Sum it all up: Born and raised in a small country town in Kansas, Evan often reflects his lack of fashion with his classic "farmboy" look. But ironically enough, Evan has never really wanted to get into the family business of auto mechanics. Instead, he has always dreamed of becoming a film star. Much too his parent's disappointment, he left for the big apple immediately following his 18th birthday to pursue that dream. Although, Evan didn't actually have a "bad" childhood, it wasn't satisfactory for him. He never got the opportunity to take local acting lessons, because his father told him drama was for wussies and wanna-be's. He was never physically abused, but he has always been more sensitive than his siblings, usually causing him to be the only one to cry when his parents yelled at him. Although extremely intelligent, Evan still wasn't allowed to explore more selective opportunities because his father was convinced Evan was going to take part in the local auto shop the family owned, and nothing else. So it's no surprise he went through a late rebellious stage. After escaping his parent's authority and settling in a mediocre apartment in New York City, he began auditioning for local independent films. To keep up with the high cost of living in the big city, he got, what he thought was, a temporary job at Jim's Auto Shop in downtown New York.

Eight years have passed since Evan's ambitious journey to the city that never sleeps. Throughout the years, the temporary job had turned into a career for him. He has reached management, but hasn't reached his goal of becoming a professional film actor. The amount of auditions he attended lessened with the more hours he began working. He got a couple small roles in small films, but nothing that would profit him financially. Moving from apartment to apartment, he has found himself in yet another raggedy pad he uses to sleep and bring the occasional girl over. Speaking of, Evan has always been called a "slick tongued devil" when it came to the ladies. He wasn't necessarily a playboy, but if he really wanted to hook up with a chick, it would be done. But lately, he hasn't had much time for women, on account of him working over time, being as they're a bit short-handed down at the shop. But, Evan's always been one to tough it out when things look bleak.
