.:Name: Velocity (People just call her Velo though)
.:Gender: Female
.:Age: 17
.:Status: Super-abomination
.:Personality:Sheās a hard-going tough girl who tries anything she can to get what she thinks is right. She has real trouble trusting anyone over the age of 17, knowing that those people are close to being sent out of the āsuper-abominationā category and more the freaks that keep them strapped down or in cages. She rarely smiles and very often just gives suspicious glances to people. She has a terrible soft spot for children, and more often than not has been caught behind, due to wanting to save kids āexplaining why she hasnāt broken out yet. She can be very violent, but she can also be very protective and a real strong-hearted fighter, doing what she believes is right. Sure, she seems tough, but however once someone has gained her trust, sheāll more often than not be more kind, caring, playful and a little sarcastic. You'll know she trusts you, when she finally smiles. Sheās secretly still a very nice girl, but the outer shell is exactly what everyone has made her to be. An abomination.
.:Appearance:Fiery orange shoulder length hair that partially hangs over one of her eyes. She has a nice heart-shaped face with very delicately placed features and a slender body. Very fit due to all the running. Tends to wear a loose denim jacket and then a tightly fitting orange shirt that shows her perfect physique. Wears skinny jeans that tuck down into boots with three straps and three buckles. Looks vaguely normal, but deep within those mousey brown eyes, you can see the secrets sheās hiding...
.:Superpower: Super speed and Empathy
.:Weapons: She keeps a knife in one boot, and a small pistol in the other (Used more for when she breaks out of the Institute)
.:History (just a little about them):Velo had always been a very cute bubbly baby. As a baby, she was sweet and always was smiling and laughing as soon as she learnt how to. She would always want to cuddle and play with her parents and was always content when she wasnāt. She loved to be cared for.
However, one day at day-care, she was in the middle of playing the game āduck duck gooseā when she was suddenly declared the āgooseā she chased the other child until her powers kicked in, and she accidently rammed him into a wall, actually causing him to be thrown straight through. There were many occasions when this happened, and soon it had become too much. On her way out of day-care one day, a black van came along and scooped her up, chloroformed her and took her to the institute for Super-abominations. Even there she acted sweet. Sheād always try to hug the other abominations, or even the staff. But they just pushed her away and tortured her.
Soon after, her empathy trait kicked in, and she felt the immense amount of pain from the other people in the institute. She became isolated, cold and alone. Nobody would help her. She knew everyoneās pain, but they didnāt know hers. Through all the pain, she was unwanted, and nothing but a pain. The day she realised that was the day she changed. The day that she no longer smiled everywhere, and it soon became a rare occasion to see her face lit up into a grin. She became a hell-raiser, and do anything she could to get out of the hell-hole. Sheās really still a caring sweet gal, but go anywhere near her with a hug now, and prepare to get your butt beaten to the ground. Hell, if they wanted her to be an abomination, then an abomination sheāll be.
.:Other:Deeply seeks companionship, but know in her situation that that is hard to come by... She also has a secret fear of helplessness. That sounds strange, I know, but it basically means she has a fear of being the damsel in distress type, being tied up for someone else, only to be rescued by someone else later. Not only does it seem pointless, but it makes her look/feel incredibly weak.
