Description
The rebels are those who have fallen off The Government's grid and actively combat The Government's control. Whether it be through painting the city with graffiti, bathing it in sound with music, plastering whole districts with posters and leaflets and just...existing. Their very existance makes a mockery of The Government, a system that strives to control all.
Their numbers may not be too large but the bonds that they all have are remarkable. The Rebels truly are a family of their own in contast to the general public. Their ties are strengthen by their war on The Government.
The trademark symbol of the Rebels is a white dove. One of the older Rebels found a book which explained the symbolism of the pure white bird and became a reoccuring image within the city. Perhaps a bit predictable but that is what this group needed. They needed a universal sign of peace, of hope. And the graffiti dove that covers the city brings hope to all rebels who spot it.
The rebels live in the Complex, near the outskirts of the North District. This allows the resistance to move freely without much fear of detection as the North District is always deserted. The Black Market and The Hospital are also main points for all rebels as it would be impossible for them to get supplies within the city undetected.
The rebels take care of their own and god forbid, you harm one as you'll recieve a barrage of not so happy people coming after you. As this group are rather...unwilling to be found by The Government, being accepted within the Rebels is a long process but a worthwhile one.
