Daughtris

Trish shook his head, getting up to a sitting position. "that was awful" he said while one hand was pinching the bridge of his nose while looking down. He turned his head to Ella and spoke "the good news is, there are no children. I'm at least sure of that". His body was still trembling from what happened but still, he mustered a friendly chuckle and smiled "I saw some strange images but couldn't make sense of what they were. I don't think that the serum worked" he said rubbing his forehead where the faint sigil glowed "I could feel something blocking the images"

Aiden had laughed when Lionel mentioned sky diving. "Sounds like a good idea to me." He then went with Lionel to the door. To his surprise, Toko was there. "Oh, uh, hey Toko. I was just here while my friend Lionel here had to run an errand. We're leaving now." Aiden looked to the blond girl behind Toko, givings a polite smile and a quiet hello, and then saw Derek standing detatched from the group, like he didn't quite belong. In truth, Derek felt as if he didn't. He knew that Alica was angry with him for speaking with her about her manners. But he didn't understand why. He came from a time where that was normal. So he just stayed quiet and kept his distance while Aiden walked off the steps. "Well, it was nice seeing you Toko, but we gotta go. C'mon Lionel."

"It really is a small world" said Toko, watching Aiden and Lionel walk pass him, until a scream was heard coming from inside the building, grabbing everyone's attention "what was that?" Toko asked surprised
"was that Trish's voice?" Lionel questioned, looking at the door.
An urge of being a hero suddenly rose inside Toko. The thought of someone being in danger played in his mind. With courage and no serious thoughts, the white furred dog jumped through the door and ran into Nigel who was mixing up a potion, causing Toko to stumble into the examination room and lay flat on his back underneath Ella.
"What the shit?!" Trish exclaimed and jumped in shock.

"What is going on here?" Nigel asked. Ella was so surprised when a dog fell underneath her, she yelped and hopped backwards. She tripped and barely held her balance. "Wh... What..." She couldn't find the words that would form her question, even if she had a dictionary. "So, may I help you?" Nigel asked Toko.

Ella noticed that there were more people at the front door. She didn't know if she should invite them, since the house wasn't hers. Nigel turned to them. "Everyone, come in if you'd like. You'll feel welcomed, unless you're burglars, or serial killers." He said.

"I guess the scientist's popularity is growing..." Ella almost whispered to Trish. "Feeling better?"

"What, may I ask, is going on here?" Alica asked trying to put together the chaos so as to make sense of it.
Then as she took a step further into the room, the cube in her pocket started going crazy, shaking and beeping like it had gone insane! She pulled it out of her pocket but the moment it was free of the fabric of her jeans it flew over to the other woman in the room... It stopped, and dropped without a sound to her feet.
Alica stood there simply looking at the young wowman... They looked to be close in age. She was pretty and Alica saw none of her looks in her.

Ella looked at the woman that was looking at her. The elf squatted, almost kneeling on her left knee and took the sphere. She slowly stood up, while holding and gazing into the sphere.

Ella moved her sight to Alica. "I guess this is yours..." She spoke to her.

Toko got up. He noticed that the cube was now in Ella's hand. At first, it seemed nothing happened but then the cube started to glow and vibrated then hovered. Then light beamed forward, creating a hologram of a brown haired man with a stubble, the appearance of Ella's father.

"hello, Ella" the man waved at the elf then turned to his other daughter "and hello to you, Alica" then he turned to the white furred dog "Toko!" he cheered then eyed everyone "and everyone! Hello!" he greeted joyfully and laughed. When his laughter subsided, he cleared his throat, expression became slightly serious but a warm smile was still on "well, before you get confused, this isn't the real me. This is just a part of me that I left with the cube. It's a, what you call it? message?" he paused for a second "well anyways, I also left a part of my spirit and powers in this cube, programming it only to be usable by anyone that inherits even the slightest of my spirit, which is you" he pointed Alica "and of course you too, Ella" he pointed to Ella "I'm sorry for suddenly disappearing on you year ago, baby bear, but something came up and now I'm stuck somewhere in Afukira" he laughed for a moment then cleared his throat once more "sorry. I'm laughing to much. Its a bad habit, I know. But now that you both are adults, I assume that your powers are all matured enough. You can resurrect me!" he smiled and waited for them to process what he had said "well, here's how to do it" he abruptly started explaining "as Toko may know, years ago, I have specially made a golem for myself and placed it the temple built for me in Afukira. The task is easy. You just need to bring the cube there and place this cube under the golem. well, it may look more like a statue than a golem cause I made it to look human. Humans look wonderful, don't they?" he paused "well, you might as well start now" he laughed "You must have a lot of things to ask me. I might be able to answer them, but for now, I'll see you later, my daughters. May the flowers of happiness bloom within your heart" he bowed elegantly.

With that, the hologram stopped and the cube dropped down.

Ella was speechless. She stood still for a while, assimilating the amount of information she just received.
Still shocked and confused, she dropped on her knees.
"So there's an unexpected family reunion here?" Nigel broke the silence.
Ella slowly raised her shaking arm, barely pointing at the sphere. "F-father came from here... Dad... Afukira... He's there..." The elf looked at Alica. "H-he... He's your father too? W-wait..." She slowly stood up. "What just happened?"

"So you're my sister huh? Not really what I was expecting but then again..." *Sigh* "So what now?" Alica was obviously flustered and upset.
He doesn't show his face my whole life and now he expects me to just drop everything and go running off to save him?! For all he knows I hate him..... Do I? Alica had so many things running through her mind and she didn't really know what to say or do.

Despite of still being shocked, Ella couldn't go on without asking herself if by "Not really what I was expecting but then again..." Alica meant she was disappointed.
"We have a chance to see our dad again!" A smile formed on her face when she took the sphere. We must only go to Afukira and find the golem! Finally! I'll see Dad! We'll see him!"

[was waiting for twi-twi to post. But, she didn't... I'll just have to continue... I still wish this would continue to be a love story...]

"So you're his other daughter" Toko said, looking at Ella "I'm Toko, your father's follower"

"What in Daughtris is happening?!" Trish exclaimed, interrupting them. He was still recovering from the attempt of regaining his lost memory but what was currently happening made him confused even more. "Could someone explain what is happening here?"

Toko turned to the angel "oh, I'm sorry" he apologized "how do I explain this? um.... well... its actually a sensitive matter. I don't think we should loosely tell this to just anyone"

"Crap, sorry I didn't mean it like that... I mean I was expecting you to look like we are related and we look nothing alike. I have a dad who raised me and was there for me much unlike our ''father'' so I'm sorry for not being all get up and go about finding him. It's only just starting to sink in that I'm not my dad's flesh and blood... Did you even meet the titan in person or what?"
Alica knew she needed to get her head on straight and figure out what she was going to do, if she was going to help save her ''father'' or she could just run for it, change her name and all those wonderful things then move across the world... Again. Hide away from everything. But just from the way her sister brightened at their father on the cube she knew deep down she would help for her sake, just so one of them could have a family... Family type thing? Hmmmmm. Alica wanted to reach for Derek's hand but she didn't think he would respond well to that.

(OOC: It will be a love story, and it also seems to have other stuff)

"Nice to meet you, Toko!" Ella replied to the dog. "What in Daughtris is happening?!" Trish asked. Ella grabbed him by the hand. "I'm going to see Dad! Oh, God! I'll see him!" She let his arm go. "Look at my hands! They're shaking!"

"Did you even meet the titan in person or what?" Ella's sister asked. "He was with me, he raised me! But he disappeared. I'll finally know what really happened!" Ella replied. "I don't know why weren't you a part of our life and why were you raised by another man... We'll ask him that too!... I still can't believe what's happening... Not only did I find out where's dad, it turns out I'm not an only child! I, uh... It will sound very weird, but... May I hug you?"

Aiden had heard the scream as well, and they had gone in to investigate what had happened. When he was satisfied that everything was alright, he tugged at Lionel's hand, whispering in his ear. "I don't think any of this is our business. We should go." He then waited for his companion to lead them out and to the sky diving that he was so looking forward to.

Meanwhile, Derek had slipped into the shadows, watching the interaction go on. He leaned against the wall in a dark corner, seeing as his friend- or could he even call her that?- discovered that she not only had a sister, but a father whom she could revive as well. Derek didn't understand the concept of bringing people back to life. Then again, he only dealt in death. He never got to see what happened to the souls after he freed them of their bodies.

(Ooc- sorry, would have posted sooner but I didn't really see how I was supposed to reply. Still not sure. Just kind of B.S'ed my way through that one.)

Lionel turned to Aiden, slightly surprised. "yes, ofcourse."

Lionel saluted casually at Trish with a smile and then, the two was gone.

A cab brought them to their destination. From the edge of the hovering island, they could see more islands, smaller but also inhabited by other creatures. Beneath Feather City was the mountains, rivers, and plains of Lightwake. From where they were, the houses and vehicles are just dots.

The wind blew hard, fluttering their cloths and hair. While covering his eyes from the wind with his hand, Lionel swung his other hand down to earth and a sigil was created on the ground. "Are you ready?" he asked Aiden with a sly smile.

"Okay, we have lots of time for that later, but for now, I think we should hurry to Afukira" Toko interrupted "are you two ready?"

Trish turned to Nigel the scientist with knitted brows. "Are you understanding this? Are you not confused at all by what is happening?" Trish shook his head "how weird is their father's name? Seriously, Titan? It sounds just like the name of Daughtris's god of earth"

"I'm not really confused. I barely know the women, I wouldn't be shocked if they turned out to be daughters of a God. There are many different species and hybrids here, nothing will surprise me." Nigel replied to Trish.

Ella was still in shock and didn't hear much of what Trish said. Suddenly she remembered. "He said that this was how we 'resurrect' him... Is he dead? If so, we must go now! In each case we must! How can we reach Afukira? Where's the golem? Do you know, Toko?" The elf didn't calm down yet.

"yes, sure. Its in the main metropolis of the continent of Afukira" Toko answered "the information given from the cube is a little blurry but I am sure I know which golem he was talking about." he turned to the other daughter "so Alica, can your helicopter take us all?"

"Everyone calm down right now. I don't even know my own sister's name. Yes you may hug me but don't expect it to become a regular thing. *She waited for her sister to introduce herself then gave her name as well.*
I will help if I can but don't ask me to risk my life for someone who never gave a damn for me alright? We can take the chopper yes." Alica said all this before she could be interupted again. She was shocked with herself, Alica felt like she had lost control of her mouth. Everything was falling apart. She looked behind her to see if Derek was still there... Thankfully he was. She hoped he could see in her eyes that she wished he was closer.
As soon as she thought this she felt even more out of control. Could she be developing feelings for the reaper?

"I-I'm Ella." The elf introduced. She decided not to hug Alica, because it was obvious she wasn't into hugs right now. "Alica, he probably wouldn't want you to think like that about him. He probably had a reason for not being a part of your life. It won't hurt if you give him a chance." A slight smile formed on Ella's face. She looked calm, but her heart was still pounding like mad.

"Hey, I don't want to get on the way of your busyness by unexpectedly involving into this, but may I come too? " Nigel asked.

"don't you have work tomorrow, Ella?" Trish asked, getting out of the bed. He was still lightheaded but nothing unmanageable "anyways, I think I'll be heading home"

"I'll take a few days off!" Ella replied. "So, I guess you're not coming?..." She asked in sad and disappointed manner. Ella didn't want to force him to come on such an adventure, so she didn't bother convincing him to come. She wasn't sure what would happen along the way, it might also be dangerous, and since Trish had nothing to do with her family business, there was no reason for him to come.

"I can call for work now and ask for a few days off! Although... I... don't have a phone..." Ella said. "You can use mine." Nigel replied.

After thanking the scientist, agreeing that he could come if he wanted, and calling to work, Ella was ready for the journey to Afukira.

"Not once did he show his face, or do anything to show I was his daughter or that he cared that I was alive. The only sign I got was stuff he couldn't control, like my green thumb and my grandmother had a green thumb...
Now I might not have room or I will have to get a lot more fuel if it's going to be Toko, me, Ella, you... and Derek. If you would like to keep being dragged around that is." Alica said.

Well this is going to be just grand! A stranger, and another stranger I'm related to and I'll bet Derek is going to head out... I don't blame him...

"Alright, I won't make things more difficult, so I'll stay." Nigel said. "But you should take this." He gave everyone a small falcon. Apparently all those falcons had something in them. "It has a universal liquid. You decide their function - whether would be for healing wounds, dissolving hard material, repairing something broken, melting ice, freezing something, it's up to you.

"So, I guess I'll see you later..." Ella looked up into Trish's eyes. "I hope Dad agrees to come here, after we save him! It would be great if you meet him!"
