Luzia shook her head as to what the world had come to, it was a disgrace to see the community descend morally. She took a deep breath as she unfolded herself, feeling rather stiff, got up, standing back on her feet. She took one last look at the field, after opening the gate to the field, before muttering to herself,
"We'll Meet Again." Luzia shook her head once more, as she closed the gate and started on her journey through the dark woods. She had felt like a ribbon dancing in the air, she moved so swiftly through the woods, missing anything that could put her off balance, it seemed so rehearsed. The woods were getting thinner as the path had opened up to a clearing, in which her 'home' was located. Her peace of mind was instantly washed away, becoming more tense and she walked through the door, having used her keys to get in.
Luzia walked through the kitchen grabbed an apple, having weaved in and out of the morning rush in the kitchen, and managed to get the remaining orange juice in her posession. It might have only been half a cup's worth, but she would enjoy it nonetheless. Luzia looked around at people in the kitchen, some seemed lost, she considered them new and was thinking about what happened, the usual. She then noticed some people who have been here for a while now, they seemed comfortable with it. She was satisfied with that and half smiled.
Luzia noticed Gabriel, or 'Foe' as he preferred to be called, sitting down drinking Corona, already. She rolled her eyes, they never seemed to get along. She put it down to how they were different and they both didn't like changes, however Luzia was never sure. She went over to him and took the beer out of his hand, as per usual, and said,
"No drinking before 12pm." Now that she was closer to him, she could smell a certain thing, it took a while before she got it. She narrowed her eyes at him.
"Is this one dead, or did you just leave them to suffer?" She asked. This is probably the main problem between the two, Gabriel would go out and do things and Luzia was usually the one who had to hear about it and try to clean the mess up. She hated feeling like a big sister.

"I...don't want to kill you. Does it kill you?" His voice was much softer than it usually was, as if he was afraid to speak out-loud to her. That statement was almost sweet.
He took a few steps away from her and she felt relief flood her. He was giving her a choice. She looked down at her arm and back up at him. She could walk away, seek safety in the house and have no reason to feel bad but..... What did she have to lose? Nothing. He wouldnt hurt her, and if she gave him some of her blood some other creature would be saved. She watched him for a moment longer, her bright green eyes sharpening and a warm smile spreading across her face.
"i wont die....i cant die that way..." Azreal said quietly, as she gestured to the blood dripping from her hand. It was her way of accepting he needed blood, and she was willing to give it.

Kylar brought his gaze up towards her, surprised when he saw a small smile spread across her face. It almost confused him for a moment, before he actually thought about it. Fallen angel. Angels were part of heaven. So if she had the title of a fallen one, then that probably meant that she couldn't go back there. You only went to that place when you were dead anyways, so was it that...she couldn't die? Was that why she was smiling, and not turning her back towards him, heading off in the other direction? His pale blue eyes remained on her, waiting to see if she would speak, or walk away, do something.
What she said only confirmed his suspicions. She couldn't die. In that way? So she couldn't die from blood loss, but maybe from some other causes. A fatal injury? He didn't linger on the questions for too long. She held out her arm towards him, the one dripping blood from the wound from her bird. It continued to bleed, the droplets rolling down her skin. She gestured towards it. Kylar looked up at her. She was offering her blood to him. That could be the only possibility, unless she was stupid enough to try and taunt him or something. But she could already tell that she wasn't the sort of person that would do that.
He stepped cautiously towards her again, reaching out a hand and grabbing her wrist gently. He could feel her blood cover his own hands. The scent was strong, and reminded him once again of the small taste of it he had gotten before. His eyes wandered down towards the blood on her wrist, and then...her neck. The wind had not only blown her scent towards him, but also her hair away from her neck, revealing her skin underneath. The neck always had the largest supply of blood, having the largest vein connected to the heart. He could almost hear the blood coursing through her body.
If she couldn't die from what he was about to do, then he wouldn't matter how much he took, right? The last thing he wanted to do now was cause her a lot of pain so he would just...take a bit. He wasn't sure if she had wanted him to take from her neck or not in the first place, but it didn't matter now, did it? Kylar stepped closer again, slowly moving his other hand towards her chin, placing his hand underneath, and tilting her head slightly. He had almost forgotten who the person was, and was only focusing on the source of her blood. It seemed like minutes had passed, though it had just been a few mere seconds. He still had a grip on her wrist with his other hand. Kylar parted his mouth open slightly, leaning down towards her neck. There was a crooked smile on his lips as he dug his fangs into her skin. Instantly, her blood welled into his mouth.

It didnt hurt to bad really, and she figured she could meditate wile this went on, maybe she could block out the little bit of pain there was. She closed her eyes and reached for her inner peace, though she didnt expect to get to it very fast as her heartbeat was racing and her breath unsteady, but suddenly, she was there. In her Minds eye she could see the violet ball of light at her center, the beautiful energy that sustained her.
'Finally' she thought and reached out towards it. As soon as her mind touched the light everything seemed right. She felt amazing, at peace, her heart rate became steady and her breathing as well. She felt the tingle of the energy along her skin, it was pleasant hum. She felt the 'tattoo's' on her back stretch and take their true form, her wings. They where each about her height in wing span and black as midnight.

"Nothing of the sort," he replied in amusement to his second question. "Though I do know of an inbred Grecian with far too much time on her hands. Truly, she is more of an annoyance than she is worth," he commented, finishing his meal and setting it in the sink. "And yourself? Have you a wife or lover? Perhaps a son?" he questioned, having in the span of their meal and conversation, several people moving in and out of the kitchen. He noticed one girl taking the beer from his new acquaintance's hand and couldn't help the smirk cross his lips. "Or a mother, I suppose," he couldn't help adding, chuckling as he got himself some water to wash down his egg with. He heard a bark and smiled as Gaius came back into the house, barreling through the kitchen to slide to a stop heavily against Ayia's legs, nearly knocking him off balance. "You buried it deep," he commented, seeing the dirt and mud caked to the beast as he panted happily. Ayia turned again to explain. "Ah, yes. This is Gaius. I would introduce you properly, but I have yet to catch your name," he replied, not having given his own either.
He retrieved a bowl and filled it with water for his large dog, allowing him to noisily drink to his heart's content, wary of those left int he kitchen. He let out a low growl to keep people away from him while he had his head lowered and guard down. A warning that should someone get too close, he would lunge out in attack. Even Ayia wasn't safe when he was so firmly focused on what was in front of him.

Some of the blood streamed escaped his mouth, streaming down his chin. It almost surprised him, how quiet she was through the whole thing. He could hear her breathing slowing down, and her heart-rate lower as well. Was she just trying to relax and calm herself down? He pulled his head away from her neck, opening his eyes. He hadn't even realized that he had closed them. Everything seemed to shift back to how it normally was. His hand that was tilting her head had moved, down to her shoulder. Kylar let out a quiet breath, staring down at the mark he had left on her neck. Her own blood was already drying over the new wound.
He was still rather close to her. Kylar pulled himself away, his hands still on her just in case she needed some support for a bit longer. He didn't expect her to speak for quite awhile, so closed his eyes for just a moment and opened them again, letting a quiet sigh escape his lips. His vision cleared, and his eyes wandered down to the large black, feathery wings protruding from her back. He was confused for a moment, but remembered she was a fallen angel. How had those just appeared though? How had she done that? He kept his gaze on her wings, realizing that her and that hawk seemed to have more in common than he thought.
He pulled his hands away from her, bringing a hand up towards his mouth and wiping a bit of the remaining blood off with his hand, dabbing at the corners of his lips with his thumb. Her eyes were closed, and he didn't know what she was doing, or trying to do, so he figured that it would be best if he stayed silent, and just used his patience for awhile.

She closed her eyes again, took a deep breath, and stepped away from him. She didnt want him to think she was going to be all clingly after that, or like she thought he owed her, though she wasnt sure what to say about it. She smiled at him, trying to think of something to say.
'what can i say? thanks for drinking my blood your welcome to it any time since it doesnt effect me?' she thought and smiled at that. it was true enough but she wasnt going to say that out loud. She wondered if he wanted her to leave now. she had fullfilled her purpose and she no longer had a reason for him to want her to be around him. She almost sighed at the thought and watched him for a moment.
"ah...well...ill...leave you alone now...." she said feeling kind of awkward, something she rarely felt.

Still, Foe did not look happy with a woman walked in and took his beer. What he hated even more was that she decided to try and put him into some strange family setting. He could just ignore her, he knew that he wanted to, but instead he got up and took another beer from his fridge. βBitch, I bought this with my own money. If you want to play momma-lamb, you play it with one of the kids that cares for your company,β he shot to her, his voice staying soft and sweetly-pleasant, mocking her. It wasnβt that he minded her company, but she took his beer. Before she could stop him, he snapped the cap off, tossed it at her and then perched close to his previous spot, leaving Ayia room. His eyes dared her to try and take his drink again. βIf I want to pickle my liver, I say let me do it. Youβre not my family,β he said, his voice dripping honey. βYou wonβt ever be family,β he said to her. She called herself βfallenβ, he called himself βrebelβ, to him, there was nothing worse than her kind. She must have been created after him, because his brethren were all created at the same time, serving a different god. He knew that she wasnβt created by Kreios.
He turned his attention from her and refocused them back on Ayia. βSorry about that. She has a Bitch-Complex,β he said, his hand tighter on the bottle, not about to relinquish it to anyone. βAh, no, about your dogβ¦ definitely not a cat,β he said as he saw the creature wander into the room and was watered. He held his plate in his hands, as if waiting for something and a loud screech rebounded through the walls as his only friend came bounding in, climbed his leg and perched on his shoulder. βThere you are,β he said, cutting up a piece of the omelet and handing it up to the black faced-white furred monkey, he lovingly named Lily but otherwise called her Disaster, for she had disastrous effects on the house. If something was shiny and turned up missing, she probably stole it. βSheβs my only βloveβ if you could call it that. Iβve had plenty of women, plenty of men and a few inbetween that werenβt quite sure what gender they are. Iβm a Rebel angel, serving Achios. We donβt procreate with mortalsβ¦ though, demons. That could be arranged,β he said to Ayia with a grin as Lily kept pulling at his hair so that he would give her more of the omelet.

Gaius' attention turned and followed the monkey as it came into the room, letting out a loud bark and moving to the counter, standing on his hind legs in an attempt to grab hold of the furry beast. βDown, Gaius!β Ayia gave a brief shout, pushing against the large animal until he was once more on the floor, staring intently at the monkey perched on Foe's shoulder. He waited patiently, eager for an opportunity to play with the creature, even if he was more likely than not to accidentally kill her. βI am sorry about that, I hope he didn't frighten your friend there,β the water demon said honestly, wanting to pet the creature, but knowing well enough the repercussions of assuming an animal was tame. His own dog was not considered a wild creature, but was wary of any who approached him. He deemed who could come close to him, and even when listening to Ayia, would still lash out. There was a mutual respect between the two; Ayia liked having a companion, and Gaius enjoyed having someone tend to his needs and keep him occupied.
βOh, I'm sure you say that to all the demons,β Ayia responded with a smirk and patted Foe's knee, hopping down from the counter. He turned, taking the time to openly appraise the rebel angel that sat before him. He had a strong jawline, what looked to be soft lips, and a prominent nose that fit him rather well. But it was his eyes, the eyes that promised thrills deep in their swirling blue deeps so much like the ocean he had left behind. βI am of a demonic classification. Approsi created me, and I serve none, as Approsi has been lost amongst the mortals and their forgetful minds. I've tasted the flesh of many mortals and found their cuisine to be more appealing in most cases.β He paused again and smirked at the being before him. βI have never quite tasted the likes of a Rebel angel before. It would be an interesting experience, to say the least.β He turned to face the door, having finished his meal, nudging at the beast to move out first and leave the poor monkey alone. He turned to face Foe and gave a smirk. βAny plans for the day?β

Once she was out of the kitchen, Danni took a deep breath, shaking her head just a bit. Fresh air seems like a good idea right now..Maybe a walk. I wonder if Midnight's up yet.. Danni thought to herself, her gaze on the ground before her as she stepped out of the back door. Closing the door quietly behind herself, Danni smiled slightly as she began making her way towards the tree's that surrounded the house. The perfect place to think, and be alone. While she walked, she noticed two other people off to her left. One, the male, was clearly a vampire, though she wasn't quite sure what the female was. Shrugging just a bit, she continued on her way, before coming to a large oak tree. Deciding it'd be the best place for now, Danni took a seat beneath it, pressing her back agianst the trunk. From her position now, Danni had a clear veiw of the house and of the few people that were outside. "Hmm...What to do, what to do.." She mumbled softly, tilting her head a bit.

He carefully placed his hand by his mouth again, wiping off the last bit of blood from his lips. There was a long lasting silence between the both of them, though he didn't feel awkward. It was like he was waiting for something to happen. Or she was waiting for...him to speak. Was he supposed to say thank you? He had a feeling that it was why she was so quiet. She was waiting for him, quite patiently. He tried to read her eyes, searching to see if she was maybe thinking or feeling something. He could tell she was a bit distracted by something on her mind.
Kylar caught the sight of a faint smile on her lips. He didn't respond with any expression, but rather clasped his hands together, weaving his fingers together. When she spoke, it was like her words went through one ear, and straight out the other. He barely processed them, and ignored them all together. He answered her statement with a curious question of his own.
"What do you die from?" As he spoke, there was some noise in the background. Kylar paid no attention to it, though he could hear some footsteps in the grass from a few feet away. He glanced over his shoulder briefly, spotting a figure far behind them, heading over to a certain spot near a tree, the shady spot that he often sat by.

"What do you die from?" he had asked and she really couldnt give him a strait answer not only because she didnt know, but also because she wouldnt tell a stranger how to kill her. She thought about it or a moment. What couldnt she die from?
"i dont know...i only know what i cant die from...." She said after a moment of silence. She knew what she COULDNTdie from because she had tried...many many many times, to kill herself, in hopes of making it back to heaven...or even to be wiped from existence. That thought brought a flood of painful memories. she shook herself thought.
"I dont die from blood loss" she said starting with that. She had cut her wrists, trying to bleed herself out once. she had only succeeded in getting blood on everything.
"i dont die from impalement...." she said as she remembered the first time she met a human. it was up in Egypt and she had still had her wings. He had stabbed her though the abdomine. She had survived easily...with a lot of pain, but without a hitch.
"i dont die from heights, that just hurts a lot" she said as she had jumped off a 13 story building trying to either fly or die.
"i dont die from getting hit by speeding cars...that hurts too" she said with an bitter smile. Traffic wasnt the best place to have a break down. There where so many things she had tried.
'....maybe beheading? taking out the heart? heart break?...' no she had had a broken heart...and she was still alive. though sometimes she wondered if that was a good thing. She shook herself out of her bad memories and smiled brightly up at Kylar.
"i really dont know what kills me...." she said still smiling.
"what about you? obviously sunlight is out...." she said trying to make conversation.

He re-focused again when she addressed him. At the mentioning of sunlight, he looked up at the sky, raising a hand to shield his eyes. He then looked back down at her, lowering his arm. Kylar wasn't exactly sure how to answer that either. He never tested the sorts of things, never noticed how people assumed that vampires were damaged in things like sunlight. Weakened by holy symbols and objects. Most of it was rubbish. For him, anyway. He just assumed that there may be other types of vampires, all that were weak and damaged by different things.
Kylar shrugged his shoulders, slowly lowering himself to the ground, sitting down on the grass. He looked up at Azreal, gesturing to a spot on the ground in front of him with his hand. Before even letting her sit down, he began to speak.
"Well, I don't go around testing theories and stuff. Like you." He paused for a moment, a small smile of his own spreading across his lips, remaining for a few seconds before it turned into a small smirk. "I can just assume that...there are sort of different..sub-species of us. That are immune to certain things, and damaged by some things. In my case, I don't really like the brightness of the sun, but it doesn't injure me. Fire hurts me a lot more though, even just going near it is painful" He explained, extending his arms out behind him, leaning back. Why he was being so open with his words towards her puzzled him, but it felt natural.
"And I'm pretty sure that most fatal wounds for us would..kill instantly." He let out a soft chuckle, picking at the grass with his fingers. During conversations, he always felt the need to do something with his hands. It was a habit.

She wondered about him still though, he seemed very observent and the quiet type...so what made him want to talk to her? not that she was complaining, she was actually enjoying his company, but she still wondered.
"interesting...Well i assume getting beheaded would take care of me.....but i havent tried...because, well, if it didnt...that would be a suck ass existance" Azreal said with a smile that was tinged with bitterness. She had tried everything but just that, beheading and taking her heart out. Some things even she didnt have the guts to do, and she considered herself extremely brave.
"How long have you been around?" Azreal asked suddenly. she had lost track of the years she had spent wandering the earth.
"i dont remember when i fell....just that God didnt want me any more..." Azreal said with a sigh. She thought about it. Such a sad topic....She shook her head and smiled as she waited for his answer.

"Big sister sounds alot better when compared to mother. Plus, he would have been lucky to have a mother like me. Obviously there was no decent figure of authority in his life, otherwise he wouldn't go around killing people and have others clean up his mess. He would need a mother, but to be honest I'm getting sick of playing it."
She then realised she probably let too of her thoughts leave her mouth. She wasn't embarassed, she just turned around to face them.
"And don't call me a bitch or tell me I have a bitch-complex... whatever the hell that is anyway, because I wouldn't want to go all-" Luzia stopped talking as she felt some against her leg. Having looked down, she caught sight of a dog and it seemed as if it had just had something, because Luzia's leg now felt rather wet and she wasn't repulsed by it but a little put off would have been a better thought. She was just about to stroke or pet the animal but it had then let out a low growl at her, so she quickly stood back up and looked at the animal in curiousity but shook it off as she walked back over to Gabriel and whispered into his ear,
"You still didn't answer my question. Will I need to make up a story and get rid of anything? You don't have to tell me in front of your new friend, but don't leave it too long. "
Luzia then turned back to the person next to Gabriel,
"Nice to 'meet' you." She kept it quick and simple. She took one last look at the amount of people in the kitchen and shook her head, smiling. She waved it off as she turned on her heels to leave the room and walk towards her bedroom. Luzia decided that maybe the next morning she'll have to hide the Corona's from the fridge and then put it back at 12. She finally reached her room and searched under her bed for her book. It took a long while, she would stop every now and then because she had found something of interest to her and would inspect it with curiousity, making up a story as to what it was and does, and why it was under her bed. Eventually she found the right book.
It had intricate detail on the leather cover of the book. It had the vintage look and Luzia loved it, that was probably why she would take about 5 minutes just touching the cover, her eyes closed and her mind imagining how old it actually was. She took it, wrapping it in her arms and holding it tightly against her chest. She walked towards the library/study on the bottom floor of the house. She sat down on her usual seat, her whole body curled up on the chair. She opened the book and took her ink and pen and started writing in her journal about her session that morning. It always seemed to change even though the same things were being done.

He got off of the counter and stalked over to her. He was tall, firm and broad shouldered. His hands were soft, his eyes were hard, his aura was dark with the smut of his sins and regrets. There was nothing kind, nothing worth saving in the evil depths of his darkness. βYou think that you need to clean up after me. Get your head out of your ass, woman. Killing is for those that have no intelligence. It is a quick fix for a long game. I whisper. I tempt. I beguile. I seduce. I promise. I offer them utopia as I hand them Hell. Why would I have to kill? They are so easily broken, so easily swayed to the ways of hell that Kreios has no recourse but to pair the dark with the light. For one born, I corrupt. I plant the seed that festers and warps and makes their happiness into their hell. Hell is other people, Cher, why would I bother to kill?β
Foe finished and turned his back on her. Finally, after dealing with all of her misconceptions about him, thinking that he could be saved, he told her, straight out. There was no saving the sinner that had no soul to save. Not when the sinner was created before the original sin, outside of death, and doomed to suffer constant pain as punishment from turning his back on his creator. βOutside of light. Outside of love,β he muttered, picking up his beer and finishing it off, Lily returning to perch on his shoulder. βAnd she bloody wonders why I drink so much,β he said.
Lily screeched as the dog barked at her and she threw a piece of omelet at him, watching as it bounced off his head.
βLily!β Foe admonished, laughing again as he let her clamber up on his head and further away from the dog. βItβs fine, Ayia. Lily can handle herself better than most females. If she really gets pissed off, sheβll just turn into her human self and tell him off,β he said, reaching up to pet the side of the monkeyβs head. βMy snake can do the same. Both of them are denizens to Hell. Created there with no soul, like myself. We get along well.β
He quite liked the banter that Ayia had, and by liked he meant that he liked that he wasnβt told off every ten seconds, after all. A lion wasnβt yelled at for hunting. βToday?β he looked up at Lily who chattered. βtoday I have to go shopping and restock this house with food. Pick up some things in town and then go spend the night at the bar. Why? You have any interest in coming? Take that as you will,β he said blandly. He was often the one that kept the house stocked with food and there was more beer in the catacombs of the house than many knew what to do with. But hell, he wasnβt a free-loader or a whiny wimp with no means. He worked and worked hard. He just didnβt bother explaining to people that he was a bartender at night. It was perfect. Everyone wanted to take home a bartender. His little magically altered ID put him as older as well, and he certainly didnβt look the teenage part, and planned to keep it that way.

A few minutes after Danni had left the room Kestral began to agree with her as she also stood and left, Hecate following quickly behind her. Kestral walked to a set of stairs and sat on the bottom step as her familiar sat a few steps up, waiting to recieve more attention. Kestral smiled at this as she gently swept her hand over the soft fur on the back of the Siamese.
" You beauty, you. So concieted too," She murmured softly to the kitten, knowing full well the feline understood and realized the truth in her words. The young witch sat back and dropped her hands to her lap as she blinked slowly, peering from beneath her lashes at the many other supernatural beings that were also about.

Kylar tilted his head slightly at her question, shrugging his shoulders. It wasn't very long, for sure, but he had lost count. Or rather...decided not to keep count anymore. His years of existence bored him, he could care less. She seemed to answer her own question, and as she did so, he looked up at her curiously.
"What kind of a person just throws someone out of their home like that?" He didn't understand the concept so well, about God and what he or she tolerated or not. Angels lived in heaven, that mythical (or at least he thought it was mythical before all of this) place in the sky. What had she done wrong? Certainly nothing too bad. Just then he realized that he still hadn't answered her question.
"I got bored of counting." He answered halfheartedly, not focusing much on her question, but rather why she was indeed a 'fallen angel'.

"I fell in love....and He led a revolt. I followed mindlessly...thinking it was for the best...because i was blinded by love. Blinded so much that i struck out at my fellow angels, and was thrown from the gates of heaven, and not admitted in hell, where my love reigned. My love...he didnt want me. He just used me to get to the top, to god. Funny to think someone so beautiful on the outside could be so damn ugly on the inside." Azreal said her eyes far off, as was her mind. She snapped herself back to attention and smiled sadly.
"anyways, in short i was stupid" she said with a grin that wavered only a little. It had been a long time since she had thought about Morning Star. She felt nothing now, but bitter sorrow. she held no love for her past. she let her smile fall for a moment as she watched a sparrow fly above them.

In the depths of her mind, Danni was slowly going over the things she'd done in her past. People she'd met, places she'd visted, and even the very few people she'd killed. Lastly, Danni began wondering why she'd decided to retreat to the Mansion she was currently calling her's and Midnight's home. Could she be happy here? Could she truely call it a home? Only time would tell she reasoned, before letting out a deep breath her vision slowly returning to normal.
