Being young and inexperienced in life, Satogi loves to explore the world as if it were a playground and is usually a very positive influence on his surroundings. That said, his curiosity and romantic nature has gotten him in trouble with some of the local girls when he was younger. He tries to stir clear from more threatening dangers but otherwise he cant help himself when it comes to learning of something new in the world. This includes music, art, anime, friends, books, and in some cases stories of spirits and ancient entities. He was never scared of these stories though, and instead always wondered what they were like and how they functioned. This goes for most things new to him, and will drive his life ever forward.

Born within the village and having never left it's embrace, Orokawru Satogi is a simple being who grew up in a household mostly empty. His father lived in Tokyo to be closer to his work, and his mother had seasonal trips to relatives in other parts of the country. During these times he was either spending time with neighbors or friends, pretending to play with spirits in the woods, until recently at least when he could look after himself. During middle school he started to gain interest in girls, and it was around this time that he found himself more and more alone as his friends did too. Thus started his quest to find the perfect girl for himself to fit his romantic fantasies. Manga proved to be an outlet for this, but he still enjoyed exploring his world just as much as in his early childhood. Moving into highschool only brought him more trouble, and his romantic daydreams only seemed more distant. His positive attitude prevailed however, and he still kept his life in a happy light.
