap that forms a cross in front and is shoulder padded. The material covering her breasts is a lighter blue and has been designed to look like dragon scales and her navel is exposed. The bottom half of the dress white with ripples. Just as she had finished getting ready a knock sounded on her door "Your Grace." Motioning for Jhiqui to get the door the copper skinned girl left her side to answer the door. Turning around on the opposite side of the now opened door stood one of the castle guards, "Your Grace, King Ajax Alexander of Salamis and Queen Dalila Malyns of Megara have arrived." Amelia couldn't help but smile. "Welcome them in. I shall be down in moment."

"Yes, Your Grace." The guard bowed in respect before taking his leave. "I will go greet the guest you four are to clean this room than go and make sure all things are prepared and ready for tonight." Each girl nodded, "Yes, Khaleesi.", came their response in unison. With that Amelia left her chambers and went to the throne room where Ajax and Dalila awaited her. "I am so glad you both made it. I hope the journey wasn't to long." Setting aside the formalities she hugged them both. With Ajax and Dalila here she knew it wouldn't be long before the others arrived. She had had Ser Jorah send a welcome party down to the docks that greet the others when their ship arrived and escort them to the castle.

The docking of the ship came as a sigh of relief to Davina as she was thankful to finally be on dry land again. While she didn't have any negative feels towards the ocean itself she couldn't stand being stuck on one vessel for long periods of time. She blamed it on her inner wolf and it's want and need to not be caged. Kenna just believed Davina had too much evil to stay an any one place for to long.

Amelia had sent a party to welcome and escort them to the castle which was much appreciated by the first time guest. Mounting their horses once everyone was prepared and ready to go the group got moving. Both Kenna and Davina hand noticed that the twins had been quiet since docking but that didn't address it. They figured it was just some twin thing they going on and all would be fine when they rejoined their cousins at the castle.

The capital city of Valyria was a magnificent beauty. The warmth and light of the sun fell over the city giving it a natural glow and making it feel as warm as a summer's day in the South Atlantic Kingdom. There was a cooling yet gently breeze that blew that made the day's climate just perfect. The ride through the city was a peaceful and enjoyable one. As they dismounted their horses servants lead the horses away to the stables and the head of the guard lead the royal guests into the castle and to the throne room where Amelia, Ajax and Dalila had been awaiting them.

Amelia along with Ajax and Dalila had sat in the royal throne room as the awaited the others arrival. They had spent their time making small talk and catching up on what things had being going on since the last time they had all been together. She had been in the midst of telling them about her much the dragons had grown since the last time the two had bared witness to them when the large grand double doors to the room were opened. "I present to you the King Jasunr and Queen Mira of Beotia and Princess Kenna of the South Atlantic along with her Lady Davina." The guard spoke as her final guests entered the room. The seven were all back together again.

Just as she was getting up out of her chair the knights of her Queensguard entered the throne room dragging a prisoner along with them. Who is he and why has he been brought here?", she asked speaking to Ser Jorah who was the head of the Queensguard. "This man was found in chambers. He claims to be the king of ... well the former king of Labrador City. Says he was sent here by the usurper who took his city." Amelia looked at the man before her and couldn't help but pity the old man. He sat on his knees his eyes staring into the marble flooring as the knights stood on either side of the chained king. "Release him!" Amelia ordered as she got off of her throne and walked the old man's side. As she stood over him the man did not more nor spoke, he just stared at the floor. Kneeling down she placed her soft dainty hand on the man's face and he began to weeping at the touch. He was so broken.

The feast had been cancelled. The old king had weeped in her arms for what seemed like hours until he spoke of all the horrors he had bared witness to on this day. A self-proclaimed "GodKing" had sacked the man's city and gotten the king to surrender. In return to his surrender the king, his family and their royal ambassador were suppose to be allowed to safely leave the lost city being given a hundred pounds of gold and a small galley for transport that would lead them to King's Landing. This is what had been promised but not what had happened. Instead this "god king" had had this the ambassador hung by his feet before being set on fire. The usurper had taken the old king's entire family. The former king had been forced to watch his wife be raped by over twenty different men with she screamed and cried and he could do nothing.

The old man had been through much of his horrific tale when he suddenly through up a pool of blood on the floor. After that she had had him taken away and sent her maidens to care for the weakened and disheveled man. Now she sat with both the members of her small council and her royal guest. Something had to be done. Whoever this so called "god king" was he had to be stopped and preferably killed. One thing that the the old king had mentioned before vomiting his bodily fluid was that the usurper had not been alone. There had been a woman with him who looked like a pirate and had taken his youngest daughter for herself. This meant that this king had more forces working for him than just his own. She dismissed her council after a while until she was alone with just the half-gods, princess and lady tribrid. "What are we going to do?"

Just as they'd arrived chaos had sprung. The knights came storming in with an old man in chains. The man didn't look like much of threat but you could never blame those who protected for being overprotective. Amelia must have seen what he saw however because she had the man released from his chains as she than comforted the man who had been found in her chambers. The old man was holding in a great deal of pain and the second the Silver Queen's hand touched his wrinkled face and erupted in sobs. Jasunr heart felt for the man as did his cousins who like him looked on in silence as Amelia held the man like a mother does her child when it has had a bad dream. At that exact moment one of the moon-haired woman's titles went off in his head. Mysha. He wasn't fluent in the language which it came from but he knew it's meaning and knew that the word meant mother. The Mother of Dragons. The Mysha of her People.

As they all stood around listening to the fallen king's tale of the horrific things he had been through Dalila felt the water in her eyes began to build. She suppressed her tears fighting them back as she couldn't blame anyone could be capable of such cruelty. The man had surrender. He gave up his city and his crown and all he wanted was to get his family to safety. She had never seen nor heard of this so called "GodKing" but whoever this man was he deserved to burn in the deepest depths of the underworld for all eternity. Dalila was no stranger to war and she knew that in it there was blood, gore and causalities. However, this was not something done in the name of battle. The battle had been over. The war won. What the "GodKing" did was unjust and uncalled for and the acts of mad tyrant who's reign should have ended before it ever started.

As if the story had been a tragedy within itself the man than began vomiting up blood. He apologized to Amelia asking her not to be angry with him as the man who had sent him side it was a side-effect of the magic he had performed on him. Of course Amelia being who she was did not become angry when her marble floor had been stained with blood. She had quieted the man and told him that it was okay. Than she called forth her four handmaidens and had them take the old man away to be cared for and get a much needed rest. It was no surprise that after that Amelia had cancelled the feast she had spent who knows how much time preparing for them. Rightfully so though as after the story and scene they had just witnessed no one was much in the mood for a grand feast. Calling an emergency meeting to order with both her cousin as well as her royal guest in attendance they discussed what it was they should do. No one had any clear answers to the question and before long the meeting had been adjourned.

As the room cleared out the Silver Queen and her guest just sat in silence for a long moment as they recollected their thoughts. "What are we going to do?" Amelia spoke breaking the silence. They all glanced at each other as no one knew exactly what to say. As Mira and Jasunr caught each other eye they both knew that this was as good as time as any to bring up the premonition they had shared while still at sea. "I don't know what we should do but I know something is coming -" Jasunr started drawing all of the attention in the room to him. "Today while abroad the ship I had a vision. Some parts were clearly than others but after hearing what the old king had to say I think I understand what I saw now. The first part of the vision was blurry but I saw South Atlantic ships being attacked. I'd been trying to figure out what lands' sigil I saw on the sail only now I don't think it was the sigil of some empire, kingdom or city. I believe pirates .. or better yet a pirate is going to start attacking South Atlantic ships."

He looked at Kenna and couldn't help but feel sorry for the young princess as he continued on. "The second part of the vision thanks to Mira was clear to the both of us." Mira nodded taking over for Jasunr as the bad news kept coming. "The Drake King is drawing up alliances. We saw men dressed in Drake clothing going to lands around world seeking allegiances. I figure he saw you gathering your allies and he decided unmatched it was time that he start collecting some of his own." What it was about the South Atlantic Kingdom Mira didn't know but it seemed Kenna just couldn't catch a break. "The King of Labrador City said that there was a pirate with the so called god king. I am not one who believes in coincidences so my best guess is that the pirate is working with the same tyrant cunt behind the sacking of Labrador City." Ajax said voicing what they probably all were guessing.

Kenna's heart broke for the fallen king of Labrador City. She had never heard of anyone called the "GodKing" but who ever he was with a self-proclaimed title like that he was a pompous ass who needed to gelded or better yet engulfed in dragon fire. Words did not need to be say as air in the room spoke all the words to no one could find to say. Unlike all the others both Kenna and Davina knew the old king personally. His name was Edmond Goldwell and he was a good man and a great king. King Edmond was a friend of her family's and this injustice would not go unpunished. With the way things had been going in the city the tale the old king told came to shock to her. The siege on the city had taken the city-state and the king by surprise and for his unknowing of what laid in the dark of night his city had fallen to savages.

When he spoke of what had happened to his family and more upsettingly his wife Kenna felt the hot tears flowingly down her face. She knew the royal family personally and to hear what they were all going through her heart felt heavy with sadness and worry. After King Edmond had thrown up blood Amelia had him taken away to be cared for and rested. Looking around the room at everyones faces she could tell that they were all thinking and feeling the same things. The "GodKing" had made a grave mistake sending the king hear. For now the Southerns knew of his existence and presence in their lands and it would not be taken lightly. One thing about the South is that the South always remembers. Something as cruel and unjust as killing, raping and torturing the king's family after he had already surrendered would not be forgiving or forgotten by anyone in the South.

As things settled down the party moved to a meeting chamber where things between the royal guests and the small council along with Amelia were discussed. Nothing had been resolved or decided by the time the meeting had been ended. Once the members of the council had been dismissed by their queen the room grew silent as everyone appeared to be in their own thoughts. Amelia was the one to break the silence asking, "What are we going to do?" That was the question no one seemed to have the answer to as the room yet again grew quiet. This time it was Jasunr who broke the silence of the room. "I don't know what we should do but I know something is coming -" The look that appeared on Kenna's face was one of confusion and worry as Jasunr pulled in everyone's attention around him.

I believe pirates .. or better yet a pirate is going to start attacking South Atlantic ships." Kenna had found out about a month ago when they had all gathered in her kingdom that the ruling monarchy of the Kingdom of Tripartite were move than just your average mortal beings. She had known about their sobriquet as half-gods but she had never believe it. It was like when word had spread throughout the lands of the Mother of Dragons, a woman who had birth dragons back into the world. She hadn't believed until she had seen it for herself.

"The second part of the vision thanks to Mira was clear to the both of us." Kenna sighed loudly resting her head in her hands as things just continued to get worst and worst for the South Atlantic. "The Drake King is drawing up alliances. We saw men dressed in Drake clothing going to lands around world seeking allegiances. I figure he saw you gathering your allies and he decided unmatched it was time that he start collecting some of his own." Kenna was lost for words. Just as she had thought she had finally gained the upper hand everything around her seemed to be crumbling. For now not only did she have the city of Drake to contest with but now some would be god king and wretched pirate wench who wished to sink and destroy her fleet for no reason that she could think of. "We have to go home. Our home is in danger and we have to be there to protect and defend it against all who would threaten us." When she spoke she spoke to Davina who nodded in understanding, "I'll have the retainers repack anything that has been unpacked and give word that we need the ship to be prepared to set sail within the hour or sooner."

The combined news of the old king and the prophecies foreseen by the twins made Amelia feel uneasy. The world was plotting and scheming against them and they had no idea of what to do about. One minute they were ahead just waiting for the perfect time to strike and send Drake City crashing to the ground, and now they were completely in the dark. South Atlantic ships would be sinking and the king of drake was scheming. Nothing was going the way it should. "Your not going anywhere. At least not alone your not. If this so called godking wishes to start a war than war is what he shall have. I will gather my men and have them prepare to sail the oceans." They were more than just allies they were friends and Amelia wasn't going to let Kenna and Davina deal with things on their own.

"I'll send word to the capital and have them do the same with our men." Ajax didn't need to ask his cousins how they felt about this because he knew they were all on the same page about this. While there were no straightforward plans at the moment they couldn't just sit aside and do nothing. No matter if they went after the drake king or this wannabe godking the fact of the matter was the King of Tripartite was going to war with someone. Might as well have the men prepared and ready for it.

As her allies rallied to her side Kenna without her asking or even a hint of doubt in their decisions Kenna in that moment knew that this went beyond just some names signed to a piece of paper. Kenna cared for all of the people around her in that room and they also all cared about her. When the twins had revealed what they had seen while abroad the ship Kenna had felt like the world was coming down around her but now she wasn't as worried or scared because she knew whatever happened she wouldn't be dealing with it on her own. "I'll send word to my uncle in Galapagos City about what is happening. We could use his help."

Amelia had given word to her Lord Commander and the ships and men were being prepared and ready to set course for the South Atlantic kingdom. Davina used a message spell to send Ajax and Kenna's letters to the places of their desire using magic as they had no time to spare of ravens. Davina had also decided that they didn't have time to spend back at sea and even if they had she didn't wish to be stuck abroad a ship again. She knew a teleportation spell that she could use to send to castle. While it was a simple plan to her it seemed everyone else had their doubts.

"Davina I don't know about this. Wouldn't this take a lot of power to pull off." Amelia spoke with concern.

"According to the old king it had taken the usurper along with several others to send him here and he is just one man." Mira chimed in.

"Shows how much of a god he is." Ajax mumbled and Davina couldn't help but giggle at his words.

"I am not that man." Davina said simply as she continued drawing the symbol of the grass field. Amelia wasn't going to agreed to travel this way unless her children could be brought with her. So Davina had agreed to send not to only send the seven of them but the three large dragons with them. Kenna knew what things could weaken or worst kill a witch and a overuse of power was one of them. How much power it took to teleport someone was a mystery to her but she couldn't imagine it was easy. The idea of teleporting seven people along with three massive beasts did not seem easy.

"Are we all gonna end up puking up blood like the king?" Dalila asked clearly as much on the fence about this as the others.

"No. There will be no blood vomiting." Davina said as she finished the symbol.

"Davina -"

Davina cut her future queen off knowing what she was going to say. "I will be fine. I get that you are all worried about what this could do to me but the truth of the matter is I will be fine. I mean I'll be exhausted and pretty tapped out for a couple of hours but aside from that I will be okay." This seemed to do the trick as everyone quieted whatever concerns still poked at the back of their minds. "I am a tribrid with the power of three dead witches along with my own coursing through my veins. Trust me I am one powerful witch."

The dragons were at the center of the circle. Since the rebirth of dragons into the world witches across the world magic had increased significantly. Dragons were magical beings and when Davina was in close approximately with them she drew power from them just as she did from the earth. "So you do know where it is were are going to land right? I mean King Edmond could have landed anywhere from inside the castle to anywhere around." Davina nodded "Courtyard", was the short answer as she began the casting the spell.

Spartacus was in his meeting chambers with his three generals Agron, Crixus and Gannicus. A blockage had recently been put up by the Empire of Atlantia cutting off part of the city's trade. What had drove the ruling queen of the empire to do this Spartacus didn't know and didn't care. Galapagos City had managed to stay to itself for years avoiding all outside conflicts that did not directly involve them. The city itself was smacked in-between the South Pacific Kingdom and that of the barbaric Khalidoran Empire. The only thing north of the city were barbarians. The Fuarians and Khalidorains were both lands home to barbarians the only difference was the Khalidorains had magic. Spartacus didn't fear magic. While magic didn't flow through his veins he was surrounded by it. He's much trusted advisors outside of his generals was a coven of witches that lived with his home. His niece Kenna the princess of the South Atlantic Kingdom most trusted friend was said to be the original tribrid. The only tribrid in the world. A born vampire, werewolf and a witch.

It was his niece's friendship with this powerful girl that had brought Castiel to his city. The werewolf for whatever reason needed to find and speak with the tribrid. Spartacus had promised to make the meeting happening in favor of an alliance between the two lands. This had happened months ago and since than Castiel had lived in the city. Spartacus had ever intention of making good on his promise but in recent months from what he had heard and read in the messages sent by Kenna had her plate full. The last thing he wanted was to make things more complicated for the young princess by requesting an audience with her best friend over matters he wasn't a hundred percent clear on.

The meeting adjourned and his generals disband on their separate task. Spartacus had a pact with a crew of pirates who were well skilled and equipped to deal with the blockage without issue. As he was making his exit one of his guards approached, "Spartacus. The coven elders request your presence. A message has come from your niece. They claim it is urgent." Nodding he followed behind going to the witches.

A beam of white light flashed piercing the sky as a gust of strong wind whirled around them. They had arrived in the courtyard just behind the royal castle as Davina had said they would. And you all doubted me and my abilities." She spoke as if she had been insulted before starting to laugh. "Forgive me milady for having doubted you." Her princess spoke as she glanced around at their surroundings amazed that they had actual all made it without incident. "I'll consider it." Davina replied walking over to her princess. She felt lightheaded and somewhat drained but did not let it show in her appearance.

She could hear the guards of the castle fast approaching in the distance alerted by the strange white light. As they neared the dragons roared and shrieked being the guards to an abrupt stand still. They quickly realized it was their princess and her friends and disarmed themselves putting the dragons at ease. "Have the servants ready rooms for my guests at once. Find my father and tell him I need to see him as well. The city is now on high alert. I want guards stationed around the city doubled and tripled her at the castle." Kenna commanded and her guards still surprised stared at her, "Go! Now!" Snapping back into focus the guards all raced back towards the castle to do the things Kenna had commanded.

"Make yourselves at home as always. I will go fill my father in on all that has transpired.", looking at Kenna she added,"Be on a look out for a message from my uncle. If it comes find me at once." Davina nodded and then Kenna took her leave heading into the castle. Looking at the others she wasn't sure exactly what they were all suppose to do now. "Food or drink anyone?"

"This is where you'll be working. You patrol here until your shift is done and the next shift comes to relieve you."

The South Atlantic guard captain walked the walls of the fortress city that housed the great castle of the royal family. The city had sprung to life after it's princesses returned. Princess Kenna Caitlin had magically appeared in the courtyard just behind the royal castle with several guests, all royalty in their own right. There were even rumors of dragons in the city as well. The guard captain had little time for such rumors as he had the duty of breaking in the fresh recruits. All able bodies were called to service to defend the city. Horrible tales were drifting down from The North and The South Atlantic was not going to suffer a similar fate if their stalwart protectors had any say on the matter.

"Your duty is to look north and watch for any signs of trouble. You spot anything, anything at all and you alert the lieutenant on duty."

"Aye sir."

The young man replied excitedly, eager to get his first assignment underway. The new guard was young, no more than seventeen or eighteen. A boy by all rights but in times of war boys much younger than him have been chosen to take up the call to defend their homelands in the past, now was no different.

"S-sir, is it true? About the dragons sir? I heard from some of the guys in the barracks that they came here with a queen with moon colored hair. They say she is the most beautiful woman in the world and can talk to dragons."

The old captain grunted in annoyance at the young recruit as he stroked his thick mustache.

"You'd best worry about what's out there, lad. War's coming and we need to be ready."

The young guardsmen set his jaw in admirable determination as he nodded with vigor.

"Yes sir!... Umm sir?... What's that?"

The young guard had spotted a single horse and rider approaching the closed city gates. The rider was hunched over in the saddle, little more than a mound of black on horseback. Loping along side the garon was a massive white wolf, bigger than any wolf the captain had ever seen.

"What in seven hells?..."

The captain said as he looked down over the stone wall. They noticed the arrows jutting out of the figure's back and the recruit gasped.

"Is that a corpse?"

The rider seemed eerily still until it weakly looked up with tired eyes to stare right at the captain. As if calling to him the wolf threw back his head and let loose a long sullen howl that chilled all in ear shot to the bone.

"Gods, he's alive! Get down there! Now!"

Jon felt their arms grasp him as he was pulled from the saddle. He was so weak he could barely keep his eyes open. His back burned in stinging pain from the two arrows lodged there. His leg had gone numb from the agony of the shaft in his thigh. If it wasn't for Ghost spurring the horse along he would have wandered off the road and no doubt fallen from his saddle days ago.

"Boy, what happened to you? Boy? Can you hear me?"

Jon blinked his eyes open, it was all he could muster to lift his eye lids. He gazed into the mustached face of a soldierly looking older man, in plate armor. Jon opened his mouth to speak but only weak groans came fourth. The guard pulled a water skin from his belt and dripped some clean, cool water into Jon's mouth. The water was finer than the richest wine to the young man from the North.

"Who are you boy?"

The older man asked once he pulled the water skin away. Jon forced himself to swallow, and took a breath before attempting to speak again.

"Stark.... my name.... my name is Stark."

His voice was little more than a whisper but it registered with the guard captain. His eyes shot wide in shock before he glanced at the white wolf or more correctly dire wolf with the striking red eyes. He knew who this boy was.

"Get this boy to the castle, now! Have the healers tend to him immediately and someone inform the princess. She'll want to know of this at once!"

The captain barked and his man sprang to action. Jon was carried onto a cart and wheeled to the castle while Ghost followed close by. The recruit had watched the entire scene unfold in awe and wonder.

"S-sir?... Whose Stark? Who is that?"

The captain turned to the young man, new to his command and his face showed the years of service under the banners of the South Atlantic.

"The Stark's are kings of The North. That boy is a prince of Winterfell, may be the only one left."

"What in the bloody hell is a God King?"

The mid-aged king asked in confusion as he poured his five glass of wine. Kenna sighed in a mixture of annoyance and frustration. She sat at the worn down old oval shaped mahogany table with her father sitting opposite from her. Pushing aside the now empty pitcher she couldn't help but roll her eyes as her father downed the sweet imported Galapagos City wine. He father and uncle never seemed to have a good word to say about one another but her father had to admit her uncle's city made the best wine in the world. "Father focus!", she spoke exasperated snatching the man's goblet out of his hand and slamming it down on the table.

Since taking the reins of the kingdom from her father the man hadn't been the same. The once noble king spent his days frolicking and whoring around with his mistress while drinking his weight in wine. Her father had been and still was a great king, but his greed and lust for greater power had lost the kingdom precious land and many invaluable lives. Lives that unlike their land could never be won back. When Kenna took control of the city and kingdom her father had not protested. He had shamed himself, his family, his city and his kingdom when like a coward he plotted and poisoned the ruling king and queen of Drake City. The city of Drake and it's people were once seen as allies and friends of the South Atlantic, but thanks to her father that had all been ruined.

"I don't much if anything about the man other than he possesses some form of magical capabilities and he sacked Labrador City." For the first time during their conversation her father actual took an interest in her words as his face expressed the worry and terror he suddenly felt. "The North has fallen?" The man spoke in disbelief as he took a moment to let the news sink in. The royal families of the South Atlantic and the North had been long time allies and friends. Kenna had practically been raised with the Stark children. "What of the Starks?", the king asked after a long moment of silence. "King Edmond was sent to the Kingdom of Valyrian by the usurper who sacked the city. He is very weak. I am not sure if the old king is going to survive the horrors of which he faced. As far as the rest of the Starks go ... I assume they are all dead."

Her father looked seconds away from tears when a hard knocking sounded on the wooden door disrupting the moment. Getting up from the table her father without a word he father retreated into the adjoined bathroom. "Enter." Opening the door a castle guard stand into the room, "I apologize for the intrusion princess but you are needed at once." Kenna sat in confusion and wonder as to what could be so important that someone would be sent to interrupt her meeting with her father. "What's wrong?", she asked standing up from the table. "A Stark has arrived at the castle. He is gravely injured but alive. Our healers are treating him but it doesn't look good." Kenna couldn't believe what she was hearing. "Locate lady Davina and my guests. Have them brought to me. I shall be with the injured Stark." Nodding the guard left to do as he'd been told. Kenna wondered if her father had heard any of what had been said. If he had he didn't speak on it as he didn't emerge from the bathroom. Leaving her father's chambers she went to see which Stark had made it to her home and how bad of shape they were in.

The three eyed raven flew up to perch on an old stone wolf, before the entrance to a crypt. Jon recognized the crypt well. It was at the base of Winterfell, he and his brothers had gone down there hundreds of times as children to hide and play. It was always so cold down there, colder than the rest of the keep. He could feel that cold again as the raven flew through the open doorway and led Jon down. Down and down, further and further he walked until all light was gone and he had only the flapping sounds of the raven's feathers and it's cawing to guide him. Finally he saw light up ahead. The simple orange glow of a burning torch. He neared it and pulled the sconce from the wall giving him command over the light. It flickered and turned blue, growing cold as a winter wind yet the light itself didn't fade. Jon could still see clearly where ever the icy light touched.

Down in the belly of Winterfell Jon looked upon the faces of all the great kings of winter, now long dead. Each tomb was crowned with a stone statue of the king buried within, at their feet was their great dire wolf, carved from stone as their masters to remain by their side in death as they did in life. Jon gazed upon the face of Bran The Builder, the first King of The North and builder of Winterfell. He looked upon King Rickard Stark who defeated the Marsh King in single combat and earned the crannogmens fealty. There was King Dorren Stark and King Eyron Stark, King Harlon Stark and King Walton the Moonking. Yet as Jon neared the end of the row of tombs where the most recent late kings lay resting there were three new tombs he did not recognize from his youth. One was of a young man, proud and strong with a full beard and fierce eyes. In his hand was a stone greatsword as long as Jon was tall. Jon stared up into his eyes and realized he did know this king, he knew him well. He'd played with him as a boy, fought with him and hunted with him. It was his eldest brother Brandon. Jon looked to the tomb to Brandon's right and there was his other brother Edrick. Edrick's face was carved with that impish smirk that made Edrick so well liked, never far from a laugh or a bawdy tale Edrick seemed to be looking down at Jon as if knowing a joke he had yet to fill Jon in on. Jon could feel the sadness welling up inside him so he turned to the last tomb.

This one was different, different from all the rest because this one was not a king. This tomb had a woman's statue crowning it. A beautiful woman with long flowing hair of curls that framed her lithe figure. She was young, barely a woman. Her eyes were sad and full of sorrow. It broke Jon's heart just to look upon her. The three eyed raven flew up to perch on her shoulder, its ancient eyes seemed to peer right through him.

Image
"Look! See!"

It cawed and Jon did as it commanded. He turned back to the stone woman with her sad eyes and began to recognize her as well. He remembered a time when he was young and she was crying. Caught in a tree and too afraid to come down. Jon had climbed up after her and sat with her for hours until she had calmed down. He remembered laughing in that tree as they joked and talked. By the time they had come down she had forgotten all about her fear. She hugged him that day, Jon had always made it a habit of keeping his distance from his kin given his curse but she hugged him anyway, she had told him he was her brother and that she was his sister and that she would never be afraid of him. Jon often thought Mira had helped him that day more than he helped her.

It was then Jon noticed he was crying. He wiped a tear from his cheek and looked back at his sister. Unlike all the buried Kings of Winter who were carved holding the weapons they carried in life, Mira's hand was open as if reaching for someone. Jon rose his hand to touch hers, he could feel the cold stone, smooth as the finest glass. Her stone eyes flicked down to look right at him.

"Remember."

Jon woke with a start, sitting up in bed his body immediately exploded in pain.

"Easy, prince! Easy, take it easy. You must take it slow or you'll tear your stitching.'

Jon clenched his teeth in pain but gently allowed the helping hands to ease him back down. Jon took several deep, steadying breaths before he opened his eyes. He was in a bedroom, finely furnished with exquisite tapestries hanging from the wall. Several scones with candles were hung and lit as well and a warm fire burned in the hearth. Ghost was curled up at the foot of Jon's bed, looking much like a great mound of white that was fast asleep. The windows were drawn with heavy curtains so the only light was what came from the fires burning within the room. He was laying on a fine feather bed easily big enough for four grown adults. He was draped with several layers of blankets and furs, many of which he'd sweated right through. There was fresh linen bindings around his upper chest and over his shoulder, no doubt to wrap his back where his wounds were. His right leg was uncovered by the blankets while a kind looking elderly man sat beside the bed dabbing some foul smelling substance to the wound.

"We've stymied the corruption, prince. We've cleaned and dressed your wounds and it looks like your fever is already breaking."

The old man said as he reached up and touched Jon's sweat beaded forehead with the back of his hand. The old man gave Jon a warm smile before turning back to his work of applying the healing salve to his thigh.

"Good thing too, I know the princess will want to speak with you if you're feeling strong enough."

"I'm feeling strong enough."

Jon replied firmly. The old healer gave a short chuckle deep in his throat at the young mans resolve.

"Oh to be young, I envy your tenacity.

"Don't envy it too much, tenacity get's you shot up with arrows apparently."

Jon said with a tired smile and a weak chuckle. The light laugh made his back hurt which in turn made it funnier in a sad pathetic way. The old healer chuckled as well and shook his head. He finished wrapping Jon's leg and covered it again with blankets.

"Rest now, the princess will be along soon."

With that the healer left Jon alone, with only the sleeping dire wolf for company. Jon stared at the ceiling as his mind began to drift back to the dream he'd just woken from and the people he'd just lost.

She walked through the halls of the castle until she came to the infirmary. One of the old healers was waiting outside the door when she arrived. "How is he?" she asked with a great deal of concern that was written over her face. The old man smiled at her, "The young Stark is very strong. He is fairly weak but considering he had several arrows sitting out of him when he arrived that is to be expected." Kenna breathed a sigh of relief as she was giving the good news. "So he is going to live?" she asked just needing to hear the words. "Yes princess, the Stark is going to live." She thanked the gods in her mind and smiled at the old healer, "You've done very well. I cannot thank you enough for saving his life." The healer gave a hearty chuckle,"I was only doing my job princess, but your gratitude means more than enough." She nodded in understanding before asking "Is he well enough for me to see him." Nodding he motioned to the door "He said he was feeling strong enough so do not let me stop you."Nodding once again she smiled thanking the man once more before entering the room.

Closing the door behind her when she turned to see the injured Stark was none other than Jon she couldn't hide the smile that spread across her face. "Jon." She spoke as she approached him slowly stopping at the edge of the bed. Looking down at the end of the bed she spotted a great mountain of white that moved up and down with every breathe the sleeping dire wolf took. She was happy to see that not only had Jon made it out of the ordeal alive but so had his faithful companion. "You look terrible." She said speaking the obvious as she looked back at him. "But your alive and that is all that matters." A knocked pounded on the door and before Kenna could mutter a word the door swung open and Davina entered with the others behind her. Looking at the twins of Apollo she asked "Could you heal him?" She had learnt that Apollo was the god of many things including that of healing. She knew Davina could heal Jon but that would require Jon drinking her blood and she wasn't sure Jon would consent to that.

Being led into the castle by Davina after Kenna's departure Mira was happy to be back in the South Atlantic Kingdom although she wished they had been able to stay in the Kingdom of Valyrian for awhile. Her first trip to the capital city of Valyria had been cut short by unforeseen events but she would go back and complete her stay there once all current enemies had been dealt with. In the dining hall they had been served delectable lemon cakes and lamprey pie with wine. With so many unexpected mouths to feed the kitchen became the busy place in the castle. The small group socialized with one another has they fed on the sweet deserts and fine wine. The laughter and talk came to an abrupt end as a castle guard interrupted them saying the princess requested all of their presence down in the infirmary.

Popping one last lemon cake into her mouth Mira followed behind the others as they were all escorted to the infirmary. Davina knocked and entered not even giving Kenna or the injured lad a chance to invite them in. "Could you heal him?" Kenna asked looking directly at her and her brother. Sharing a glance between siblings Jasunr nodded, "We are the children of Apollo. Of course we can." The healer had already patched up all of the man's wounds so Mira didn't need to so much as heal the man but speed up the process of the old healer's work. This is when the power of vitakinesis came into play.

ImageJust standing in the room with him she and her brother could sense the cause of the man's wounds and it surprised her that he had lived long enough to seek medical attention. Walking over to the bed she pulled back the blankets and furs that covered his body, "This won't hurt. I promise." She spoke before resting her hands on the boy's thigh. Taking a deep breath a tingly warm sensation ran through her body as her hands began to glow a yellow hue. She rested her hands on the injured thigh for a minute before running her hands up along the man thigh to his shoulder. Doing the same thing as with his thigh she pressed her hand on his injured shoulder wound letting her power do it's work. Lastly she eased the man forward and and pressed her hand on his wounded back.

When her hands stopped glowing she knew that the job was done. She slowly stripped the man of his bandages before smiling proudly "Good as new." His wounds were completely healed and she had even managed to leave him without the scarring that he would have had had he went through the long recovery. "Do yourself a favor and avoid arrows for a while." She said with a smirk before walking over to were her brother and the others stood. "So, just out of curiosity who is the boy I just save from weeks of bedridden boredom?"

Jon had been laying in bed, staring at the ceiling. His back ached and his leg throbbed but those were paltry things when compared to the hurt in his heart. The memory of his mothers corpse as it lay brutalized on the cold stone floor. The memory of his sister's whimpering body in his arms as the last of her life left her. The news of his eldest brother's death in the first of the battles for The North and the discovery of his other brothers demise during the defense of Winterfell. The only member of his household left to him was a father that is said to have been tortured near to madness and is now across the sea in a country he could no sooner reach as he could grant life to those he'd lost. He was an orphan, no better than a bastard with no house or name. Ghost seemed to sense the storm brewing inside him and lifted his head to look at Jon. Those ancient looking red eyes, deep as mountain snow and red as the finest rubies. Jon reached out a hand and felt the soft white fur of Ghost's coat, taking comfort in the touch.

The door opened and in walked a princess. With soft waves of light brown hair falling about her body in smooth tresses with eyes that were warmer and softer than a spring sun Kenna Caitlin smiled at him. Jon had known Kenna since he was a boy, she had spent many a seasons in The North with his brothers and sister. Kenna had been the one to teach Mira how to wear her hair in the high braided fashion of the Southern Kingdoms, a style Mira had always adored. It was Kenna that proved to be the only quarry that was unattainable for Jon's charming older brother Edrick and even out rode Jon's eldest brother Brandon once when the children went on a forest ride. Jon had always seen Kenna as almost another sister, a connection he never realized was as important as it was now when he was left with no other family.

"Jon."

She said with a happy, relieved smile as she approached the edge of the bed. Ghost turned to her and licked her hand in greeting as Jon winced as he pushed himself up enough to press his back against the headboard.

"Your grace, you'll forgive me if I don't stand."

Jon said in a weak attempt to make light of his injuries.

"You look terrible. But you're alive and that is all that matters."

Jon tried to smile but the memories of all that he'd lost wouldn't allow him that.

"It isn't all that matters."

He replied somberly. Before Kenna could say another word there was a knock at the door and the door swung open. In stepped Davina, Kenna's oldest and must trusted friend, a friend to Jon and his family as well as the most powerful being Jon had ever met. Davina was a tribrid and the only one Jon had ever met or heard of. She was unbelievably powerful but fortunately she was no more evil or wicked as Kenna was and for that they were all very fortunate. Jon counted himself lucky to call her a friend. Davina wasn't alone. Along with her were five people Jon had never met. Two men, both warriors by the look of them. One was massive and thick with muscle, built more like a mountain than a man he towered over everyone in the room. The other had a proud, noble look to him and while he lacked the hulking mass of the giant he still had a soldiers build of finely honed muscle. The other three were all women. One had hair that was not black nor even raven colored but noirette and fine as silk with natural waves that framed her face. Another had eyes as blue and deep as the ocean with skin that was a fine bronze. The last woman drew Jon's gaze longer than all the rest. This ones hair was the color of the moon and her eyes were green and gleaming as polished emeralds.

Jon blinked and finally his gaze left the silver haired beauty as he heard Kenna speak to the two men and the dark haired woman.

"Could you heal him?"

She asked and the soldier answered.

"We are the children of Apollo. Of course we can."

The woman stepped forward and pulled the furs and blankets from the bed, exposing Jon's ravaged body. Tended to or not he was horribly bruised and sporting countless cuts but it was the deep crimson stains seeping through the fresh linen bandages that made him look near a corpse.

"This won't hurt. I promise."

She said kindly as her hands reached out to touch his thigh. Even from the light touch of the woman's delicate hands Jon grimaced in discomfort. His leg burned with stinging pain but he said not a word of protest. She took a long, slow breath and her hands began to glow. Dimly at first the light grew brighter and brighter until her hands seemed to be made of golden light. Jon felt warmth spread through him, radiating from his leg up through his entire body. It was soothing and therapeutic and within mere moments all the pain was gone. The flesh knit itself together miraculously under her touch as if it had never been marred in the first place. She repeated the process on Jon's shoulder and back before her hands returned to normal. She removed Jon's bandages and gave him a warm smile.

"Good as new. Do yourself a favor and avoid arrows for a while."

Her smirk was infectious and Jon couldn't help but smile back.

"I'll do my best."

She walked back over to the two men before addressing the others in the room.

"So, just out of curiosity who is the boy I just save from weeks of bedridden boredom?"

Jon tested his newly healed body as he swung his legs over to let his feet drop to the floor. No pain in his leg at all, if anything it felt better than it did before. He rose from the bed and savored the strength that filled him now. He pulled on his leather breeches and slipped his shirt and black leather jerkin on before he answered for Kenna.

"My name is Jon Stark. My father is Edmond Stark, King of The North."

Jon fastened the buckle of his jerkin shut and reached for his sword belt. He strapped Longclaw to his hip before continuing.

"I'm the last son of Winterfell."

Sending the castle along with the entire kingdom into a state of high alert the castle guards disbanded with purpose. Kenna having much to discuss with her father the king left lady Davina to host her guests as she departed. The dragons feeling at ease and that the threat to their mother had passed took their leave as one by one they flapped their wings and ascended into the air. "Food or drink anyone?" Calling back Amelia's attention she smiled as she and the others were lead into the castle for wine and food.

Once they had all been seated the servants of the kitchen brought out lemon cakes, lamprey pie and wine from the city of Galapagos. Amelia favored wine from Galapagos City. The exotic wines tasted like no other wine she had ever tasted and ever since first drinking it in Qarth she would drink nothing but if given the choice. There was still much to be figured out and planned but for the time being the six highborns just sat talking and laughing amongst themselves. The armies of the her kingdom and the Kingdom of Tripartite were being sent to assist Kenna's men and this coming war. All that could be done for now was to await the arrival of the men so they could go to the North and put the "Godking's" head on a spike.

It wasn't long before chaos sprung yet again as a castle guard came to them in the dining hall and said that Kenna requested their presence. Not to keep the princess waiting they all abandoned their food and drinks and went to the infirmary where Kenna awaited them. When they entered the room the first thing Amelia noticed was the large direwolf in the room. It's pelt was as white as fresh snow with blood diamond red eyes. It was a beauty.

As Mira stepped forward to heal the injured man Amelia watched with curiosity. She knew that all the half-gods had special abilities just as Davina had but she had never witnessed their magic. She watched as Mira's hand became brighter and brighter glowing in a golden yellow hue. The daughter of the sun traced her hands up the man's body going over his wounds. In minutes she rendered herself done and stripped the man of his bandages. Completely healed looking at him now you would never know that just a mere few hours ago he'd been staring death in the face.

As he stood and dressed himself Amelia felt herself staring but couldn't make herself look away. A handsome man with a strong body that came from years dutiful training and dedication. His hair dark as obsidian and mysterious eyes to match Amelia had never felt this sort of attraction to another being before. Even her late husband who her brother had stoled her to in the promise of one day winning his crown she had not initially been attracted to. In fact she had been filled of fear when she had first laid eyes on her sun and stars. Whether that had so much been because of the hulking giant who eyes seemed to pierce through her or the thought of what her brother would have done to her had Drogo not taken her she didn't know.

"My name is Jon Stark. My father is Edmond Stark, King of The North. I'm the last son of Winterfell."

His words broke her out of the trance and she was suddenly filled with sadness as images of King Edmond flashed through her mind. The twins, Dalila and Davina had all offered to heal the man before they left Valyria as the man was in dire condition. Despite their pleas the old king had refused their help and while it had pained them they had respected his decision. Everything the old king had been through had made his heart heavy with sadness and guilt. He thought his whole family dead, he had been overthrown and his city taken by an cruel bastard who thought himself a god when in truth was the devil. Even as she had promised Edmond that she would help him take back his throne she knew that old man had given up on everything including his own life. As she was leaving Ser Jorah had pulled her aside and told her what she already knew. The old king would not make it.

Now here she stood with the king's living heir and she wished that the old king knew of his son's survival. For maybe if he did it would have been enough to make him want to hold on and fight.

"I am Amelia Targaryen. Queen of the Kingdom of Valyrian. The usurper who sacked your home sent your father to me. Your father told me as well as the others of what happened to him, your family and your people. I make you the same promise as I did your father. The self-proclaimed godking shall pay for what he did. They all will." The very thought of the man made the fire in her veins stir and burn hotter. She wouldn't be able to return King Edmond to his home but with his son there was a chance. She was the last Targaryen and Jon the last Stark. Just as she had reclaimed her home she would make sure that he would do the same.

"I am Amelia Targaryen. Queen of the Kingdom of Valyrian."

Man and wolf seemed to turn in unison as the silver haired queen spoke, the first of the unfamiliar royals to do so. Ghost rose from the bed to bound to the floor beside the Stark who'd found him when he was just a pup. The great dire wolf with its fur white as winter snow seemed to stare at the woman as if she'd addressed him directly.

"The usurper who sacked your home sent your father to me. Your father told me as well as the others of what happened to him, your family and your people."

Jon looked into those emerald crystals of hers and wondered just what his father did tell her. Did he tell her of the fear in the keep after the news of Brandon's death? Did he say how Jon had caught him comforting his weeping mother the day before the battle? Was it the suddenness of the attack he told her of and how quickly the Khalidorian's overwhelmed Winterfell's unready defenses? Did he mention of how Edrick died atop the battlements commanding the castles defenders? Did he tell her about Mira or mother? Did he know? Jon had been the only one there to bear witness to the aftermath of what Wanhope's men did to them. He remembered the battered body of the corpse that was once his mother, once the woman who sung him to sleep and held him when he was frightened. Her clothes were strewn about her in tatters and her body was so badly beaten she was almost unrecognizable. His sister they had been gentler with if one could call it that. Her lip was bruised and bleeding but beyond that they hadn't marred her. Her cheeks were stained with fresh tears and her hair was astray. Her clothing was no where to be found. She had been clutching her stomach in pain from the stab wound. Jon had covered her in his cloak and held her until she died. He could still feel her body trembling in pain and shaking from her sobs.

"I make you the same promise as I did your father. The self-proclaimed godking shall pay for what he did. They all will."

Amelia's voice pulled Jon from his mind horrible memories. Her voice was full of fire and promised blood. He could hear it in her words, see it in her eyes. Perhaps Wanhope's warning had effected her but not in the way he may have hoped. If he'd desired to frighten her, to weaken her resolve he failed. Jon looked now onto a woman who was resigned to see justice done and if rumor was correct she had three living dragons to see the thing done. Yet while her fires burned hot there was a cold inside Jon, an ice that was growing and cooling his veins. Like a chill wind, frigid as the grave and twice as foreboding. A cold that called for vengeance and a cold that would not end until justice was done.

Jon nodded slowly as he stepped toward her, his eyes, black as a starless night sky and hers, shinning like the finest of emeralds locked onto one another. Two children of murdered families, one of fire and one of ice. He nodded slowly in agreement, Wanhope had just indebted himself to House Stark in a deal for blood. As lightning gave way to thunder so to must murder lead to vengeance, and Jon would have his vengeance.

"Thank you, Queen Amelia."

Jon said gruffly, the grief was still too raw for him to say much more. He gave her a subtle nod and weak smile to show his gratitude.

"My father... is he alive?"

"We are the children of Apollo. Of course we can."

Kenna breathed a sigh of relief smiling as Mira stepped forward to heal the last Stark.

"This won't hurt. I promise."

She heard Mira say before laying her hands on Jon's thigh. Kenna watched attentively as the Mira took a deep breath before her hands slowly began to glow. The golden hue shined brighter and brighter before Mira began to slowly run her hands over Jon's injured frame. What took only moments felt like hours as Kenna hadn't realized she was holding her breath throughout the course of the entire healing process. When the light of Mira's hands began to fade Kenna knew it was done. Carefully Mira undid Jon's bandages and when the wraps had all been removed Kenna was amazed. She had expected there to be some scarring or some kind of evidence of Jon's previous wounds but there was none.

"Good as new. Do yourself a favor and avoid arrows for a while." Mira said jokingly as she rejoined her family.

"I'll do my best." Jon said with a smile that made Kenna smile. He was really okay.

"So, just out of curiosity who is the boy I just save from weeks of bedridden boredom?" Before she could respond to Mira's question Jon answered for her.

"My name is Jon Stark. My father is Edmond Stark, King of The North. I'm the last son of Winterfell."

They all will."

As Amelia spoke you could sense the burning fire behind her words. Amelia had once been almost exactly in the same position Jon now found himself in. Home over taken by usurper's who truly had no claim to the land of which they took. Being the last surviving member of a dynasty. This was personal to Amelia and Kenna knew that. This was personal to all of them for one reason or another. Jon thanked Amelia giving the Silver Queen a weak smile and a subtle nod.

"My father... is he alive?" Kenna had known this question was coming.

He was alive when we left but .... the odds aren't in his favor. Your father has given up Jon. They offered to heal him just as Mira did for you but he refused all offers. Your father has lost his city. He thought his family all dead. He has no desire or will to fight. Am sorry Jon but if your father hasn't taken his last breath yet he will before we could get word to him of your survival."
