Description

Goldilocks

Image
Image
Alias:Goldilocks. (Nickname, Goldie)
Age: 21
Gender:Female
Height:4’11
Weight:95 pounds
Basic Appearance:Goldie is famous for her blonde locks, where she got her name from, even. They cascade around her face, when they are taken care of, and fall in fat, full curls that bounce as she walks, sways as she shakes her head. They seem to make her who she is, surrounding that delicate, triangular face and casting a sort of delicate innocence on the (generally) red-splattered face. Blue orbs dominate the rest of her face, icy eyes that can stare right into another’s soul, if given the chance, or can appear full of tears at another moment.
It is perhaps the most important, and unique, aspect to the twenty one year old’s physicality, that she appears frail and delicate like a child. She is short, horribly so, and thin like a bird. Pale, pale, skin – comparable to milk, is nearly see through, so that one can see the blue veins that trace along the insides of her arms, and along her sides – places that would not generally see the light. She dresses in what is considered to be Lolita style – bright, puffy dresses that end about her knees, and puff out with layers of white petticoats beneath it. Despite the fact that her outfits are meant to be blue and white, sometimes checkered pattern, they are usually stained with a rusty-red spots. Blood does not wash off such delicate fabrics so easily.
She has perfectly manicured nails, dainty little points, that seem to resemble human claws, if one would look closely enough Instead of being shaped into ovals, they have the slightest point to them, and are usually a pale pink color, all to keep up with her appearance of innocence.

Personality :Despite the fact that Goldie attempts, so very, very hard, to keep her innocent demeanor, it sometimes cracks and flakes away so that one can see the spoiled rotten woman beneath it. The woman has a pretty mean temper, and while most people would throw tantrums and yell, Goldie, when the line has been crossed, tends to go very, very, quiet and sit there, staring, quivering. And the next thing there’s another rusty spot on her favorite dress

Despite the unlikely event that one would truly push her far enough to legitimately anger her, Goldie tends to play to the vapid, air-headed blonde stereotype. Though she is not lazy, sometimes Goldie likes to force people to carry random objects for her, fetch her tea, etcetera.

Likes: Animals, excepting bears, controlling people, and playing to peoples expectations before proving them wrong. Acting. Mind games.
Dislikes:Bears, people attempting to get under her skin.

Psychological Disorder(s): Goldie can be considered to have PTSD, though instead of breaking down and sobbing hysterically, Goldie goes on a rampage- attacking allies and enemies alike. A lot of the time, it is the slaves (animals) beneath her that end up slattered, allowing for a feast for those near enough to her, but far enough to have escaped her wrath.
It can be assumed that Goldie is a Sociopath, or a psychopath, due to extenuating circumstances. She does not form legitimate bonds very easily, and though she is loyal to the queen, that loyalty does not extend to being friends with her, only a grudging respect.

Background: Despite the fact that everything seemed so pretty and sweet in Fantasia before the Dark Queen took over, that is a hideous lie. Beneath the gilded surface of the land there were horrific things that took place, which happened, that no one really expected or paid mind to.

That’s how Goldilocks fell into trouble. See, she had once heard a story of talking animals (and boy, did she love animals!), and wanted to go see them. The closest thing to Goldie just so happened to be a cave, seeing as she lived in the woods, and so the cutsie little twelve year old, with bows in her hair and sparkles in her wide blue eyes, waltzed in one day, with a picnic basket full of sloppy porridge. The blondie peeked into the cave, only to see three bears all curled up, sleeping.

Gasping with wonderment and shock, Goldie bound into the cave, dropping her picnic basket on the ground and pounced on the smallest of the bears – wrapping her chubby little arms around him and giving him a squeeze! She did so want for him to be her pet

Of course, the other two bears woke up, and with a swipe of one of their might paws, knocked the confused girl off of the smallest bear. Claws ripped flesh, leaving horrible scratch marks along her ribs that started to drip out blood at a steady pace. Foam gathered around the bears mouth as they closed in for the attack

No one knew how long Goldie was gone for. A day, two days, a week, three weeks? It seemed her parents had been to busy with other things to notice that their golden-haired girl was gone, and when a lone forestman had dragged her nearly dead form into the town to get helped back together VIA magic, so that she didn’t die, well, Goldie wouldn’t talk.
She wouldn’t say a word. It was as if something had snapped inside of the small little girl, something that no one had every expected- she was a child, right? And what had happened to the bears?
It didn’t matter. She wasn’t going to talk, not to a single soul, but ever since that day animals seemed to flock to her, as if she had some strange power of manipulation over them, happy little animlas flocking straight to the slaughter

Partner Various animals that are under her control.

Current Story: Currently, Goldie is binding her time, awaiting the orders on how to move against the White Order, and closing watching a certain Frog Prince who seems to have taken up a small portion of her place (so she sees it).

Weaponry: Besides her fingernails, which would make very sharp scratches, Goldie carries no weapons as of yet, but is trained in archery.

Powers

Animal Manipulation – The ablity to convince and manipulate animals, bending them to her will. It’s easier for her to control and use ‘normal’ animals, with no special powers, though she had a bond with most animals. The lower the power of the animals, the easier it is for her to control them, and have more than one type beneath her power.
Life Drain (Only works on the animals she has under her power) – She can drain the life of the animals that she has, essentially, made into slaves. If they are more powerful animals than she can drain more (like, Playable characters if it has come to having control of them) and can fully drain the life of smaller animals, though it does not fill up her entire life.
Shapeshifting- She can shift into nearly any animal, as long as she has been around that animal long enough before she shifts into it (must have been around that animal for one post if it’s a predator, from start of the post to ending of the next post, and two paragraphs of a previous post for a prey-animal).
Telepathy- She can speak to animals in her mind, though it is less ‘speaking’ with the dumber creatures and more knowing what they want.

So begins...

The War Room

The wicked queen calmly sat at the head of the table, lavishing her attention on none of the beings that sat before her. Her head was held high upon her long, stark-white neck, her brown eyes half-lidded beneath a thick fan of lashes. She listened first to Goldilocks’s pet and replied facetiously, “I do hope so. We can’t have a war without soldiers now can we?”

Fool. Only an employ of one of her generals would make such an obvious proposal. “Goldie, dear; please don’t bring your pets to the table next time.”

A soft and proud smile curled at the rose-red lips of the queen. She was a cold woman and expected only clever suggestions in her War Room. The Wolf was next. He seemed overprotective as usual. The castle and its regions were nowhere near in danger. The uprising was hardly what it sounded to be. Goldilocks seemed to echo similar sentiments as her pet.

The queen closed her eyes and opened them in a matter unlike a normal, swift blink.

“I would like to see this uprising,” the wicked queen said. “Mirror; my love; my darling; come here please.”

From the thick shadows behind the queen came the sound of heavy footsteps. The light from the candelabras hanging above the conference table flashed across the glossy face of a full-body mirror. The mirror approached the table on four lion paws sculpted from white marble and stopped once it was next to its master. The queen scooted back in her chair and turned to face the creature. She rested her fingers upon its back, lightly stroking its spine.

The mirror was beautiful, burnished, and without a sharp or jagged edge. She found herself caught up in its touch. The stone was eerily warm as though it was flesh and she wrapped her black lace-covered arms about its mane. Her breasts squishing against its flank as her black satin gown pooled at her feet.

“There are creatures who seek to oppose me. Mirror, show them to me so that I may destroy them,” the queen asked.

She released the mirror and slid back into her seat. The mirror leapt onto the conference table as its weighted landing resonated throughout the room. A few frogs had tumbled from the table, due to the vibrations and startle. The lion mirror stood in the presence of The Dark Court. Its marble tail flicked about as though it were living before it settled upon its belly. It raised its head, directing its long, oval face toward the ceiling. It then sank into the table until its glass face could be seen by all who sat around the table.

The mirror flashed and presented a small army of beasts led by a black unicorn marching through the Fairy Woods. There had to be one hundred, and they were advancing on Goldilocks’s animal slave camps to free their brethren.

The black unicorn stopped. His red eyes were wide and triangular ears perked in alert.

“What’s wrong my lord?” a buck questioned.

The black unicorn’s nostrils flared as he snorted uncomfortably. “There’s
there’s a disturbance
”

The buck spread his own ears and turned his head left and right, listening to the woods. “I hear nothing.”

The black unicorn’s hoof stomped the earth. “It’s magic. We’re being watched.”

His horn then began to turn black before a black orb began to fill the mirror, blinding the arcane eye of The Dark Court. The wicked queen frowned and rose abruptly to her feet. She couldn’t believe the magic of a unicorn was able to block the all-seeing eye of her mirror.

The wicked queen looked to Goldilocks, her eyes glinting with accusation. She pointed a manicured claw across the table at her and said ominously, “This is your problem. Do what you must to fix it, but you will bring me the unicorn alive. If not, bring me his horn!”

She lowered her hand. “The rest of you do as you wish
”

The queen then noticed Adeen in the back and she regarded the girl in momentary silence. Her painted lips then curled into an impish smile as she crossed her arms beneath her bosom, gazing at Adeen with much interest.

“Goldie, dear, be sure to take Adeen with you. She loves to burn things and what better to set fire to our enemies
and their home (Fairy Woods).”

The mirror climbed out of the table and approached its queen. She rested her hand upon its shoulder, petting him tenderly.

“My poor baby
did he hurt you? He won’t do so for long. We’ll get him,” she cooed to her mirror. As the mirror hopped down from the table, the queen turned her back to those in meeting. “This meeting is dismissed.”

She and her mirror then eluded into the shadows, vanishing from the room.

The frog prince gazed at Goldilocks and smirked. He knew how she always detested him and his frog servants. How he had control of all the frogs in Fantasia. He knew that she had tried to win the loyalties of his servants once, but she was not a frog. He was their only prince. She had often flaunted how she had control of all the animals in Fantasia, but here they were revolting.

“Your power is waning,” the prince taunted. “Little girls should stick to their toys and let the adults handle adult problems. I would have that unicorn’s head on a platter and his army in my belly.”

Because you are our prince! a frog chirped.

Yes, our powerful prince! croaked another.

The queen should have sent you, Sire!

Frosch grinned arrogantly at Goldilocks, flaunting triangular rows of teeth.

The horned frog that had been watching Vivian hopped after her as soon as he saw her flee. He stopped before a mouse hole, gazing down at the hole that he was too big to even attempt to squeeze inside. Upon hearing the praises of his prince, the frog turned and hopped away back towards the conference table.

The mirror's appearance and subsequent movement onto the table did not cause Adeen to stir. Her only movement were her eyes flicking over the glossy surface and skimming over its features. However, when the mirror's face shimmered and revealed the black unicorn and his followers, she leaned forward slightly to get a closer look. He cantered forward in strong, even steps and the power that lay throughout the animal was evident - more so when he broke the sight of the Queen's mirror.

Adeen sat back, pondering about the unicorn and the growing amount of rebels but keeping an eye on the queen and an ear open to her orders. Only moments after, she saw the queen's eyes gaze on her and she immediately focused on the present, standing at attention. "Goldie, dear, be sure to take Adeen with you. She loves to burn things and what better to set fire to our enemies... and their home." At those words, Adeen's eyes gleamed with suppressed eagerness and her lips curled up into a small smile. Soon she would be able to put some rebels to the flames. Finally, she would be able to do something. She bowed her head as the queen left and then turned her scrutiny to the frog prince and Goldilocks.

"Excuse my interruption," she said, her voice in a quiet volume she preferred, but uttered in a way that carried her voice clearly to the intended recipients. "But Her Majesty's mirror showed that those animals were nearly at the camp. I believe we should be going rather than sparing time to talk about who might be better?" The faster they got there, the faster she would be able to watch the lives join together in one magnificent flame. She would be able to watch the rebellion bleed out of their eyes, to become nothing but cold ashes. Soon. First they had to actually leave the castle and head out.

#The Queen's Castle **
Catherine walked up to the Queens chambers but was stopped by a guard. "Your highness!" She yelled as the Queen slightly turned her head. "I have news of the animal rebellion... They are..." She couldn't decide whether to lie or tell the truth. She loved her friends from the animal rebellion and didn't want them to die... But she didn't want to die either. "They are almost at the camp. We should get there as soon as possible. Those useless creatures need to be stopped, I know which area of the forest they are coming from, we can get them before they even strike." She explained. She felt so powerful, just being in the Queen's presence. She pulled on a piece of curly hair hanging by her face. She felt as though the Queen was her mother at that moment and she was just being her perfect daughter. She knows she has no other family than the Queen, so she looked at the guards by the doors and they opened the doors. "Shall we?" She said showing the way of the opened doors.

Lexi stiffened as she heard the commotion. Raising her head, she sniffed at the air. Yep - that's the bitch's scent all right. Her eyes widened in triumph. Finally, Goldilocks was here. Today would be the girl's downfall. How many years had she been without her parents, all thanks to that girl? She would bring her down today.

Sensing that Red had something to say, Lexi faced her squarely. "I know you desire Goldie’s head, but do not make her death your sole priority. We have to save these animals first. This is not the day to seek your revenge. If it had not been Goldilocks, but The Wolf who had appeared, I expect you to have told me the same." Lexi scowled, but replied stiffly, "I will be sure to keep myself in check. If I get too out of hand, do not hesitate to restrain me. I understand that these animals are more important to you - to us."

Reaching up, she twisted her chestnut brown hair into a bun, then let it loose about her shoulders. Though she did not show it, Lexi was actually very worried. She knew Goldilocks' power, and she wasn't sure if she could save all the animals. I could never live it down if I let them die. "We will flank them. Lexi, I want you to lead Formation Alpha in the woods." Red gave her command. Lexi nodded. She turned to Ro and Thumbelina. "Now, you two, you'd better make sure any wounded are safe. Every one of them are indisposable to us. You are the most important of us all, you understand?" Quick and to the point, she hoped they would do as she asked.

"Formation Alpha, let's go!" With those last words, Lexi started circling around the back.

#, as written by Sonata
The attack on the mansion was intense. Demons, ogres, giants, and trolls clawed and raked the edifice. They jumped through windows only to be carried out by bulls, warthogs, and rams. Midnight whirled before a grand window in the foyer where an ogre was slowly trying to squeeze its armor and girth in. His hindquarters rose and his legs stretched out sending powerful hooves smashing against the ogres’s chin. The bones in the creature’s jaw split apart as blood and teeth rained from its face. The ogre released a pained bellow as he collapsed back outside only to have a demon soldier take his place.

Strong Horn had charge of the back of the mansion and with his two, sharp horns he carried out several enemies. A pointer raced over to the black unicorn, his eyes wide and tail between his legs.

“We have moved the wounded to the basement, my lord. How long must we fight? Her units seem endless!” the dog whimpered.

Midnight flared his nostrils at the dog’s loss of hope, but he was slow to answer. The mouse he had sent to find help didn’t seem like the type to betray. When they were enslaved, he had been small enough to not be seen by the enemy. Midnight cast his crimson eyes out the window, they first lowering to the demon that was clawing its way inside. Raising his hind legs again, he sent another harsh kick to the enemy’s face, and a cry similar to the howl the ogre made resounded behind him.

“Do not lose hope,” Midnight said. “Help is coming.”

The pointer didn’t believe him, but Midnight didn’t care. The fool could run for all he cared, but he had a battle to win.

“Ms. Locks, the animals’ forces are crumbling!” a troll ecstatically exclaimed.

Goldilocks didn’t smile. Instead, her deep-blue eyes widened and glistened with her suppressed joy and excitement. Idiots; did they think they could actually win? The thought of seeing them whimpering and crying before her made her lips curl. They had had their recess, but the games were now over.

Suddenly, a harsh breeze passed in front of her, blowing her fat, spiraling curls in a haphazard mess about her face. Her left eye, being the only eye not obscured by her tousled hair, blinked in her temporary state of shock. The troll that had just spoke to her uttered a gurgle as blood welled from his cracked lips and rolled from a seam that parted at his throat. The troll struck the grass like a weight.

Around her, a second cry was heard from a demon knight that collapsed in a heap of armor, then a third. Her hidden army was dropping around her, one by one in a mysterious tempest that smelt of
sweets. Shaking her head, Goldilocks’ curls bounced back into place and she held her hand out to her squire who placed a tall, black scythe into her grasp. A second after, her squire screamed as he fell to the grass to join the corpses that formed a circle of death around her.

Goldilocks went still as she listened to the wind and felt the change in it. In a speedy blur that resembled a silver slant being drawn across the air, Goldilocks swung her scythe and a bright spark flashed off her weapon’s sickle. A red, hot liquid splattered her blade and her face as Goldilocks then opened her mouth to utter a sadistic laugh.

The assassin that had butchered her surrounding units struck the grass with a grunt as one of his legs went flying some ways away. Goldilocks continued her victorious laugh until she noticed the blood that was on her face didn’t roll or drip but stuck like a paste. Blinking her girlish eyes, she raised a finger to a red, sticky dollop and examined it closely. It didn’t look like blood nor did it smell like it. Pressing it to her lips, she suddenly felt confused by the sweet, strawberry flavor that delighted her tongue.

“Strawberry?” she queried.

The little general then turned toward the hooded assassin that was trying to crawl away and was leaving a trail of the jam she had tasted. What was he?

The Gingerbread Man heard Goldilocks’ approach and rolled onto his back to attempt to lob his knife at her. Five more silver lines appeared across his body, severing his limbs and head. His arm fell to the grass still clenching the knife and Goldilocks used the end of her scythe to peel back the hood of the murderer. She was surprised to see a face of bread, frosting, and candy.

“A cookie man?” she spoke in wonder.

The Gingerbread Man’s red, hot candy eyes darted to Goldilocks startling her with how he was still very much alive. His red licorice lips parted revealing his silly rows of candy corn teeth.

“Not cookie man. The Gingerbread Man,” he replied with a sneer. “Surprise!”

Goldilocks frowned and brought her buckled shoe against the side of The Gingerbread Man’s head. Like a kickball, she sent his head flying off randomly into the woods as the killer cried, “YOU BIIIIII~TCH~!”

There were others amongst her army now. Did the animals have reinforcements?

“It’s an ambush!” Goldilocks angrily screamed. She didn’t like to be toyed with.

The Gingerbread Man’s head fell into a bush and rolled some ways to stop by a woman who was apparently hiding and watching the ordeal. He hadn’t recognized her. If she was a part of The White Order, she hadn’t been at the meeting.

“Hey! Hey you!” The Gingerbread Man called. “Whose side are you on?”

He made it seem like he could harm her without a body.

Red Riding Hood stepped from the tree line behind the mansion with her trademark cowl and picnic basket. She approached the line of monsters that were fighting to get into the mansion, her hand dipping into her basket to draw from its infinite depths a red, burning sword. It resembled a katana with a twisted hilt molded like the skulls of numerous devils. Tucking the basket into the shadows of her cape, Red grasped the hilt of her blade with both hands and charged toward the unsuspecting unit.

A goblin that happened to peer over his shoulder, cast a golden, reptilian eye on the approaching red blur and screamed, “Behind-”

His warning was interrupted as Red landed before him, her blade splitting him down the middle. He parted like a sticky sandwich, his blood—darker than a human’s—streaking her red hood. Beneath the rebellion leader’s hood was darkness; her face absent and swallowing the fears of the beasts that surrounded her. She charged the next one, swinging her blade with the dexterous strokes of surrealist. Arching ribbons of blood in monochromatic reds, browns, and blacks coated the grass as Red hacked a path for Aurora and Thumbelina.

An eye opened, crimson red, full of hatred, pain and disgust. A second eye opened, also crimson red and fll of hatred, pain and disgust. Legs moved to help a wolf up, fur white, scars across her body, but giving no signs of pain. Her eyes narrowed as they looked around before her legs moved quickly to get away from Brogdin and to the Fairy Woods where she needed to be. It wouldn't take her long, but it would take her some time to get there.

Her legs felt heavy after having lied down for quite some while but slowly, they started to feel lighter and move faster, the wolf's mouth open, tongue out, but not panting.

Her paws seemed to leave no marks, or even touch the ground as the white wolf ran, finding her way back to the Fairy Woods. Though, they touched the ground lightly, making hardly a sound, or no sound at all.

A forest in the distance and a small smirk on the wolf's face. She made a little bit more speed, forcing her legs to go as fast as they could, the fastest they've ever moved. She needed to be beside her master, follow her orders, and keep the animals in line. Soon, they would be back as they had been.

Touching the ground of the Fairy Woods, she could already smell the scent of blood, and her master. Maybe she was already to late, but didn't think so. Death always came just in time. Death had always a sort of thing for that, to come just in time and to be there and they really needed her.

And finally, they needed her. Though the Queen was the only one she didn't really like, she would fight for the Queen because her master fought for the Queen too, and Death would follow her master, no matter what. She had promised herself hat, and her father had known that. Her father had wanted to prevent that, but her mother hadn't allowed her father to do so. Her mother kept the pup alive, and her father made her to who she was now, a murderous wolf that is out for blood and that wants to protect her master.

As everything came in site, she knew she would be coming just in time. She looked at her right where two grey wolves ran next to her and to her left where four black wolves were now running next to her. She growled at them, telling them to help wherever they could.

For Death, she needed to check on Goldilocks first. Goldilocks was her master, and Death would give her life for only that one person. She skipped to a stop and looked around, trying to find out where her mistress was. But hearing the scream of her master, she quickly ran towards her. ''Master,'' the white wolf said and bowed her head before looking around. ''I've already send a few of my best fighters to help, what can I do more to help?'' the wolf asked, looking up at Goldilocks, her ears perked, eager to help her master.

Death was furious, furious about the animals, but holded it back. She would release her fury some later.
