RECKLESS ✦ FLIRTATIOUS ✧ HUMOROUS ✦ CAREFREE ✧ IMPULSIVE
β•šβ•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•β•

Erin has always been a wildcard. From the moment she could crawl she was always getting herself into trouble. Her whole motto was "Live fast, die young." though it wasn't something she expected to be taken literally. She lived life on the edge, constantly going out and doing things for the rush of.

Erin could be described as a flirtatious person, joking and hitting on people at the same time. She likes to joke around, but if she really likes a girl, she is unbearable. Something akin to a straight guy with no morals when it comes to girls. Still, regardless of her sexual orientation, she flirts with everyone. Many people seem to find this quirk of hers endearing.

Impulsive as all hell, Erin is constantly doing things without thinking. She doesn't think things through and constantly deals with the repercussions. Still, this doesn't stop her from constantly doing things she shouldn't. Still, Erin likes to have fun and enjoy everything in the moment.

Erin doesn't really care what other people think of her. She is her own person regardless if others like it or not. She makes her own decisions and doesn't consult others on her choices. She would describe herself as a free spirit, constantly doing what she puts her mind to without worry or thought.

One thing about Erin is she's passionate about her interests. Whether its music or a recent videogame, she puts her all into it. Whether some might think it borderlines obsessive, Erin constantly talks about her interests or things that excite her. She can't help it, and is always happy when someone is willing to talk about it or shares an interest with her.

She isn't always bubbly, though. In fact, Erin has a bit of a mean streak. She never lets people take advantage of her friendliness, nor her loyalty to friends or family. She was the oldest of four and has something of a big sister vibe to her regardless of the person. She doesn't take shit from others, always ready to put another person in their place if they step out of line.

HISTORY
Erin had a rather peaceful life, the oldest of four, she was always the one who had to set an example for her younger siblings. Her family lived comfortably in their upper class status. Her younger sister, Amber, had died young due to a rare form of leukemia. While this devastated the family, they all vowed to live their lives with a positive outlook for the sake of Amber's memory. They had done everything for her and her passing was a peaceful one, rather than filled with sorrow, they made an effort to remember her as the bright young girl she was.

Erin had done a lot in dedication to her late sister, whether it was traveling the country or stage diving at a concert, she did it with her family in mind. Her relationship with her family was close and she never did anything without asking her family's opinion beforehand. Her father was what helped her grow into her passion for the wild and reckless. But her death wasn't a dramatic one, simply unfortunate. Erin and her father were coming back from a concert when a drunk driver hit them. The crash killed her father instantly, but Erin's death wasn't so sudden. She lived for another few hours in an ICU until she succumbed to her injuries. Since then, Erin has been reaping souls.

Kaydence couldn't believe what she was being told. She stood over her lifeless body with a man beside her, telling her life as she knew it was now over and she was now a reaper. She was now going to be a completely different person to everyone who knew her and she was not allowed to interact with her old friends and family again.

Even though she was shocked, puzzled, and even more scared than anything, she thought it would be best to follow the man who claimed to be Austin to a diner where he said they were going to meet up with the rest of the group.

When she arrived she noticed another person seemed to look as clueless and lost as she was and the rest of them sat there talking among each other as if they knew each other for years. "We have a new face," Austin spoke up, claiming the attention of the others.

He took a seat at the table just as he noticed another new face, "I take that back, we have two," he corrected himself and signaled for Kaydence to take the empty seat by whom she only assumed was new to whatever this was as well. The waitress made her way to the table and began taking their orders one by one before her attention landed on herself and the boy beside her. Go on, order something. You need your strength," Austin stated to the both of them.

Kaydence glanced down at the menu as she cleared her throat. "Um... I'll take a sausage melt with a side of hashbrowns and a vanilla cappuccino." Just because she was new to whatever life she was now taking part in, it didn't mean she was new to this diner. She used to come here everyday after the end of the school day when she was in high school.

Jayke had been staring at his plate, deep in his thoughts, ignoring conversations he wasnt interested in. His mind had been on his former sister. Her green eyes burned into his mind forever.

When he had realized that he was no longer alive, his sisters emerald eyes were the last things he saw. There, was the moment Milo stopped existing. Jayke was the new him and he was a Reaper and he was to do a job, reap souls.

He stabbed his eggs with a fork, watching the creamy yolk spread out across the whites of the eggs, he had earlier covered in salt and pepper. He took a bit on his fork and had just finished his bite when the Boss walked in with a young female, seeming anxious.

Milo smiled remembering he had looked that same way when he started, but the manlier less feminine version of scared and anxious and devistated. He picked up a piece of bacon and took a bite, it crunching as he chewed.

Two new reapers now sat at this table.

Licking his lips he perked a brow. "Can I get a refill of coffee please?" He asked the waitress, with a smile before looking at the two new faces. "Welcome, Welcome… you can call me Jayke." He figured he would be nice and at least welcome the poor souls.

After she finished ordering her food, she finally heard a male introducing himself to them just before the other "newbie" began to order for himself. There was no way she was able to shake all of the nervousness and awkwardness she was feeling right now. It was definitely something she was going to have to get used to. Being dead? Reaping souls? Was she really ready for all of this?

"Uhm, I'm Franklin. You can call me Franklin or Frank but never Frankie." Her fellow newbie introduced himself as well before adding, "What about yourself, pretty lady?"

Kaydence just looked between the two males who were speaking to her when the table fell silent. Was he just talking to her? Kaydence just gave a soft smile and decided to ignore the compliment and introduce herself, "Um, I'm Kaydence. Feel free to call me Kay for short if wanted," she stated to Jayke and Franklin.

At least they seemed to be polite. Though the entire time she sat there, there were two others who hadn't spoken a word to her. She began to wonder if they were of the friendly type. Kaydence had a feeling they probably weren't, but she wasn't going to jump to conclusions. Besides, her mother always taught her not to judge someone before you got to know them. Even then it's wrong to judge.

Honestly at that point, the words her mother taught her were no longer beginning to matter. Kaydence was dead now, the girl her mother knew was no longer there. Maybe now was her chance to be someone else.
