Distance. Ghost believes him to be dead or she may have simply forgotten he ever existed.

Experiments to Train
N/A

Personality
There is one word to describe Ghost's personality: Void. She had no personality whatsoever. Her face is a blank slate as all time, unless something incredible happens. If she has any emotions, one can never tell. No one has ever seen her laugh or even twitch into a smile. Unless spoken to, she will remain mute and simply stare off into the distance. She hears everything because of her quiet demeanor but will never tell, leading people to say things around her without a second thought or worry about their secrets being let out. Ghost has lost any trace of free thought and often must be told what to do before she acts. She was named Ghost because it is easy to forget she is even in the room. Due to her lack of personality, she does not understand sarcasm and will take anything said completely literally. Even with all of this, she is said to be extremely intelligent as she is often found to be quoting great authors or basing her words of science.

The damage to her brain from her ability and due to past trauma, Ghost has an incredibly high pain tolerance. Her memory has been impacted greatly, and she can be easily influenced by others especially if they convince her father wanted it to be this way.

Crush/Relationship Status
None.

Are You Broken?
Ghost has no form of free will or thought. She will simply do as told, although she will favor Father's words. If left alone, she is completely for father. She will never act against him on her own.

Power
As her name would imply, Ghost can phase through and object. When she does this, her body has a certain transparency so people can see right through her. She can manipulate this easily, though, such as being able to unlock a door by messing with its inner workers when phasing through.

Weakness
If Ghost is terrified of shouting, water, heights, and trigger memories of her father (even if she does not remember they are of her father). When frightened, she will unconsciously become transparent and be unable to touch anything without dropping it or will cover her ears with her hands. If she becomes tired or stressed, she will fall through any object she is sitting/leaning on. If, and if, she manages to become mad she will also be unable to hold anything. Ghost alsohas animia, leaving her tired and increasing her pale skin. When she uses her powers, Ghost is unable to breath which cuts the supply of oxygen from her brain. If used too often, she will pass out. Her brain has all ready begun to die from constant lack of oxygen, the cells slowly ticking off as time passes by. Ghost realizes she is killing herself, but believes that it is worth it for Father. She will do anything for Father. That is also one of her weaknesses, her blind devotion to him clouds any other thoughts from her mind.

Appearance Description
Ghost has long white hair that reaches her waist and is always braided as in the picture. She also has cold, steal blue eyes that seem to be blank and has absolutely no expression. Her body is extremely thin, almost anorexic looking. She is slightly shorter than average height, which makes her appear much younger than she is. Ghost always wears a white and blue Japanese school uniform, although this is unknown why. . .

Crime
In life, Ghost was always a quiet girl known as Ophelia . However, one difference was that she always smiled. No matter what, she was happy. Ghost had a younger brother and sister- twins that were seven years old. Ophelia was at one of her recitals where she was about to win a award. Her mother was running late from picking her siblings up from a friend's house. It was late at night and the local college had just let out for summer break. Kids had been drinking. One group of rowdy freshmen went for a joy ride. They didn't stop at a stop sign and slammed into the side of the mother's car. Both the mother and her younger siblings died instantly. Ophelia was never the same after this. The father never got over this, blaming Ophelia for their deaths. He turned to alcohol and other substances. Little by little he began to abuse Ophelia. Slowly the slaps grew into punches, the punches into pushing her into walls, and then he began to cut her with a switch blade whenever she walked by. She did nothing to stop this as she came to believe the accident was her fault even though she had no control over the situation. The father barely went to work and drank all the money away.

Ophelia never fought back, loving her dad the more he abused her. She believed that he was showing how much he cared for her, that she needed to endure the pain to repay her crime. Her dad began to "sell" Ophelia to his friends when needing money for overnights at men's homes. Often they would make her dress up to portray their fantasies, favorite the Japanese school girl. Once again Ophelia was pleased that she could be doing something for her dad, she felt nothing besides wanting to please her dad. Under one drunken rage, her dad dragged Ophelia out to a nearby stream and attempted to drown her. Ophelia never fought back, only pleading her dad to stop and that she loved him. In a rush of water and tears, Ophelia almost drowned until saved by two strange people saying that they were going to take her away to Father. They were about to kill her Dad when Ghost stopped them, not wanting the man she loved to be harmed. The Instructors laughed at the small child, pleased that her loyalty to abuse would be transferred to Father when she was renamed Ghost. She has forgotten her past, although the bitter memories sometimes resurface in flashes when stimulated.

Other
Ghost can play any instrument she sees, even if it is her first time handling it. She favors the piano, however. Close second comes the violin. One could say she almost smiles when playing an instrument. She will also randomly say things that do not always make much sense but abstractly do. Like she will comment of a bird outside a window while someone is talking to her about a completely different topic. Sixteen.

Rush
Into your head, into your mind
out of your soul, race through your veins
You can't escape, you can't escape.

Into your life, into your dreams,
Out of the dark, so light again.
You can't explain, you can't explain.

Can You feel it, can you feel it,
Rushin' through your hair,
Rushin' through your head,
Can you feel it, can you feel it,

Don't let nobody tell you, your life is over,
Be every color that you are,
Into the rush now,
You don't have to know how,
Know it all before you'll try.

More than you land spinning around,
Lifting your feet right off the ground,
You can't believe this is happening now.

Can You feel it, can you feel it,
Rushin' through your head,
Rushin' through your head,
Can you feel it, can you feel it,

Don't let nobody tell you, your life is over,
Be every color that you are,
Into the rush now,
You don't have to know how,
Know it all before you'll try.

It takes you to another place,
imagine everything you can.
All the colors start to blend,
The system overloads again.

Can You feel it, can you feel it,
Rushin' through your hair,
Rushin' through your head,
Can you feel it, can you feel it,

Don't let nobody tell you, your life is over,
Be every color that you are,
Into the rush now,
You don't have to know how,
Know it all before you'll try.

Don't let nobody tell you,
Don't let nobody tell you,
Don't let nobody tell you your life is over,
Be every color that you are,
Into the rush now,
You don't have to know how,
Know it all before you'll try

So begins...

Ghost

The statue sat alone in the garden, legs neatly folded beneath its frail frame as it waited. And waited. The slender figure gazed into a fountain that seemed to be the origin of the garden, eyes unmoving and gaze transfixed upon the glistening water from the dawn lit sky. The world began to wake, and yet the statue still sat in waiting.

A bird, young and naive to the world, rested upon the statues shoulder and chirped as if confused about the presence of the new being. It sensed no danger, its mind curious and eyes sharp. The statue blinked, startling the young bird and only serving to increase its curiosity. Slowly and stiffly the statue rose, unsettling the bird until at last it flew away to examine the pool of water, still eyeing the young girl. In return, Ghost watched the bird. Her mind held no response to the gentle creature that had attempted to make her a new perch. Her gaze was empty, as if it saw everything and nothing all at the same time.

Ghost had remained outside all night. To many this would seem strange, but Ghost had no opinion in the matter. After all, it was the kind doctor Sakura Usaki that had suggested that Ghost "enjoyed a bit of fresh air before training the new recruits." However, Ghost had not enjoyed the time she spent outside. She did not dislike it, either. She was simple void of opinion, doing as told and as Father pleased. That was all that mattered, keeping Father pleased.

Her assignment was simple, to prepare the new experiments for Father's pleasure and tasks. She knew their names, Jack and Hallucination, but that was as far as her knowledge stretched. She had little need for much else, filling her head with extraneous information would not keep Father happy. And that was all that mattered. Keeping Father happy.

To many, Ghost appeared nothing more than an empty shell. A puppet. A doll. She did not act without command, and, though her intelligence was proven, her mind and empty eyes left much to an individual's imagination. When she chose to speak, her words were barely above a whisper. And when she did not, her void eyes would gaze off into an endless distance. She felt no pleasure or sorrow. She simply was. She was simply a tool to fulfill Father's wish.

The doll child slowly began to drift back towards the house, slipping silently through the doors and empty halls to her Domain as the others called it. She found no pride in having such a title. She only wished to do her best and please Father. If his wish was for her to train others, then so be it. Ghost stood inside her domain, approving it before the lesson began. It was a large room with high ceilings and white washed walls. Large geometric and irregular shapes were scattered about as statues, transfixed with varied heights from two feet to ceiling height that served as an obstacle course as sorts. There was one door that allowed the entrance and exit to the room. Without a word, Ghost sat in the center of the room waiting for her new experiments to come. It was Father's wish for her to train them; she had no doubt in her mind that they would come. They must come. It was what Father required. With unblinking eyes, the girl returned to her statue state and gazed off towards the door. She would not begin until both had arrived.

Ashen

A lone figure had been wandering the empty halls of the First Floor. A white haired boy peering inside various rooms, his head popping in quickly and disappearing just as fast. Ashen was utterly and completely lost. The building itself was huge and to him it made no sense.

Ashen continued to make his way down the corridor till he finally finished and ended up staring blankly through a transparent glass door that lead to a beautiful garden. 'Swoosh!', a bird flew across the floral paradise and perched itself atop the edge of fountain decoration. Licking his lips, he pressed both hands against the glass, mouth drooling over the 'meal'. Without much effort the door actually swung open freely allowing anyone to enter. He hesitated, not sure if he was permitted to entering, but his taste-buds could no longer control themselves and he quickly began to make a dash for it. Though he no longer felt any hunger, the bird was such a tempting sight that he just had to consume it.

The winged creature quickly sensed the upcoming danger and flew up right away, sadly Ashen already had a head start and he quickly lunged up and caught it by the claws. His red eyes glistened in desire as he held the helpless bird in his grasp. It chirped uncontrollably and kept on trying to open its wings, but it's efforts were wasted. The predator already had his mouth wide open and ready to devour the animal, when suddenly something else caught his eye.

There it was, the most creepy thing in the world. A white haired ghost was coming his way, it's eyes void and terrifyingly blank. His jaw dropped and he hurriedly released the horrified bird. Ashen"s eyes widened and he scuttled to a nearby bush and hid himself. Watching her just 'float' by assured him that he had not been spotted. Finally 'it' left the garden and he was able to release his breath. 'What was that?', he thought to himself, goosebumps erupting across his arms.

The sun was blazing down on the garden and it wasn't until now that Ashen noticed it. His skin began to sting and itch as quickly got up and ran for the door. He once again entered the familiar hallway and headed for the elevator. Pressing the red button for up, he waited for the doors to open. Taking a step into the silver 'box' that would take him to his destination, he watched as the door began to close behind him.

Hallucination

It was morning...again. The birds were chipping cheerfully and the sun was rising from the horizon. All in all, it painted a picture of a typical beautiful summer morning - peaceful and lively. Inside a room, watching the sun rose slowly from the glass window was a teenager boy, his white hair covered his eyes as he stared blankly at the scene in front of him with indifference. He raised a hand to brush the stray of hair from his eyes that had blocked his vision and sent a look at his 'roommate'. His gaze shifted from the boy to his bed and they rested on a single name "Hallucination". That was his name - Hallucination - Hallu. The edge of Hallu's lips curved slightly and his face softened as he studied his name again.

He walked to the nightstand and picked up his crystal ball. Touching the ball with the tips of his fingers, Hallu sighed in content as warmth began to spread from the ball to his whole body. It was always that comforting feeling whenever he came in contact with it. He looked up to check the time and gave a small nod, deeming it was the right time to visit his instructor. He didn't know his instructor's name, the only thing he knew was that his instructor was a 'she'. He picked up his sword on his bed and without sparing a glance at his 'roommate', opened the door and walked out. He heard Father said that today was one of his most important day and he intended to come early.

He walked pass several scientists and gave each of them a curt nod. He didn't feel the need to greet them personally but he didn't like the idea of ignoring them, either. They meant...nothing to him...but at least, because of them, he was here. No, not because of them...because of Father. His Father. He mentally added in his head. Well, if it was not his Father, he wouldn't be here today. And so, he would forever in the man's debt.

He walked to the elevator and pushed a button, closing his eyes as he felt it went up, Hallu let his mind wander on its own again. His earlier feedback still effected him and his personality kept flickering back and forth between his past self and his current self. Hallu gritted his teeth as he felt another feedback threatened to overwhelm him as he remembered his death sister's face. He could not afford to lose his fragile self-control now. Taking a deep, shaky breath to calm himself down, Hallu schooled his face once again and walked out of the elevator.

Knocking the door softly, Hallu opened it without bothering to ask for permission. Studying the blank, white wall of the room with his dull, gray eyes, he locked eyes with the one sitting in the center. It was a girl, looking even younger than he was. He cocked his head to one side and bowed to her without saying another word. He felt no need to do so. Sitting opposite her in the center of the room, Hallu closed his eyes and began to let his mind relax but never let his guard down completely, his muscles tensed slightly as if they were expecting some kinds of attacks.

Ghost

Ghost remained still as Hallucination entered the room. His presence did not change her unseeing stare or alter her position. She simply remained in waiting. She had been ordered to train both of her new experiments. This one would not satisfy the request. She needed both. And so, Ghost remained motionless, hands neatly folded in her lap waiting. . . Waiting for her task (order) to begin. This was the only thought present in her mind as Hallucination settled into place. Father would not be pleased if she treated her trainees differently. Ghost continued to gaze off into the distance. She thought nothing of his silence, her empty mind only processing that Father had asked (ordered) her to train both Hallucination and Jack. She would not defy Father by beginning without both being present.

At Jack's entrance, Ghost remained impartial to the event. She did not finch, only continuing to stare as her mind began to sift through the information allotted to her. Her mental abilities were simple as she currently lacked the emotional input to comment on anything. Everything she knew simply was. There was no room for questions. Hallucination: Male; ability to create one's worse fear. Jack: Female; ability to inflict pain on another with their mind. Task: Prepare them for Father's missions; include both physical and mental abilities. Goal: Please Father.

Satisfied with her thoughts, Ghost rose from the ground. Her lithe body unfolded itself to reveal her malnourished frame and thinned appendages. It would appear that even a soft wind would have the capability of toppling the young girl, shattering her porcelain body into millions of pieces. But still, she stood with hands hung by her side and her empty gaze staring forward. As she began to speak, her voice was soft, barely above a whisper, and monotoned. It was as if she was nothing more than a hallowed shell.

"We will begin now," she said, body unmoving. "I am Ghost, your Instructor. This is my domain. Together we will train until Father is pleased with your success. You are your allies, friends, and partners. You must trust each other. I will now unlock your abilities that Father has gifted you with."

Ghost slowly began to move towards Hallucination, her eyes towards him although it appeared as if she was looking through the boy rather than at him. "Hallucination. You have the ability to create one's fear," she mummered, pressing her cool fingers against his forehead to unlock his gift before turning toward and finding the female. Once again, their eyes did not meet. "Jack. You have the ability to inflict pain upon another," she mumbled, repeating the ritual of pressing against her forehead.

Ghost stepped back and into the center of the room, her gaze unfocused as she pondered her next action. "We will begin with physical combat," Ghost said, nodding absently to her own words. "A strong mind is nothing with a weak body." Slowly Ghost made her way to the back wall, blank, white, and pure as they all were. Or, appeared to be. With a slow motion, Ghost lifted her hand and pressed it against the smooth surface and, as if nothing more than air, her hand slid through the cement panel as her entire body became translucent. There was a deafening click as the hidden latch of undone and the panel slid open to reveal different weapons of combat. With her unique abilities, only Ghost could enter the multiple panels hidden about the room. She selected three wooden staffs and distributed them evenly, keeping one for herself. Locking the panel securly, Ghost turned back to her experiment, her face void of all emotion.

"Begin."

Ghost

Ghost remained still as she waited for Hallucination and Jack to begin. She stood straight and gazed forward, focusing her eyes upon neither experiment in particular. "Your orders, teacher?"

Ghost blinked slowly to the question, her head turning toward the speaker. She had relayed her orders. She had told them what Father said to her. Why was it not working? Ghost frowned softly, confusion settling her features as it was now her obligation to think for herself. Didn't Father realize he had stripped her of this ability?

The doll's thoughts turned back to when she was beginning her training with her own. . . Partner. Their instructor had also begun with a physical task before assessing their mental abilities and how well they could manipulate their gifts from Father. Ghost and her. . . Partner had yet to form a connection between them and failed their first task. Perhaps these new experiments would succeed. Neither one was broken, after all. They were not broken, not like her. . . Partner.

Ghost allowed her features to regain composure as her confusion disappeared. Yes, so would do as her own instructor did those many years ago. Had it even been a year yet? Ghost could not answer this question. Softly she placed her staff on the ground and untied the ribbons from her mirroring braids. As her snow hair untangled into a waterfall streaming down her back, Ghost proceeded to tie the ribbons to each wrist and reclaim her staff. Stepping back, Ghost looked between the two. "You must learn to work together. In this room, there are two experiments, two ribbons, and one instructor. You must take the ribbons bound to my wrists from me. This will be your first challenge," Ghost murmured, waiting for their response.

Ghost

Ghost's blank eyes gazed absently between her charges, waiting for them to begin. Her right foot slid subtly back in stance, ready for whatever attack they could pull forth. Nothing could surprise the doll child any longer. Well, almost nothing.

"Ghostie! Come out and play!" Ghost's grey eyes blinked slowly to this, her features frowning slightly in confusion. She was about to begin training, why would someone want to disturb her? "Don't be shy, I won't bite." Ghost raised her small frame up slightly, her eyes clouding with uncertainty as she looked down to her arms. Why would they want to bite her? Did she taste good? What a strange thing to say. Ghost was unable to contemplate the creature that would say that. Perhaps he was a dog hybrid. But what would they want with her? Father did not foretell of any visitors. "Ghostie!"

Ghost stood slowly and stepped forward toward the door. She hesitated for a moment and turned back to her charges. "I will find out what they want. Continue training, or you may come with me." With a soft blink, Ghost's body turned translucent as she prepared to step through the wall. Coming through, she appeared to be nothing more than a sprite with her long, snow-white hair cascading around her shoulders, freed from the ribbons that were tied around her wrists to train the new experiments. Once in the hall, she opened her steal eyes to peer at new nuisance that was preventing her from completing Father's order.

Ghost froze, her pupils dilated slightly in confusion, her memory refusing to unlock at the sight of the red head. Ghost blinked, her body frozen. Was he the one who threatened to bite her? She felt like she was unable to breath, which was impossible since she was tangible once again. [b["Distance! Get me outta here!"

Ghost turned quickly to the source of the new voice and then back to the boy in the hall. "Distance. . . "Ghost found herself mummering softly, as if unable to fully recover the name from her memories. She blinked again and frowned, shaking her head softly. Impossible. "No, not Distance. He broke and Father removed him. You can not be him," Ghost said, her eyes cold as she glared at the boy. It was obvious that Ghost was not ready to admit her partner could be back. She lowered herself slightly be racing forward with the staff in her hand, moving surprising quickly for her fragile frame. "Father's orders: remove all outside disturbances."

Distance

There she was...Pale as pale can be. Her emotionless eyes, gazing towards the male with such suprise...Such confusion, but why? Was something on his face? Her fragile frame, flinched slightly as her seemingly cold hair dangled freely from their bands, simply showing how much Ghost had matured as time had passed. Just how long had it been? A month? Two months? A year? Her face looked disgusted, yet backed up with a tint of fear...Almost as if she had seen a Ghost..
Distance blinked, the smile on his face had now transformed into a frown. He wasn't expecting little ol' Ghostie to turn him down. What happend to the warm hugs that she would only give him? The tender, juicy apples that she always greeted him with? And most importantly..A simple "Hello."
She had changed, she wasn't the same. Yet, why couldn't Distance accept that. He bit his lip hard enough to make it bleed, his eyes gathering moisture making them shine in the light. Now wasn't the time to cry, he had to hold back his tears, no matter how painful it was to see Ghost under Father's control. "G-ghost...What has he done to you..." His voice had became small and tender, like he wasn't worth anything anymore.

"Distance! Get me outta here!" Mara's voice moaned out, as if she were burning alive. Her fists constantly banged against the steel doors of the elevator. She was trapped.
"Mara..." Normally Distance would've reacted with some kind of insult, something to piss her off. But he didn't. He couldn't. His mind was still focused on Ghost, still trying to accept that the old Ghost was gone, blown away in the wind.

"No, not Distance. He broke and Father removed him. You can not be him" Her monotoned voice had never hurt him as much as they did just now, Father had curupted her, the only person that was close to his heart. Father had toyed with her, used her like a doll, a slave...Knowing how loyal Ghost is, he had planned to used that against her. Free will never existed for Ghost, she was now Fathers...He owned her.
I should've taken her with me when i had the chance, maybe then i could've saved her...Just maybe. Distance was still fighting with the truth, his feelings...Emotions...All getting involved with this one person. "Ghost!" He paused as her body lowered. "Its' me...Distance, you must remember me right?" His shattered heart, continued to beat. Increasing its' tempo as anger built up. "How can you say that i'm not the person that understood you the most? Ghost! Answer me!!" He cried out, hands now fists. He would worry about Mara later, he was too wrapped up in the conflict between fact and fiction.

"Father's orders: remove all outside disturbances." Cold eyes stared right into Distance's, showing no love, no welcome. Nothing but a simple stare...A slap to the face. Her stick-like body was now charging towards him, she was swift and agile. Yet it was no suprise, since air resistance had hardly anything to resist.

"So this is how its going to be eh? This...This..." His body was telling him to move out the way, teleport...Save Mara. But his mind...The thing that controlled everything, was telling him no. He couldn't possibly hurt Ghost, no matter if she was trying to kill him. His body froze, leaving him open for some kind of strike...A death blow, anything to make sure that he wouldn't return.

Mara...

He blinked again, noticing what was happening. Ghost ment her everyword, she wanted to rid of him, just like Father had wanted all them days ago. Poof His body had vanished from where he was standing, appearing in the elevator. If he was going to Fight, he would need Mara...At least...She had his back. "You can stop banging now." He grabbed her hand, taking a death breath as always, and teleported back to the hallway.

Letting go, he panted. Although, his eyes glued back to Ghost who had her back towards them. "You ready Mara?"

Charade

Charade was leaned against the wall, staring up at her outstretched hands. Struggling to curl them, she clicked her tongue in irritation. The disguise hadn’t lasted long at all. It was still at a manageable level for now, but in an hour or so, she would have to revert and then waste who knows how much time trying to find shelter from those under Father’s control. Well, it was good while it lasted. It seemed that now was as good a time as ever to search for Distance and Mara. There would be some semblance of safety in their numbers.

To her great surprise, it didn’t take long to find them at all. Really, she had just been trying to get to a different floor
but clearly that wasn’t possible from the familiar voice resounding from the metal doors. A loud ‘bang’ punctuated each word as she shouted for Distance to help – Charade could hear it all the way from the other end of the hall.

“Ghost! Answer me!!” Another familiar voice caught Charade’s attention, and her eyes immediately fell on Distance
his expression was pained, and she couldn’t blame him for that. After all, his beloved partner was right in front of him
completely against him. Although she couldn’t see Ghost’s face from where she stood, the smaller girl’s voice rang clear as she started forward.

“Father’s orders: remove all outside disturbances.”

What was Charade meant to do? She didn’t plan to interfere, but Distance seemed stunned in place. To her relief, he came to his senses in mere moments and simply disappeared. No – ‘teleported’. Seeing as Mara’s distressed cries for help had stopped, it wasn’t difficult to figure out to where. An instant later, there the pair was, right in front of her. Ghost was up ahead

Well now that she found them, there was no point in just leaving on her own, was there?

“One question: does lab staff count as an outside disturbance?” Charade asked, stepping into the scene displayed before her. Yes, with her altered appearance and the lab coat she didn’t look anything like herself
but she wasn’t acting a role either. The placid smile and passive tone was clearly her own. Mara and Distance were likely to recognize her in this way, but she wasn’t sure about Ghost. The poor girl. None of this was her fault. It wasn’t any of their faults.

Besides that, Charade wasn’t sure how Distance would fare in a battle against Ghost
After all, she wouldn’t last long against Xander
Ending this confrontation would be best.

Mara

She hated to admit it, but Mara felt that she owed Distance a favor. It wasn't like she would starve to death in the elevator and if she did, it wouldn't matter. Wait, it would. Because without all three of the rebels, defeating Father would be impossible. And if they failed, who was to say that any broken would ever rise again?

Mara looked at Distance, who looked well, different. Though he was speaking to her, his eyes were locked on Ghost. His face looked paler, scared almost. He looks dead, she realized. She looked at him, hoping to help him out of the daze. "Ready for what?" she asked in a softer voice than she normally would use. She looked back at Ghost and stuck her tongue out at her, then waited for a response. She would be surprised if she got one.

She remembered Ghost as an indifferent, almost apathetic. As long as she had orders though, she had purpose. What was her purpose now? Mara shivered a bit at her gaze. The girl may be younger than her, but she still scared the crap out of Mara. A person who didn't have emotion was inhuman. Wasn't it emotion that defined the human being? The feeling of empathy towards another, the anger of injustice... how could Ghost not feel those?

The purple haired girl suddenly realized that there was a scientist among them, watching them intently. But there was something about the tone of voice that seemed off from those heartless things, something familiar. Oh of course! It was none other than Charade (or Dave according to Distance).

"A disturbance is a disturbance and each one of us is that to human society," Mara replied. She glanced at Distance, then back at Ghost. "Wouldn't you agree Ghost?"

Distance

He had saved Mara...But why wasn't he smiling? He had dodged an attack from his so-called soulmate...Yet he could still feel pain.

His hands were now shaking frantically, but his eyes were still locked onto Ghost. His breathing increased, not because he was out of breath...It was simply the rush of hate flowing throughout him. Father had now made Ghost a pest..An insect on the wall, an enemy. The foul words left a nasty taste in Distance's mouth, the words just didn't seem right together. "Ghost...An enemy.." He took a deep breath, taking a slight step forward.

“One question: does lab staff count as an outside disturbance?” A familiar voice called out, which sounded quite like Dave. Nevertheless, Distance never turned around, he couldn't.
"A disturbance is a disturbance and each one of us is that to human society," Mara replied, her voice seemed alot calmer than normal. Infact it brought a slight smirk to his face, his teammates were ready to cause some damage, which showed the bond that they all shared. It wasn't a great bond, but it was good enough to call themselves allies.

"Wouldn't you agree Ghost?" Mara continued, Yet Ghost never replied...Her back, continued to face them...What was going through her head? Was this how life was in the mansion, no wait...Were all the experiments like this? Hypnotised by fathers' foolish greed? Distance shook his head in disgust.

"She wouldn't agree...She's merely a puppet, a tool...Fathers' living Robot. Ain't that right Ghost? None of us care to you anymore isn't that right?" He chuckled loudly, Teleporting closer towards her. "Not even your own soulmate hmm?" He paused, placing his hand on her shoulder. "If thats' the case, then theres' no need for me to hold back...Right?"
